SiC 단결정의 TSSG 공정을 위한 전이금속 특성 연구

본 연구에서는 SiC 단결정의 TSSG 공정중 결정 품질을 저하시키지 않으면서도 의도하지 않은 질소 도핑(N-UID)을 쉽게 제어하기 위해 지금까지 Co 또는 Sc 전이금속을 첨가한 신규 용융조성을 제안한다. Co 또는 Sc의 특성을 파악하기 위해 Ar 분위기에서 1900℃ 온도에서 약 2시간 동안 열처리 실험을 수행했다. 용융조성은 Si-Ti 10 at% 또는 Si-Cr 30 at%를 비롯하여, 탄소 용해도에 효과적이라고 알려진 Co 또는 Sc을 각각 3 at% 첨가하였다. 열처리 후 도가니 단면을 가공하여 도가니-용융물 계면에서 발생한 Si-C 반응층을 관찰하고, 탄소황분석을 통해 조성에 따른 탄소 용해도를 간접적으로 분석하였다. 그 결과, Si-Sc 기반 용융조성이 TSSG 공정에 적합한 특성을 갖는 Si-C반응층을 형성하고 있었다. 또한 탄소황분석 결과에서도 Cr 다음으로 높은 탄소량이 갖는 것으로 분석되었다. Sc는 Cr에 비해 질소와의 반응성이 낮은 이점을 가지므로 TSSG 공정에 Si-Sc 용융조성을 적용하면, 본 연구에서 의도한 대로 SiC 단결정 성장속도와 질소 UID를 모두 제어할 수 있는 것으로 고려된다.

This thesis is written to study four in mental disorder by Lee Cheong-joon on the point of view in Freud`s psychoanalysis. <The leaving hospital> and <The wall of rumour> are novels about neurosis. The character of <The leaving hospital>, I am neurotic from infantile mental trauma. I am pressed by unconscious wish to mother and fear of castration. The fear is expressed by the flashlight, whish his father lighted up him when he had slept secretly in the dark storehouse. The flashlight become symbolic father in<The wall of rumour>. Bak Joon is novelist attacked with confession-phobia in <The wall of rumour>. His symptom is the rejection to confess about himself from other`s gaze. His neurosis cause from threat of castration, the flashlight of symbolic father. His rejection to confess is repressed wish of confession. This wish of confession is the opposition to symbolic father. <The enraptured disappearance> and <Mr. Jo Man-deuk> are novels about psychosis. Youn Il-sup is a schizophrenia patient in <The enraptured disappearance>. He want to be shut up in a grille, because he regards it as safeguard. Thus driving a lion in a grille of zoo, he has been shut up in it for himself. Mr. Jo Man-deuk is a megalomania patient in <Mr. Jo Man-deuk>. He has made illusion that he is millionaire. His wish make his symptom. Youn Il-sup and Mr. Jo take refuge in the symptom to avoid his miserable reality. These two novels criticize the reality in which they cannot but become insane. The problem that these novels bring up, adapt not only mental disorder but also order. We all hold the trouble in common. These suggest that the reality of absurdity is obstinate but we should not surrender to it.

한국 현대소설의 생태학적 쟁점 연구

This thesis is written to study the ecological issues on the Korean contemporary novels. The first issue is what term to use on the novel to deal with the environmental problem. There are the environmental novel, the ecological novel or the green novel. Because each term has the different sense, we don`t need to unify them or exclude anything. If using appropriately, We can use them all. The second issue is how to set up the category on the novel to deal with the environmental problem. The point is not establish the boundary too narrowly. We might study any novel ecologically. It is our faculty that discover the ecological sense in it. The point is methodology. The third issue is the methodology to study on the ecological novel. It is to discover in the novel and to grant to it the ecological sense. The persuasive analysis is requested in the process. Through this study, the novel may be granted the new ecological sense.

Fleischmann et al. first described the concept of using sub-atmospheric pressure to treat open or infected wounds in 1993. Since then, Argenta and Morykwas developed subatmospheric, or negative pressure dressings in 1997 as a means of managing complicated wounds. Since its introduction in 1997, the vacuum-assisted closure (VAC) system has been used widely in general plastic surgery, general surgery, and orthopedic surgery to manage complicated wounds of the torso and extremities. However, there is a paucity of literature describing its use in the head and neck region, particularly in oral and maxillofacial surgery. We report a successful case of postoperative orocutaneous fistula closure using a VAC system in a 59-year male with a review of the relevant literature.

