By the openness of recent public data, big data has been attracting attention as a new industry. Big data is variously used in various fields. And is effectively applied through the study and analysis of existing data. Data mining, and can extract information on the basis of big data, are efficiently used to move large amounts of data. Data mining may be applied in various industrial fields, particularly the medical part, by using the patient's data, and the purpose of health care, have been used as research materials in the health industry In this paper, for efficient analysis of the medical data, and tries to analyze the experimental hospitalization period depending on the age of the region through the discharge data of the patient. Here there is a purpose to try to investigate the effective data mining techniques. Thus, in order to implement Hierarchical Clustering Method clogging hierarchical community analysis experiments Gunjipufa technique is one method for data mining, using the method of converting a text to improve the performance of the experiment attribute vector as a special technology Experimental I want to compare the crowding distance. Internet of Things is a concept that the Internet connection is available and it enables communication between devices that equipped with various sensors. Currently there are many more things than the population connected to the Internet and It is expected to grow steadily. By utilizing the Internet of Things characteristics, device that makes the Arduino(small control system using open source) with GPS module and Wi-Fi, sound sensor, vibration motor and cortollable application are design and implementation.

Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to estimate the proportion of reading time each year in accordance with the spare time to let suggest a solution to the problems of modern man reading without the current lack of chin. This study looks largely gender analysis on the assumption that the spare time is longer reading time will also go, by age, by education leisure time and reading time there is a certain degree of correlation. The findings leisure time increases, but nor far as entry reading time items it was otherwise occur. That is, not always a positive correlation exists between the free time and reading time has been found that it is not.

The study suggests that an efficient patient management mobile application system which allows a patient with rhinitis to set proper temperature, humidity and degree of risk of find dust in the home using the sensor, Aduino, and then allows the patient to measure them with the sensor linked with Aduino. So, if a measured value exceeds the set value, a warning alarm is given to the patient with rhinitis, helping the patient to manage the temperature and humidity.
