Since Cost Based Pool markets has been continued to power markets, Genco. needs economic analysis about investment in power plants. Particularly most Private Genco.s have presently a construction plan about LNG combined cycle thermal power plants. In this paper, we propose a economic analysis method of LNG combined cycle thermal power plants using Economic Dispatch and Optimal Power Flow in CBP markets. Also we develope computation model using it for decision making to build a plant. This method can consider a variation of power facility like power plants and transmission lines in CBP markets. Finally, this dissertation provides a relevant case study to confirm the effect of cost factor to economical efficiency.

The pre-treatment and the full-dipping-electro painting of the OEM painting process is not possible for the repair painting . In this situation, there are two opposite opinions on the washprimer as the substitute for the pre-treatment and full-dipping-electro painting of the OEM. The first one is that the washprimer for the repair painting needs to be used as the substitute. The other one is that the washprimer doesn’t have to be used because it doesn’t have considerable improvement on the anti-corrosion effect. So, this study has tried to verify the anti-corrosion effectiveness of the washprimer based on the technical data through the thickness test, the salt spray test and the adhesion test. As a test result, comparing the specimen with the washprimer to the one without washprimer, there has been no difference between two cases. That is, both specimens have had no corrosion, no inflation and no separation. Based on the test result, we can conclude that the washprimer doesn’t have considerable improvement on the anti-corrosion effect and the expected anti-corrosion effect can be obtained with only the surfacer material.

??The temperature of the body is determined by the temperature of the water, the swimming speed and the percentage of the subcutaneous fat. For this specific experiment, we asked the testee bring out the maximum exercise of their own and as a result, the load swimming speed and the percentage of the subcutaneous fat remained constant. Therefore the main factor that determines the temperature of the body is the temperature of the water. So to speak, the temperature of the body for the testee group and the controller group went down as the temperature of the water went to 33℃~23℃.<br/> ??As the temperature of the water went down, it slowed down the muscular movement and decreased the consumption of air below to the maximum. The skin, however, deemed to prevent the lowering of the temperature of the body. As a result of this experiment, it is assumed that the primary factors for the changes in VO₂nax were caused by the coordination of breathing, circulation, and the muscles.
지구성 운동 시 운동자각도 및 피로물질에 미치는 L-arginine의 효과

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of administration of L-arginine on rating of perceived exertion and fatigue material during endurance exercise. Methods : The subjects of this study were six elite swimmer. All six swimmer were performed to do cycle ergometer exercise in the laboratory and it has been measured repetitively in 6 weeks of interval. Each experimental exercise were monitored and analyzed the change of fatigue material. Rating of perceived exertion decreased significantly in L-arginine administration group than in placebo group at 50 min and 60min(p<.05). The amount of lactate concentration decreased significantly in L-arginine administration group than in placebo group at 45min and 60min(p<.05). The amount of ammonia concentration decreased significantly in L-arginine administration group than in placebo group each time blood sample was collected(p<.05). therefore, These results show that L-arginine administration could increase exercise performance and decrease fatigue material in endurance exercise.
규칙적인 운동과 F1, 6DP의 투여가 유산소지구력 및 항산화능에 미치는 영향

This study investigated effects of regular exercise and F1, 6DP supplement on endurance exercise capacity and antioxidant capacity in rats. Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly assigned to one eight groups(n=8): sedentary control group, exercied control group, F1, 6DP supplemented group and exercised F1, 6DP supplement group. F1, 6DP supplemented group, and exercsied F1, 6DP supplement group. Rats were fed experimental diets supplemented with F1, 6DP at the level of 10 ㎎/㎏/day for 4 weeks. Rats of exercised control group, F16-DP supplemented group and exercised F1, 6DP supplement exercised groups performed swimming exercise training at 60 min/day for 4 weeks. Exhaustive swimming time(endurance exercise capacity) was significantly increased in exercised control group, F1, 6DP supplemented group, and exercised F1, 6DP supplement group compared to the value for sedentary control group. Total antioxidant capacity was significantly higher in exercised control group, F1, 6DP supplemented group, and exercised F1, 6DP supplement group than sedentary control group. Free radical release was significantly lower in exercised control group FI, 6DP supplemented group, and exercised F1, 6DP supplement group than sedentary control group, These results indicate that F1, 6DP appear to be effective in enhancing enduranced exercised performance and antioxidant capacity of trained rats.
저온 플라즈마 침질탄화처리된 마르텐사이트계 석출경화형 스테인리스강의 내식성에 미치는 시효 전처리의 영향

Various aging treatments were conducted on AISI 630 martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel in order to optimize aging condition. Aging treatment was carried out in the vacuum chamber of Ar gas with changing aging temperature from 380℃ to 430℃ and aging time from 2h to 8h at 400℃. After obtaining the optimized aging condition, several nitrocarburizing treatments were done without and with the aging treatment. Nitrocarburizing was performed on the samples with a gas mixture of H₂, N₂ and CH₄ for 15 h at vacuum pressure of 4.0 Torr and discharge voltage of 400V. The corrosion resistance was improved noticeably by combined process of aging and nitrocarburizing treatment, which is attributed to higher chromium and nitrogen content in the passive layer, as confirmed by XPS analysis. The optimized condition is finalized as, 4h aging at 400℃ and then subsequent nitrocarburizing at 400℃ with 25% nitrogen and 4% methane gas for 15h at vacuum pressure of 4.0 Torr and discharge voltage of 400V, resulting in the surface hardness of around 1300 HV0.05 and α"N layer thickness of around 11 μm respectively.
차량 보수도장 보험사기 규명을 위한 수용성 페인트 성분분석

최근 차량 증가와 더불어 이에 따른 사고 또한 증가하고 있는 추세로써 대부분의 사고차량에서 도색작업이 반드시 요구되고 있다. 통상적인 차량 도색시 다량의 유기용제가 사용되어 환경문제가 대두되고 있으며 이에 대처하기 위해 최근 수용성 도료가 국내에서도 개발되고 그 사용이 증가하고 있다. 그러나 수용성 도료의 경우 도장 작업비용이 고가이기에 정비공장에서 보험금 과다청구의 수단으로 악용하는 사례 또한 적지 않다. 본 연구에서는 수용성 도료를 사용하였는지 여부를 규명하기 위해 수용성 도료에 사용되는 비이온성 계면활성제 성분인 Surfynol 104 성분을 지표물질로 하여 퀴리포인트를 이용한 열분해-기체크로마토그래피/질량분석법(Py-GC/MS)으로 분석하였다. 분석결과 도색작업이 완료된 실제 차량 페인트에서 동위원소 치환된 fluoranthene-d10을 내부표준물질로 하여 표준물첨가법(standard addition method)으로 약 0.38%의 계면활성제 성분이 검출되었다. With increasing the number of vehicles, the accident rate also goes up and the damaged vehicles should be painted as a final repair process. At the painting stage the solvent-based paint causes environmental problems. To overcome these problems waterborne refinish paint is frequently used recently. However, for waterborne refinish, the costs of insurance coverage are too expensive, and insurance reimbursement costs could be burdensome. Because of the high price of aquatic paint treatment, the service shop might charge the malicious service price. In this study, the surfactant of Surfynol 104, which is the component in the paint, was used as an indicator whether the vehicle was painted with waterborne paint. The specimen was quantitatively analyzed to contain 0.38% of the surfactant through the standard addition method with isotope substituted internal standard (IS) of fluranthene-d10 by curie point pyrolysis-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (Py-GC/MS).
