        여객역(旅客驛)의 입지(立地)가 도시교통체계(都市交通體系)에 미치는 영향(影響) -부산역(釜山驛)의 대안별(代案別) 모의화(模擬化) 분석(分析)-

        Presently, most of rail stations are situated on the surface of dowl1town and thus result in heavy traffic congestion and inefficient use of land. This paper analyzes the impact of alternative locations of station On urban traffic patterns by simulating transportation systems, of Busan city. Since location of station has long-term effects on land use and transportation, 20 years forecast of land use change, trip generation, trip distribution, modal split and network assignment was performed for each alternative, and aggregate Impacts On passenger-km and passenger-hour were computed. The result indicated that Bujeon is the most desirable location of station in terms of traffic movement, compared to the alternative locations of Sasang and existing station. Relocation of rail station, however, should be decided with broader analysis including other aspects, such as urban development, environment, construction and operating costs, etc. 여객역(旅客驛)이 대개 도심(都心)에 위치(位置)하고 있는 탓으로 도시(都市)의 성장(成長)과 함께 교통혼잡(交通混雜)의 요인(要因)이 되고 있다. 본(本) 연구(硏究)는 부산(釜山)을 예(例)로 하여 여객역(旅客驛)의 입지(立地)에 대한 대안(代案)을 설정(設定)하고 시내통행(市內通行) 및 시외연계(市外連繫) 접근통행별(接近通行別)로 통행발생(通行發生), 통행배분(通行配分), 수단선역(手段選擇), 노선배정(路線配定)의 모의실험(模擬實驗) 과정(過程)을 통하여 여객역(旅客驛)의 입지(立地)가 도시교통체계(都市交通體系)에 미치는 영향(影響)을 비교(比較) 분석(分析)하였다.

        심박변이도 측정을 통한 두한증(頭汗證) 환자의 자율신경계 기능 평가

        Objectives : Essential hyperhidrosis is a socially and occupationally disabling disorder. There are many suggestions that hyperhidrosis is associated with the autonomic nervous system, especiallythe sympathetic system. This study was designed to investigate the autonomic nerve system in patients with essential hyperhidrosis and healthy controls by the frequency domain analysis of heart rate variability (HRV). Methods : 17 head-hyperhidrosis patients in the ambulatory care were investigated. All were inspected at the first medical examination. using the PSA of HRV. HRV was measured for minutes after 5 minutes bed rest. We checked the frequency domain analysis of HRV (i.e. TP, VLF, LF, HF) which were transformed into natural logarithm of patients against the standard measures of the HRV components. Then we compared the values of patients with means of normal Korean subjects. Results : The values of natural logarithmic measure of HRV (LnTP, LnHF, LnLF, LnVLF) of patients With head-hyperhidrosis we examined were $6.85{\pm}1.61$, $4.93{\pm}$2.00, $5.40{\pm}1.83$, and $6.13{\pm}1.37$, respectively. None of these values were higher than means of normal subjects. Conclusions : This study suggests that the function of the autonomic nervous system does not increase in patients with head-hyperhidrosis.

        The binding energy in the n-type $GaAs/Al_xGa_{1-x}As$ quantum well is calculated. The shooting method, modified from the finite difference method, is used for the calculation of the subband energy level and its wave function. In order to account tot the change of the potential energy due to the charged particles, impurities and electrons, the self consistent method is employed. The wave function used for the calculation of the binding energy is assumed to be composed of the envelope function and hydrogenic 1s function. Then, the binding energies calculated by taking into account lot two different types of the hydrogenic 1s function are compared.

        In this paper, we propose an attitude controller for an unstructured object using CMG(Control Moment of Gyro) subsystem, which has a stabilizer function. The CMG subsystem consists of one motor for spinning the wheel and the other motor for turning the outer gimbal. While the wheel of CMG subsystem is spinning at high speed, applying force to the spin axis of the wheel leads the torque about the vertical axis. We utilize the torque to control the attitude of object in this study. For the stabilizer function, in additiion, holding the load at the current position, the power applied to the gimbal motor of CMG will be cut, which result in the braking force to stop the load by gyro effect. However, due to the gear reduction connected to outer gimbal, slow load motion cannot generate the braking force. Thus, in this study, we are willing to make a holding force by applying control power to the gimbal motor from the signal of piezoelectric gyroscopic sensor that detected the angular velocity of the load. These two features are demonstrated in experiment, carrying a beam with crane. As a result, load was started to rotate by controlling gimbal positiion and was stopped by turning off the gimbal power. Moreover, slow movement of the load was also rejected by additional control with gyroscopic sensor.

        심박변이도(Heart Rate Variability) 측정을 통한 다한증(多汗症)환자의 자율신경계(自律神經系)기능 평가

This study was designed to investigate the autonomic nerve system the patients with hyperhidrosis. Methods : 348 palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis patients and 20 systemic hyperhidrosis patients in the ambulatory care were investigated. All patients were inspected at the first medical examination, using the PSA of HRV. HRV was measured for 5 minutes after 5 minutes' bed rest. We checked the frequency domain analysis of HRV (i.e. TP, VLF, LF, HF and LF/HF) which were transformed into natural logarithm of patients against the standard measures of the HRV components. Then, we compared the means of patients with means and highest values of in the normal range of Koreans 1) between the patients with palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis and the healthy controls and 2) between the patients with the systemic hyperhidrosis and healthy controls, by the frequency domain analysis of heart rate variability (HRV), respectively. We then compared the results between 1) and 2). Results : The values of natural logarithmic measures of LF/HF ratio in the patients with palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis we examined were significantly higher than the values of healthy controls, but those in the patients with systemic hyperhidrosis were not higher. Conclusion : This study suggests that the autonomic nervous function did not simply increase but that the balance between sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous function did matter in patients with palmar and plantar hyperhidrosis. This balance included that the sympathetic nervous function aggravated comparatively with parasympathetic nervous function. On the other hand, we couldn't find any significance of the patients with the systemic hyperhidrosis as for the autonomic nervous function.

