        賈寶玉의 詩

        In this paper, the Jia Bao-yu's poems are analyzed in two categories. One in the amateurism, and the second in the professionalism of the poems. In the first category it includes the dilettantes poems without the poetical spiritual characters, while it also shows his bright poetic talents and the emotions on the high society's men's life. In the second category of the poetic professionalism, Jia Bao-yu's poem of "Fu Rong Nu Er Lei" shows his strong self-determined minds on the human life itself with the highest poetic's emotional spirits.

        Zirconium Pyrithione 착물의 항균력

        Zr, Cu, Zn and Fe-pyrithione complexes were prepared in aqueous medium and their antimicrobial activities were evaluated by MIC and cylinder plate methods against Bacillus subtilis, Sarcina lutea, Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Trichophyton mentagrophytes, Candida albicans, Aspergillus niger and Saccharomyces cerevisiae. Zr-pyrithione possessed most potent activities among the metal complexes against a wide range of microorganisms, especially Gram positive, B. subtilis, S. aureus and fungus, C. albicans. And all of the metal complexes synthesized were more active than pyrithione base. Fe(III)-pyrithione complex has an equal potency to Zn-pyrithione in general but it showed potent activity against B. subtilis microorganism than Zn-pyrithione.

        운동이 노화에 따른 뇌 구조 및 기능 변화에 미치는 영향

        Arapid increase in the elderly population has raised social awareness for maintaining the health of the elderly and initiated intense research in neurodegenerative diseases. Exercise can improve not only cardiovascular and musculoskeletal fitness, but also suppresses the symptoms of depression and anxiety, suggesting a possible role of exercise in the regulation of brain function. Based on a substantial body of literature, here we introduce the effects of exercise on the structural and functional changes in the aging brain, and also discuss the molecular and cellular effects of exercise and motor learning. Studies show that regular exercise in the elderly promotes neurocognitive function, prevents loss of brain tissue, and reduces the risk for neurodegenerative diseases and brain injury. Although the molecular mechanisms, by which exercise regulates brain function, has not been fully understood, recent cell biological and biochemical studies reveal that exercise increases neurogenesis in the hippocampus, elevates the levels of neurotrophins such as BDNF and IGF-1 to promote the survival of newly generated neurons. Exercise also induces angiogenesis in the motor cortex and cerebellum to enhance delivery of glucose and oxygen to neurons. Furthermore, complex motor skill learning increases the number of synapses to improve cognitive and motor function. Taken together, these findings clearly demonstrate that exercise serves as a behavioral intervention to prevent cognitive decline as well as neurodegenerative diseases. Thus long-term regular exercise in parallel with various learning experiences will be required to prepare successful aging. This study will provide fundamental insights into research in neurodegenerative diseases and a better understanding of the exercise effects in brain function.

        알루미나수화물의 침전 pH 가 물성에 미치는 영향

        A study on the effect of the pH of precipitation on the acid consuming capacity, aging stability, physical and chemical properties of hydrous aluminum oxide prepared by the reaction of aluminum chloride and ammonium hydroxide solution was carried out by means of X-ray diffraction, IR spectra and differential thermal analysis. The results from these experiments are as follows: 1. Hydrous aluminum oxide precipitated at lower pH showed better acid consuming capacity, higher stability and more anion contained in the structure than that prepared at higher pH. 2. The hydrous aluminum oxide prepared at lower pH is amorphous and that prepared at higher pH is crystalline hydrated hydrous aluminum oxide, i.e., Bayerite and these results are conformed to Rhee's hypothesis. 3. The rate of loss of reactivity and the end-point reactivity are related to the pH of precipitation.

        인공 진주 안료로서 염기성 질산비스무트에 관한 연구

        The purposes of this investigation were to study the characteristic properties of bismuthoxynitrate formed by hydrolysis of bismuthnitrate according to various reaction conditions and to propose the property difference between synthesized pearl pigment and bismuthsubnitrate as pharmaceuticals by means of X-ray diffraction, IR, DTA and TGA. The pearl pigment could be obtained by reaction of bismuth nitrate-diluted nitric acid solution with cold water (5.deg.) agitation at lower pH. The pearl pigment was BiO. NO$_{3}$. 2H$_{2}$O. in composition and crystalline form was thin plate of monoclinic system and its combination with water was assumed to be hydrated hydrous form between Bi-H$_{2}$O bond. On the other hand, bismuthsubnitrate was 5BiO.4NO$_{3}$.6H$_{2}$O in composition and crystalline form was pillar of rhombic system and the bond between Bi and H$_{2}$O molecules was assumed to be hydrous form. The different properties between two compounds in structure are presumed to be caused by the hydrolysing conditions of bismuthnitrate respectively.

        Alginate Bead를 이용한 고분자 약물의 제어방출형 약물수송체

        The purpose of this paper is to explore the possible applicability of alginate beads as an oral controlled release system of polymeric drugs. Cellulase was used as a model polymeric drug. The release of cellulase from alginate beads was moderately affected by the ratio of cellulase to sodium alginate and strongly affected by CaCl₂concentration. However, the release was not particularly affected by the other factors such as sodium alginate concentration and curing time. The drug was not released from alginate beads at pH 1.2, but was released continuously up to 8 hr at pH 6.8. At pH 6.8, the beads were swollen highly up to 3 hr, thereafter, were eroded into the bulk solution up to 6 hr, completely. Drug release from the beads can be caused due to diffusion and erosion of the matrix. Activity of cellulase was reduced when alginate beads containing cellulase were stored in simulated gastric juice. Further investigation would be necessary to improve the acid resistance of the beads. Since the release of cellulase as a model polymeric drug could be controlled by the regulation of the preparation conditions of alginate beads, the alginate beads may be used for a potential oral controlled release system of such polymeric drugs as polypeptide drugs.

