오늘날 우리 삶에서 발생하는 정신적 문제는 대개 “자아의 상실”에서 비롯된 것이다. 최근 인문학을 이용한 치료가 주목받는 이유는 현대인들의 정신적 고통이 메마른 “감성”과 잘못된 “인생관”에서 시작되었기 때문이다. “정신치료”와 “인문치료”가 구분되는 기준은 정신과를 찾는 환자들이 구체적인 증상으로 고통 받는다면, “인문치료”는 막연한 불안이나 우울 등을 대상으로 한다는 점이다. 이러한 문제로 고통 받는 사람들은 외면적으로는 지극히 정상이며, 사회 생활과 기능을 수행하는 데는 별 문제가 없다. 이들 대부분은 “살아가는 것” 자체에 문제를 가지고 있으며, 본인 뿐만 아니라 지역 공동체의 건강까지 위협한다. 이런 사람들을 치료하는 길은 자신의 삶에 대한 재인식과 “의미 찾기”에 달려 있다. 이는 “정신의학”보다는 철학이나 문학등 인문학적 방법이 훨씬 효과적일 가능성이 높다. 철학은 그 본래의미에서 “치유”적 성격을 띠고 있으며, 특히 동양철학은 마음과 몸의 질병 치료에 직접적으로 관계하고 있다. 이 글은 “감성”을 중시하는 동양문화와 그 기반을 이루는 동양철학의 관점에서 “인문치료”의 의미와 치료방법론에 대해 살펴 본 것이다. The problem of human life in our modern society is mainly derived from “loss of self”. “Humanities Therapy” or “philosophical therapy”, attracted by wide attention nowadays, have a close relation with a fact that psychological pain of modern life is originated from drained emotion or Outlook on life. Difference between “Psychiatry” and “Humanities Therapy”, is that the patients who see a psychiatric clinic suffer from specific symptoms, but object of “Humanities Therapy” is a kind of anxiety, depression in human mind and so on. People who suffer from this problem, are very normal by appearances. In fact, most of these people have a lot of problems in their lives, In addition to his own threat to the health of the community. The way to solve these problems depends upon a new understanding of their lives and finding the meaning in their lives. Humanities, including philosophy and literature is likely to be more effective than “psychiatric” way. Philosophy in it`s nature has a meaning and function of “healing”. Eastern philosophy, especially as shown in traditional Oriental medicine to treat the disease are directly related. This article from the perspective of Eastern culture to emphasis on “emotion” and Eastern philosophy, tried to find the meaning of “Humanities Therapy” and methods for treatment.

공학기술교육인증 프로그램의 효과적인 운영 사례에 관한 연구

An engineering educational servery for graduating seniors had been conducted in Songwon University to improve engineering program objectives. The analysis results show that the current engineering educational objectives need to be modified to satisfy the ABEEK accredited criteria and engineering curriculum returning is necessary to include more design courses.

시스템 컨트롤러 오류 자동복구 및 리셋 알고리즘

본 논문은 시스템 내부에서 소프트웨어 오류가 발생하였을 경우 컨트롤러 내의 Watchdog Timer를 이용하여 시스템의 상태를 오류 발생시점 이전 상태로 복구하는 시스템을 설계 구현하고, 하드웨어 오류 발생 시 별도의 리셋 회로를 통해 시스템을 재실행할 수 있는 기술을 제안한다. 제안 시스템은 외부 지원 없이 시스템 자체적으로 반영구적으로 작동 할 수 있도록 함으로써, 시스템의 안정적인 작동, 유지비용 절감 및 신뢰성을 제공하며, 고 신뢰성 응용분야에서 요구되는 자가 동작, 진단 및 복구 기능을 통한 시스템의 항상성 유지를 위한 적용이 가능하다. Solar lamp systems may not operate normally in the event of some system or controller failure due to internal or external factors, in which case secondary problems occur, which may cost the system recovery. Thus, when these errors occur, a technology is needed to recover to the state it was in before the failure occurred and to enable re-execution. This paper designs and implements a system that can recover the state of the system to the state prior to the time of the error by using the Watchdog Timer within the controller if a software error has occurred inside the system, and it also proposes a technology to reset and re-execution the system through a separate reset circuit in the event of hardware failure. The proposed system provides stable operation, maintenance cost reduction and reliability of the solar lamp system by enabling the system to operate semi-permanently without external support by utilizing the automatic recovery and automatic reset function for errors that occur in the operation of the solar lamp system. In addition, it can be applied to maintain the system"s constancy by utilizing the self-operation, diagnosis and recovery functions required in various high reliability applications.

