        TiO<sub>2</sub>/Si<sub>3</sub>N<sub>4</sub>/Ag/Si<sub>3</sub>N<sub>4</sub>/TiO<sub>2</sub> 다층구조에서 Si<sub>3</sub>N<sub>4</sub> 버퍼층이 투과율에 미치는 영향

        The $TiO_2/Si_3N_4/Ag/Si_3N_4/TiO_2$ multi layered structure was designed for the possible application of transparent electrodes in PDP (Plasma Display Panel). Multi layered film was deposited on a glass substrate at room temperature by DC/RF magnetron sputtering system and EMP (Essential Macleod Program) was adopted to optimize the optical characteristics of film. During the deposition process, the Ag layer in $TiO_2/Ag/TiO_2$ became heavily oxidized and the filter characteristic was degraded easily. In thus study, Si3N4 layer was used as a diffusion buffer layer between $TiO_2$ and Ag. in order to prevent the oxidation of Ag layer in $TiO_2/Si_3N_4/Ag/Si_3N_4/TiO_2$ structure. It was confirmed that $Si_3N_4$ layer is one of candidate materials acting as diffusin barrier between $TiO_2/Ag/TiO_2$.

        A 38-year-old man presented with abdominal discomfort and was diagnosed as type 3 advanced gastric cancer with multiple liver and lung metastases (Stage IV). Endoscopic forcep biopsy revealed moderately differentiated adenocarcinoma, which stained positive HER2 (Human epidermal growth factor receptor) on immunohistochemistry. We started chemotherapy with FP (5-Fluorouracil plus Cisplatin) plus trastuzumab. After 6 cycles of FP plus trastuzumab chemotherapy, there were partial response in the liver, lung and lymph nodes metastasis. Especially, metastatic lung lesions showed remarkable improvement. Chemotherapy with FP plus trastuzamab was effective for HER2 positive advanced cancer with multiple liver and lung metastases. Through active research on target therapy about advanced gastric cancer, we expect to improve the survival rate and quality of life of patients with advanced gastric cancer who can not undergo curative resection.

        In this study, both hardness and microstructure of tungsten materials with different sizes of starting powder were investigated. Especially, the effect of staring powder size on the characteristics of sintered tungsten materials was examined. The tungsten materials were fabricated by pressure assisted soild state sintering process. Tungsten powder was consolidated at the temperature of 1500 ℃. The hardness of tungsten materials were affected by the sizes of starting powder, due to the variation of their microstures.

        경피 내시경하 위루술 후 발생한 상장간막 동맥 손상 1예

        Percutaneous endoscopic gastrostomy (PEG) is widely used to provide nutritional support for patients with dysphagia and/or disturbed consciousness preventing oral ingestion, and PEG tube placement is a relatively safe and convenient non-surgical procedure performed under local anesthesia. However, the prevention of PEG-insertion-related complications is important. A 64-year-old man with recurrent pneumonia underwent tracheostomy and nasogastric tube placement for nutritional support and opted for PEG tube insertion for long-term nutrition. However, during the insertion procedure, needle puncture had to be attempted twice before successful PEG tube placement was achieved, and a day after the procedure his hemoglobin had fallen and he developed hypotension. Abdominal computed tomography revealed injury to a pancreatic branch of the superior mesenteric artery (SMA) associated with bleeding, hemoperitoneum, and pancreatitis. Transarterial embolization was performed using a microcatheter to treat hemorrhage from the injured branch of the SMA, and the acute pancreatitis was treated using antibiotics and supportive care. The patient was discharged after an uneventful recovery. Clinicians should be mindful of possible pancreatic injury and bleeding after PEG tube insertion. Possible complications, such as visceral injuries or bleeding, should be considered in patients requiring multiple puncture attempts during a PEG procedure. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2018;72:308-312)

