DRM 유통 시스템 하에서 암호화된 컨텐츠의 데이터는 신뢰할 수 없는 사용자 환경에서 복호화된 이후에 사용자에게 컨텐츠에 대한 서비스를 제공하게 된다. 이러한 신뢰할 수 없는 사용자 환경에서 컨텐츠 데이터를 안전하게 관리하기 위해서는 암호화 키나 라이센스 데이터등과 같은 데이터를 사용자 환경에 안전하게 보관해야 하며 이렇게 보관된 데이터는 사용자에게 절대 노출되지 않도록 보호를 해야 한다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 신뢰할 수 없는 사용자 환경에서 암호화 키나 라이센스 데이터를 안전하게 보관할 수 있는 Secure Storage Device를 개발하여 소개한다.

DRM (Digital Rights Management)은 디지털 컨텐츠의 불법 사용방지를 위한 기술로서 인터넷과 같은 전송 매체를 통해 디지털 컨텐츠가 배포될 때 DRM의 복제 방지 기능을 사용해서 디지털 컨텐츠의 안전한 배포 및 판매를 촉진시키기 위한 기술이다. 이러한 DRM 환경 하에서 디지털 컨텐츠 저작권자의 가장 큰 요구 사항인 저작권 보호와 컨텐츠 보호를 위한 핵심 기능을 수행하는 DRM Client 시스템은 신뢰할 수 없는 사용자 환경에 설치되어 향후 배포되는 디지털 컨텐츠들에 대한 확인 및 플레이(실행)를 지속적으로 처리하게 되며, 이러한 처리 과정 중에 DRM Client 시스템은 사용자에 대한 인증이나 암호화된 디지털 컨텐츠 데이터의 복호화 및 디지털 컨텐츠 사용규칙을 명시한 라이센스에 관한 데이터를 처리하며 이러한 데이터는 사용자가 접근 못하도록 안전하게 보호되어야 한다. 본 논문은 이러한 사용자 인증키, 암호키, 라이센스 데이터를 DRM Client 시스템 하에서 안전하게 보호할 수 있는 Secure Storage Device (SSD)를 구현하여 소개하는데 그 목적이 있다. DRM is the ability to brand digital contents with features that ensure copy protection and affect the way in which digital contents are played back. DRM is a technology that enables the secure distribution, promotion, and sale of digital contents on the Internet. The DRM Client System that operates on the untrusted user environments has to meet the requirements of the contents owner, including copyright and contents protection. After the DRM Client System is installed on the untrusted user environments, it verifies and plays digital contents. With these procedures it carries out user authentication, contents decryption, and license management. During these procedures, the sensitive data, including authentication information, decryption data and license data, must be secured against any illegal access from users. The goal of this thesis is to introduce the implementation of Secure Storage Device which can protect user's authentication key, cryptographic key, and license data in safe where the DRM Client System is running.
청소년의 학교폭력 집단 유형과 삶의 만족도ㆍ자존감 간의 관계 분석 연구

The purpose of this study was to empirically investigate how the level of life satisfaction and self-esteem of middle school students are related to the subtypes of school violence among adolescents, and to suggest more realistic policy implications regarding the prevention and reduction of school violence. For this purpose, we explored the Korean Children & Youth Policy Survey panel dataset, and analyzed the relationship between life satisfaction and self-esteem, and the subtypes of school violence using one-way ANOVA and multinomial logistic regression while controlling for other variables. Our results show that there tend to be more students with lower levels of life satisfaction and self-esteem in the groups of victims or bullies/victims. Furthermore, students who were abused at home and victims of school violence last year tend to become the victims or bullies/victims of school violence in the following year. These findings indicate that life satisfaction and self-esteem can be the key factors related to the subtypes of school violence. To prevent and reduce problems of school violence, we suggest that substantive programs for enhancing the level of life satisfaction and self-esteem of adolescents should be developed and implemented, not only for victims and bullies but also for at-risk students. Simultaneously, we recommend social safety networks for preventing child maltreatment at home and earlier intervention programs addressing school violence.
Hot Wall Epitaxy(HWE)법에 의한 ZnAl<sub>2</sub>Se<sub>4</sub> 단결정 박막 성장과 가전자대 갈라짐에 대한 광전류 연구