신탁재산관리인의 선임요건과 지위 -대법원 2018. 9. 28. 선고 2014다79303 판결의 평석-

신탁법 제17조 제1항은 “수탁자와 수익자 간의 이해가 상반하여 수탁자가 신탁사무를 처리하는 수행하는 것이 적절하지 아니한 경우” 이해관계인의 청구에 의하여 법원이 신탁재산관리인을 선임할 수 있다고 정하고 있다. 신탁재산관리인은 구신탁법상 수탁자의 임무가 사임 또는 해임에 의해 종료된 경우에만 선임할 수 있었는데(구 신탁법 제16조), 신탁법을 개정하면서 위와 같이 수탁자와 수익자 사이의 이해상반이 있는 경우에도 선임할 수 있도록 바꾸었다. 이와 같이 선임된 신탁재산관리인은 “선임된 목적범위 내에서” 수탁자와 동일한 권리 의무가 있다(제17조 제4항 본문). 이들 규정에 대해서는 해석상 불분명한 점이 있었는데, 대법원은 2018. 9. 28. 선고 2014다79303 판결에서 이 문제를 다루었다. 이에 따르면 우선 신탁법 제17조 제1항의 이해상반은 수탁자와 수익자 사이의 이해상반을 의미하는 것으로, 수탁자와 그 밖의 이해관계인, 또는 이해관계인들 사이에서의 이해상반을 의미하는 것이 아니다. 신탁법 제17조 제1항의 이해상반은 행위의 객관적 성질을 기준으로 하여야 하고, 그 행위의 동기나 결과를 고려하여서는 아니된다. 또한 이해상반을 이유로 하는 신탁재산관리인은 특정 행위에 관하여 수탁자와 동일한 권한을 가지나, 그 외의 신탁사무 처리에 관한 모든 권한은 수탁자에게 유보되어 있다. 이러한 판단은 타당하지만, 신탁재산관리인이 처리하여야 할 행위를 특정하지 아니한 신탁재산관리인 선임결정의 효력에 관하여, 대상판결은 이를 유효하다고 전제하고 있으나, 필자는 그 결정에 따른 형성력이 생기지 않는다고 생각한다. According to Korean trust code Article 17 Section 1, the court may appoint a trust asset administrator if the trustee is deemed unable to perform its duties properly due to conflicts between trustee and beneficiary. Recent Supreme Court case of September 28, 2019(case number 2014da79303) tried to clarify the requirements for the appointment of the trust asset administrator and its rights and duties. In this article, the author analyzes the case and makes suggestions regarding the appropriate interpretation of the clause. In this case, some creditors of the trustee applied to the court for appointment of the trust asset administrator, accusing the trustee performed its powers in favor of other creditors. The court accepted the application. Afterwards, the trustee made a contract with some creditors and the trust asset administrator sued them for restoration arguing the contract is void because the trustee did not have relevant power. The lower court turned down the suit and the Supreme Court affirmed. First issue was the requirement for the appointment of the trust asset administrator. The Court appropriately declared that the trust asset administrators should be appointed only if (1) there are probability of conflicts (2) between trustee and beneficiary. The author agrees with the Court’s opinion, and adds that the probability of conflict should be decided objectively, not subjectively, according to the purport of the ‘no-conflict rule’. Second issue was whether the appointment decree was void or not. The Court did not answer to this issue clearly, but it presumed the validity of the decree implicitly. The author disagrees. Because the asset administrator is allowed to have powers limited in purview and time, the appointment decree should describe the exact range of the powers given to the administrator. For example, the court should specify the action or contracts which the administrator could do. In this case the decree did not say anything about the scope of the administrator’s powers. Therefore, the author argues that, although this decree might not be void, it did not have the effect as it supposed to have.

