부인과 수술 기왕력이 없는 환자에서 발생한 샅굴 부위 자궁내막증

Endometriosis is a common gynecologic disease, it occur not only pelvic organ but also anywhere in human body. However inguinal endometriosis is a very rare condition, its incidence is 0.4% of entire endometriosis. Most of inguinal endometriosis are found as inguinal masses in women in 30s and 40s who have history of gynecologic surgery. Majority of the cases are accompanied with pelvic endometriosis. Authors report a case of inguinal endometriosis in patients who has no history of gynecological surgery.

목적: 골반강외 자궁내막증으로 진단 받은 환자를 대상으로 조사하여 발생 빈도 및 임상 양상에 관해 알아보기로 하였다. 연구방법: 1998년 1월부터 2009년 12월까지 부산대학교병원 산부인과에서 수술받은 환자 중 골반강외 자궁 자궁내막으로 진단된 30명의 환자를 대상으로 하여 이들 환자의 의무기록을 바탕으로 하여 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 11년간 부산대병원 산부인과에서 골반강외 자궁내막증으로 진단받은 환자는 30명이었으며, 이들의 평균 나이는 38세였다. 주 호소 증상으로는 생리 주기와 연관된 주기적 압통성 종괴를 호소하는 경우가 21예(67%), 비주기성 압통성 종괴가 9예(33%)였다. 골반강외 자궁내막증의 발생 부위별로 살펴보면 이전 제왕절개술이나 복강경 반흔에 발생한 경우가 15예로 가장 많았고, 자궁경부에 발생한 경우가 10예, 질식분만 후 회음절개 부위의 발생이 3예, 그 외 서혜부와 질에서 발생한 경우가 각각 1예에서 관찰되었다. 결론: 생리 주기에 따른 통증이나 종괴를 호소하는 여성에 있어 추정 진단으로서 자궁내막증을 간과해서는 안되며, 특히 골반부 수술의 기왕력이 있는 경우 반드시 이를 감별해야 할 것이다. 골반강외 자궁내막증의 치료도 골반강내 자궁내막증과 마찬가지로 일차적으로 가능한 광범위 국소절제술을 시행하는 것이 치료 및 재발 방지에 도움이 된다. Objective: To evaluate the clinicopathologic features of extrapelvic endometriosis in order to help diagnosis and treatment. Methods: Thirty patients with extrapelvic endometriosis were surgically diagnosed at Pusan National University Hospital from January 1998 to December 2010. We retrospectively reviewed the medical records such as age, symptoms, preoperative diagnosis, past surgical history. Results: There were 30 patients who were diagnosed extrapelvic endometriosis surgically with a mean age of 38 years. The main symptom was palpable mass with pain, noncyclic (33%, n=9), or cyclic (67%, n=21). Fifteen endometriomas were found in the previous scar of cesarean section and laparoscopic surgery. Three endometriomas were noted in episiotomy site and ten were in cervix. Inguinal and vaginal endometriosis, one case was investigated, respectively. Conclusion: Diagnosis of extrapelvic endometriosis is difficult to diagnose because of its rarity and diversity of symptoms. Thus, It must be kept in mind as one of the differential diagnosis to treat patients with pain or palpable mass during menstrual cycle in or around surgical scars, even if vaginal spotting or abnormal pap test. Radical local excision help to treat and prevent recurrence of extrapelvic endometriosis.

This work presents an investigation of aerodynamic characteristics of cold fuel spray injected from a high pressure hollow cone swirl injector into a constant volume chamber. Laser tomography visualization was used to interrogate the fuel and air mixing characteristics and the effect of chamber pressure and temperature increase was analysed. Preliminary results on spray patternation showed that mixing effect tends to increase with the increase of chamber gas density yielding a decrease of spray penetration and a well defined vortex structure. For the present experimental conditions, fuel injection pressure and chamber gas pressure appear as the dominant factors. which govern the transient mixing characteristics.
광전소자 응용을 위한 Ga가 첨가된 ZnO 박막의 광학적 및 전기적 특성 연구

