      • 석유화학 플랜트의 효율적 배관자재 관리를 위한 코드분류체계 개선

        본 연구는 석유화학 플랜트 설계, 구매 시공에 직간접적으로 많은 영향을 주는 배관자재의 관리 효율성을 높이기 위하여 자재 코드 및 자재관리 시스템의 근간이 되는 배관자재 코드 분류체계를 개선하였다. 기존 배관자재 코드 분류체계를 개선하기 위하여 내재된 문제점을 자세히 파악하고 국내외 대형 EPC 기업의 배관자재 코드 분류체계 특징을 조사하였으며, 최근 대형화, 전문화 되어가는 프로젝트의 특성을 고려하여 개선 방향을 설정하였다. 배관 자재별 특성에 맞는 코드분류체계를 정의하고, 표준 속성을 추가하고, 신규 자재 및 재질을 고려한 코드 자릿수 확장 및 계층적 분류 구조를 통하여 효율적 배관 자재관리를 위한 배관 자재 코드 분류체계의 개선 구조를 도출하였다. 개선된 배관자재 코드 분류체계를 수행중인 프로젝트에 적용한 결과, 자재 구매사양서의 재 작업률이 평균 4.98%에서 2.48%로 감소하였으며, 3차원설계에서 요구되는 배관 형상 구축 작업시간이 기존 평균 작업인원 2명이 6개월 소요 되었으나, 1명이 4개월로 67% 감소 효과를 가져왔다. 또한 피라미드 코드 구조를 통하여 전사 자재관리 시스템과 연동되어 구매, 견적 등 유관 부서에서 다양한 데이터를 축적하고 내부 경영관리 의사결정을 위한 프로젝트 분석에 활용할 수 있게 되었다. The objective of this study is to improve the classification structure of commodity code for piping material management which is considered as the fundamental of commodity code and piping material management system. It enhances the efficiency of piping material management directly or indirectly affecting the engineering, procurement and construction in a petrochemical plant projects. To establish an improved code classification structure, this study identifies the problems of former code classification structure in details, as well as the characteristics of other domestic and global EPC company's code classification structures and presents the improved direction considering the recently mega-sized and specialized projects. Accordingly, to efficiently enhance piping material management, the improved code classification structures have been derived from defining suitable code classification structure for specific piping component, adding more standard attribute, expanding the number of code digits and classifying code hierarchy. The results of applying the improved classification structure of commodity code to on-going project have led to reduce the rate of rework from 4.98% to 2.48% for developing purchase description and also have saved working time for executing piping design by 3D modeling from 6 months by two persons to 4 months by a person which is decreased 67% consequently. In addition, the structures of pyramid code management have resulted to accumulation and analysis of the various piping data for other disciplines such as procurement and estimation team which require commodity code information through the company's material control system.

        N-4-살리실로아미도-2-아미노-6-피페리디노피리미딘 3-옥사이드.철(III)착체의 물성 및 지시약적 응용성

        The combinations of N-4-salicyloamido-2-amino-6-piperidinopyrimidine 3-oxide (Salmi) and two transitional metals were colored. Among metals, Fe(III) made a distinct colored complex with Salmi. The mole ratio of Salmi and Fe(III) in the complex was 1:1. This Salmi-Fe(III) complex was recrystallized in Hexane/Acetone(=10/1, v/v) and investigated its physicochemical properties. The color of this complex was changed by pH.; deep violet pink in acids, orange in neutral, and yellow in bases. The range of color change was approximately 0.7 pH unit. Acid-base titration of various acidic or basic drugs using Salmi-Fe(III) complex as an indicator showed good accuracy and reproducibility.

        젤라틴 첨가 브라운소스의 관능적 특성 최적화

        This study was carried out response surface analysis for brown sauce optimization. Three factors of heating time (10, 20, 30, 40, and 50 min), the added gelatin content (0, 4, 8, 12, and 16%) and the added tomato paste amount (0, 6, 12, 18, and 24%) were encoded into 5 levels (-2, -1, 0, 1, 2). After the central synthesis plan was set up to produce samples in 16 pre-arranged conditions and the sensory tests were conducted, the investigation on optimum level of these factors was conducted. The scope of optimum conditions for extraction was established through reading the range of reaction surfaces superimposed between those representing sensory properties such as color, flavor, taste, viscosity and overall acceptability was established. In this study, it was found out that the scope of optimum conditions for brown sauce extraction was 30 min for heating time, 9.00% for gelatin content and 11.25% for tomato paste amount. The reliability test proved the mentioned scope to have a similar value to that of the estimated scope when compared to the experimental values which was observed through experiments conducted under the same conditions as applied to values predicted through RSM program, enabling the verification of the reliability of derived regression formula.

        Lonicerae Flos, the flower of Lonicera japonica Thunb., has been used as a diuretic, stomachic, antipyretic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory agent in Korea. In order to evaluate the quality of Lonicerae Flos, the method of isolation and quantitative determination of luteolin $7-O-{\beta}-D-glucoside$ as a reference standard compound has been developed. Different specimens of Lonicerae Flos were collected from twenty Korean markets and were analyzed with HPLC using the mobile phase of MeOH-4.5% acetic acid solution (16.5:83.5). The average content of luteolin $7-O-{\beta}-D-glucoside$ from Lonicerae Flos in Korean markets was $0.43{\pm}0.34%$.

        Polygoni Multiflori Radix, the root of Polygonum multiflorum Thunb., has been used as a tonic, and in the inflammation and constipation in Korea. In order to evaluate the quality of Polygoni Multiflori Radix, the method of isolation and quantitative determination of emodin as a reference standard compound has been developed. Different specimens of Polygoni Multiflori Radix were collected from twenty Korean markets and were analyzed with HPLC using the mobile phase of MeOH-water (64:36). The average content of emodin from Polygoni Multiflori Radix in Korean markets was 0.021%.

