        고구려(高句麗) 유민(遺民) 이타인(李他仁)의 족원(族源)과 책성(柵城) 욕살(褥薩) 수여(授與) 배경에 대한 고찰

        李他仁은 高句麗 말기 柵城 褥薩이었다. 그동안 그의 族源에 대해서는 다양한 견해들이 제시되었다. 본고에서는 이타인의 족원을 고찰하고자, 고구려의 李氏姓 존재여부에 대해 검토하였다. 그 과정에서 600년 ?陽王의 명령으로 『新集』을 편찬한 李文眞의 존재와 渤海의 李氏들에 주목하여 고구려에 이씨성이 존재하였음을 입증하였다. 그리고 唐의 `賜姓李氏` 사례와 唐에서 활동한 李氏姓 고구려 遺民들의 특징을 비교한 결과 고구려에서 독자적인 `賜姓李氏`가 있던 것으로 파악하였다. 이를 기반으로 「李他仁墓誌銘」에 기재된 문구 및 고구려와 말갈의 관계를 분석하여 이타인은 고구려로부터 `사성이씨` 된 고구려인임을 확인하였다. 마지막으로 이타인이 책성 욕살에 수여된 배경에 대해 642년에 발발했던 淵蓋蘇文의 정변에 주목하였다. 여기에 高質 一家와의 비교를 통해 이타인 일가가 연개소문의 정변에 공적을 세운 까닭에 柵城 褥薩이 될 수 있던 것으로 추론하였다. Lee Ta-in was the Chaek Castle castellan at the end of the Goguryeo. In the meantime, various opinions have been raised about his ethnic origin. In this article I examine the existence of the Lee family in the Goguryeo to investigate the ethnic origin of the Lee Ta-in. In the process, I prove that there existed last name Lee in Goguryeo by paying attention to the existence of Lee Moon-jin who made a 『Sinjip』 by the King Yeongyang order in the 600th year and last name Lee in Balhae. And a comparison of the characteristics of Tang`s "give last name Lee" and displaced people of Goguryeo of last name Lee who were active in the Tang proved that there existed a unique "give last name Lee" in Goguryeo. Based on this analysis, I analyzed the phrases written in 「Lee Ta-in`s Epitaph」 and analyzed the relationship between Goguryeo and Malgal, and confirmed that Lee Ta-inwas an Goguryeon who was "give last name Lee" from Goguryeo Finally it paid attention to revolution of Yeon Gaesomun which originated in 642 about the Background awarded to Chaek Castle castellan of Lee Ta-in. In comparison with the Go Jil family, I could deduce that Lee Ta-in family was able to receive the last name Lee because the Lee Ta-in family established considerable achievements in the revolution of the Yeon Gaesomun.         공학적방벽 현장실증 시스템 (IN-DEBS) 개발을 위한 해외 실증연구 현황 분석