      • 설린닥의 경구용 지속성 제제설계 및 용출특성

        Sustained release matrix tablets, pellets, and coated pellets for the delivery of sulindac were prepared using cellulose derivatives at various ratios, and evaluated for the dissolution pattern. The release of sulindac from matrix tablets prepared with low viscosity HPMC was relatively fast, and especially the tablets made of Metolose SM released all of sulindac within 1hr. The release of drug from tablets made of other HPMC derivatives were retarded in the order of the following: Pharmacoat 645>Pharmacoat 606>Pharmacoat 606+HPC-L>HPC-L. The most sustained release pattern was observed with the preparation of high viscous polymer. Metolose 90SH. While release of sulindac from matrix type pellet containing 10 ㎎/cap of Metolose 90 SH or 60SH was completed within 1hr, a prolonged release formulation (30% in 1 hr) was obtained by the inclusion of EC. Pellets coated with HPMC showed a fast release pattern (≥80% within 2hrs), whereas pellets coated with HPMC and EC (molar ratio 1:1) showed a sustained release pattern (≥80% in 12 hrs), with the release from EC pellets being the most sustained. Fast (naked) and slow release pellets coated with EC. Metolose 60SH 50cps and propyleneglycol, and enteric pellets coated with HPMCP 55 and Myvacet? were prepared, and combined at various ratios for the assessment of dissolution pattern. The result indicates the possibility that the development of 24 hr sustained release delivery systems containing sulindac for oral administration could be achieved by means of combining sustained and fast release pellets at a proper portion.

        明傳奇에 나타난 女人類型 : 특히 佳人型에 대하여

        I. Foreword In this article I attempted to study about types of women, especially the type of $quot;Jia Ren$quot;(f)j, a Beauty appeared in $quot;Ming Chuan Qi$quot;. In the second chapter I studied about the general women's life of Chinese traditional society. In the third chapter I classified all those woman characters pictured in $quot;Sixty Dramas$quot; which is the select works of the $quot;Ming Chuan Qi$quot;, in terms of their names, ages, social positions, personalities, etc. and arranged them and finally made a chart to make it clear and easy for the readers to see. I also attempted to study especially about the type of a beauty, the special feature and the characteristic literary meaning of it by the concrete analysis of both works of $quot;Bat Yue Ting$quot; (拜月亭) and $quot;Huan Hun Ji$quot;(還魂記). II. Women's Life of Chinese Traditional Society I studied about the changing aspects of the woman life through the Pre-Chin Dynasty, the Han Dynasty, the Sung Dynasty and the Ming Dynasty to find out the significance of regulations imposed on women in regard to morals and manners. And we can see there had been not only no essential changes in them but also the more rigidity, formality, trivialism and sterilization making women's natural and personal life more restricted in all respects of intellect, emotion and will as the later dynasties passed by. III. Types of Women Pictured in $quot;Ming Chuan Qi$quot;(明傳奇) First of all, I concentrated my efforts on the total classification of all woman characters appeared in $quot;Sixty Dramas$quot; and making its chart in this chapter. It is however, only a basic preparation for the analysis of types of women in $quot;Ming Chuan Qi$quot;, leaving the fuller establishment of each type and its literary study to the later opportunity. Only through a rather detailed study about $quot;Type of a Beauty$quot;-Wang Rui Lan(王瑞蘭) and Du Li Niang (杜麗娘)-pictured in the two dramas; $quot;Bai Yue Ting$quot; and $quot;Huan Hun Ji$quot;, I examined the literary meaning of the conflict between the social restriction mentioned in the second chapter and the love affairs of them. The question is how their very human emotional conflicts had been reflected on, fermented and managed in the writers' consciousness of that time, and how they were accepted by the audience of that period. A Beauty(佳人) of $quot;Ming Chuan Qi$quot; is not the same kind of conception as so-called $quot;a beautiful woman$quot; (美人). Blooming age, beautiful look, high social position and noble culture are of course, all necessary conditions without question. However, the characteristic points of a Beauty(佳人) in these dramas are more than these. I think we can point out a unique characteristic of these Beauties. These Beauties express themselves fully and make their beauty perfect by their love with $quot;Cai Zi$quot;(才子), those brilliant youths. Yet they are somewhat a sort of tragic ladies in some respects because of the conflicts with these restraints of the moral principles. Indeed $quot;Type of a Beauty$quot; (佳人) is a literary conception created by Chinese literature - especially by the Chinese dramas ever since the time of $quot;Yuan Qu$quot;(元曲) with this background of Chinese traditional society. IV. Conclusion I summarized the above three chapters, especially putting my emphasis on $quot;Type of a Beauty$quot;, on its character of beautiful emotion with its tragic flavor and I concluded the necessity of creating such a Beauty in Chinese literature is to be understood with the cultural and social background of the Chinese society.
