Two analog predsitorters (PDs) using the mixing operation are proposed to compensate for the memory effects of the power amplifier and then significantly cancel IM3 components with the independent control of IM3 terms. In the first PD, IM3 terms are generated by using mixing operation of low frequency terms. In the second PD, the double mixing operation of the fundamental components is used. For a two-tone signal with 20-㎒ tone spacing, the notable IM3 suppression is achieved over a whole output power range.
역상 HPLC에 의한 Fatty quaternary ammonium salt 4종 동시분석

역상 HPLC에 의한 Cetyltrimetyl ammonium chloride(CTM), Stearamidopropyl dimetylamine(SAP), Behentriammonium chloride(BHT), Dihexadeyldimethyl ammonium chloride(DHDDM)의 양이온계면활성제 4종 동시 정량분석 방법을 개발하였다. 분석조건으로 분리관은 Alltech C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5 μm)을 사용하였고, 검출기는 ELSD를 사용하였으며, 이동상은 0.2%TFA/Methanol의 기울기 용리에 의해 분석되었다. 이때 검량선의 상관계수(r2)는 130~1980.5 ㎍/mL농 도 범위에서 0.997이상 이었고, 검출한계, 정밀성이 우수하였다. 이 방법은 fatty quaternary ammonium salt 4종의 정량분석 가능함을 보여 주었다. Simultanious quantitative determination of Cetyltrimetyl ammonium chloride(CTM), Stearamidopropyl dimetylamine(SAP), Behentriammonium chloride(BHT), Dihexadeyldimethyl ammonium chloride(DHDDM) was carried out by reversed phase HPLC. The 0.2% TFA/Methanol was used for the mobile phase of gradient conditions. An Alltech C18(250 mm × 4.6 mm i.d., 5μm)and the selected ELSD detector was applied. The analysis results of HPLC showed good linearity with correlation coefficient of r2=0.997 in the rage of 130~1,980.5 ㎍/mL and detection limit.

본 연구는 은행 열매 오일의 멜라닌 생성 억제 효과를 확인한 것이다. 은행나무 열매 오일은 DPPH assay와 FRAP assay를 사용하여 라디컬 소거능을 시험하였다. 결과적으로 은행나무 열매 오일은 DMSO를 용매로 0.06% 녹였을 때, DPPH assay에서 9.96% 소거활성을 나타내었고 FRAP는 1.33 mM의 ferric sulfate (FeSO<sub>4</sub>)를 생성하였다. 은행 열매 오일은 tyrosinase inhibition assay에서 37.72%의 억제력을 가졌고 B16/F10 세포에 멜라닌 생합성 실험을 통해 확인하였다. 은행 오일 0.06%에서 α-MSH 처리 구에 비해 48.02%의 멜라닌 생성을 억제하였다. Tyrosinase, tyrosinase related protein-1 (TRP-1), tyrosinase related protein-2 (TRP-2), microphthalmia-associated transcription factor (MITF)의 유전자 발현 수준은 control군에 비해 0.04%와 0.06% 농도 군이 크게 감소하였다. 결과적으로 은행 열매 오일 추출물이 멜라닌 생성을 억제하는 효과가 있는 것으로 확인되었다. In this study, we investigated the inhibitory effect on melanin synthesis of Ginkgo biloba seed oil. The results showed 9.96% inhibitory effect scavenging activity on DPPH and showed a value of 1.33 mM of FeSO<sub>4</sub> at a concentration of 0.06% in DMSO by using FRAP assay. G. biloba seed oil inhibited tyrosinase activity up tp 37.72% and suppressed the biosynthesis melanin up to 48.02% at 0.06% in B16/F10 mouse melanoma cell. In G. biloba seed oil treated group tyrosinase, TRP-1, TRP-2 and MITF gen expression levels significantly decreased compared to the contral group at a concentration of 0.04% and 0.06%. In conclusion, these results indicated that G. biloba seed oil extract have a good antimelanogenetic effects.

