The lean NOX trap is one of the promising technologies for the NOx reduction to meet more strict future emission regulation like as EURO 5 or 6. LNT catalysts are based on the concept of absorbing NOx in lean exhaust gas conditions and reducing it in rich conditions. In generally, HC and hydrogen gas have been using as the reductant to make rich conditions. In this research, hydrogen enriched gas that made by reformer was used as the reductant. There is a relationship between concentration uniformity and NOx regeneration efficiency. If concentration uniformity was improved, The NOx regeneration efficiency would be increased. In this study, the flow characteristics and the concentration uniformity with various methods were calculated by CFD. As results, the concentration uniformity of reductant has been improved through adapted injection distance, injection angle and design of diffuser.
시스템 다이내믹스를 이용한 혁신활동의 수익성 분석: 축산경영의 사례를 중심으로

본 연구는 축산경영 혁신활동의 수익성 시뮬레이션을 통해 경영자의 혁신활동에 대한 의사결정을 지원하고자 한다. 축산경영의 혁신활동은 다양한 내/외부요소들간의 인과관계가 전체 시스템에 영향을 미치게 되므로 동태적 관점에서 축산경영의 혁신환경을 이해하고 분석할 필요가 있다. 즉, 축산경영 수익률에 미치는 혁신활동들(친환경 투자, 장비 투자, 육질개선 투자 등)과 외부환경요소들(가축 질병 발생 등)은 획일화된 모델링을 하기 어려운 인과관계로 엮여 축산경영 시스템을 구성하게 되는데, 이러한 특성을 고려한 동태적 관점의 연구는 아직까지 미흡한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시스템 다이내믹스(System Dynamics)를 도입하여 한우농가의 혁신활동에 따른 수익성 분석모델을 정의하고 경영자의 혁신활동에 대한 의사결정에 따른 수익성 분석 시뮬레이션을 수행한다. 본 연구의 결과는 복합적인 혁신요소에 대한 의사결정에 따른 수익성을 시간의 흐름에 따라 비교분석할 수 있도록하여, 추후 축산경영 환경요소의 변화에 따른 경영자의 의사결정을 지원하는데 효과적으로 이용이 가능할 것이다. This research provides a system dynamics-based approach for analyzing profitability of innovation activities in livestock management. Livestock management environment is a complex sytem that consists of various causalities among internal and external factors, and thus analyzing innovation activities of livestock management requires dynamic approaches. Although the internal innovation activities including environment-friendly breeding, equipment investment and meat quality improvement construct causalities with external factors including animal diseases and government policies, few studies from a dynamic view have analyzed the profitability of innovation activities in livestock management. Therefore, this paper defines a profita-bility simulation model concerning innovation activities of livestock management by using sytsem dynamics, and then esti-mates the profits created by decision making related to innovation activities. We believe that this research will help decision makers in livestock management to understand the profitability of innovation activities.

The Selective catalytic reduction(SCR) system is a highly-effective device of NOx reduction for diesel engines. Generally in SCR system, urea-water-solution is used as the reductant to produce NH₃. It is well known that NH₃ distribution in front of SCR is strongly related with de-NOx performance of SCR catalyst. when NH₃ is non-uniform, it will cause deterioration of de-NOx performance and NOx-slip. In this paper, CFD has conducted to improve de-NOx performance and NH₃-slip . As results, the concentration uniformity of reductant and mean temperature of reductant infornt of SCR have been improved by applying mixer and alternating injection methods.
