      • 대도시 사무직 근로자의 건강관리행위의 관련요인 및 실천도에 관한 연구

        This study attempted to identify the factors related to health behavior and the degree of health practice among the employee of security investment companies in Pusan. The survey data used in the study were collected from 203 white color employee in 21 companies. The factors considered in the health behavior and the degree of health practice were selected from Pender's model of health promoting behavior and Backer's model of health preventive behavior model. The major findings of the study could be summarized as followings: 1. The most closely associated factors with health behavior were identified as perceived control of disease(r=.393), importance of health(r=.350), pattern of family health carer=.302), and options of health promotion(r=.215). 2. The study explored that the most closely related factors to the degree of health care practice were annual physical examination and the control of illegal and habitual drug in order. Other behaviors such as hand washing at each return to home, aviodance of indirect smoking, no exchange of glasses, regular excercise, stop or reduction of drinking and smoking, control of high cholestrol food were identified as less effective in the health promotion. 3. The most important factors associated with the less effective behaviors for health promotion were identified as their laziness in continuous practice and the limited time for their habituation. 4. The most important agent contributing to the knowledge and practice of health was identified as mass media.

        Worship based on the basic unit of family, especially worship concerned with all the family member’s interests, cannot be regarded as religious expression of the worship carriers only. Considering how family life is carried on, the purpose of worship cannot be achieved without active participation from each family member. Worship for family belief in Korean traditional society is generally considered as women-centered worship, in contrast with men-centered worship in Confucianism. This shows the dualism of worships in a family. However, the aspects of worship for family belief studied in fieldwork show diversity that make it hard to consider worship for family belief to be related to women only. Due to its simple process and less formality compared with worships for ancestors, in the worship called “gosa(고사)”, the preparation process of worship food (steaming the rice cake), and the table-setting becomes more important. These works are traditionally considered as the woman’s duty, which makes the worship itself a duty for women. However, it is men’s duty to decide on the worship date, to make the object of family god by interweaving straws, to put strings on the area for the worship, and to spread “hwangto”(yellow soil, but actually red soil). To move the mold of rice cake to a worship table is the work belonging to the man of the house. Each of these activities shows men’s participation in the worship. In fact, men’s participation depends on the procedure and style of the worship. Furthermore, regardless of gender, what brings conflict between a person’s inner religious belief and his outer expression is the social view affected by Western culture and that considers family belief superstitious. From this context, the low participation from men becomes explicit because they are more exposed to modern/western environments. However, as personal acceptance of religious and cultural tradition also plays an important role, men’s participation varies depending on the conditions each family has. The approach to family worship must start from the understanding of a family in a traditional society as a basic community unit, where each member is not an independent individual but a part of the whole family. Therefore, men can’t be free from being engaged in these worships believed to secure peace for the family. For richer description of the whole context of worships, future field works need to depict in more detail each family member’s role or stance in the process of family worship.

        의료관광 수요분석을 통한 전문인력양성 교육과정 개발방향에 관한 연구

        국내 의료관광 산업의 전망에 대해서 대다수 학생과 전문가가 국내 의료관광 산업 의 전망을 밝게 보고 있었다. 국내 의료관광 산업의 발전과제로 제시되고 있는 것은 의료관광 전문인력 양성과 정부의 지원, 가격경쟁력 확보 등인 것으로 나타났다. 국내 의료관광 전문인력이 갖추어야 할 핵심자질 및 역량으로 직종에 관계없이 의료 기초지식, 환자 대응·관리, 외국어 소통능력, 국제 의료관습, 국제 매너 및 에티켓, 서비스정신 등이 공통적으로 높게 평가되었다. 따라서 의료관광 전문인력 양성과 관련하여 전문화되고 체계적인 교육기관, 교육시스템 및 프로그램을 통해 제대로 된 전문인력양성이 필요하다는 의견을 제시하였다. 현장실무 능력 향상을 위한 교육에 대한 요구가 가장 많이 제시되었다. 또한 산업체와의 실질적 협력을 통해 지역 의료관광 산업의 발전을 위해 공동으로 노력할 필요가 있으며, 의료관광 인프라 확충, 지역 의료기술 도입, 제도적 보완, 일자리 창출 등을 위해 정부 및 지자체의 정책적 지원을 확대할 수 있도록 힘써야 한다. 이를 위해서는 산학공동 연구 및 발표, 산학공동 인력양성 프로그램 사업의 개발 및 운영 등이 필요한 것으로 나타났다.