A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for $ZnAl_2Se_4$ single-crystal thin films was prepared in a horizontal electric furnace. These $ZnAl_2Se_4$ polycrystals had a defect chalcopyrite structure, and its lattice constants were $a_0=5.5563{\AA}$ and $c_0=10.8897{\AA}$.To obtain a single-crystal thin film, mixed $ZnAl_2Se_4$ crystal was deposited on the thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by a hot wall epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and the substrate temperatures were $620^{\circ}C$ and $400^{\circ}C$, respectively. The crystalline structure of the single-crystal thin film was investigated by using a double crystal X-ray rocking curve and X-ray diffraction ${\omega}-2{\theta}$ scans. The carrier density and mobility of the $ZnAl_2Se_4$ single-crystal thin film were $8.23{\times}10^{16}cm^{-3}$ and $287m^2/vs$ at 293 K, respectively. To identify the band gap energy, the optical absorption spectra of the $ZnAl_2Se_4$ single-crystal thin film was investigated in the temperature region of 10-293 K. The temperature dependence of the direct optical energy gap is well presented by Varshni's relation: $E_g(T)=E_g(0)-({\alpha}T^2/T+{\beta})$. The constants of Varshni's equation had the values of $E_g(0)=3.5269eV$, ${\alpha}=2.03{\times}10^{-3}eV/K$ and ${\beta}=501.9K$ for the $ZnAl_2Se_4$ single-crystal thin film. The crystal field and the spin-orbit splitting energies for the valence band of the $ZnAl_2Se_4$ were estimated to be 109.5 meV and 124.6 meV, respectively, by means of the photocurrent spectra and the Hopfield quasicubic model. These results indicate that splitting of the ${\Delta}so$ definitely exists in the ${\Gamma}_5$ states of the valence band of the $ZnAl_2Se_4/GaAs$ epilayer. The three photocurrent peaks observed at 10 K are ascribed to the $A_1$-, $B_1$-exciton for n = 1 and $C_{21}$-exciton peaks for n = 21.

A stoichiometric mixture of evaporating materials for BaAl2Se4 single crystal thin films was prepared from horizontal electric furnace. To obtain the single crystal thin films, BaAl2Se4 mixed crystal was deposited on thoroughly etched semi-insulating GaAs(100) substrate by the Hot Wall Epitaxy (HWE) system. The source and substrate temperatures were 610 oC and 410 oC, respectively. The crystalline structure of the single crystal thin films was investigated by the photoluminescence and double crystal X-ray diffraction (DCXD). The carrier density and mobility of BaAl2Se4 single crystal thin films measured from Hall effect by van der Pauw method are 8.29 ×10-16 cm-3 and 278 cm2/vs at 293 K, respectively. The temperature dependence of the energy band gap of the BaAl2Se4 obtained from the absorption spectra was well described by the Varshni``s relation, Eg(T) = 3.4205 eV-(4.3112 × 10-4 eV/K)T2/(T + 232 K). The crystal field and the spin-orbit splitting energies for the valence band of the BaAl2Se4 have been estimated to be 249.4 meV and 263.4 meV, respectively, by means of the photocurrent spectra and the Hopfield quasicubic model. These results indicate that the splitting of the Δso definitely exists in the 5 states of the valence band of the BaAl2Se4/GaAs epilayer. The three photocurrent peaks observed at 10 K are ascribed to the A1-, B1-exciton for n =1 and C31-exciton peaks for n=31.

업무연속성 계획은 공공기관 또는 민간 기업의 업무를 수행하는데 치명적인 영향을 미칠 수 있는 재해의 발생 시 피해를 최소화 하고 효율적인 대처 방안을 마련하여 업무를 계속적으로 수행할 수 있도록 하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 이러한 업무연속성 계획의 수립 시 업무영향 분석의 정확성이 가장 중요하다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 올바른 업무영향분석이 이루어지기 위한 정량적이고 정성적인 방법론을 논하는데 그 목표를 두고 있다.