        「책중일록」에 재현된 기억과 조선후기의 전승

        조선은 격변의 시기인 17세기에 대내외적으로 어려움을 겪고 있었다. 특히 명과 후금 사이에서 급격하게 변화하는 정세로 인해 혼란을 겪으며 이념과 현실의 괴리를 몸소 깨닫게 된다. 이러한 상황에서 명의 원군으로 심하 전투에 참전 했지만 참패를 당하게 되자 조선 조정에서는 패전의 책임과 포로에게 씌워지는 혐의를 두고 논쟁이 분분하였다. 본 논문에서는 명과 후금의 갈등이 첨예하게 대립되는 가운데 발발했던 심하 전투를 배경으로 전투의 시말을 서술하며, 화의 이후 포로 생활을 기록한 이민환의 「책중일록」에 대해 살폈다. 저자는 「책중일록」을 통해 변호를 위한 기억을 재현하는데, 책임전가를 위한 기억과 화의의 정당성 확보를 위한 기억이 바로 그것이다. 각각의 기억은 명에 대한 양가적 시각이 포착된다는 점에서 주목된다. 한편 「책중일록」은 조선 후기의 기록에 다시 등장한다. 즉 책임전가의 기억은 중원의 판도가 완전히 뒤바뀌면서 전통적 화이관의 균열을 드러내기 위한 기억으로 변용되었다. 또한 화의의 정당성 확보를 위한 기억은 후대인들에게 선조의 오명을 벗기기 위한 기억으로 활용되었다. The Joseon Dynasty experienced domestic and foreign difficulties in the 17th century, which was a period of upheaval. The dynasty was rooted in Confucianism and could clearly recognize the discrepancy between ideology and reality, due to the drastically changing situation between the Chinese Ming and the Later Jin Dynasty. Although the Joseon Dynasty’s troops participated in the Battle of Simha, as reinforcements for Ming, they were in such a state that, they suffered a crushing defeat, The Court witnessed heated disputes over responsibility for the defeat and accusations were directed at the prisoners. This paper describes the circumstances of the battle of Simha, which broke out in consequence of the acute conflict between the Ming and the Later Jin Dynasty. The study examines Lee Minhwan’s 「Chaekjungilrok」records of the lives of prisoners following peace negotiations. Lee Minhwan presented memories for advocacy through 「Chaekjungilrok」: memories for imputing blame and for justification. Each memory attracts attention, since the visions that they capture are ambivalent. Meanwhile, 「Chaekjungilrok」reappeared in the records of the Late Joseon Dynasty. Consequently, the memory of apportioning blame was transformed into one that revealed the break from traditional Sinocentrism, as the dominion of the midlands was completely overturned. In addition, the memory of justification for peace negotiations was used as a means for descendants to remove the stigma attached to their ancestors.

        Quality of life changes during adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with colon cancer

        Purpose: The survival of advanced colon cancer patients has increased due to the development of surgical techniques and adjuvant chemotherapy. The administration of adjuvant chemotherapy after curative resection is generally accepted as a standard of care. The primary endpoint of chemotherapy should include not only tumor response and survival, but also impact on the quality of life (QoL). We evaluated changes in QoL during adjuvant chemotherapy in patients with colon cancer. Methods: Between October 2009 and February 2012, 56 patients with stage II and III colon cancer received the combination adjuvant chemotherapy 5-flurouracil/folinic acid with oxaliplatin (FOLFOX). Patients were asked to complete the QoL questionnaire QLQ-C30 version 3 before and after 6 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy. Results: There was no significant difference in the QoL between the start of chemotherapy and after the completion of 6 cycles. After completion of 6 cycles, global QoL was worse in patients >70 years of age. The functional scale score was low in patients with chemotherapy schedules delayed more than 2 times due to adverse events. Patients with body weight increases greater than 5% scored lower on symptom scales. Interestingly, patients with peripheral neuropathy scored higher on symptom scales. Conclusion: QoL changes during adjuvant chemotherapy did not show significant differences. After the sixth chemotherapy, QoL was affected by age, body weight gain, delay of the scheduled chemotherapy, and peripheral neuropathy. Therefore, the proper attitude of physicians focused on reassurance and education of patients is very important during chemotherapy.

      • 협업 필터링을 이용한 영화 추천 시스템 구현에 관한 연구

        본 논문에서는 영화를 추천하기 위해 협업 필터링을 사용한 추천 서비스를 구현 하고자 한다. 구현한 시스템은 각 영화별추천 점수를 이용하여 동일한 주제의 영화끼리 군집화 하고 가장 유사한 취향을 가진 사람을 찾아 영화를 추천하는 시스템을 구현할 것이다. 또한 다양한 항목들 간의 관계를 이해하기 위해 다차원 비례 축소법 기법을 사용하여 2차원의 표현을 가능하게 할 것이다. 본 연구에서는 유사도를 측정하는 척도는 피어슨 상관점수를 사용하였고, 데이터는 미네소타 대학의 무비렌즈 데이터를 사용하였다. 이에 본 논문 에서는 개인의 경향에 따라 알맞은 영화를 추천해주는 시스템을 구현하였다.

