유튜브 헤어미용 콘텐츠 이용동기와 신뢰도가 콘텐츠 만족도 및 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 전 세계적인 한류의 열풍으로 K-beauty의 관심이 높아지고, 뷰티산업 종사자들도 유튜브 헤어미용 콘텐츠를 시청하며 최신 트랜드를 교류하고 있어 유튜브 콘텐츠의 이용동기와 신뢰도, 만족도, 지속이용의도의 관계를 살펴 보고, 향후 뷰티 종사자의 콘텐츠 소비 또는 제작 시 필요한 시사점을 제시하기 위함이다. 분석방법은 빈도분석, 요인분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석 등을 하였고, 그 결과 콘텐츠 이용동기, 신뢰도, 만족도, 지속이용의도 간 상호 정(+)의 상관관계가 나타났고, 콘텐츠 이용동기가 유튜브 콘텐츠 만족도, 지속이용의도에 통계적 유의하게 정(+)의 영향이 나타났으며, 콘텐츠 신뢰도가 유튜브 콘텐츠 만족도와 지속이용의도에 통계적 유의하게 정(+)의 영향을 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 콘텐츠에 대한 질적 향상을 통해 차별화 된 유튜브 콘텐츠 개발 및 제작으로 뷰티산업 발전에 기여할 수 있는 계기가 되길 바란다. The purpose of this research is to examine the relationship between motivation, reliability, satisfaction, and sustainability of YouTube content and suggest the implications needed for content consumption or production of beauty workers in the future as K-beauty's interest is increasing due to the global Hallyu craze, and beauty industry workers are also watching YouTube hair care content and exchanging the latest trends. The analysis methods included frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and multi-recovery analysis. As a result, the correlation between the motivation for content use, reliability, satisfaction, and persistence was shown, the motivation for content use was statistically significant (+) and the impact of content reliability on YouTube content satisfaction and sustainability (a significant statistical+).

Finding an another way of Korean language teaching through the culture education by the instrumental use of the literature is the purpose of this thesis. There have been many theories but few practices. So, I made it the core of this research that it shows the practices of the Korean language and culture education through the literature. Comparing with other literary genres, the essay has distinguished characteristics of instrument for Korean language teaching because it has words melted with everyday life and abundant cultural elements, and therefore can contribute to the thinking activation and the perception of the cultural differences. Here, selecting the essay named "Waterfall and Fountain" written by Lee eo-ryeong, the thesis suggests an experimental reading education model, which can be helpful for widening the perspective of comparative culture and understanding mutually other cultures. Finally, it could be confirmed that the effective value of the Korean language teaching by use of the essay literature is sufficient and we may have positive awareness about that value. Looking forward to developing more various teaching models beside this one.

This paper describes a novel control method of a three-phase PWM Inverter for uninterruptible power supply (UPS) applications. To obtain the fast dynamics and excellent harmonic characteristics, a new state feedback control technique IS proposed. The proposed control consists of the inner-loop current and outer-loop voltage controllers with a load current estimator to reduce the effects of the load variations and nonlinearity. In order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed control, the simulation IS carried out for various load condition.

박완서 산문에 나타난 치유의 서사

본 연구는 수필 문학의 서사적 측면을 재발견하고, 소설가 박완서에게서 수필가로서의 면모를 확인하기 위한 작업이다. 그동안 수필에 대한 이론적 접근, 특히 서사시학 측면에서의 연구가 부족하였고, 17권의 산문집을 낸 박완서에 대한 산문 연구도 미천하였다. 본 논문에서는 박완서의 수필 작품에 산문이라는 용어를 대입하였는데 그 이유는 작가 자신이 굳이 수필과 산문을 구별하였기 때문이다. 박완서 산문의 고찰은 제랄드 프랭스의 서사 요인인 인물, 시·공간 등을 기제로 삼아 다층위적 인물을 통한 자기 고백, 과거 회상을 통한 시간 복원, 공간 서사를 통한 상처 치유로 나누어 진행하였다. 그 결과 박완서의 산문은 인물, 시간, 공간 등이 서사의 다양한 층위를 이루도록 배치된 전형적인 서사구조를 갖추고 있으며, 박완서 산문에서 나타나는 서사의 도달점은 결국 상처 치유였다는 사실을 도출할 수 있었다. 덧붙여서 박완서가 기억하는 회상들이 결코 개인의 주관적인 상처에만 머무는 것이 아니라 우리 민족이 지니고 있는 집단적 상처였다는 것을 확인하였다. This research rediscover the narrative aspects of essays and identify the aspect Park Wan-seo as an essayist. The current debate has not so far paid enough attention to theoretical approach to the essay, especially research with regard to the epic side, and to the prose study about Park Wan-seo, who publish 17 book of essays. In this research, the term ‘prose’ was used to indicate the essay of Park Wan-seo. This is because writer herself distinguish between prose and essays. The research in prose of Park Wan-seo used character and space-for-time, etc, which are the cause of epic of Gerald Franks, as research method. And then, we divided it in confession of self through the character of the multi layer, point-in-time restore by recalling the past, and wound healing through space epic. As a result, we conclude that character, time, and space in prose of Park Wan-seo have typical narrative structure and tidemark appealing in prose of Park Wan-seo is wound healing. Moreover, we identify that recollection of Park Wan-seo is not subjective wounds of individuals but collective wounds shared by our people.

시를 통한 한국어교육의 실제

The most salient character of literature is that is composed with linguistics. The language from the literature is a Korean asset which is carried out in actual and detailed situation. Especially, Korean literature is the cultural assets if Korean which originates from the concrete situations and the actual state of the culture which delicately refined. The meantime, practical methods of the literature have been discussed constantly in Korean education. If we assume that the most recent goal of linguistic education is improvement of ability in communication, literature education is one of the most suitable methods of education. The reason is learners prefer speaking languages fluently in everyday life to using linguistics in standardised teaching materials. In addition, the final goal to be achieved of teaching Koreans as a foreign language is about understanding Korean linguistics culture. Followed this, goal of Korean linguistics' education also has to be adjusted from basic communication to high level of communication ability, ability of building linguistic culture. Again, goal of Korean education through the literature is not to teach huge Korean literature, but to teach efficiently with linguistics. This is a way of being mature human being at same time. This paper will preferentially look into connection between literature and Korean education, but we also consider how to apply Korean education to writing education. The next step, we extend Korean class area from focusing in reading materials to improvement of reading skills through practical use in Korean education, understanding of Korean culture etc. As we provide the actual education plan, which can improve the learners' esthetical experience, we can achieve the integrated education curriculum. Therefore, this paper will show the class method in actual use to discover effective value over importance of Korean education though the literature. One the other hand, this paper is also carrying a meaning to check present position of Korean education.