The Gallium-doped ZnO(GZO) film deposited at a temperature of $200^{\circ}C$ and a pressure of 10 mtorr has an optical transmittance of 89.0% and a resistivity of $2.0\;m{\Omega}{\cdot}cm$ because of its high crystallinity. Effect of $Al_2O_3$ oxide buffer layers on the optical and electrical properties of sputtered ZnO films were intensively investigated for developing the electrodes of opto-electronic devices which demanded high optical transmittance and low resistivity. The use of $Al_2O_3$ buffer layer could increase optical transmittance of GZO film to 90.7% at a wavelength of 550 nm by controlling optical spectrum. Resistivity of deposited GZO films were much dependent on the deposition condition of $O_2/(Ar+O_2)$ flow rate ratio during the buffer layer deposition. It is considered that the $Al_2O_3$ buffer layer could increase the carrier concentration of the GZO films by doping effect of diffused Al atoms through the rough interface.
Pr<sub>6</sub>O<sub>11</sub>의 함량 및 열처리 조건에 따른 YPO<sub>4</sub>:Pr<sup>3+</sup> 형광체의 발광 특성 연구

In this study, the praseodymium-doped yttrium phosphate (YPO<sub>4</sub>:Pr<sup>3+</sup>) powder, which is well known for its high luminescent efficiency, and long life in the UV range, was synthesized with various content ratios of Pr<sub>6</sub>O<sub>11</sub> and calcination temperature. Crystal structure and luminescent properties of various phosphor powders based on different concentrations and calcination conditions were characterized by XRD (X-Ray Diffraction) and PL (photoluminescence) spectrometers. From the XRD analysis, the structure of YPO<sub>4</sub>:Pr<sup>3+</sup> which is calcinated at 1,200℃ was stable tetragonal phase and crystal size was calculated about 25 nm by Scherrer equation. PL emission of YPO4:Pr3+ with a different content ratio of Pr6O11 by excitation λexc=250 nm shows that 0.75 mol% phosphor powder has maximum PL intensity and PL decreases with the increase of the ratio of Pr<sub>6</sub>O<sub>11</sub> up to 1.25 mol% which is caused by changes of crystallinity of phosphor powders. With increasing dopant ratio, photoluminescence Emission decreases due to Concentration quenching, which is commonly observed in phosphors. Currently, 0.75 mol% is considered the optimal doping concentration. A hybrid ultraviolet-emitting device incorporating YPO4:Pr3+ fluorescent material with plasma discharge was fabricated to enhance UV germicidal effects while minimizing ozone generation. UV emission from the plasma discharge device was shown at about 200 nm and 350 nm which caused additional emission of the regions of 250 nm, 315 nm, and 370 nm from the YPO<sub>4</sub>:Pr<sup>3+</sup> phosphor.

Uterine leiomyomas cause some complications in pregnancy. Most common complication is red degeneration causing acute pelvic pain. Torsion of a uterine leiomyoma is rare but more frequent during pregnancy. It represents emergency surgery to improve symptoms and prevent complications such as consumptive coagulopathy. We have experienced a case of torsion of subserosal leiomyoma during 1st trimester of pregnancy managed using laparotomy and successfully delivered vaginally at fullterm period. So, we report the case with brief review of literatures.
Au/Au-Sn 이종접합 적용 레이저 패키징을 통한 Vapor Cell 신뢰성 연구

As packaging processes for atomic gyroscope vapor cells, the glass tube tip-off process, anodic bonding, and paste sealing have been widely studied. However, there are stability issues in the alkali metal which are caused by impurity elements and leakage during high-temperature processes. In this study, we investigated the applicability of a vapor cell low-temperature packaging process by depositing Au on a Pyrex cell in addition to forming an Au-Sn thin film on a cap to cover the cell, followed by laser irradiation of the Au/Au-Sn interface. The mechanism of the thin film bonding was evaluated by XRD, while the packaging reliability of an Ne gas-filled vapor cell was characterized by variation of plasma discharge behavior with time. Furthermore, we confirmed that the Rb alkaline metal inside the vapor cell showed no color change, indicating no oxidation occurred during the process.