      • GSIS를 이용한 연안 환경준설 관리 방안

        연안에서 해양개발, 수로유지 및 수질 개선 등을 목적을 준설이 시행되고 있다. 수질 개선을 목적으로 하는 준설공사의 경우 준설량을 정확하게 예측하는 것이 공사비용 및 공사기간을 결정하는데 매우 중요한 요소이다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국내에서 가장 널리 사용되고 있는 양단면평균법과 GSIS의 기법 중 역거리가중(Inverse Distance Weight; IDW) 보간법, Kriging 보간법 및 불규칙삼각망(Triangulated Irregular Network; TIN) 보간법을 이용하여 준설량을 산정하였다. 또한 GSIS를 이용하여 준설공사를 체계적으로 관리할 수 있는 준설관리체계 구축안을 제시하였다. In coastal areas, dredging is carried out for the purpose of ocean development, channel maintenance, water quality improvement, and so on. An accurate estimate of the dredging volume can decrease excessive amounts of uncontaminated dredging materials. Also, it can minimize the period and expense of the construction. In the moment, the end area formula method is generally used for calculating dredging volume. The position of sediment investigation is decided empirically through in-situ survey. However, in foreign countries the investigation is decided before dredging through an effective terrain analysis. This study is focused on making a management tool for marine dredging using Geo-Spatial Information System(GSIS). The Marine Dredging Management System(MDMS) developed in this study is a GSIS-based integrated system consisting of three compartments such as estimation of dredging volume, prediction of flow currents and water quality parameters.

        실시간 재배치를 통한 카쉐어링 서비스 최적화에 관한 연구

        Recently, owing to the development of ICT industry and wide spread of smart phone, the number of people who use car sharing service are increased rapidly. Currently two-way car sharing system with same rental and return locations are mainly operated since this system can be easily implemented and maintained. Currently the demand of one-way car sharing service has increase explosively. But this system have several obstacle in operation, especially, vehicle stock imbalance issues which invoke vehicle relocation. Hence in this study, we present an optimization approach to depot location and relocation policy in one-way car sharing systems. At first, we modelled as mixed-integer programming models whose objective is to maximize the profits of a car sharing organization considering all the revenues and costs involved and several constraints of relocation policy. And to solve this problem efficiently, we proposed a new method based on particle swarm optimization, which is one of powerful meta-heuristic method. The practical usefulness of the approach is illustrated with a case study involving satellite cities in Seoul Metrolitan Area including several candidate area where this kind systems have not been installed yet and already operating area. Our proposed approach produced plausible solutions with rapid computational time and a little deviation from optimal solution obtained by CPLEX Optimizer. Also we can find that particle swarm optimization method can be used as efficient method with various constraints. Hence based on this results, we can grasp a clear insight into the impact of depot location and relocation policy schemes on the profitability of such systems.

        주민참여와 부패

        본 논문은 주민참여가 정부 부패에 미치는 영향을 고찰하였다. 이를 위하여 주민참여를 선거참여와 비선거참여로 구분하고 각각의 주민참여가 정부 청렴도에 미치는 영향을 실증적으로 분석하였다. 실증분석을 위하여 226개 기초자 치단체를 분석대상으로 하고 국민권익위원회의 2020년 공공기관 청렴도 조사자료를 이용하였다. 기초자치단체의 청 렴도를 종속변수로 사용하였으며, 독립변수로 선거참여를 대표하여 지방선거 투표율, 국회의원선거 투표율을, 비선거 참여를 대표하여 위원회 수, 주민참여예산제도의 주민제안 건수와 예산반영비율, 그리고 정보공개를 사용하였다. 기 초자치단체장 특성과 기초자치단체의 사회, 경제적 특성을 통제변수로 사용하였다. 순서형 로짓분석을 이용하여 기초 자치단체 청렴도에 미치는 요인을 분석한 결과 주민참여가 기초자치단체의 청렴도에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으 며 주민참여 유형에 따라 영향의 정도와 성격이 달랐다. 선거참여는 기초자치단체 청렴도에 영향을 미치지 않았으며, 비선거참여는 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 비선거참여 중 위원회 수, 주민참여예산제도의 예산반영비율, 정보공 개는 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 주민참여예산제도의 주민제안 건수는 부정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. This paper examined the effect of residents’ participation on local government corruption. Residents’ participation was divided into election participation and non-election participation, and the effect of each resident participation on the integrity of the local governments was empirically analyzed. For the empirical analysis, the 2020 integrity survey data from the Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission were used. The level of integrity of the local governments was used as a dependent variable. As independent variables, local election turnout and National Assembly election turnout were used to represent election participation, and the number of committees, the number of resident proposals and budget reflection ratio of the participatory budgeting system, and information disclosure were used to represent non-election participation. The characteristics of the heads of the local governments and the social and economic characteristics of the local governments were used as control variables. According to an analysis of factors affecting the integrity of local governments using ordinal logit analysis, residents’ participation affected the integrity of local governments, and the degree and nature of influence were different depending on the type of residents’ participation. While participation in elections did not affect the integrity of local governments, participation in non-elections did. Among non-election participation, the number of committees, the budget reflection ratio of the participatory budgeting system, and the information disclosure have a positive effect on the integrity, while the number of residents’ proposals for the participatory budgeting system has a negative effect.
