        철골철근비에 따른 혼합구조보의 내력 및 변형 특성에 관한 연구

        기존에 수행된 연구에서는 혼합구조보의 구조적 특성을 결정할 수 있는 제 영향인자 중에서 주근의 정착방법, 전단스팬비의 변화, 이질구조부의 보강 유무, 보강 방법의 변화 등에 따른 일련의 연구 성과들을 발표하였으며, 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 이질구조부에 대한 응력전달 및 내력상승 측면에서 철골단면적에 대한 인장철근비(철골철근비)를 변화시킨 단부 RC 중앙부 SC조 혼합보에 대해 RC부 주근의 정착방법(플랜지위 직접 용접, 스터드볼트 용접정착)에 따른 구조적 거동 특성을 고찰하였다. 그 결과 주근의 정착방법에 따른 구조적 특성은 거의 나타나지 않았으며, 철골철근비가 증가함에 따라 내력면에서는 효율성을 기대할 수 있으나, 연성능력이 저하될 수 있으므로 혼합구조보의 구조적 특성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 적정한 철골철근비로 제한하는 것이 필요한 것으로 나타났다. In the preceding study, a series of results was presented according to factors like as attaching method of main bar, shear span to depth ratio, reinforcing method for different types of region among various factors, which could determine the properties of composite beams. Based on these results, this study was planned to investigate the structural behaviors of according to attaching method of main bar for composite beams(end-reinforced concrete(RC), center-steel concrete (SC)) varying ratio of tensile bar to steel mainly. Consequently, there were little difference according to attaching method of main bar. And as the ratio of tensile bar to steel increase, the efficiency of strength was high, but ductile capacity of beams could deteriorate. Therefore, to maximize the structural properties of composite beams, it was considered that the ratio of tensile bar to steel should be limited.

        이질 구조부 보강방법에 따른 혼합구조보의 휨거동 특성에 관한 연구

        This study was to investigate structural behavior of composite structure beams composed of end-RC. center-Steel according to respective reinforcing method for connection zone composed of different materials (SRC) while attaching main bars on steel-flange by welding. The main reinforcing methods are as follows ; non-reinforcing, vertical shear reinforcing (type-stirrup), inclined reinforcing(type-x), horizontal reinforcing(type-web, 0.3L), double horizontal reinforcing (type-web, 0.3L), vertical reinforcing (type-flange, 0.3L). Consequently, It showed little difference in structural properties like ductility and strength according to the attaching method of main bars. For Maximizing the structural properties of composite beam, the most effective methods were vertical reinforcing one and double horizontal reinforcing one. 본 연구에서는 단부 RC 중앙보 S조 혼합보에 대해 RC부 주근의 정착방법(플랜지 위에 직접 용접, 스터드 볼트 용접 정착) 과 이질구조부 (SRC 부)의 보강 방법에 따른 구조적 거동 분석을 고찰하였다. 이질구조부 보강방법으로는 무보강, 수직전단보강근 보강[D10-@50], 경사보강(X자형 보강), 수평보강1[웨브보강(0.3L)], 수평보강2[웨브보강(0.3L)], 수직보강[플랜지보강(0.3L)]과 같은 보강방법을 주요변수로 하여 구조적 특성을 상호 비교 분석하였다. 그 결과 보 주근의 정착방법에 따른 연성능력 및 내력 등과 같은 구조적 특성에는 큰 차이가 없었으며, 혼합구조보의 구조적 특성을 극대화시키기 위해서는 이질구조부를 수직보강한 경우와 2열 수평으로 보강한 방법이 가장 효과적인 것으로 나타났다.

        도심 지하상가의 이용 실태 및 이용자 만족도 연구

        This study aims to examine user’s satisfaction and behavioral condition at the underground shopping street in the deteriorated old downtown of Daejeon and to find ways to elevate the efficient and multi-dimensional use of limited urban spaces. To achieve this, the study relied on empirical study method and additionally, present condition survey was performed with a user interview. User' s satisfaction and preferences analysis was conducted to figure out present conditions and improvements As a result, First, in terms of urban surroundings for users, city infrastructures, public transportation, signage, handicapped access, and others, should be improved for easy access to underground shops. Second, functionally, the underground shopping street plays not only a role of shopping center, but also a role of the place of meeting, so that the sufficient convenient facilities should be fumished‘ Third, in terms of structure, it should be architectural1y transformed to secure the comfortable activities of users. And finally, in non-physical aspect, the employees ‘ attitude and the preconceived notion for the goods have an great effect on the user’s visit to underground shopping street

        도시용량 산출을 위한 지표의 선정 및 모의적 적용에 관한 탐색적 연구

        The purpose of this study is to draw the calculating indexes of city capacity and apply in practice. The 30`s indexes as the primary calculating indexes of city capacity were chosen from the 750`s indexes. The 12`s final indexes including ``air clearness`` were selected by a survey on the experts. And then the weights of the indexes were calculated by the AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process). The analysis showed that in upper hierarchy, the weight of infrastructure category was 0.515, that of environment category was 0.319 and that of culture-finance category was 0.166. In subclassification, the weight of public transportation capacity was 0.118 and it was the highest among the indexes. Finally, this study drew the capacities of the 7`s metropolis in Korea based on the indexes and weights. The process of analysis consisted of data reduction, data standardization and calculating city capacity. It is expected that this study will give a clue to planning related to ``Green City`` and ``Energy Saving City``.