        본 연구에서는 한국원자력연구원 부지 내 KURT 연구시설에 심지층 처분실증시험을 수행할 목적으로 사전 해외현황조사를 실시하였다. 고준위폐기물 심지층 처분을 목적으로 지하연구시설을 구축한 나라들을 대상으로 현재 수행되었거나, 수행이 진행 중인 공학적방벽 성능평가 시험들을 조사하였다. 주요 실증시험으로는, 스웨덴/프랑스 TBT, 스웨덴 LOT, 스위스 HEE, 벨기에 PRACLAY, 스페인 FEBEX, 일본 HORONOBE, 및 캐나다 BCE 등이었다. 각 실증시험에 대하여 시험의 목적, 시험체의 구성, 시험조건, 세부 구성도, 측정 항목, 측정기기, 및 도출된 결과 등을 구체적으로 조사하였으며, 시험결과보다는 시험목적 및 시험물의 구축방법 파악에 더 집중하였다. 왜냐하면, 각국의 공학적방벽 성능시험방법의 검토를 통해 향후 KURT에서 추진하게 될 공학적방벽 실증시설의 설계에 도움을 얻고, 다양한 성능시험을 동시에 수행할 수 있도록 하기 위해서였다. 향후 KURT 확장을 통해 공학적방벽 성능시험 터널을 확보하고, 중규모의 성능 시험시연을 추진하게 될 예정이다. 본 기술검토를 통해 이 때 추진할 시험내역과 시험체의 구성 및 크기 등의 상세 설계에 필요한 기초적인 지식을 얻고자 하였다. The worldwide Status-of-Art survey for the in-situ experiments of the engineered barrier system for HLW underground disposal was performed as a preliminary action for the design of the in-situ demonstration at KURT. Some nations, which have executed or is ongoing the in-situ experiments at their underground research facilities, were summarized in this review. The demonstration projects reviewed were TBT/Sweden-France, LOT/Sweden, HE-E/Switzerland, PRACLAY/Belgium, FEBEX/Spain, HORONOBE/Japan, and BCE/Canada. The investigated items for the projects were mainly their purposes, constitutional structures, test conditions, monitoring parameters and the measuring tools, and test results. In this review, the hardware design and the assembling of the test system were more concentrated rather than their experimental results, because the purpose of this review is to achieve the necessary information for the practical design of the in-situ experiment to be installed at KURT. A mid scale in-situ demonstration of EBS at KURT, that is called IN-DBES, will be launched right after the completion the expanding project of KURT in 2015. It is hoped that the structural design, installing methods, hardware equipments required in the establishment of IN-DEBS will be referred on this review.

        정보활용교육 주요 토픽과 교원능력개발평가 사서교사 평가지표 비교 연구

        This study aimed to compare and analyze librarian teacher evaluation index from evaluation of teachers' competency development with the the topics of information utilization education. To this end, LDA topic modeling was conducted by collecting papers related to information utilization education published in four major journals in the field of literature and information from 1995 to May 2022. As a result of topic modeling, it can be seen that information utilization education (T10) was the most actively discussed at 12.0% of the 20 topics, followed by library utilization classes (T2) 10.4% and user service (T3) 8.8%.On the other hand, 3.3% of reading discussion (T7), 2.9% of reading education (T19), 2.1% of manpower management (T13), and 2.1% of librarian teacher job satisfaction (T17) showed the lowest distributions 3.3%, 2.9%, 2.1%, and 2.1%, respectively. In addition, although librarian teacher's class model development (T1) and curriculum development (T20) are essential processes for collaborative classes and information utilization education, they were not reflected in the current teacher competency development evaluation index. Therefore, this study proposed that 'instructional model and curriculum development' indicator should be added on 'training and support classes' factors in the Librarian Teacher Evaluation Index in Teachers' Competency Development Evaluation for further evaluation.

        중력금형주조에서 기공량에 미치는 경동속도 및 경동각도의 영향

        N/A Gas is prone to be entrapped in the casting resulting from the reaction of molten metal with mold coating material and resin hardened sand cores during filling in gravity diecasting of aluminum alloys with complex shape. Tilted pouring is known to be one of the method to eliminate the gas defect, in which tilting speed and angle are important as operation variables. Transparent water model was employed to observe the gas entrapment and liberation during pouring of complex shaped casting in this study. As a result, slow tilting combined with movable pouring ladle is recommended to evolute gas effectively in gravity diecasting.

        세로토닌 수송체와 기분장애

        As numbers of serotonin's function are so many, studies of serotonin are numerous nowadays. In the beginning, concentration of metabolites such as 5-HIAA was a key issue, but recent studies have been challenged for serotonin receptor genes and their relation to mood disoder. Serotonin transporter(5-HTT) gene is a strong candidate gene of mood disoder for following reason. Serotonin transporter is a key protein in the serotonin pathway as it regulate the concentration of serotonin in the synaptic clept and essential pathophysiology of depression is dysregulation of 5-HTT so that all antidepressants have effect of 5-HTT antagonist. The decrease of 5-HTT in the platelet and in brain of the depressive patients is much consistent results in the studies of the pathophysiology of mood disorder till now. By this, we will be able to develop simple and easy marker for diagnosis, type, and treatment monitoring of depression. Many psychiatrists have sought the independent genes in relation to depression or schizophrenia. Obviously, the hereditary vulnerability contributes to etiology of mood disorders, but it is difficult to discriminate the independent genes because of many environmental factors. Moreover, in the hereditarily complex diseases such as mood disorder, the only vulnerability of gene can not sufficiently explain the etiology. In the future, to exclude the role of the gene-environmental interaction, the methods such as gene transfer can be considered. In the opposite direction, by using the gene destruction method, the role of target genes can be examined. As yet the concept of the gene expression, neural plasticity, neurogenesis and etc, is the elementary stage. The development of this field will help to establish the treatment strategy of chronic and refractory mood disorders.

