Low Power Digital Logic Gate Circuits Based on N-Channel Oxide TFTs

N-channel 산화물 박막 트랜지스터(Thin Film Transistor, 이하 TFT)만을 이용한 저소비전력 inverter, NAND, NOR의 논리 게이트 회로를 제안한다. 제안된 회로는 asymmetric feed-through와 bootstrapping을 이용해서 pull-up, pull-down 스위치가 동시에 켜지지 않도록 설계하였다. 그 결과로 출력신호 전압 범위가 입력신호 전압과 동일하고 정전류가 흐르지 않는다. 인버터는 5 개의 TFT와 2 개의 capacitor로, NAND 및 NOR 게이트는 각각 10 개의 TFT와 4 개의 capacitor로 구성된다. 산화물 TFT 모델을 사용하여 SPICE 시뮬레이션을 수행하여 제안된 회로의 동작을 성공적으로 검증하였다. Low-power logic gates, i.e. inverter, NAND, and NOR, are proposed employing only n-channel oxide thin film transistors (TFTs). The proposed circuits were designed to prevent the pull-up and pull-down switches from being turned on simultaneously by using asymmetric feed-through and bootstrapping, thereby exhibited same output voltage swing as the input signal and no static current. The inverter is composed of 5 TFTs and 2 capacitors. The NAND and the NOR gates consist of 10 TFTs and 4 capacitors respectively. The operations of the logic gates were confirmed successfully by SPICE simulation using oxide TFT model.

In this study, we develop a conceptual model of the relationship between job insecurity and job performance, which is mediated by affective organizational commitment and moderated by perceived organizational support in domestic financial institutions that experienced downsizing. A cross-sectional study with 678 questionnaires obtained from employees working at domestic financial institutions found that job insecurity negatively affects job performance, which is a relationship that is partially mediated by affective organizational commitment. Moreover, a high level of perceived organizational support has been shown to enhance the effects of the relationship between job insecurity and affective organizational commitment. To minimize the negative effects of job insecurity on the active employees of downsizing strategy, an affective intervention is required by developing a more realistic communications in terms of workers' expectations toward the organization.

Functional gastrointestinal disorders (FGIDs) affect millions of people of all ages, regardless of race or gender, but little information related to FGIDs is available and no diagnostic methods exist. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the alterations to gastrointestinal tracts induced by FGIDs, and to identify the feasibility of developing an ultrasonic diagnostic system to detect these alterations. Palpation/percussion examinations and in vitro micro-without FGIDs and 20 SpragueDawley rats with or with-out simulated FGIDs to identify any alterations to the mechanical response of the gastrointestinal tract. A finite differ-ence analysis was performed for three simple models with or without assumed FGIDs to identify the feasibility of de-veloping an ultrasonic diagnostic system. The results obtained from the palpation/percussion examinations and in vitro micro-indentation tests showed that a gastrointestinal tract with an FGID became more rigid than a healthy tract (p < 0.05). The results obtained from the finite difference analysis showed that an ultrasonic diagnostic system for FGIDs effectively detects alterations to the rigidity of the gastrointestinal tract, indicating that the development of an ultrasonic diagnostic system is reasonable and will aid in the diagnosis and treatment of FGIDs.
Stress Analysis of Two-Dimensional Cellular Materials with Thick Cell Struts

Finite element analyses (FEA) were performed to thoroughly validate the collapse criteria of cellular materials presented in our previous companion paper. The maximum stress (von-Mises stress) on the cell strut surface and the plastic collapse stress were computed for two-dimensional (2D) cellular materials with thick cell struts. The results from the FEA were compared with those from theoretical criteria of authors. The FEA results were in good agreement with the theoretical results. The results indicate that when bending moment, axial and shear forces are considered, the maximum stress on the strut surface gives significantly different values in the tensile and compressive parts of the cell wall as well as in the two loading directions. Therefore, for the initial yielding of ductile cellular materials and the fracture of brittle cellular materials, in which the maximum stress on the strut surface is evaluated, it is necessary to consider not only the bending moment but also axial and shear forces. In addition, this study shows that for regular cellular materials with the identical strut geometry for all struts, the initial yielding and the plastic collapse under a biaxial state of stress occur not only in the inclined cell struts but also in the vertical struts. These FEA results support the theoretical conclusion of our previous companion paper that the anisotropic 2D cellular material has a truncated yield surface not only on the compressive quadrant but also on the tensile quadrant.

