Objectives : This study was carried out to examine toxic effect of Sintongchukeo-tang on cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons inhibited by neurotoxicity induced by hydrogen peroxide. Methods : MTT assay, NR assay, LDH and neurofilament assay were performed after spinal sensory neurons were preincubater with various concentrations of Sintongchukeo-tang water extract before treatment of cells with hydrogen peroxide. Results : Hydrogen peroxide induced ceil degeneration such as the decrease of cell viability was measured by MTT and NR assay in the cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons. Sintongchukeo-tang water extract was effective in the decrease of LDH activities of neurons produced by hydrogen peroxide. Sintongchukeo-tang water extract was effective in the increase of amount of neurofilaments damaged by hydrogen peroxide. Conclusions : From the above results, it is suggested that hydrogen peroxide induces the inhibition of cell viability in cultured mouse spinal sensory neurons and Sintongchukeo-tang water extract was effective in cultured neurons damaged by hydrogen peroxide.

본 연구에서는 기존의 열영상 측정 장치에 비해 위상잠금기법을 채용한 열영상 측정 장치의 온도분해능이 얼마나 향상될 수 있는지를 평가하기 위해 흑체시스템과 마이크로 레지스터 시편을 이용한 실험을 수행하여 개선된 온도분해능을 확인하였다. 일반적으로 적외선 열영상 측정 장치의 노이즈 수준 또는 온도분해능은 연속적으로 측정된 열영상의 픽셀별 온도의 평균과 각각의 측정값의 편차에 대한 제곱의 평균으로 정의되는 잡음등가온도차(noise equivalent temperature difference, NETD)라는 척도를 이용하여 평가되고 있다. 하지만 위상잠금 열영상 기법을 적용하면 더욱 편리한 방법을 이용할 수 있는데 이는 측정된 열영상 신호의 위상과는 무관한 온도의 진폭에 관한 정보를 이용하는 것이다. 연구결과를 통해 알 수 있듯이, 위상잠금 기법을 적용하게 되면 측정된 신호의 온도분해능 성능을 보여주는 잡음등가온도차가 크게 향상되었으며 이는 위상잠금기법이 내부적으로 수행하는 평균화 작업과 필터링 기능 때문인 것으로 판단되고 있다. In this study, we analyzed and showed the enhanced thermal resolution of a lock-in infrared thermography system by employing a blackbody system and micro-register sample. The noise level or thermal resolution of an infrared camera system is usually expressed by a noise equivalent temperature difference (NETD), which is the mean square of the deviation of the different values measured for one pixel from its mean values obtained in successive measurements. However, for lock-in thermography, a more convenient quantity in the phase-independent temperature modulation amplitude can be acquired. On the basis of results, it was observed that the NETD or thermal resolution of the lock-in thermography system was significantly enhanced, which we consider to have been caused by the averaging and filtering effects of the lock-in technique.

위상잠금 적외선 현미경 관찰법을 이용한 다층구조 칩의 내부결함 위치 분석

현대의 컴팩트 반도체 소자들은 정확한 품질검사를 위해 비파괴, 고분해능의 검사 장비가 요구되고 있다. 검사 장비 중 고분해능 적외선 대물렌즈와 적외선 센서로 구성된 초정밀 열영상 현미경은 반도체 내부의 결함에서 발생되는 국소적 열원의 위치와 깊이 정보를 얻는데 유용하게 활용되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 위상잠금기법이 적용된 적외선열영상 현미경을 이용하여 다층구조로 된 반도체 소자 내부 열원의 위치와 깊이 정보에 대해 분석하였다. 시편은 내부에 3개의 열원을 포함한 TSV(through silicon via technology) 기반 4단 적층구조로서 측정 표면으로부터 열원의 깊이는 240 μm이다. 본 실험에서는 위상잠금기법을 통해 시편 내부 열원의 위치와 깊이를 정확히 찾을 수 있는 초점면 위치, 노출시간 그리고 위상잠금주파수 등 최적의 조건을 찾고 그 조건에서 적외선 대물렌즈와 시편의 거리 변화에 따른 위상 변이와 깊이 정보에 대한 영향을 알아 보았다. 이와 같은 반도체 내부결함에 의한 열원의 위치와 깊이 분석에 대한 연구는 품질검사용 열영상 분석 장비 개발에 큰 도움을 줄 것으로 예상한다. An ultra-precise infrared microscope consisting of a high-resolution infrared objective lens and infrared sensors is utilized successfully to obtain location information on the plane and depth of local heat sources causing defects in a semiconductor device. In this study, multi-layer semiconductor chips are analyzed for the positional information of heat sources by using a lock-in infrared microscope. Optimal conditions such as focal position, integration time, current and lock-in frequency for measuring the accurate depth of the heat sources are studied by lock-in thermography. The location indicated by the results of the depth estimate, according to the change in distance between the infrared objective lens and the specimen is analyzed under these optimal conditions.

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the effects on grip strength & back muscular strength by giving Shout and Competition to provide this information to the atheletic leaders and coaches. The subjects of this paper consist of three groups(Shout, Competition, Contro Groups) of 30 persons ; they are from 21 to 22 ages, who exposed to similar variable control environment. Subjects were tasted twice by Grip Dynamometer & Back Muscular Dynamometer mean of pre-treatment, followed by 30 minute rest then twice of post-treatment. Before and after the treatment, the measuring result compared and analyzed withi and between groups. The Results were as follows: 1. The revelation of grip strength & back muscular strength in Shout and Competitio showed significant difference among groups(p<0.01-p<0.001)and the order of groups was Shout, Competition and Control groups pre and post treatment. 2. The comparision between groups showed significant difference in groups(Shout:Control,Competition:Control) but Shout : Competition is not signicificant. In conclusion, Result showed that there was improvement to the difference of mean within all groups and among groups(Shout : Control, Competition : Control) after post-treatment by Shout and Competition.
跆拳道 功擊技術의 使用頻度와 得點에 關한 調査硏究 : 高等部 選手들을 中心으로

This study is attack skills of T-K-D and the frequency of attack skills, rates of points, and rates of success. The study is three national T-D-K games of 1991. We studied attack skills of T-D-K out of 56 games 112 player, and then each round each weight, each level are separately analyzed. According to the study, each player used kicking skills 44.4 times (the average of each round is 14.8 times) on each game. Thus, the speed is more important in T-K-D attack skills than endurance. The following are frequency of various attack skills turn forward kicking is 51.2%, turn forward foot kicking is 15.9%, push kicking is 11.9%, pushing fist is 5.9%, feet kicking is 4.3%, life up-throwing is 3.3%, backward-throwing is 0.8%, the turn forward kicking shows the highest rate and backward throwing shows the lowest rate.