        파프리카가루를 이용한 소스 개발에 관한 연구

        The purpose of this study is to rapidly produce a sauce using paprika powder in a short period. The test results of moisture content, pH, salinity, color, texture, reducing sugar, amino-nitrogen, and sensory testing are as follows. The water content of sauce (CON) using paprika powder was 26.31%, whereas 31.58% in SP1, 31.40% in SP2, 30.84% in SP3, and 24.08% in SP4. PH value increased with increasing paprika powder (P<0.001). Salinity ranged from 4.87% to 5.22%, which showed a lower value than that of a former study. In terms of color, SP3 showed the highest L value (28.01), and CON showed the highest a and b values (P<0.001), In textural properties, CON showed the highest hardness of 205.50, whereas SP3 showed the lowest hardness of 106.53, Contrary to the results for hardenss (ED:?) CON showed the lowest adhesiveness which was -704.17, SP3 showed the highest value which was -348.93. SP1, and SP2 showed the highest reducing sugar value (P<0.001), and SP1 and SP4 showed the highest and lowest values of amino-nitrogen, respectively (P<0.001). In the results of sensory tesating, SP2 showed the greatest appearance and flavor, but was not found to be significantly different to any of the others. CON, SP1 and SP2 showed the best texture (P<0.05) and SP2 showed the best interest among them with no significant difference. According to these results, SP2 made with 200g of paprika powder, 150g of soy powder, 600g of grain syrup, 500g of water, and 75g of salt showed the highest sensory interest value and was determined to be the most suitable for making the paprika sauce.

        두부단순촬영을 통한 한국인의 정상두개골의 각종지표

        The measurements of skull in roentgenogram were made in 234 cases of korean adults, 128 male and 106 female. Results were obtained as follows. The Cephalic Index was 84.7 in male, 84 in female, and 84.09 in both gender. The result was greater than other reported results. The Anterior-Posterior(AP) diameter of pituitary fossa was 1.19±0.14㎝ in male, 1.21±0.16㎝ in female and 1.20±0.15㎝ in both gender. The result was greater than other results. The depth of pituitary fossa was 1.00±0.13㎝ in male 0.99±0.12㎝ in female and 1.20±0.99㎝ in both gender. The mean value of AP diameter and depth of pituitary fossa was greater than the other reported results. The Basal Angle was 127.20±5.23 in male, 127.86±5.07 in female and 127.50±5.21 in both gender, which were smaller than other results. The sphenoid type was classified into 3 types as sella, presella, and concha. The percentage of each type was : sella type with 78%, presella type with 20%, and concha type in 2%. The pineal gland calcification rate in korean adults was lower than that of Westerners. The occurance of Metopic suture and Mendosal suture in simple skull X-ray was rare. We believe the above measurement will provide helpful information in planning a surgical approach as well as in understanding the data discrepancies between skulls of the Asian and European populations.

        척추내 낭미충증

        Cysticercosis in the humar, is caused by infestation by larvae of pork tapeworm, taenia solium. Although they may grow anywhere in the body such as the liver, lung, eyes, heart, muscle, ect, they are most commonly found in the brain and its coverings. The cysticercus vesicles have occasionally been found in spinal structures other than the brain. We present a case of spinal cysticercosis in a 63-year-old male. The patient presented with a marked paraparesis and paresthesia below a T10 dermatome level, and moderately decreased deep tendon reflexes. After performing total laminectomies at T11-12 & L3-5, 30 cysticercus vesicles were removed.

        모려71루는 Osfreafigas말Itunberg의 껄질로 대한약전, 일본약국방 및 신농본초경의 상품으로 수재되어 았으며,진경안신 (뜰론촌혀), 평갈잠얄(꾸쁠탄), 수렴고삽(찬찮르ie), 연견산결 (3k몰곰) 등의 약리작용을 나타내며, 쬐근에는 칼슘보급제로 널리 사용피고 있다. 따라서 모려가루의 칼슘함쟌을 0.051w-EDTA로 적정하여 측정한 결과 칼슘으로써 11.I~34.6%였고, 개별 중금속 둥의 오염을 파악하고자 As, Cd, Cu, Mg, Mn, Pb, Sb, Sn, Zn둥 금속함량을 ICPS로 분석한 결자 As, Cd, Cu, Pb, Sb, Sn, Zn 은 검출되지 않았고, Mg은 0.es~e.707ppm을, Mn은 0.OO3~0.296ppm을 함유하고 있는 겄으로 나타났다. 또한 모려가루의 품질을 평가하고자 대한약전에 따라 화인시칩 , 순도신험, 건조감량 등을 실시하였으며, 그 결과 순도시험항의 산불용물의 경우 기준치에서 상당히 벗어났으며, 칼슘함량이 갇소할수록 산불용물은 증가하는 경향을 보였으므로 원료의 전처리과정에 대한 규제가 필요하며 , 표준 모려가루의 확보가 시급하며 표준 모려가루애 따라 전반적으로 규격기준이 재설정되어야 할 것으로 사료된다. According to the monograph of powdered Oyster shell in the Korea Pharmacopoeia, we carried out the quality evaluation in 13 samples. All of them were passed on identification except for color change. The impurity test on acid insoluble residues was difficult to determine because of the vague test method. So we established new test method which decreases the sample size and modifies the procedure. Contents( % ) of Calcium in powdered Oyster shell were from 11.1 to 34.6% with 0.05M-EDTA titration. And the levels of trace metals were determinated using inductively coupled plasma spectrometer. The metals of As, Cd, Cu, Pb, Sb, Sn and Zn were not detected but the levels of Mg were from 0.05 to 0.707ppm and Mn were from O.003 to 0.296ppm.
