Open innovation concept is advocating the importance of the customer roles in firm's innovation. As a result, crowdsourcing community is drawing attention as a strategic asset for open innovation across diverse industries. Considering that the goal of crowdsourcing community is harnessing innovative ideas, understanding the characteristics of user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas can enhance the effectiveness of idea crowdsourcing. In our approach, we extract idea content-based characteristics such as subjectivity, negativity, prosocialneess, and depth of idea to examine what are the factors that affect user preference and organizational adoption. An analysis of 71,134 ideas from MyStarbucksIdea.com shows that there are significant differences between user-favorable and organization-adoptable ideas in terms of idea characteristics. Lastly, both theoretical and managerial implications are discussed.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of regular exercise on cardiopulmonary function in patients with CHF during 12 weeks. 30 patients with CHF (EF<40) participated in this study. The subjects were randomly assigned to three groups; supervised exercise group(N=10), home-based exercise group(N=10), control group(N=10). Exercise testing by cycle ergometry was used as 10W ramp protocol. VO2peak, HRrest, HRpeak, BP, exercise tolerance and half time were analyzed. Exercise intensity was 60%HRR or 60%VO2R. The results of the study can be summarized as follows:1. There was significant difference of VO2peak among three groups. SG and HG wsignificant increased than control group(p<.05). 2. HRrest was decreased significantly after exercise in HG(p<.05). 3. HRpeak was not significant difference among three groups, but significant decreased after exercise in SG(p<.05). 4. SBPrest was no significant difference among three groups. But SG and HG were significant decreased than control group(p<.05). 5. DBPrest was no significant difference among three groups, but significant decreased after exercise in HG(p<.05). 6. Exercise tolerance(duration) was significant increased after exercise in SG and HG(p<.05). But control group was significant decreased after exercise(p<.05). 7. Half time was significant decrease after exercise in both exercise groups(p<.05).

The purpose of postoperative rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction is to restore the knee joint function by recovering the joint stability and preventing postoperative complications, such as stiffness and patello-femoral problem. Many accelerated rehabilitation programs have been introduced in order to restore the knee joint function, and performed pre-and post-operatively. Pre-operative rehabilitation programs consistof preparing the operation mentally and physically, especially the patient education is the most important point of this step. Post-operative rehabilitations and methods of the ligament reconstruction should be explained and expectation of the patients also should be fully understood by the surgeon. The main purpose of rehabilitation is to acquire contentable range of motion by regulating painand swelling of the knee joint, and to prevent atrophy of quadriceps muscles. The fundamental concepts of the post-operative rehabilitation are early knee joint extension, early weight bearing and early recover of quadriceps muscle power of the knee joint. Passive knee extension should be achieved completely within 1 week post-operatively to prevent contracture of the posterior capsule and scaring of the femoral condylar notch, but if not attained at least 2 weeks, that could bring a poor outcomes. Partial weight bearing should be started immediately if not painful, and full weight bearing could be allowed after 4 weeks. Quadriceps muscle exercise including isometric contracture should begin to start at the first day after surgery because restoration of quadriceps muscle power is important for return to activity of daily living. Electrical muscle stimulation and biofeedback would be helpful to recover quadriceps muscle power by decreasing pain and swelling of the joint effectively. Two weeks after surgery, patients could begin closed kinetic chain exercise, after that, patients could exercise the quadriceps muscle more effectively adding open kinetic chain exercise. Recently, trainings for proprioception and neuromuscular control have been emphasized in orderto improve dynamic stability of the knee joint. Nowadays, variable post-operative rehabilitation programs are introduced for regain the knee joint function, and can be differed by types of graft, concomitant injuries, and especially methods of surgery, so should be performed individually, not by standardized program.