        도섬 업종의 분포특성에 관한 연구

        This study was performed to analyze the distribution characteristics of facilities located in the central business district of Daejeon metropolitan city. This research analyzed the agglomeration and dispersion, and the contiguity for 36 facilities in the region‘ This study estimated the average spatial distances of the 36 facilities. In addition, the 36 facilities were classified into similar types using a statistical analysis method, MDS(Multidimentional Scaling). The results of this study are summarized as follows; The facilities for shopping goods such as bedclothes, precious metals, cosmetics, and accessories, showed the accumulative distribution pattem while those for convenience goods such as coffee shops, drugstores, convenience stores, laundries and beauty salons, exhibited the dispersive distribution pattem. From the contiguity an머ysis, the facilities for shopping goods such as precious metals, cosmetics, and accessories were found to have the spatial similarity, representing that the average spatial distance from one facility to another is close. In addition, food and beverage facilities such as coffee shops, bars, and restaurants and convenience facilities such as beauty salons, convenience stores, and laundries, were analyzed to have higher contiguity relative to other types of facilities.

        도시기본계획의 지표 변화와 예측 적정성에 관한 연구

        Urban Master Plan, as a basic plan of city or county, is an important plan to suggest the vision of a city. And the planning index in the plan are recognized as indicators concreting shape of the vision of a city. This study examined the change of planning index in Daejeon Urban Master Plan and especially focused on ‘the rate of realization’to analyze the propriety for prediction of those. The results of this study are summarized as follows: First, the planning index of Urban Master Plan is mainly quantitative, so it is necessary to replace by the qualitative planning index. Secondly, the planning factors in the field of social, environmental, cultural and welfare have to be made up. Finally, the prediction methodologies for the planning index including population should be developed further. Also, it is required to develop new planning index for urban improvement.

        고관절 고위 탈구 환자에서 전자하 단축 절골술을 이용한 조립식 무시멘트형 고관절 전치환술

        Purpose: The purpose of this study was to report on the results of performing modular cementless total hip arthroplasty with a simultaneous subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy in patients with high hip dislocation. Materials and Methods: We evaluated 23 patients (24 hips) with high hip dislocation and who had undergone total hip arthroplasty using a proximally modular cementless stem in combination with a subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy in order to place the acetabular cup at the level of the anatomic hip center between May 1996 and June 2008. There were 6 males and 17 females with a mean age of 44 years. The mean duration of follow-up was 5.6 years. Results: The mean Harris hip score improved from 53 points preoperatively to 88 points at the time of final followup (P<0.001), and there were good or excellent results in 21 hips (87.5%). There was one instance of isolated loosening of the acetabular component. With the exception of one hip requiring revision surgery at 12 years postoperatively because of polyethylene wear and cup loosening, all the remaining components were well-fixed at the time of the last follow-up. A total of 4 hips (17%) had complications during follow-up; one dislocation, two transient femoral nerve palsies and one nonunion of the subtrochanteric osteotomy site. Conclusion: Modular cementless total hip arthroplasty with a subtrochanteric shortening osteotomy in patients with high hip dislocation was associated with excellent clinical outcomes while it minimized additional fixation of the osteotomy site.

        대전시민의 세종시로 이주의향 및 이주요인에 관한 연구

        This study is to analyse the intentions and factors of moving to Sejong-City among Daejeon Citizen. To carry out this study, a survey was executed to 629 persons in Daejeon Metropolitan. The following results were obtained. Firstly, 16.6 percent of the surveyed people had the intention of moving to Sejong-City and the main reason for the moving was the expectation for good residential environment. Secondly, the cross-tabulation analysis showed that there were differences in the interest to Sejong-City, the housing types, and the satisfaction in rest and sports facilities between the one group having any intention of moving and the other group. And it was also analyzed that there were differences in age, residence, education level and assets as the aspect of personal attribute between two groups. Lastly, the logistic regression revealed that the major factors effecting the intention of moving were the interest and proximity to Sejong-City. This study has a meaning as a basic research for more sophisticated study in future.
