Vitamin A palmitate, an oily drug which has low chemical stability and is poorly absorbed in the intestine, was formulated into a novel powdered dosage form. This is designated as a redispersible dry emulsion by freeze-drying technique. Before preparing a dry emulsion, vitamin A palmitate oil in solid in water (O/S/W) emulsion with soybean oil and coconut oil using Aerosil 200 as an emulsion stabilizer and polyoxyethylene-polyoxypropylene-blockcopolymer (Pluronic F68) as a surfactant was prepared. The resultants of the stability tests indicated that vitamin A palmitate O/S/W emulsion was improved on increasing the oil content of the formulation. The resultant dry emulsion particles have a good stabilities and free flow properties and readily released the oily droplets to form stable emulsions on rehydration. The drug releasing property from the resultant dry emulsion particles was dependent on factors such as amount of oily carrier(soybean oil) and surfactant(Pluronic F68) formulated. Above 80% of vitamin A palmitate content was released from the dry emulsion for 1 hour. It was deduced that vitamin A palmitate dry emulsion was definitely suitable for oral administration, since small droplets of vitamine A palmitate from the dry emulsion may alter the drug absorption profile resulting in bioavailability enhancement.
벨로우즈 용접부의 품질확보를 위한 비드형상 S/N비에 관한 실험적 연구

The automatic welding systems, have received much attention in recent years, because they are highly suitable not only to increase the quality and productivity, but also to decrease manufacturing time and cost for a given product. Automatic welding work in semiconductor or space industry to be carried out in pipe line and butt joint mostly and plasma arc welding(PAW) is actively applied. To get the desired quality welds in automated welding system is challenging, a mathematical model is needed that has complete control over the relevant process parameters in order to obtain the required mechanical properties. However, In various industries the welding process mathematical model is not fully formulated for the process parameter and on the welding conditions, therefore only partial variables can be predicted. Therefore, this paper investigates the interaction between the welding parameters and mechanical properties for predicting the weld bead geometry by analyzing the S/N ratio.
3D Animation을 이용한 Interface Design에 관한 연구

본 연구는 3차원 애니메이션을 이용한 GUI(Graphical User Interface) 웹사이트 설계 및 구현에 관한 연구이다. 본고는 가상공간 상에서의 사이버서핑을 통한 잠재 소비자의 수효가 급증함에 따라 보다 많은 소비자들에게 개개인의 감성적 취향에 적합한 서핑공간의 계획과 인터페이스 구축이 무엇보다 필요하다는 것을 인식하고, 기존의 가상현실을 대표하던 VRML과는 또 다른 2차원 Flash 애니메이션과 3차원 애니메이션 기술을 이용하여 컴퓨터 안에서 가상의 공간을 구축하고 이 공간을 walk-through하는 것에 의해 실제의 Mixed Mall공간에 보다 근접한 현실감을 느낄 수 있는 가상현실 지원시스템을 설계한다. 웹상에서의 3차원 애니메이션 적용기술과 압축방법 및 3차원 애니메이션과 Interactive Interface Design의 효과적인 접근을 위한 감성디자인을 활용한 GUI구현을 위해, 디자인 개념 설정, 타깃 설정, 디자인 적용, 3차원 애니메이션과 Flash GUI와의 연동을 통한 프로세스 구축과 3차원 사이버 Mixed Mall공간의 개발을 완료하는 순으로 진행하였다. This study is to produce web site with 3D animation through GUI(Graphical User Interface). In the virtual space, consumer have potential power of buying with web surfing in the internet, therefore it is necessary to consider the personal interest and taste of interface. So it can constructed the virtual space with the combining technologies of 3D animation, Fash, and VRML. Consumer can walk-through in this space with familiarity and reality. To compress file and application technology of 3D animation in web design, it will establish Mixed Mall which is a next version of shopping mall.