When the water level of the reactor pool descends to an extremely low level due to a loss of reactor pool water accident in HANARO, a multi-purpose research reactor of a 30 MWth, the emergency water stored in the tank should be fed to the core by a gravity force. Last year, the reactor pool water was temporarily transferred to the emergency cooling water storage tank. And the water level came down to EL 77.5 m, 0.4 m above the extremely low level to install the in-pile section of a Fuel Test Loop in the reactor core. When the water was re-transferred into the reactor pool, an emergency water injection test was performed. This paper describes the test results and a consideration of the results. It was confirmed through the test that the injection flow rate was maintained above the design injection flow rate by setting the flow control valve at 3.5 turns to a partially open position.
CCoAOMT 유전자 발현 억제에 의한 현사시나무의 화학조성 변화

본 연구에서는 리그닌 전구물질 생합성에 관여하는 CCoAOMT (Caffeoyl-CoA-O-methyltransferase)유전자의 발현을 분자생물학적으로 억제시킨 상태와 정상적인 상태에서 생장한 현사시나무를 대상으로 홀로셀룰로오스, 리그닌과 단당류 조성에 관한 정량 분석을 각각 실시하였다. 그리고 각각의 목질바이오매스로부터 MWL (milled wood lignin)을 추출하여 메톡실기정량, DFRC, Py-GC/MS, GPC, 13C NMR 분석 등 리그닌의 화학 구조적 특성을 비교하였다. 정상재와 형질전환체의 홀로셀룰로오스 함량은 각각 81.6%와 82.3%로 큰 차이는 없었지만, 리그닌 함량은 각각 21.7%와 18.3%로 형질전환체가 약 3.4% 정도 낮았다. 정상재와 형질전환체의 구성 단당류 분석결과, 글루코오스는 각각 511.0 mg/g와 584.8 mg/g, 그리고 자일로오스는 각각 217.8 mg/g와 187.5 mg/g로 나타나 CCoAOMT 발현억제는 단당류 조성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 각 시료로부터 단리한 리그닌(MWL)의 메톡실기 정량에 따르면 CCoAOMT 발현을 억제한 시료에서 약 7% 정도의 메톡실기가 감소하는 것으로 나타났고, 이는 13C-NMR 분석과 Py-GC/MS 분석을 통하여 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 Py-GC/MS 분석에 의하면 정상재와 형질전환체 리그닌의 G/S 비율이 각각 0.59와 0.44로 나타난 점으로 미루어 CCoAOMT 발현 억제는 리그닌 생합성 과정에서 G unit 생합성보다 S unit 생합성에 더 많은 영향을 미치는 것으로 예측할 수 있다. In this study, chemical compositions-holocellulose, lignin and monomeric sugars-were characterized with two poplar wood cell walls, one of which was grown at normal condition (CPW) and the other was genetically modified by antisence suppression of CCoAOMT gene expression (ACPW). Milled wood lignins were isolated from CPW and ACPW and subjected to methoxyl group, DFRC, Py-GC/MS, GPC, 13C-NMR analysis, respectively. There were few differences in holocellulose contents in both cell walls, which were determined to 81.6% in CPW and to 82.3% in ACPW. However, lignin contents in ACPW was clearly decreased by the suppression of CCoAOMT gene expression. In CPW 21.7% of lignin contents was determined, while lignin contents in ACPW was lowered to 18.3%. The relative poor solubility of ACPW in alkali solution could be attributed to the reduction of lignin content. The glucose contents of CPW and ACPW were measured to 511.0 mg/g and 584.8 mg/g and xylose contents 217.8 mg/g and 187.5 mg/g, respectively, indicating that suppression of CCoAOMT gene expression could be also influenced to the formation of monomeric sugar compositions. In depth investigation for milled wood lignin (MWL) isolated from both samples revealed that the methoxyl contents at ACPW was decreased by 7% in comparison to that of CPW, which were indirectly evidenced by 13C-NMR spectra and Py-GC/MS. According to the data from Py-GC/MS S/G ratios of lignin in CPW and ACPW were determined to 0.59 and 0.44, respectively. As conclusive remark, the biosynthesis of syringyl unit could be further influenced by antisense suppression of CCoAOMT during phenylpropanoid pathway in the plant cell wall rather than that of guaiacyl unit.
