효소처리 스테비아를 전처리한 동결건조 사과의 품질특성

최근 국내에서 건조과일의 수요가 증가하고 있다. 또한 건강에 대한 관심이 꾸준히 증대되고 있어 대체당을 이용하여 과일의 당도를 높이지만 체내에는 흡수되지 않아 맛과 건강을 챙길 수 있는 기술에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 효소처리 스테비아는 최근 주목받고 있는 대체당 중 하나로 스테비아 추출물에 α-글루코실전이효소 등을 이용하여 글루코스를 부가시켜 제작된다. 효소처리 스테비아도 다른 대체당과 마찬가지로 단맛을 내지만 체내에 흡수되지 않고 배출되기 때문에 저칼로리 식품에 많이 사용되고 있다. 그러므로 효소처리 스테비아를 이용한 건조 사과의 제작에 대해 실험하여 사과의 갈변현상을 방지하고 당도를 높여 향상된 품질의 건조 사과를 제조할 수 있는 기술로서의 검토가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 효소처리 스테비아를 사과에 침지 전처리하고, 동결 건조하여 건조 품질특성을 확인하는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 건조시료로서 한 변이 15mm인 정육면체 형태로 절단된 사과를 스테비아 20g, 60g, 100g을 각각 증류수 200ml와 혼합한 10%, 30%, 50%의 희석액에 2시간 동안 침지하였으며 침지한 시료를 21시간 동안 동결건조하여 침지용액의 농도에 따른 시료의 당도, 색도, 중량의 차이를 확인하였다. 당도는 증류수 40ml에 시료 20g을 넣고 80,000RPM으로 혼합한 뒤 당도측정계(PAL-1)을 이용하여 측정하였으며 색도는 색도계(CM-2600d)를 이용하여 시료 3면의 L, a, b 값을 측정하였다. 실험 결과 효소처리 스테비아 용액에 사과를 침지한 후 건조를 하였을 때 전처리 없이 건조한 사과보다 갈변현상이 적게 발생하였고 당도도 증가한 결과를 보였다. 또한, 효소처리 스테비아 용액의 농도가 높을수록 중량, 당도, 색도의 L 값이 증가하였고 색도의 a 값이 감소하였다. 따라서 건조 사과를 제조할 때 효소처리 스테비아 전처리하는 과정을 거친다면 갈변현상은 감소시키고 당도를 증가시킨 건조 사과를 제조할 수 있을 것으로 판단되었다.

라이프케어 증진을 위한 협응적 이동훈련 프로그램이 비만 여성노인의 균형에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 라이프케어 증진을 위한 협응적 이동훈련 프로그램이 비만 여성노인의 균형에 미치는 영향을 알아보았다. 본 연구의 대상자는 비만 여성노인 10명으로, 최근 1년 이내 허리나 엉덩관절 및 무릎관절 수술경험이 없고 독립보행이 가능한 자로 선정하였다. 협응적 이동훈련을 일일30분씩 2회, 주5회, 4주간 총 20회 실시하였다. 협응적 이동훈련 프로그램의 효과를 알아보기 위해 인바디 BMI검사, myoVIDEO를 이용한 관절가동범위검사, 표면근전도 검사(척추세움근, 배바깥빗근, 넙다리네갈래근, 넙다리뒤근육), 힘판트레드밀을 통한 동적 균형검사, 버그 균형 척도(BBS)와 일어서서 걷기 검사(TUG)를 중재전후 시행하였다. 본 연구의 연구결과, 보행 시 디딤기 및 흔듦기 시기에 몸통과 엉덩관절의 관절가동범위 전-후 비교에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p<0.05), 표면근전도를 통한 근 활성도검사에서는 척추세움근과 배바깥빗근의 중재 전-후 비교에서 통계학적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 보행 시 동적균형검사에서는 보행선길이와 한발지지선의 중재 전-후 비교에서 유의한 차이가 있었으며(p<0.05), 버그 균형 척도(BBS)와 일어서서 걷기검사(TUG)에서도 중재 전-후 비교에서 유의한 차이가 있었다(p<0.05). 본 연구결과를 통해 라이프케어 증진을 위한 협응적 이동훈련 프로그램이 비만 여성노인의 자세불안정과 근 약화, 균형능력감소 및 낙상위험도를 개선에 유의한 영향을 주는 것을 알 수 있었다. 따라서 비만 여성노인의 균형능력 개선 및 낙상방지를 통한 라이프케어증진을 위해 이동적 협응훈련 프로그램 적용을 권장한다. The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of coordinative locomotor training (CLT) program on the balance for the promotion of life care of elderly obese women. Ten participants of elderly obese women who were able to walk independently without surgery experience of lumbar, hip or knee joint within the past year were recruited and under went the pretest, CLT (20 sessions), followed by the post-test. The test included BMI test using In-body, joint kinematics using myoVIDEO, muscle activation using surface EMG test (erector spinae (ER), external oblique abdominalis (EO), quadriceps femoris (Quad), hamstring muscle (Ham)) and balance tests including dynamic balance test using forced treadmill, Berg balance scale (BBS) and timed up go (TUG). The CLT program was conducted 60 minutes a day, 5 days a week, over 4 weeks period. As a result of this study, The the trunk and hip joints kinematics during the stance and swing phases of gait were a statistical significance levels were set at p <0.05. The ER and EO muscle activation were significantly improved after intervention (p <0.05). The length of gait line and single support line of change of center of pressure (COP) were significantly increased after intervention (p<0.05). The BBS and TUG were also significantly enhanced after intervention (p <0.05). The results of this study showed that CLT program for the improvement of life care had significant effects on improving postural instability, muscle weakness, reduced balance ability and falling risk of obese elderly women. Therefore, it is recommended to apply CLT program to improve life-care through improving balance ability and preventing fall of obese elderly women.

