공공부문의 사이버보안 교육격차 해소를 위한 탐색적 연구

우리나라는 명실상부한 전자정부 강국으로서 오랜 기간의 경험과 잘 구축된 정보통신 인프라를 기반으로 일찌감치 행정업무의 효율성과 국민의 편의성은 확보했지만, 그만큼 크고 작은 사이버 공격에 항시 노출되어 있다. 행정 및 공공부문의 사이버보안 대응력 및 회복력 확보는 국가경쟁력의 중요한 요소이며, 이를 위해 잘 훈련된 사이버보안 전문인력을 확보하고 재교육을 통해 계속해서 역량개발을 지원해야 한다. 하지만 국가균형발전사업으로 기관과 인력이 지방으로 이전하였음에도 교육시설의 이전이나 확장은 이루어지지 않아, 오히려 재교육을 통한 역량개발의 기회는 박탈되고 있는 것은 아닐지에 대한 논의가 필요한 시점이다. 본 연구는 공공부문 사이버보안 교육기회나 요구사항에 있어 지역, 기관, 인력의 특성에 따라 격차가 있는지 실증하고자 한다. 더불어 실증 결과를 바탕으로 공공부문 사이버보안 인력의 교육격차 해소방안을 제안하고자 한다. South Korea has been guaranteed the efficiency and the convenience of administrative work based on long-term experience and well-established ICT infrastructure. Vice versa, South Korea is always exposed to various scale cyber-attacks. It is an important element of national competitiveness to secure cybersecurity resilience and response in the public sector. For this, the well-trained cybersecurity professionals’ retention and support for their capacity development through retraining are critical. As the Special Act on Balanced National Development, most public agencies moved to provincial areas, but the provincial areas are not ready for this, thus the workforce can’t get enough retaining courses. We study to analyze whether there is a gap in cybersecurity educational opportunities or needs in the public sector depending on regions, institution type, and personal traits. This paper aims to suggest solutions for the cybersecurity education gap in the public sector based on the empirical analysis results.

This study regarded alternatives to local culture and arts education by clarifying the experiences of local creators, who work in multi-meaning spaces, with phenomenological research. For the purpose of the study, using van-Mannen s analytical phenomenological approach, it analyzed the experience of local creators into life-world existential , as the experience structure. Alternatives for local culture and arts education identified by the experience study of local creators are as follows: Firstly, the subject who conducts culture and arts education should pay attention to the local community, recognizing that it is not an act of teaching but a participation of it. Secondly, in local culture and arts education, it is necessary to take a lasting network by building a symbiotic relationship with loose solidarity. Thirdly, it needs a way to absorb into one s life through voluntary learning, not be separated from classes on culture and arts education. Fourthly, local cultural facilities serving as a network hub, should become a space for interaction with local residents. Therefore, this study in applying the fundamental existential problems of locality, has a significance to local culture and arts education by demonstrating the experience of local creators in an existential meaning.

정보보호인력의 직무만족에 관한 연구 : 대졸 초기경력자를 중심으로

Many organizations try to hire and retain a well-trained workforce to get their security level of IT assets and networks. However, most academic studies have focused on only how many workforces are needed to keep the secure function. We have to transit to other aspects of cybersecurity HRM studies because well-training workforces are not the problem of numbers but the quality. This study proves how the person-job fit and the work values impact job satisfaction of the cybersecurity workforce in early careers who graduated school recently and have a high turnover intention. The results of this study provide a lot of practical implications regarding job satisfaction of the cybersecurity workforce in an early career as follows. First, the major-job fit of the cybersecurity workforce doesn’t influence job satisfaction, unlike other studies. Second, what graduates learned in college is little helpful in hands-on work, so retraining the cybersecurity workforce in an early career is very important. Third, the cybersecurity HRM plans have to center on realizing the self-realization of workforces to improve job satisfaction.