        간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스와 정신건강과의 관계

        Purpose : The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between stress of clinical practice and mental health in nursing students. Method : The subjects of this study were 281 nursing students from one junior colleges located in Ulsan. The data were collected from September 1 to 30, 2005 by a questionnaire survey method. The instruments for this study were the stress of clinical practice scale developed by Whang(2002), and the mental health scale modified by Choi et al(1994). The data were analyzed by SPSS program, using descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation coefficient, and ANOVA, Scheffe's test. Result : The mean score for the level of stress of clinical practice was 191.6(potential range: 58-290). The mean score for the mental health was 85(potential range : 47-235). The relationship between stress of clinical practice and mental health revealed a negative significant correlation(r=.-230, p<.05). The relationship among subordinate factors of stress of clinical practice revealed a negative significant correlation. It factors are schedule for the school affairs(r=-.269, p<.05), psychological factors(r=-.259 p<.05), homework(r=-.244, p<.05), knowledge and skill factors(r=-.229, p<.05), sociological factors(r=-.193, p<.05). Conclusion : In conclusion, this study revealed that the level of stress of clinical practice was important factors influencing the mental health response of nursing students. Therefore, in consideration of mental health should be included in the development of a stress management program for nursing students. 본 연구는 간호대학생의 임상실습스트레스 정도와 정신건강 수준을 알아보고 임상실습스트레스와 정신건강과의 관계를 파악하여 간호대학생의 임상실습 교육모형과 스트레스 완화 프로그램 개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용하고자 시도된 서술적 상관관계 연구이다. 연구대상은 임상 실습을 시작하는 시기에 있는 간호 대학생 281명이며, 구조화된 설문지를 이용하였다. 간호 대학생은 임상실습스트레스 정도가 높고 정신건강정도가 낮았으며, 임상실습스트레스 지각정도가 높을수록 정신건강은 나쁜 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 임상실습스트레스 요인 중 실습환경과 실습상황, 개인의 심리적 요인, 학사일정, 과제물 등이 높은 스트레스 요인이었다. 그리고 학사일정, 개인의 심리적 요인, 과제물, 간호학에 대한 지식과 기술, 사회적 요인 등에 대해 스트레스를 많이 받을수록 정신건강이 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 이상의 결과를 토대로 간호 대학의 임상실습 교육과정 중 학교 내에서 실습 현장을 미리 체험해볼 수 있는 시뮬레이션형 현장 재현형 실습교육모형을 개발하여 학생들로 하여금 실제 현장에 대한 사전 경험을 충분하게 하게 함으로써 실습 스트레스를 줄이고, 현장에서 보다 잘 적응할 수 있도록 하는 것이 바람직하다고 본다. 더불어 학생들의 개인적인 심리적인 요인을 강화하고 간호학과 관련된 이론적 지식과 기초 간호기술, 인간관계 기술 등을 향상시켜 간호대학생들의 정신건강을 향상시킬 수 있는 질적 교육과정 개발 및 운영이 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

        간호사의 직무만족과 조직몰입에 영향을 미치는 요인

        Purpose: This study was to identify factors that influence the organizational commitment and job satisfaction of nurses. Method: The data were collected from 1st, August until 7th, August, 2005. The subjects were 238 nurses from a general hospital in Busan. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS program. Result: The organizational commitment and job satisfaction was significant positive correlations with flexibility, satisfaction, competence factors and significant negative correlations with empathy factors and centralization factor. The most powerful predictors of Nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction was managerial strategy of organizational characteristics. And, satisfaction factors of professional self-concept, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative- dominant culture and innovative-dominant culture were powerful predictor factors. The Other powerful predictors of nurses's job satisfaction were satisfaction factors of professional Self-concept, communication and centralization factor of organizational characteristics, affiliative-dominant culture and conservative-dominant culture, professional image factor of nurse image. Conclusion: This study revealed that important factors for nurses's organizational commitment and job satisfaction, Consequently, the manager should be make effective managerial strategy and encourage that nurse have more satisfy to professional self-concept. And the manager make constant efforts to create an affiliative culture in hospital.

        역할불일치, 성과불일치가 조직 내 갈등에 미치는 영향: 커뮤니케이션 능력의 조절효과

        The present study examined the effects of role discrepancy and performance discrepancy on conflicts within the organization and the moderating effect of communication competence in the process. As a result of a survey on 305 local office workers, it was confirmed that both role and performance discrepancy increase role conflict, task conflict, and relationship conflict within the organization. Role conflict increases when workers recognize role discrepancy, task conflict arises when there are differences in tasks and performance methods, and relationship conflict also increases. Performance discrepancy causes workers to feel helpless and decrease their confidence which results to conflicts over the role and task assigned to them, and disappointment and resentment expressed among members of the organization lead to increased relationship conflict. Communication competence has been found to have a role in moderating conflict in areas with low role discrepancy, however, it has been found to increase task conflict. 본 연구는 역할불일치와 성과불일치가 조직 내 갈등에 미치는 영향과 그 과정에서 커뮤니케이션 능력의 조절효과를 고찰하는 것을 연구목적으로 하고 있다. 국내 직장인 305명을 대상으로 조사한 결과, 역할불일치와 성과불일치가 조직 내 역할갈등, 과업갈등, 관계갈등을 증가시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 조직구성원은 역할불일치를 인식하면 역할과 상호연관되어 나타나는 역할갈등과 업무내용과 수행방식의 차이에서 발생하는 과업갈등을 증가시키며, 관계갈등 또한 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다. 성과불일치는 구성원이 무력감을 느끼고 자신감이 감소하여 자신에게 부여된 역할과 과업수행에 대한 갈등을 초래하며, 구성원 간에 서운함과 원망의 감정이 표출되어 관계갈등까지 증가시켰다. 커뮤니케이션 능력은 역할불일치가 낮은 영역에서 갈등을 조절하는 역할이 일부 발견되었으나 과업갈등을 증가시키는 것으로 나타났다.