        방아쇠 수지 환자의 신바로 약침 치험례

        Objective: This study investigates the clinical application of Shinbaro pharmacopuncture for trigger finger.Method: Because the effect of Shinbaro pharmacopuncture has been proven in various musculoskeletal cases, we treated a patient diagnosed with trigger finger using Shinbaro pharmacopunture. A 0-10 numerical rating scale (NRS) for pain and Quinnell’s classification for trigger finger were assessed before and after three Shinbaro pharmacopuncture treatments.Results: After treatments, the patient’s pain was controlled (without any side effects), and the NRS score decreased from 8 to 1. The Quinnell’s classification of trigger finger score also improved (from 3 to 1).Conclusion: This case has shown that Shinbaro pharmacopuncture treatment could be effective for treating the clinical symptoms of trigger finger.

        정신분열병과 $5-HT_{2A}$ / T102C 다형성의 관계

        The $5-HT_{2A}$ receptor is of great interest for research into schizophrenia and psychopharmacology in light of the observation that schizophrenic patients has 5-HT cortical-subcortical imbalance and atypical antipsychotic clozpine has $5-HT_{2A}$ antagonists properties. An significant association between schizophrenia and the T102C polymorphism of the gene for $5-HT_{2A}$receptor has been reported. In this study, we investigated an association between schizophrenia and the T102C polymorphism of the gene for $5-HT_{2A}$ receptor in Korean schizophrenic patients. The subjects consisted of 139 schizophrenic patients and 88 normal controls. Genomic DNA was amplified by PCR and digested with MsPI. The uncutt product identified allele 1(nucleotide sequence TCT) ; digested products of 216bp and 156bp identified allele 2(nucleotide sequence TCC). The allele frequencies and the genotypic distribution of $5-HT_{2A}$ receptor gene were not significantly different between schizophrenic patients and normal controls. Since allele frequencies of the T102C polymorphism may differ between individuals of different ethnic backgrounds, it needs to be conducted in an advanced research.

        고위인지기능과 정신질환

        Higher cognitive functions refer to the highest level of human intellectual functioning, including concept formation, reasoning, and executive functions. The executive functions can be conceptualized as having four components : volition, planning, purposive action, and effective performance. Because higher cognitive functions represent the most advanced stages of intellectual development, they are often highly susceptible to the effects of brain injuries and mental disorders. The ability to perform effectively within the environment is determined in large part by an individual's adequacy in performing such higher-order functions. Especially executive functions are necessary for appropriate, socially responsible, and effectively self-serving adult conduct. Threfore, an assessment of the psychiatric patient's performance in these areas will provide useful diagnostic information, as well as information concerning social and vocational prognosis.