노인 및 장애인의 보행의지를 파악하는 보행보조기 구현

이 논문은 노인 및 장애인의 활동을 보조하기 위한 보행보조 로봇의 핵심 기술인 사용자의 진행하고자 하는 방향과 속도를 검출하는 보행의지 파악시스템 구현을 하고자 한다. 최근에 노인인구의 증가로 인해 노인 및 장애인을 위한 보행 보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있다. 그러나 대부분의 경우 동력이 없는 시스템으로 경사 등의 공간에서 취약성을 가지고 있다. 이에 동력형 보행보조기에 대한 관심이 증가되고 있으나, 대부분의 경우 보행보조기 조종이 여의치 않다. 이에 본 논문에서는 사용자의 보행 의지를 파악할 수 있는 시스템을 도입하고 이를 기초로 보행자의 안정적인 구동을 수행할 수 있도록 하였다. 사용자의 의지력은 FSR 센서를 이용하여 파악하고, 이를 기초로 사용자가 이동하고자 하는 이동 방향과 이동속도 데이터를 기초로 보행보조기의 차량 속도와 방향에 대해 구동 바퀴의 차동 구동을 통해 사용자의 의지에 맞춰 구동할 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 통해 사용자의 이동하려는 의지에 대해 안정적으로 차량을 이동시킬 수 있도록 보행 시스템을 구축하였다. 또한 사용자의 힘에 대한 속도및 방향 매핑 기법을 개발하여 보행의지의 정확성을 높였다.

《당신들의 천국》에 나타난 윤리성 연구

《Your Heaven》 is a novel containing abundant materials that induce multilayered interpretation. In the meantime, a number of studies on this novel has been conducted. According to the research results, there is a dominant tendency of understanding this novel as a product of reconciling confrontational composition of a leper and healthy person through conversations based on mutual subjectivity. However, this applies to the reading of not admitting the critical mind in 《Your Heaven》. It is because characters were the subjects without completion enough to approve each other as intersubjective others. Meaning, the beginning of this novel is a critical situation of intersubjective communication. However, this critical situation that appears like a dead-end street urges characters, paradoxically, to build a relationship, confront each other desperately, and to keep each other in check. A character who shows this most effectively is ‘Lee, Sang Wook.’ Lee, Sang Wook, a child not infected with tuberculosis, spends his childhood in an antagonistic order of leper and healthy person. This provided a basis to observe the paradise construction business that Jo, Baek Heon started from critical point of view continuously. However, Lee, Sang Wook is also appearing as a character who internalized dichotomous confrontation of leper and healthy person. When he makes a relationship with Yoon, Hae Won and Suh, Mi Yeon, he describes Yoon, Hae Won contemptuously and showsrepugnance towards Suh, Mi Yeon who makes a confession that she was born as a child not infected with tuberculosis. It is because their existence is foretelling a failure of ethical proposition that Lee, Sang Wook set up himself. He is making a proposition of‘to love a leper as a healthy person’ as his own fateful task, but Suh, Mi Yeon and Yoon, Hae Won are implying a fact that such proposition is bound to fail. This implies a fact that Lee, Sang Woo is denying the conflicting composition of leper and healthy person ostensibly but accepting the conflicting composition inside and is believing the effect. This circumstance can be known through an anecdote of his father, Lee, Soon Gu. After all Lee, Sang Wook was able to unravel his ethical challenges when he crossed over the symbolic order internally that he refused but believed in implicitly. Lee, Sang Wook tries to resolve through an extreme choice of called ‘escape.’ This escape was a great incident that shook the symbolic order of Sorokdo Island, and even caused drastic changes in main characters who established their identity by referring to the conflicting composition of a leper and healthy person. They were placed in a situation of having to search for ethical foundation that can replace such fantastic structure from ground zero. How Jo, Baek Heon returned to the island as a civilian and how Hwang, Hee Baek defined director Jo, Baek Heon as a practitioner of love derived from here. This becomes a chance to evaluate 《Your Heaven》as fictionalizing the process of ‘ethics’ getting formed in critical situation of intersubjective dialogical relationship.