The aim of this study was to predict and map the regional distribution of the trabecular architecture and the material properties of the glenoid and to estimate the predominant loading condition on the glenoid through the mapping. The morphological and material characteristics of the glenoid were investigated by analyzing digitized trabecular bone images obtained from twelve cadaver scapula specimens. The morphological and material characteristics computed from the cadaver specimens show that the predominant loading on the glenoid generally occurs during shoulder movement, which produces forces directed toward the posterior aspect of the bare region. This study is innovative in its detailed mapping of the morphological and material characteristics of the glenoid and its pioneering approach used to estimate the loading pattern acting on the glenoid through the mapping.

Coupled lubrication analysis for main bearings of multi-cylindered Diesel engine was performed considering both the bearing oil film stiffness and structural stiffness of crankshaft. To develop an integrated lubrication analysis program. FE formulation of the ordinary bearing lubrication problem was established and 6-degree of freedom stillness from crankshaft FE model was extracted to be coupled in simultaneous lubrication analysis including nonlinear oil film characteristics and deformation of crankshaft. The program was tested and verified through a 8-cylinder medium speed diesel engine (Himsen engine) and the result was compared with simple single bearing analysis. Consideration of engine crankshaft flexibility gave much realistic result compared to the simple one and also gave significant information about the behavior of the local bearing.

본 연구는 중·노년층을 수용하는 멀티플렉스 영화관의 브랜드 개발에 있어서 ‘브랜드와 디자인, 마케팅, 이 벤트’ 을 융합된 시점에서 Graphic Identity, Product Identity, Space Identity의 통합브랜드를 구축하는 프로세스를 밝히는데 목적이 있다. 본 연구의 대상은 2014년 3윌-6윌 15주간 숙명여대 환경디자인학과 〈브랜드스페이스마케팅> 수업의 결과물로서 6개 팀 중 1개 팀의 작업 과제를 정리한 것이다. 본 연구의 범위는 物, 事, 人, 場의 주제 중 事의 ‘서비스’ 로 한정한다. 그 결과, 디자인과 마케팅의 융합된 측면에서 도출된 ‘CINERGY’ 이라는 중·노년세대와 젊은 세대가 소통하는 향수 마케팅으로 멀티플렉스 영화관을 개발하였다. 전략의 연구대상은 40~60대의 중·노년층의 세대로 한정한다. 아울러 멀티플 렉스의 홍보용 그래픽에서 음식 팩케이지, 회원 카드, 가방, STAFF 유니폼 등과 같은 제품 그리고 70, 80년대의 향수를 불러일으키는 공간연출까지 아이디어와 디자인, 마케팅이 융합된 결과물이라 할 수 있다. 끝으로 본 연 구는 ‘CINERGY’ 브랜드 아이덴티티를 개발함에 있어 디자인과 마케팅이 융합된 통합 브랜드 아이덴티티를 만 든것에 의의가 있다. The present study aims to take a look at ``Brand, Design, and marketing`` from a convergence perspective and establish an Integrative brand of graphic Identity, product identity, and space identity, in developing the multiplex cinema brand to accommodate the middle-aged and the elderly. This study aims for a compilation of the work of a team among six teams from their course products in the ``Brand Space Marketing`` course in the Department of Environmental Design in Sookmyung Women University which was provided between March and June, 2014. The scope of this study is limited to ``service`` of Work among Thing, Work, Peron, and Place. As a result, ``Cinergy, a multiplex cinema brand has been developed on the fusion of design and marketing aspects with the emophasis on nostalgia marketing for the older generations communicating with younger ones. The following strategles were incorporated in targeting the middle-aged and aging populations between their 40s and 60s. The products of converging ideas, designs, and marketing range from the products such as promotional graphics, food packages, membership cards, bage, and staff uniforms, to staging that evoke the nostalgia of the 70s and the 80s. Lastly, the significance of this study lies in creating a brand identity that integrated design and marketing in developing the brand identity, ``Cinergy.``

An attempt to extend the use of lever analogy to analyze the transient characteristic of ratio change in automatic transmission has been made in this paper. As a result, engine speed change and output torque disturbance and related parameters in both Torque and Inertia phase are identified without great complexity and difficulty.<br/>