        질소 도핑된 이산화티타늄의 가시광 광촉매 활성 연구

        질소가 도핑된 이산화티타늄의 광촉매 특성을 알아보았다. 질소가 도핑된 이산화티타늄에 대하여 자외선 및 가시광선분위기에서 메틸렌블루 광촉매 분해를 수행하였다. XPS 분석을 통해 제조한 TiO<sub>2</sub>에서 질소(N)가 산소(O)와 치환되었음을 확인하였다. UV-Vis DRS 분석 결과 질소가 도핑된 무정형 TiO<sub>2</sub> 시료에서는 가시광선을 거의 흡수하지 않고 자외선을 흡수하는 반면 무정형/anatase 혼재 TiO<sub>2</sub> 시료의 경우 가시광선 흡수가 상당히 증가하였다. 질소가 도핑된 anatase TiO<sub>2</sub> 시료는 자외선 및 가시광선 조사에서 메틸렌블루 광분해 반응이 나타났다. 그러나 가시광선 조사에서 분해율은 자외선 조사의 분해율보다 낮았다. 무정형/anatase 혼재 TiO<sub>2</sub> 시료의 경우 자외선과 가시광선 조사에서 anatase TiO<sub>2</sub> 시료의 분해율보다 높았다. 이러한 결과는 anatase TiO<sub>2</sub> 시료에 비해 3배 정도 큰 무정형/anatase 혼재 TiO<sub>2</sub> 시료의 높은 표면적이 질소 도핑된 작은 anatase 입자와 관련이 있음을 보여준다. Photocatalytic properties of nitrogen doped titanium dioxide were investigated. Photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue under UV and visible light was carried out to characterize N-doped TiO<sub>2</sub>. The result of XPS indicated that nitrogen atoms substitute for oxygen sites within the crystal structure of TiO<sub>2</sub>. In the UV-Vis DRS spectra, N-doped amorphous TiO<sub>2</sub> absorbed UV light with little absorption of visible light, while the absorption of visible light of amorphous/anatase TiO<sub>2</sub> remarkably increased. Methylene blue photocatalytic degradation appeared by the irradiation of UV or visible light onto the N-doped anatase phase of TiO<sub>2</sub>. However, the degradation rate of visible light was lower than that of UV light. The photocatalytic degradation rate of the amorphous/anatase TiO<sub>2</sub> sample was higher than that of the anatase TiO<sub>2</sub>. These results indicate that the high surface area of amorphous/anatase TiO<sub>2</sub> sample, which was about three times larger than those of the anatase TiO<sub>2</sub> sample, may be related to small particles of N-doped anatase TiO<sub>2</sub>.

        구룡산의 산림군집구조와 환경요인의 상관관계

        본 연구는 경상북도 봉화군 구룡산 일대의 산림식생을 대상으로 2010년 7월부터 2010년 8월까지 72개의 방 형구를 설치하여 Z-M 식물사회학적 방법으로 식생구조의 유형분류를 실시하였다. 최상위 단계에서 신갈나무군락군 이 분류되었고, 군락단위에서는 금강소나무군락, 고로쇠나무군락, 신갈나무전형군락이 구분되었으며, 인공식재림은 일 본잎갈나무군락, 잣나무군락으로 분류되었다. 금강소나무군락은 군단위에서 굴참나무군과 금강소나무전형군으로 세 분되었으며, 고로쇠나무군락은 개벚지나무군과 물참대군의 2개 군으로 세분되어 총 7개의 식생단위로 분류되었다. 그 리고 분류된 식생단위와 해발고와 지형의 환경요인이 상관관계가 높은 것으로 나타났다. 층위별 상대우점치를 분석 한 결과, 금강소나무군락(식생단위 1, 2)을 유지하기 위해서는 각 층위에 우점치가 높은 신갈나무, 굴참나무 등의 참 나무류에 대한 지속적인 숲가꾸기가 필요할 것으로 사료되었다. The study was carried out to classify forest vegetation structure of Mt. Guryong which is located in Bonghwa-gun, Gyeongsangbuk-do province. 72 plots (quadrat) were investigated from July to August in 2010 using phytosociological analysis methodology of Z-M schools. The forest vegetation of the study area was classified as Quercus mongolica community group that was further divided into 5 communities; Pinus densiflora for. erecta community, Acer mono community, Quercus mongolica typical community, Larix leptolepis community and Pinus koraiensis community. Pinus densiflora for, erecta community was subdivided into Quercus variabilis group and Pinus densiflora for. erecta typical group. Acer mono community was also subdivided into Prunus maackii group and Deutzia glabrata group. The vegetation of the study areas could be described as 1 community group, 5 communities and 4 groups and 7 units in total. Classified vegetation units were highly correlated with altitude and topography. It was considered that forest tending operations for maintaining need to be continuously practiced for Quercus spp. with highly relative dominance value in the Pinus densiflora for. erecta community (vegetation units 1, 2).