문화예술교육에서의 예술교육자의 미적경험에 대한 질적 연구: 듀이의 경험론을 중심으로

문화예술교육의 목적인 미적경험의 실현을 위해서는 그동안 간과되어 왔던 예술교육자의 내적인 경험에 집중해서 볼 필요가 있다. 본 연구의 목적은 문화예술교육에서 예술교육자가 겪는 미적경험의 의미구조와 형성 과정을 듀이의 경험론을 중심으로 탐구하는 데 있다. 이러한 목적을 위해, 본 연구는 예술교육자 10명을 대상으로 심층면접을 통해 자료를 수집하고 해석학적 현상학 연구방법을 활용하여 분석하였다. 그 결과, 문화예술교육에서 미적경험의 기본요소는 ‘예술교육자의 고유한 예술경험과 표현매체’와 ‘학습자와의 정서적 교감에 의한 교변작용’으로 나타났다. 미적경험의 형성과정은 ‘긴밀한 신뢰관계→예술적 상상력에 의한 경험 형성→성찰에 의한 경험의 성장’으로 구체화할 수 있다. 문화예술교육의 목적인 계속적인 미적경험의 성장을 성공적으로 수행하기 위해서 예술교육자는 예술적 감각을 잃지 않도록 늘 성찰하는 존재여야 한다. In order to enhance aesthetic experience as an aim of ‘culture and arts education’, it is necessary to stress on the internal experience of teaching artist. The purpose of this study is to explore the semantic structure and formation process of aesthetic experiences taken by teaching artist in culture and arts education through hermeneutic phenomenology research methods. For this purpose, the relationship between culture and arts education and aesthetic experience was examined and data was collected and analyzed through in-depth interviews with 10 teaching artists. As a result, the basic elements of aesthetic experience in culture and arts education were "teaching artist’s unique art experiences and expression materials" and "the transaction by emotional communication with learners". The process of forming aesthetic experiences can be concretized in 'close trust relationship → formation of experiences by artistic imagination → growth of experiences by reflection'. Through this, the paper discusses the implications of teaching artist for the growth of aesthetic experience within culture and arts education.

사회 연결망 내에서 중심 노드가 신제품 확산에 미치는 영향: 집단 내 중심-주변부 구조에 의한 조절 효과를 중심으로

사회 연결망(Social Network)은 구성원들이 다양한 관계를 맺고 의사소통하는 사회구조로, 타인의 구매 행동에 중요한 역할을 미치며 사회적 전염을 촉발한다. 선행 연구는 신제품 확산에 영향을 끼치는 개인이나 집단의 특성에 주목하였으며, 많은 연결을 가진 중심 노드가 일반적으로 다른 구성원들의 구매 결정에 강한 영향을 끼친다는 것을 밝혔다. 본 연구는 집단의 중심-주변부 구조, 즉 중심 노드와 주변부 노드가 얼마나 잘 구분되는지에 따라 중심 노드의 영향력이 달라질 수 있음에 주목한다. 음악 소셜 미디어인 Last.fm의 데이터를 분석하여 이를 검증한 결과, 중심-주변부 구조가 모호한 집단에서 신제품 확산이 증가하였으며, 중심 노드가 신제품 채택에 갖는 사회적 전염은 중심-주변부 구조가 현저한 집단에서는 컸지만 모호한 집단에서는 작아졌다. 이에 따라 중심 노드가 신제품 확산에 갖는 사회적 전염에 대해 집단의 중심-주변부 구조라는 새로운 경계 조건을 제시하였으며, 실무자들에게 효과적인 마케팅 전략을 제안하였다. A social network is a social structure in which members have various relationships, and it plays an important role in triggering social contagion. Previous studies identified the characteristics of individuals or groups that influence the new product diffusion, and have found that core nodes, with many connections within a group, typically show a strong social contagion. We note how the influence of core nodes varies depending on the distinction between core-periphery structure. For an empirical analysis, we analyzed data from Last.fm, one of the music social media. The results show that social contagion on new product adoption increases in subtle core-periphery structure, and the social contagion of core nodes on new product adoption grows in salient core-periphery structure. Thus, we propose a new boundary condition for the social contagion of core nodes on new product diffusion and suggest effective marketing strategies for practitioners, in addition to theoretical implications.

We propose an acousto-microfludic method for separation of cardiovascular disease biomarker proteins (C-reactive protein and thrombin) conjugated with aptamer-functionalized microparticles of different sizes inside a microchannel. Surface acoustic waves (SAWs) generated from an interdigital transducer are utilized to induce acoustic radiation force (ARF) acting on the protein-conjugated microparticles. The magnitude of the SAW-induced ARF that the protein-conjugated microparticles vary depending on the microparticle size. The surface of the streptavidin-coated polystyrene microparticles were functionalized with DNA-based aptamers to selectively capture their corresponding target proteins. We experimentally demonstrate the continuous and simultaneous separation of multiple human proteins that serve as early diagnostic biomarkers of cardiovascular diseases.
