This paper is analyzed the successful fundamentals of collaborative design management strategy from case of corporates such as, Louis Vuitton, H&M, MINI, Black Berry, Chanel, and Prada. Collaborative design management contributes creating cultural life and concurrently achieving corporate purpose through new vision and value creations which is a combination of rationality and originality as interacting design area and management area. In addition, collaborative design management has been emerged in order to create new business model in the rapidly changing modern society. It should be horizontal intercourse in order to increase social value and positive effects of each others to collaborative design management and play an important role in the new partner to build an effective business model. These case studies established the successful design strategy which is well structuring the systematic design network and efficiently managing the brand image from analyzing the user"s needs and their life styles as an element of collaborative design management. This research is presented the mean of collaborative design management as a managing element to build a successful business model and proposed an appropriate application plan through the case studies.
한국인 염증성 장질환 환자에서의 Natural Resistance-ssociated Macrophage Protein 1 유전자 촉진자의 다형성

Background/Aims: Natural resistance-associated macrophage protein 1 (NRAMP1) gene controls the immune response to intracellular microbial pathogens in human. To identify the association between the NRAMP1 gene and susceptibility of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) in Korean population, we examined three predominant alleles (allele 2, 3, and 7) that have been known to influence the transcriptional activity of the NRAMP1 gene. Methods: Genomic DNA was extracted from blood lymphocytes by standard method in 70 patients with Crohn`s disease (CD), 72 patients with ulcerative colitis (UC), and 52 healthy controls. To detect sequence polymorphisms in the NRAMP1 gene promoter, we performed nonisotopic genomic PCR-SSCP analysis. PCR products with different SSCP patterns were subjected to DNA sequencing analysis to verify sequence polymorphisms. Results: The allele and carrier frequencies of allele 2 and 3 were similar in both patient and healthy control group. Although the statistical significance did not exist, the allele and carrier frequencies of allele 7 had higher tendency in patients with CD (10.7%, 21.4%) and UC (11.1%, 22.2%) than in the healthy control group (4.8%, 9.6%). Conclusions: Our findings suggest that the specific promoter polymorphism of the NRAMP1 gene may influence susceptibility to IBD in the Korean population. Further studies with a group of subjects are required to clarify our observations. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2003;41:465-472)
최신연구 : 캡슐내시경을 이용한 소장 출혈 의심 환자의 평가

요약: 기존의 내시경적 방법으로 소장내 병변을 검사하는 것은 매우 제한적이며 환자에게 큰 불편을 초래할 수도 있다. 캡슐내시경은 장의 연동운동에 의해 소장내 영상을 얻게됨으로 환자에게 고통 없이 시행할 수 있다. 이 연구는 소장 병변이 의심되는 환자를 대상으로 캡슐내시경의 유용성과 안전성을 알아본 것이다. 즉 상부위장관내시경, 대장내시경 및 소장촬영검사에서 병소를 찾을 수 없었던 장출혈 환자 21명을 대상으로 캡슐내시경(Given M2A video capsule system, Yoqneam, Israel)과 소장내시경(push enteroscopy)을 시행하여 비교하였다. 대상 모두에서 내시경검사를 완료했으며 합병증은 없었으나, 1명에서 컴퓨터 처리과정 오류로 영상을 얻을 수 없었다. 캡슐내시경검사로 20명 중 11명(55%)에서 출혈 병소를 찾을 수 있었으며, 캡슐내시경으로 원인을 밝힐 수 없었던 경우는 소장내시경검사로도 원인이 진단된 경우는 없었다. 출혈 병소에 대한 소장내시경검사의 진단율은 30%(6/20)로 캡슐내시경검사보다 낮았으나, 통계적 유의성에는 미치지 못하였다(p=0.0625). 정상 소장내시경 소견을 보였던 14명의 환자 중 5명에서 캡슐내시경검사로 원위부 출혈 병소가 발견되었으며, 환자들은 소장내시경검사보다는 캡슐내시경검사를 선호하였다. 결론적으로 캡슐내시경은 환자의 불편 없이 안전하게 소장내 좋은 영상을 얻을 수 있는 검사이며, 특히 소장내시경이 미치지 못하는 소장 원위부의 작은 출혈 병소를 확인하고 치료하는 데 도움이 되었다.
AAO 나노기공을 나노 임프린트 리소그래피의 형틀로 이용한 PMMA 나노패턴 형성 기술

PMMA light guiding plate with nano-sized pattern was fabricated using anodized aluminum oxide membrane as a template for nano imprint lithography. Nano-sized pore arrays were prepared by the self-organization processes of the anodic oxidation using the aluminum plate with 99.999% purity. Since the aluminum plate has a rough surface, the aluminum plate with thickness of 1mm was anodized after the pre-treatments of chemical polishing, and electrochemical polishing. The surface morphology of the alumina obtained by the first anodization process was controlled by the concentration of electrochemical solution during the first anodization. The surface morphology of the alumina was also changed according to temperature of the solution during chemical polishing performed after first anodization. The pore widening process was employed for obtaining the one-channel with flat surface and height of the channel because the pores of the alumina membrane prepared by the fixed voltage method shows the structure of two-channel with rough surface. It is shown from SPM results that the nano-sized pattern on PMMA light guiding plate fabricated by nano imprint lithography method was well transferred from that of anodized aluminum oxide template.
나노 임프린트 리소그래피법에 의한 나노미터급 원기둥 패턴을 갖는 도광판의 제작 공정 개발

PMMA light guiding plate with nano pattern was fabricated by nano imprint lithography method. A silicon mold for electroplating of nickel was fabricated by conventional photolithography process. A nickel stamp for nano imprint lithography was fabricated by electroplating process using silicon mold. The nano imprint lithography was performed on PMMA plate at 140℃ under pressure of 20kN. The nano pattern on PMMA plate was investigated using FE-SEM. It is shown that the patterns were well transferred for several steps and the nano imprint lithography method could be applied for fabricating patterns of light guiding plate.