        XML 질의의 수행성능 향상을 위한 트리 구조 XPath 질의의 축약 기법에 관한 연구

        일반적으로 XML 데이터는 트리 형태의 계층적인 구조를 가지고 있으며, XML 데이터의 저장 및 검색도 이러한 특성을 반영한다. 따라서 XML 데이터를 데이터베이스화 할 때에 XML 엘리먼트 간의 이러한 계층 관계를 반영하여 XML 데이터를 구조화하여 저장하고, 사용자의 검색을 지원하기 위해서는 질의에 명세 된 엘리먼트 구조 간의 계층 관계를 계산하여 처리하는 방법이 필요하다. 구조적 조인(structural joins) 연산은 이 문제의 한 해결책으로서 노드 번호 매기기 방식(node numbering scheme)에 기반한 XML 데이터베이스에 대하여 효율적인 계층 관계 연산 기법을 제시하고 있다. 하지만 계층 관계가 복잡하게 중첩되어 있는 트리 구조의 XML 질의를 처리하려면 여전히 다수의 구조적 조인을 수행해야 하기 때문에 질의 처리 비용이 많이 드는 또 다른 문제를 갖게 된다. 이에 본 논문에서는 선행 연구에서 제안된 트리 구조의 XML 질의 처리시에 필요한 다수의 중첩된 구조적 조인들의 수행비용을 효과적으로 줄이기 위한 사전 처리 방법으로서 동등 클래스 개념을 적용한 정규 표현식(regular expression)으로 된 경로 질의(path query)의 길이를 단축하는 경로식 단축 알고리즘을 소개하며 특히 분기 노드(branch node)가 포함된 경로식 단축 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안한 알고리즘이 XML 경로식 질의 처리 시간을 평균적으로 1/3로 단축할 수 있음을 실험을 통해서 확인한다. XML data generally consists of a hierarchical tree-structure which is reflected in mechanisms to store and retrieve XML data. Therefore, when storing XML data in the database, the hierarchical relationships among the XML elements are taken into consideration during the restructuring and storing of the XML data. Also, in order to support the search queries from the user, a mechanism is needed to compute the hierarchical relationship between the element structures specified by the query. The structural join operation is one solution to this problem, and is an efficient computation method for hierarchical relationships in an in database based on the node numbering scheme. However, in order to process a tree structured XML query which contains a complex nested hierarchical relationship it still needs to carry out multiple structural joins and results in another problem of having a high query execution cost. Therefore, in this paper we provide a preprocessing mechanism for effectively reducing the cost of multiple nested structural joins by applying the concept of equivalence classes and suggest a query path reduction algorithm to shorten the path query which consists of a regular expression. The mechanism is especially devised to reduce path queries containing branch nodes. The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm can reduce the time requited for processing the path queries to 1/3 of the original execution time.

        뇌경색 한방치료중 독성간염(약물유인성 간염)으로 추정되는 간기능 손상의 1례

        Although there are a few reports concerning the hepatic injury of herbal medicine in western medicine, there is no reports concerning the hepatic injury of herbal medicine in oriental medicine. We experienced one case of the hepatic injury suggested toxic hepatitis (drug induced hepatitis) in the treatment of oriental medicine for cerebral infarction. We make a reports for the progress of treatment. One patient of Rt hemiparesis diagnosed cerebral infarction in Brain MRI was administered Taeumin Yuldahanso-tang, treated with physical therapy and improved in the state of Rt hemiparesis(Gr 2/3,4). In the course of treatment, the patient intermittently complained of general weakness, dizziness, pericephalic discomfort(頭不淸), nausea, both leg weakness so we changed Taeumin Yuldahanso-tang to Soyangin Dokwhaljiwhang-tang. Alter that, the patient complained of general weakness, abdominal discomfort, heat and fever($38.4^{\circ}C$). We recognized the elevated total bilirubin(1.7mg/dl), serum transaminase(AST534U/L ALT720U/L), serum gammg glutamyl transpepridase (GGT106mg/dl) and Alk phosphatase124U/L. In the abdominal ultrasonogram there is hepatomegaly (16.5cm). We supposed hepatic injury suggested toxic hepatitis(induced hepatitis) of herbal medicine. After we administered Saeng gan gunbi-tang for 2days and Alk phosphatase and GGT inadequately was elevated. After that, we stopped administering medicine and the serum transaminase, total bilirubin, serum gamma glutamyl transpeptidase and Alk phosphatase level was decreased. In the abdominal ultrasonogram there was no signal. In the case, we supposed that the changing Sasang constitution and Sasang herbal medicine may induce hepatic injury. We are suggesting the necessity of a test for the hepatic injury of herbal medicine.