본 연구는 기업의 사회공헌에 관한 소비자들의 인식과 요구를 파악하여, 기업과 지역사회, 소비자가 상생할 수 있는 기업사회공헌 활동방안을 제시하기 위한 목적으로 실시되었다. 설문조사에 응답한 소비자 687명 중 우리나라 기업의 사회공헌 활동 수행정도에 대한 소비자들의 인식은 “보통” 정도인 것으로 나타났다. 기업의 사회적인 인식의 개선이라는 명분적인 측면과 장기적 영업실적 증가, 상품의 이미지 개선, 세제혜택 등의 실질적 이익을 위한 이유라고 생각하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 소비자들은 기업의 본질은 영리 추구이지만 사회공헌 활동을 통하여 이익을 사회로 환원할 책임이 있으며 그러한 노력을 많이 하는 기업들이 그렇지 못한 기업보다 윤리적이며 사회적으로 존경받을 만하고 그러한 기업의 제품의 구매에 참여하겠다고 인식하는 것으로 나타났다. 소비자가 관심을 갖는 기업사회공헌 활동 분야는 사회복지, 교육 및 학술연구, 환경 순이었다. 소비자들의 인식을 근거로 바람직한 기업의 사회 공헌 활동을 다음과 같이 제언할 수 있다. 첫째, 기업의 사회공헌에 대한 소비자들의 인식을 제고하기 위해서는 활동에 대한 지속적인 정보제공이 필요하다. 둘째, 소비자의 욕구와 기업의 업적 특성을 살린 전략적인 사회공헌 활동을 전개하여야 한다. 셋째, 기업의 사회공헌에 대한 인지도를 높이기 위해서는 기업의 윤리경영이 함께 이루어져야 한다. This study is to examine consumers’ recognition and demand on the corporate social contribution, and to suggest to win-win social contribution programs for consumers, community, and also corporate. 687 consumers’ who responded the questionnaires answered that the level of the Korean corporate social contribution is “average”. They recognized that the main aims of Korean corporate to provide social programs are to improve corporate social image, to make more profits through increased sales, and get tax reduction. Respondents’ attitudes were that it is natural for corporate to return the part of their benefits to society. They also showed the attitude to respect the company with ethical management behaviors and lots of social responsibility. Consumers had much interests on social welfare, education and research, and environment as social contribution areas. Based on the consumers’ recognition, the study suggested for better corporate social contribution as follows: 1) to provide consumers with adequate information on corporate social contribution activities; 2) to develop strategic corporate social contribution based on consumers" demand and corporate business characteristics; and 3) to go with ethical management behaviors.
Anti-Gliding Loop로 강화된 변형 긴장대 강선 술식을 이용한 슬개골 분쇄 골절의 치료 -수술 술기 보고-

슬개골 분쇄 골절의 치료를 위한 anti-gliding loop로 강화된 변형 긴장대 강선 술식의 유용성을 알아보고자 하였다. 슬개골 분쇄 골절로 진단받은 21명의 환자를 대상으로 하였다. 수술 방법으로는 변형 긴장대 강선 술식과 함께 슬개골 주위로 cerclage wire를 통과시키고 K-wire의 bending site에 anti-gliding loop를 만든 후 cerclage wire를 팽팽하게 조이는 방법으로 시행하였으며, 모든 환자는 수술 후 12개월 이상 추시 관찰하였다. 골유합은 술 후 4.5개월에 관찰되었으며, 불유합이나 K-wire의 slippage는 관찰되지 않았다. 최종 추시에서 Lysholm score는 87.1이었으며, 슬관절의 운동범위는 2.1o-132.2o였다. Anti-gliding loop로 강화된 변형 긴장대 강선 술식은 슬개골 분쇄 골절의 치료에 있어서 변형 긴장대 강선 술식의 유용한 개량술로 사용될 수 있을 것으로 판단된다. In order to investigate the feasibility of a modified tension band combined with anti-gliding loop augmentation technique for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture, 21 patients with comminuted patellar fracture were enrolled in this study. After the modified tension band wiring of patellar fracture, a cerclage wire was passed around the patella. Anti-gliding loops were made on the bending sites of Kirshner-wires. A knot was tied using both ends of the anti-gliding loops, and the cerclage wire was tightened using proximal knots. Bone union was achieved at 4.5±1.5 months postoperatively without nonunion. The Lysholm score was 87.1±2.8, and the range of motion of the knee was 2.1o±3.4o to 132.2o±6.5o at the last follow-up. The modified tension band combined with anti-gliding loop augmentation technique might be considered an alternative modification of modified tension band wiring for the treatment of comminuted patellar fracture.