망실 내 해송 묘목에서 솔수염하늘소 성충의 이동에 관한 연구

솔수염하늘소 성충의 이동상황을 해송 유묘가 심겨진 망실 내에서 조사하였다. 실험에 사용한 총 15본의 묘목 중에서 암컷 1마리가 총 실험기간 동안 이동 방문한 묘목 수는 6.4본, 하루 평균 0.2본을 옮겨 다녔으며, 수컷은 총 실험기간 동안 7.2본, 하루 평균 0.3본을 이동하였다. 밤낮의 시간대별로 이동한 횟수를 조사한 결과 암컷은 74.6%가, 수컷은 80.7%가 밤 시간대(17시~08시)에 이동하였다. 성충이 한 기주에 머무는 기간은 최대 7일이었는데, 동일 기주에서 1~2일간 머무는 비율은 암컷의 경우 72.6%, 수컷의 경우 76.0%이었다. Movement of adult Monochamus alternatus was investigated on young black pine, Pinus thunbergii, trees for about one month in a screen cage. Number of pine trees to which M. alternatus females and males moved during the experimental period was $6.4{\pm}1.4$ and $7.2{\pm}1.5$ out of 15 trees, respectively. Adult females and males moved to $0.2{\pm}0.1$ and $0.3{\pm}0.1$ tree per day, respectively. A 74.6 and 80.7% of adult females and males moved at night (17:00-08:00) to other trees. After moving, most beetles (72.6% of females and 76.0% of males) stayed on the tree to which they moved for one to two days. Some beetles stayed for up to seven days.

볼-롤러 조인트를 사용한 그리퍼 시스템의 힘 분석

In this paper, the gripping force which is the most important parameter in a compact gripper system using a ballroller joint designed for meso-scale parts is fully analyzed. The relationship between the moving distance of motor and the loading forces of the gripper is derived using the moment equilibrium for gripping force, contact force of a ballroller and spring force loaded on the finger. In addition, a force measuring method with strain gauge is also developed to monitor the gripping force and spring force.

동제련 슬래그를 혼입한 고강도 콘크리트의 유동특성에 관한 연구

본 연구의 목적은 고강도 콘크리트에 광물성 혼화재로서 동제련 슬래그를 혼입하였을 때 유동특성을 파악하기 위한 것이다. 이를 위해 동제련 슬래그를 고강도 콘크리트의 결합재로 사용하여 10 %, 20 %, 30 %, 40 %, 50 %를 시멘트로 대체하여 사용하였다. 그리고 굳지않은 콘크리트에서 슬럼프플로, 500mm도달시간, V-Funnel과 U-Boxt시험을 실시하여 유동성 및 충전성을 알아보았고, 굳은 콘크리트에서는 재령 3, 7, 14, 28일의 콘크리트 압축강도를 측정하였다. 상기의 실험결과, 동제련 슬래그를 광물설 혼화재료로 혼입한 콘크리트의 굳지 않은 콘크리트 특성을 살펴보면 동제련 슬래그의 치환율이 30%까지는 유동성이 증가하였으며, 충전성이 우수한 것을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 굳은 콘크리트의 특성을 살펴보면 동제련 슬래그의 치환율이 30 %일때까지 모든 재령에서 압축강도가 증가하는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 동제련 슬래그의 치환율이 30%를 초과하였을 때는 유동성, 충전성 및 압축강도가 감소하는 것을 확인할 수 있어 동제련 슬래그의 최적 치환율은 30 %이내가 적정할 것으로 판단된다. This study examines the properties of high-fluidity concrete after adding copper slag as a mineral admixture. For this purpose, the replacement ratio of cement to copper slag was varied to 0, 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50%. A slump flow test, reach time slump flow of 500 mm, and a U-Box and O-lot test were conducted on the fresh concrete. The compressive strength of the hardened concrete was determined at 3, 7, 14 and 28 days. According to the test results, the workability, compaction, and compressive strength of the high-fluidity concrete increased when replacing 30% of the cement with copper slag. These parameters decreased for all material ages with more than 30% copper slag, which was the optimal mixture ratio.