This study attempts to draw out how the effects of performance and cultural project can cure the city people and social ills as well as boost the city economy through urban planning based on sustainable development theory. Performance and cultural experience have activated urban regeneration project which consists of many factors; social, spatial, physical, political restructuring, and cultural resources. It results in comprehensive and integrated harmony among city people towards the self-contained city and creative city as well. Urban regeneration policy is widely considered as a government's revolutionary step to boost decades long sluggish economy and refurnish cities which contain many signs of malfunction and social ills. The well considered and determined action among communities now can make a huge difference to the quality of life of Newark residents, not only in the towns and slums, but in the very inner city. Finally, the emphasis on culture-related policies examines alternative visions of how cultural planning might contribute to social, political changes. (Hanbat University)

홍경천의 과도한 운동스트레스에 대한 방어효과

본 연구결과에서 홍경천 추출물은 L6 근육세포에서 산화적 손 상으로 인한 세포사멸과 ATP 생성 량 감소를 유의적으로 억제 하였을 뿐만 아니라 마우스에 2주간 200 mg/kg 농도로 경구 투여 시 통계적으로 유의하지는 않았으나 treadmill 운동시간을 증가시켰고 glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase, creatinine, lactate 등의 혈액지표를 개선시켰다. 따라서 홍경천은 과도한 운동 스트레스로 인한 손상을 억제할 수 있는 소재로써의 큰 가능성을 가지 고 있는 것으로 판단된다. Rhodiola sachalinensis A. Bor is a plant naturally grows in a high mountain areas. Aim of this study was to evaluate the effects of R.sachalinensis A. Bor extract against excessive exercise induced stress. R.sachalinensis A. Bor extract significantly inhibited L6 muscle cell death and ATP reduction caused by H2O2 damage. In addition, the oral administration of R. sachalinensis A. Bor extract in mice improved the 43.9% of treadmill running time and blood profiles of glutamic oxaloacetic transaminase, glutamic pyruvic transaminase, lactate dehydrogenase, creatinine, lactate when compared to distilled water. These results suggested that R. sachalinensis A. Bor can attenuate excessive exercise induced damage.

‘-만큼’ 동등 비교구문 연구

The purpose of this paper is to study Korean ‘-mankeum’ equative constructions’ semantic and syntactic features. For this, we consider the semantic features of ‘-mankeum’ and ‘-cheoreom’, the difference in the meaning between ‘-mankeum’ and ‘-cheoreom’ constructions, the possibility of collocation with verbal predicates in ‘-mankeum’ constructions, and the difference of the meaning of ‘-mankeum’ constructions when there is degree adverb or not. The semantic feature of ‘-mankeum’ is different from ‘-cheoreom’; ‘-mankeum’ [+degree, -state], ‘-cheoreom’ [-degree, +state], so the meanings of the two constructions are different. Verbs can be presumed to have the degree according to the aspect of semantic features of the verbs, so ‘-mankeum’ phrases can be collocated with verbal predicates without intervention of the words of degree expression. Degree adverb can come between ‘-mankeum’ phrase and predicate in ‘-mankeum’ equative constructions, where the degree adverb expresses the difference between comparee and implicit norm, not explicit norm.

Pigmented purpuric dermatoses (PPD) are a group of diseases characterized by petechiae and bronze discoloration of the skin on the lower extremities. Histopathologically, superficial perivascular lymphocytic infiltration and hemosiderin deposition are seen. PPD can be subdivided into progressive pigmentary dermatosis of Schamberg, purpura annularis telangiectoides of Majocchi, pigmented purpuric dermatitis of Gougerot and Blum, eczematid-like purpura of Doucas and Kapetanakis, itching purpura, and lichen aureus. The granulomatous variant of PPD was described in 1996. Granulomatous PPD share common histopathologic features of PPD with granulomatous inflammation. We present the findings of a patient who presented with a clinical picture of PPD and histologic patterns of granulomatous inflammation. (Korean J Dermatol 2014;52(7):501∼504)
