日本語教育において、外来語は習得が難しいとされている。その原因としては、原語と日本語の外来語の間の音韻や意味の差が大きいことがあげられる。外来語の指導用参考書や学習用の教科書には、日本語の外来語音の規則について扱ったものが少なく、扱っている物でも原語の綴りを基準とした規則のみが扱われているものが多いため、日本語の外来語を覚えるのに原語の綴りまで覚えなければならない。こういったことは韓国人学習者にとって、学習上さらなる負担になる恐れがある。そこで、本稿では、韓国人学習者が原語の綴りを知らなくても日本語の外来語が使えるようにするため、韓国語の外来語から日本語の外来語へ直接変換できる規則作りを目的とした。892語の外来語を日本語表記と韓国語表記で音を対応させた結果、規則して見てよさそうな対応が多く見られた。

Enzymatic Preparation of Radiolabelled S-Adenosyl-L-$[methyl-^{14}C]$ methionine

S-Adenosylmethionine (SAM)은 생체계에서 주요 메칠기 주게로 사용된다. 이 연구는 L-$[^{14}C-methyl]$methionine과 ATP 존재하에서 methionine adenosyltransferase (MAT)을 이용하여 방사성 표지된 SAM의 생합성 방법을 설명한다. MAT는 쥐 간으로부터 부분정제 하였으며 그 활동도의 최적조건을 재조절하였다. 생성률을 90% 이상이었고 비교적 높은 비방사성이 얻어졌다. S-Adenosylmethionine (SAM) serves as the major methyl group donor in biological system. This study describes an upgrade method for radiolabelled biosynthesis of SAM by methionine adenosyltransferase (MAT) in the presence of ATP and L-$[^{14}C-methyl]$methionine. The MAT was partially purified from rat liver and reoptimized the assay condition. The final yield of biosynthesis was better than 90% with relatively high specific radioactivity.

미술교육에서 지속가능발전교육의 교육적 함의와 실행 방안 제안

전 세계적으로 지속가능발전교육에 대한 필요성 인식이 확대되고 있는 가운데, 우리나라도 이에 대한 논의와 연구가 현재 활발하게 이루어지고 있다. 이러한 국내외적 관심과 요구에 부응하여 본 연구는 타 교과와 구별되는 미술교육의 고유한 특성 중 하나인 지각, 시각적 사고, 미학적 인식을 바탕으로 학교미술교육에서 지속가능발전교육을 실현시키기 위한 방안을 탐색해보고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 지속가능발전 및 지속가능발전교육의 개념을 살펴보고, 지속가능발전교육의 3가지 관점인 ‘환경적 관점’, ‘사회적 관점’, ‘경제적 관점’별 25가지 핵심 내용과 지속가능발전교육의 핵심 가치인 ‘인권 존중’, ‘미래 세대 존중’, ‘생태계 존중’, ‘문화 다양성 존중’별로 2015 개정 미술과 교육과정의 학교급별 체험, 표현, 감상의 내용 체계 영역과의 관련 정도를 분석하였으며, 학교미술교육에서 이를 적용하고 실천하기 위한 방안으로 2개의 수업안을 개발하여 제시하였다. 본 연구는 앞으로 가속화될 지속가능발전교육의 구현하기 위한 교과교육 관점에서의 관련 가능성을 가늠해보고 미술교육에의 적용을 위한 기초를 마련하는 데 의의가 있다. Along with expanding awareness of the needs for ‘education for sustainable development’(ESD), discussions and researches are also underway in Korea nowadays. In response to this, this study was conducted in order to explore the directions to construct ESD through school art education based on the unique characteristics of art education, which are aesthetic perception, aesthetic cognition and visual thinking distinguished from other subjects. For this purpose, it was conducted that researches on the concept and implementation of sustainable development(SD) and ESD in school were reviewed, and the degree of the relationship with the core concepts of ESD(human right, future generations, ecosystem, respect of cultural diversities) and the three main domains(experience, expression and art appreciation) of 2015 revised National Art Education were analyzed based on ESD’s core contents of environmental, social and economic perspectives. In addition, two instructional models as an example for more specific applications were developed and presented. This study will be a basis of implications for future developments in ESD in school art education.

A Study on the Moderating Effect of College Life Adaptationon the Effects of MZ Generation Valueson Career Preparation BehaviorHaewen Lim & Yujin Chang Abstract: This study aims to analyze the moderating effect of college life adjustment on the influence of MZ generation’s values on career preparation behavior. To this end, a survey was conducted on 244 MZ generations who were preparing and planning career paths, and path analysis was used for the collected data using SPSS 26.0 and Amos 23.0 programs. The research results are as follows. Among the sub-factors of values, self-fulfillment orientation, practical orientation, emotional orientation, social relationship orientation, and orientation to the consciousness of others were found to have a positive (+) correlation with career preparation behavior. Adaptation to college life was found to moderate the relationship between values and career preparation behavior. The MZ generation becomes the mainstream of consumption, and corporate culture is also changing to suit them. We hope that it will be a basic data that can be used to understand the values of the MZ generation and to prepare for their career. 프레임과 뉴스 리터러시를 활용한 의사소통 수업 방안 연구

이 연구에서는 대학에서의 의사소통 수업을 효과적으로 운영하기 위한 방안으로 프레임과 뉴스 리터러시를 활용한 교육 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 프레임은 세상을 바라보는 관점으로 정의될 수 있는데, 뉴스 프레임의 경우에는 독자로 하여금 해당 사안에 대해 특정한 방식으로 수용하도록 만들어서 가치관의 편향 문제를 초래하고 이로 인해 심각한 사회 문제를 야기할 수 있다는 문제점이 있다. 그렇기 때문에 뉴스의 프레임을 알면 비판적 읽기가 가능해져서 정확한 정보를 습득하기 위해 여러 편의 뉴스 기사를 읽게 되며 그 과정에서 서로 다른 관점과 입장을 이해하고 자신만의 주관과 견해를 가지는 데 도움이 될 수 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 대학의 <사고와 표현> 수업 과정에서 프레임과 뉴스 리터러시를 활용하여 글쓰기와 토론 수업을 진행하는 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 사안의 이해 방식이 상충되는 주제를 설정한 논설문 두 편을 작성하도록 하고, 정책논제에 따른 찬성과 반대 주장과 그 근거를 구성하는 반대신문식 토론의 입론을 구성하는 조별활동을 진행하는 것이 주요 수업 내용이다. 프레임과 뉴스 리터러시를 기반으로 하는 이와 같은 교육 방법은 정보의 비판적 수용과 분석, 활용 능력, 그리고 의사소통능력과 공동체 역량을 신장시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있다.

Hand gestures we unconsciously use when speaking reflect image schema. This study examines hand gestures of debaters on a MBC TV show, A Hundred Minute Debate, on the assumption that hand gestures we unconsciously use reflect container schema, one of the major image schemata. Various events or actions can be expressed in the conceptual structure of container, content, or boundary. This is similar to how meaning is dealt with in oral language. Consequently, gesture is a means of understanding and expressing meanings as much as verbal language.