독일 세법상 소위 "반액과세원칙"에 대한 검토

1995년 독일 연방헌법재판소는 재산세는 그와 관련된 다른 세금액과의 합계액이 소득의 50%를 초과하지 않는 한에서만 헌법적으로 용인될 수 있다고 판시하였다. 이것을 국내에서는 독일 연방헌법재판소의 “반액과세원칙”이라고 소개하고 있다. 이 원칙은 직접 헌법규정으로부터 50%라는 납세자의 세부담의 구체적인 헌법적 한계를 도출해 냈다는 점에서 연구자들로부터 상당히 주목을 받았다. 국내에서도 근자에 종합부동산세의 세부담이 과도하다고 주장하는 납세자들이 그 근거로 원용하기도 하였다. 그런데 이 원칙은 아직까지 국내 세법학계에 제대로 소개가 되어 있지 않다. 이 원칙을 단순히 세금은 수익의 50%를 초과하지 못한다는 정도로만 이해를 하고, 50%라는 것이 무엇의 50%인지, 50%는 재산세와 구체적으로 어떤 세목을 합산하여 도출하게 되는 것인지, 그리고 이 원칙이 재산세뿐만 아니라 소득세 등 다른 세목에도 적용될 수 있는 일반적인 세법원칙인지 여부 등에 대하여 제대로 정리가 되어 있지 않다. 이러한 상황에서 일부 국내문헌에서는 다소 잘못된 전제에서 이 원칙에 대한 논의를 전개하고 있기도 하다. 이 글에서는 반액과세원칙에 대한 독일에서의 논의를 소개하여 이 원칙이 구체적으로 독일 세법학에서 어떻게 이해되고 있는지, 그리고 독일 세법학에서 이 원칙의 현 위치가 어디인지를 소개하고자 한다. 이를 통해 이 원칙에 대한 오해를 제거하고 이와 관련된 국내에서의 논의에 하나의 참고자료를 제시할 수 있기를 희망한다.

<방랑자>(The Wanderer)에 나타난 화자의 정체성 연구

This paper is designed to examine (1) the identifications of the first person speaker and the third person speaker, (2) the relationship between the two speakers, and (3) the nature of awakenings in two speakers with reference to comitatus and Christian tradition. It is generally agreed that the poem is a blend of pagan and Christian element which do not readily coalesce. Numerous references to heroic society proves that the first person speaker is a member of comitatus and his moral value is based on the heroism. The most important concept, the binding force of society, was the comitatus, the mutual loyalty between lord and thane or warrior. The leader provides legal and economic protection in return for military services. Glory is regarded as immortality to the members of comitatus as souls in Christians. Though there is an apparently abrupt change of thought at line 62, where the real seafaring theme ends and not very obviously connected moralizing begins, the two parts are closely linked grammatically and thematically. Both two parts share the essential theme of the transience of this worldly. Scholars generally agree that the first half has been devoted to the experience and limitations of the individual in the clutches of adverse fortune. From line 62 the theme is now broadened in scope to include the whole of man's existence. But I believe that even in his monologue the first person speaker already reached a new state of mind in which he shows very sceptical view on the earthly life. This sort of new kind of awakening in the first person speaker is very similar to the overall theme of transience on this earthly life, which is emphatically repeated by the third speaker. I suppose the only difference between the first person speaker's awakening and the subject matter dealt with by the third speaker is the scope of the theme. Seafaring journey serves as a bridge to the wider, more universal theme of the second half of the poem, which is a homily on the transitory nature of earthly prosperity and happiness and the importance of afterlife. Though his new perception on life surpasses the boundary of comitatus, the first person speaker's awakening does not develop into the theme of the changelessness and security of the heavenly kingdom, which is the major concern of the third speaker. It is quite certain that the poet introduced a specific society, comitatus, as a vehicle of his poetic purpose in order to deliver his message--the transitory nature of earthly prosperity and happiness and the importance of after life.
