        감귤과피 물 균질액으로 가공한 유색미의 취반 특성

        Cooking characteristics of coated rice with water homogenate of citrus fruit peels (1% for rice) were investigated. The color of the coated rice both before and after cooking was dark yellow. The total content of carotenoids, hesperidin and naringin were 10.74, 2173.12 and 1468.40 mg% for citrus fruit peels. 0.46, 108.65 and 73.38 mg% for its water homogenate, 0.12, 21.73 and 14.62 mg% for coated rice, and 0.05, 8.67 and 5.87 mg% for cooked coated rice, respectively. Citrus fruits peel contained 94.22 mg% of asparagine, 24.88 mg% of methionine, 19.64 mg% of alanine, and 15.37 mg% of γ-aminoisobutyric acid as the majority free amino acids, accounting for 70% of the total free amino acids present. Total free amino acid content of the cooked coated rice increased by 15% compared to those of cooked uncoated rice. The majority of minerals in the citrus fruit peels were K and Ca, accounting for 86% of total minerals present. The mineral content of cooked coated rice was generally higher than that of the cooked uncoated rice. The cooked coated rice showed comparable hardness, gumminess and brittleness, but higher cohesiveness and springiness than the cooked uncoated rice. There were no differences in sweet and bitter taste between the cooked uncoated and coated rice. However, the cooked coated rice showed higher sensory scores for color acceptability, savory taste and overall acceptability than the cooked uncoated rice.

      • 치아 연마용 인산일수소칼슘의 합성 및 물리화학적 성질

        Dental abrasive, dicalcium phosphate dihydrate (DCPD) was prepared and the several important factors affecting on the quality of toothpaste were investigated by means of set test, glycerine absorption, Coulter counter test, color difference, BET adsorption, mercury porosimetery, and rheogram comparing with two foreign DCPDs, MFO4 and Dentphos K. Sample DCPD was prepared by reaction between 85% H_3PO_4 and 15% milk of lime at 39℃ (pH 6.5), and stabilized with TSPP and TMP. The physicochemical properties of Sample DCPD were obtained as follows: whiteness (98.99), average particle size (15.5㎛), pH(7.9), remainder particle weight (0.49 w/w%), glycerine absorption value (64㎖), and set test (passed). N_2 adsorption curves (BET) of three kinds of DCPD showed non-porous type Ⅲ isotherm. BET adsorption parameters of sample DCPD showed that surface area was 24.9 ㎡/g, total pore volume 0.09 ㎤/g and average pore radius 72.0Å. The rheogram of the toothpaste containing each DCPD showed bulged plastic flow with yield value and thixotropic behavior. These results meet standard requirements as abrasive standard, and suggested that synthesized sample DCPD could be used a dental abrasive such as a high quality grade in practice as foreign DCPDs.

        성인학습자 특성을 고려한 교양 교육과정 개설 방안 연구 -Y대학 미래융합대학 사례를 중심으로

        Due to the sharp drop in the number of school-age students, the university crisis is rapidly accelerating. With support from the government, many universities have started to establish the College of Future & Convergence for adult learners. This was part of a self-rescue strategy among the universities as well, While the number of colleges for adult learners is increasing, their systems are still considered to be incomplete. Recently, research studies into this kind of issue, and studies on the development of the adult-centered education system, have been increasing. However, there is still a shortage of research studies, especially in regards to the development of liberal arts education for adult learners. This is because the majority of colleges for adult learners tend to simply take the liberal arts courses as they are. Therefore, this study tried to explore the whole process behind the development of the liberal arts curriculum for adult learners in Y University. First, the authors of this study examined available literature on the relevant issues. In doing so, the authors tried to look for some of the more salient characteristics peculiar to adult learners. After this, the authors conducted a survey to check the preference of adult learners concerning their liberal arts courses. Based on this survey, professors and staff members from the College of Future & Convergence, the College of Liberal Arts, and the Learning Support Center came up with the final lists of liberal arts courses for adult learners. The results of this study suggest that the college of Future & Convergence needs to consider the unique characteristics of each department, along with the characteristics of adult learners, when they develop and implement a liberal arts curriculum. Furthermore, they also need to consider the gap between the ideal goals found in education and the realistic needs of adult learners. 최근 성인학습자 친화적 제도 도입과 교육방법론에 관해 다수의 연구가 수행되고 있지만, 교양교육과관련해서는 아직 연구 자체가 많지 않은 상황이다. 성인학습자 교육을 담당하는 대다수의 평생교육대학(미래융합대학)에서는 대학 내의 교양과목 일부를 차용해 운영하거나 전공에 예속해 운영하고 있는상황이다. 따라서 본 연구는 성인학습자의 특성을 고려한 교양교육과정 개발을 위해 Y대학 사례를바탕으로 교양교육과정 도입 과정을 살펴보고자하였다. 먼저 수요자친화적 교육과 대학교육의 근원적목표와의 접점을 찾기 위해 문헌조사와 국내외 대학의 성인학습자 대상 교양과정 운영 사례를 살펴보았다. 이후 수요자인 성인학습자들을 대상으로 교양교과목 도입의 필요성에 대한 인식 및 구체적 교과목선호도 조사를 시행하였다. 연구 결과 교양과목과 관련해서도 실용성 추구 현상이 나타나고 있었다. 학과의 특성이나 연령에 따라서도 교양과목에 대한 인식 및 선호 영역에 차이가 있었다. 본 연구의결과는 성인학습자를 교육하는 대학의 교양교육이 추구해야 할 본질과 성인학습자의 현실적 요구에대한 간극을 좁힐 수 있는 다양한 방법론적 접근이 필요함을 시사한다. 성인학습자 교육을 담당하고있는 대학이 대학의 새로운 교육수요를 창출하고, 고령화로 인한 사회적 문제를 해결하는 합리적 대안이되기 위해서는 성인학습자의 요구와 기존 대학사회와의 접점을 찾기 위한 노력이 필요하다고 하겠다.

      • 알루미늄 압출부재의 굽힘붕괴 해석 및 실험에 관한 연구

        This study is concerned with characteristics of bending collapse of aluminum members with multi-cell section. Aluminum is light so it is compatible of being used for vehicle structures members. Bending collapse behaviors of aluminum members with multi-cell section are very complex and tension failure mode are occured in experiment. In this paper, the aluminum members are modeled to be able to represent the tension failure mode and, characteristics of bending collapse of aluminum members with multi-cell section by experimental method are compared with the results of PAM-CRASH.
