저자들은 하지 자색반과 고환 통증으로 내원한 알코올성 간경화증 환자에서 LCV의 원인 감별하는 과정에서 HCC와 하대정맥 막성폐쇄를 진단하고 이에 대한 치료 후 LCV의 호전된 증례를 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다. Vasculitis is a heterogeneous group of diseases that destroy blood vessel walls by inflammation. Approximately half of vasculitis cases are idiopathic, but sometimes associated with genetic factors, medicines, chronic infection, autoimmune diseases, and malignancies. Although the mechanism remains unclear, vasculitis secondary to malignancy, also known as paraneoplastic vasculitis, has been reported. It is generally associated with hematologic malignancies rather than solid malignancies and commonly presents as leukocytoclastic vasculitis or polyarteritis nodosa. We experienced a case of leukocytoclastic vasculitis in a patient with hepatocellular carcinoma and membranous obstruction of the inferior vena cava. Thermal design is required with considering thermal stability to verify the reliability of electric power device with using IGBT. 합성 금속-유기 골격체 NH<sub>2</sub>-MIL-101(Fe)를 이용한 염료의 흡착 및 광분해 제거

In this study, a metal-organic framework (MOF) material NH<sub>2</sub>-MIL-101(Fe) was synthesized using the solvothermal method, and characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), UV-visible spectrophotometry, field-emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM), energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and surface area measurements. The XRD pattern of the synthesized NH<sub>2</sub>-MIL-101(Fe) was similar to the previously reported patterns of MIL-101 type materials, which indicated the successful synthesis of NH<sub>2</sub>-MIL-101(Fe). The FT-IR spectrum showed the molecular structure and functional groups of the synthesized NH<sub>2</sub>-MIL-101(Fe). The UV-visible absorbance spectrum indicated that the synthesized material could be activated as a photocatalyst under visible light irradiation. FE-SEM and TEM images showed the formation of hexagonal microspindle structures in the synthesized NH<sub>2</sub>-MIL-101(Fe). Furthermore, the EDS spectrum indicated that the synthesized material consisted of Fe, N, O, and C elements. The synthesized NH<sub>2</sub>-MIL-101(Fe) was then employed as an adsorbent and photocatalyst for the removal of Indigo carmine and Rhodamine B from aqueous solutions. The initial 30 min of adsorption for Indigo carmine and Rhodamine B without light irradiation achieved removal efficiencies of 83.6% and 70.7%, respectively. The removal efficiencies thereafter gradually increased with visible light irradiation for 180 min, and the overall removal efficiencies for Indigo carmine and Rhodamine B were 94.2% and 83.5%, respectively. These results indicate that the synthesized MOF material can be effectively applied as an adsorbent and photocatalyst for the removal of dyes.
초음파 합성 적용 Cu<sub>2</sub>O/TiO<sub>2</sub> 이종접합 소재의 특성 및 활성도 평가에 관한 연구

In the current study, a Cu2O/TiO2 photoinduced nanocomposite materials prepared by ultrasonification method was evaluated the photocatalytic oxidation efficiency of volatile organic compounds (BTEX) under visible-light irradiation. The results of XRD confirmed the successful preparation of photoinduced nanocomposite materials. However, diffraction peaks belonging to TiO2 were not confirmed for the Cu2O/TiO2. The possible reason for the absence of Cu2O peak is their low content and small particle size. The result of uv-vis spectra exhibited that the fabricated Cu2O/TiO2 can be activated under visible light irradiation. The FE-SEM/EDS and TEM showed the formation of synthesized nanocomposites and componential analysis in the undoped TiO2 and Cu2O/TiO2. The photocatalytic oxidation efficiencies of benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, and o-xylene with Cu2O/TiO2 were higher than undoped TiO2. According to light sources, the average oxidation efficiencies for BTEX by Cu2OT-0.5 were exhibited in the orer of 8 W day light > violet LEDs > white LEDs. However, the photocatalytic oxidation efficiencies normalized to supplied electric power were calculated to be in the following order of violet LEDs > white LEDs > 8 W day light, indicating that the LEDs could be a much more energy efficient light source for the photo-oxidation of gaseous BTEX using Cu2O/TiO2.
풍력발전기용 밀폐형 변압기의 식물성 절연유에 대한 열적특성 연구

변압기 외부에 방열핀을 설치한 밀폐형 오일변압기는 절연유의 온도상승으로 인해 부피가 팽창할 경우 방열핀의 내부 부피가 확장되어 압력상승을 방지한다. 본 연구에서는 생분해도가 높아 환경친화적이고, 인화점 및 발화점이 높아 화재의 위험도가 낮은 식물성 절연유를 이용하여 당사 풍력발전기에 적용할 밀폐형 오일변압기를 개발하였다. 열·유동 전산수치해석 기법을 이용하여 식물성 절연유 냉각성능을 광유 및 실리콘유와 비교·분석 하였으며, 밀폐형 오일변압기의 개발을 위하여 변압기 중신부의 열적안전성을 확보하고 절연유의 온도변화에 따른 내부 압력변화에 대응이 가능한 팽창형 방열핀을 개발하였다. 추가로 온도상승시험을 통하여 수치해석 결과와 시험 결과를 비교 분석 하였으며, 식물성 절연유를 사용한 밀폐형 오일 변압기의 설계 고려사항을 도출하였다. When the insulation oil expands, an increase in the volume of the corrugated fin prevents a pressure rise of the transformer. For a wind turbine transformer, a vegetable-oil?immersed transformer has the advantages of excellent biodegradation and fire-resistant properties like an exceptionally high fire point. When vegetable oil is substituted for mineral oil, however, the maximum winding temperature rises because of the decrease in the internal circulation flow rate resulting from the variations of the oil’s physical characteristics, such as density and viscosity. The purpose of this study is to develop a hermetically sealed vegetable oil transformer that can be applied in a wind turbine and to analyze the thermal stability of the active part of the transformer to deal with pressure variations due to the temperature changes. In addit ion, thermal tests for the vegetable oil transformer have been performed, and the measured values are compared with the analysis results.

When the insulation oil expands, an increase in the volume of the radiator fin prevents pressure rise of the transformer. For the wind turbine transformer, the vegetable oil immersed transformer has advantages of excellent biodegradation and fire-resistant properties like exceptionally high fire point. In case of substituting vegetable oil from mineral oil, however, maximum winding temperature rises because of the decrease in internal circulation flowrate resulting from the variation of physical characteristics such as density and viscosity. The purpose of this study is to develop the hermetically sealed vegetable oil transformer which is applied for the wind turbine, and to analyze the thermal stability for the active part of the transformer to deal with the pressure variation due to the temperature change. The amount of expanded oil inside the radiator has been evaluated for different operating load and insulation oil cases.
