추나 요법을 적용한 경수부 척수 손상 환자의 경과관찰 1례

Objects : This study was to report a clinical effect of Chuna Treatment for a patient diagnosed by Magnetic Resonance Imaging(MRI) as Cervical Myelopathy. Methods: In order to alleviate shoulder pain and neck stiffness, the patient was treated by acupuncture therapy, herbal medicine, phamacopucture, cervical traction technique of Chuna treatment and conservative managements. To evaluate the effect of the treatment, Recovery rate of Hirabayashi, VAS(Visual Anlaogue Scale), NDI and ROM(Range of Motion) were used. Lhermitte's sign, Valsalva test, Distraction test, Compression test and Spurling test were carried out. Results: VAS, NDI and ROM were improved and Recovery rate was 100%. Conclusions: Korean Treatment can be effectively used for a patient with Cervical Myelopathy. Further clinical studies are needed to verify the findings.
추나요법을 적용한 후종인대골화증을 동반한 경추척추관협착증 환자의 경과관찰 1례

Objects : This study was to report a clinical effect of Korean Treatment for a patient diagnosed by Computed Tomography as Cervical Spinal Stenosis with Ossification of posterior Longitudinal Ligament. Methods : In order to alleviate left shoulder pain and neck stiffness, the patient was treated by acupuncture therapy, herbal medicine, distilled herbal injection, cervical traction technique of Chuna treatment and conservative managements. To evaluate the effect of the treatment, Recovery rate of Hirabayashi, VAS(Visual Anlaogue Scale), NDI and ROM(Range of Motion) were used. Lhermitte's sign, Valsalva test, Distraction test, Compression test and Spurling test were carried out. Results : VAS, NDI and ROM were improved and Recovery rate was 100%. Conclusions : Korean Treatment can be effectively used for a patient with Cervical Spinal Stenosis with OPLL. Further clinical studies are needed to verify the findings.
천초약침 치료를 병행한 슬관절 통증 환자에 대한 증례 보고

Objective : This study was to investigate the clinical effect of Rubiae Radix pharmacopuncture on knee joint pain. Methods : The patients were treated by Rubiae Radix pharmacopuncture, Acupuncture, herbal medicine. To evaluate the effect of the treatment, The patient's symptoms were assessed by Visual Analogue Scale(VAS) Score, Knee injury and osteoarthritis outcome score(KOOS) and physical examinations. Results : In all cases, the pain was reduced significantly according to improvement of VAS score, KOOS and active Range Of Motion(ROM) of knee joint. VAS score and KOOS of all cases were decreased. In two cases, ROM of knee joint has improved. But in one case, ROM of knee joint has still been restricted. But there are no noticeable changes in physical examinations. Conclusion : These results suggest that Rubiae Radix pharmacopuncture might be an effective method to treat patients with knee joint pain. But, It's necessary to have more observations and experiments with Rubiae Radix pharmacopuncture.
RF 마그네트론 스퍼터링에 의한 ZnO박막의 증착 및 구리 도우핑 효과

Thin films of ZnO are deposited by using an RF magnetron sputtering with varying the substrate temperature(RT~39$0^{\circ}C$) and RF power(50~250W). Cu-doped ZnO(denoted by ZnO:Cu) films have also been prepared by co-spputtering of a ZnO target on which some Cu-chips are attached. Different substrate materials, such as Si, $SiO_{2}/Si$, sapphire, DLC/Si, and poly-diamond/Si, are employed to compare the c-axial growth features of deposited ZnO films. Texture coefficient(TC) values for the (002)-preferential growth are estimated from the XRD spectra of deposited films. Optimal ranges of RF powers and substrate temperatures for obtaining high TC values are determined. Effects of Cu-doping conditions, such as relative Cu-chip sputtering areas, $O_{2}/(Ar+O_{2})$ mixing ratios, and reactor pressures, on TC values, electrical resistivities, and relative Cu-compositions of deposited ZnO:Cu films have been systematically investigated. XPS study shows that the relative densities of metallic $Cu(Cu^{0})$ atoms and $CuO(Cu^{2+})$-phases within deposited films may play an important role of determining their electrical resistivities. It should be noted from the experimental results that highly resistive(> $10^{10}{\Omega}cm$ ZnO films with high TC values(> 80%) can be achieved by Cu-doping. SAW devices with ZnO(or Zn):Cu)/IDT/$SiO_{2}$/Si configuration are also fabricated to estimate the effective electric-mechanical coupling coefficient($k_{eff}^{2}$) and the insertion loss. It is observed that the devices using the Cu-doped ZnO films have a higher $k_{eff}^{2}$ and a lower insertion loss, compared with those using the undoped films.
PI-LEAD 알고리즘을 이용한 2축 안정화 짐벌 시스템 제어