  본 논문은 7차 교육과정 문학 교과서에 실려 있는 서사이론 중 ‘인물’에 관하여 비판적으로 검토하고 개선의 방향을 모색하는 데 있다.<BR>  7차 교육과정 문학 교과서의 인물에 대한 설명은 전체적으로 성격의 의미를 중심으로 서술되어 있다. 그것은 인물의 일반적 의미, 인물의 유형, 인물 제시 방법 그리고 학습 활동 등으로 구성되어 있다.<BR>  인물의 일반적 의미나 인물 제시 방법은 큰 문제가 없다. 가장 문제가 되는 것은 인물의 유형에 대한 설명 부분이다. 주요 인물과 부차적 인물은, 서사물에서 인물이 차지하는 비중을 기준으로 구분되는 용어이다. 주동 인물이나 반동 인물은 모두 서사의 사건에서 중요한 역할을 담당하기 때문에 모두 주요 인물에 해당된다. 평면적 인물과 입체적 인물은 성격 변화를 기준으로 구분될 수 없다. 그것은 선택과 배제의 관계가 아니라 좌표적 관계에 놓여 있는 개념이다. 그것은 성격의 단일성과 복합성의 문제이다. 전형적 인물과 개성적 인물에 대한 구분은 편의적 구분으로 보아야 한다. 양자의 관계는 상호 독립적이다.<BR>  인물론은 인물과 사건, 인물과 구성, 인물과 구조, 인물과 배경(혹은 환경), 인물과 주제 구현의 문제 등을 고려하여 보다 통합적인 이해가 가능하도록 제시할 필요가 있다.   This thesis is written to study on the study on the character in the literature textbooks of the seventh educational process.<BR>  The theory about the character focus on the sense of the character in the literature textbook of the seventh educational process. This is composed with the general sense, the pattern, the expressional method and the practical question. Ultimately the learning should help the student to appreciate the works. But these textbooks have many problem to make the student confused.<BR>  The pattern has the most serious problem. The flat character and the round character cannot classify on the change of character. The flat character has a only one persona, but the round character has very many personas. The relations of both are not exclusive but of the polar. And typical character and individual character are the expedient classification. The relations of both are independent.<BR>  The theory about the character should get beyond the subject of the character itself. It should become the theory about relations of the character and the plot, the character and the background, the character and subject etc.

본 논문은 7차 교육과정 문학교과서에 실려 있는 서사이론 중 ‘구성’에 관하여 비판적으로 검토하고 개선의 방향을 모색하는 데 있다. 교과서의 구성에 대한 설명의 문제는, 모순되는 서술이 공존하거나 모호한 용어가 빈번히 사용되고 있다는 점에 있다. 이러한 모순된 서술이나 모호한 용어의 사용은 단순한 문제가 아니다. 그것은 근본적으로 구성의 개념에 대한 혼란을 초래함으로써 학습자의 이해에 장애가 될 수 있기 때문이다. 이러한 문제의 근원에는 두 가지의 커다란 문제가 있다. 첫째는 포스터의 구성에 대한 논의를 반성 없이 그대로 수용한다는 점이며, 둘째는 구조주의 이론을 수용하는 과정에서 발생한 기존 이론과의 혼용에 의한 혼란이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해서, 서로 모순되는 여러 이론들을 서로 혼용하기보다는 각각의 이론들을 충실히 소개하고 근원을 밝히는 것이 바람직하다고 생각된다. 그러면 학습자는 그 모두가 각각 하나의 이론임을 알고 그것들을 비판적으로 수용할 수 있을 것이다. 그리하여 스스로 그것들을 종합하여 개념을 정립할 기회를 가질 수 있을 것이다. This thesis is written to study on the study on the plot in the literature textbook of the seventh educational process. There are two important questions on the plot in the literature textbook of the seventh educational process. One is the point that the literature textbook accepts E. M. Forster's plot theory, though it is inconsistent. The other is the point that E. M. Forster's and structural plot theory are mixed disorderly in the textbook, therefore makes the crippled plot theory. According to E. M. Forster, a plot is an arranged narrative in causality and against time sequence. But According to the structuralist, a plot is a arrange of event or motif. The latter is more logical than the former. The structuralist offer the ready made plot theory more sense. Nevertheless the literature textbook accepts two theory at a time. The literature textbook should accept the structural plot theory more than so far. And it need to accept E. M. Forster's plot theory critically. And it is desirable to clear up the author of each theory.