서보 시스템에서 마찰과 같은 비선형 요소는 측정이 어려우며, 또한 정확한 예측이 어려워 보상하기가 쉽지 않다. 특히, 2축 안정화 짐벌 시스템에서 마찰은 큰 오차를 발생시켜 최종적으로 제어 성능을 만족시키지 못한다. 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위해 관측기 등을 적용한 마찰 보상 연구가 많이 진행되어 왔으나 특정 조건에서만 적용되어 군수 분야에서 정밀도를 요하는 2축 안정화 짐벌 시스템에 적용하는데 제한적이다. 본 논문에서는 가장 일반적이면서 강인성이 입증된 PID 알고리즘을 변형시킨 PI-LEAD 알고리즘을 사용하여 모델링 및 시뮬레이션을 통해 마찰 보상 효과를 입증하고, 실제 2축 안정화 짐벌 시스템에 적용하여 효과를 검증한다. 성능시험을 통해 PI-LEAD 알고리즘이 마찰에 의한 오차를 최소화하여 정밀 서보 시스템에서 요구하는 성능을 만족하는 것을 검증하였다. Since the nonlinear factors such as friction in a mechanical servo system can't be easily measured nor estimated accurately. Therefore, it is difficult to compensate friction correctly. Friction makes a significant error in a 2-axis stabilized gimbal system and finally fails to reach the ultimate control performance goals. To solve these problems, lots of studies on the control methods applying observer have been performed. However, these methods can be used in specific conditions and are limited to apply them to the accurate 2-axis stabilized gimbal system in military sector. This paper deals with the PI-LEAD algorithm which is modified with a general and robust PID algorithm, proves the effect of the algorithm through modeling and simulation, and verifies the performance by applying the algorithm to the real 2-axis stabilized system. It is verified through the performance test that the PI-LEAD algorithm minimizes the error caused by friction and meets requirements of the accurate servo system.

There are many youths complaining about how tough life is. This toughness also applied to teachers, students and even parents. Gadamer’s hermeneutics has an important counseling philosophic significance that understands and counsels people who live very tough lives. This research study analyzes the core concepts of Gadamer’s hermeneutics and examines that counseling philosophical meaning it takes on. Gadamer’s hermeneutics were analyzed using the concepts of prejudice, influential history, hermeneutic cycling, and prospect convergence counseling. In summary prejudice is the position before judging with reason. Influential history includes the events, situations, history and traditions etc. that form prejudices. Hermeneutic cycling will help the culture of conversing settle. The counselor and the counselee can reenact their lives with the conversation that is prejudice and influential history, and the medium that is language. Through this process both parties can achieve prospect convergence counseling to reach an even deeper understanding. 요즘 많은 청소년들은 삶이 힘들다고 호소하고 있다. 이런 힘듦은 교사와 학생, 학부모들에게도 해당된다. 가다머의 해석학은 매우 힘든 삶을 살아가는 사람들을 이해하고 상담하는 중요한 상담 철학적 의의를 지닌다. 본 연구는 가다머의 해석학적 주요개념을 분석하고 그것이 어떤 상담철학적 의미를 갖게 되는가를 알아보도록 한다. 가다머의 해석학적 특징으로는 선입관, 영향사, 해석학적 순환, 그리고 지평융합이라는 개념을 분석하였다. 요약하면 선입관은 이성으로 판단하기 전에 입장을 말한다. 영향사는 선입관을 형성한 사건, 상황, 역사, 전통 등을 말한다. 해석학적 순환은 대화하는 문화를 정착시키도록 도울 것이다. 상담자와 내담자가 자신의 선입관과 영향사를 대화라는 구조와 언어라는 매개체로 다시 삶을 재현해낼 수 있다. 또 양자는 이와 같은 과정을 통해서 상호간의 지평융합을 달성하여 심층적인 이해에 도달하게 된다.
