창의융합역량, 창의적리더십이 자기주도학습력에 미치는 영향

본 연구에서는 창의성이 강조되는 시대적 상황에 맞추어 대학생의 창의융합역량과 창의적리더십이 자기주도학습력에 미치는 영향을 확인하고자 하였다. 서울의 S대학에서 16주차의 온라인 자기주 도학습 수업을 수강하는 대학생 280명을 대상으로 하여 창의융합역량과 창의적리더십의 상관관계가 어떠한지, 자기주도적학습력에 창의융합역량과 창의적리더십역량이 중요하게 작용하는 지 등을 알기 위한 목적으로 수행되었다. 이에 따라 연구대상 학생 280명에게 창의융합능력검사, 창의적리 더십검사, 자기주도적학습력검사를 실시한 후 이를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 창의융합역량과 창의적리 더십, 자기주도적학습력 간의 상관관계와 영향관계를 확인할 수 있었다. 따라서 미래사회에서 요구 되고 있는 핵심역량으로서 창의융합역량과 창의적 리더십 및 자기주도학습력을 향상시키기 위하여세 변인을 연계할 수 있는 교과과정을 개발하여 운영한다면 효과적이 될 수 있을 것이다. In this study, the researcher tried to investigate the impact of creative convergence competency and creative leadership on self-directed learning ability of university students. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between creative convergence competency and creative leadership, and whether creative convergence competency and creative leadership competencies play an important role in self-directed learning. As a result, 280 students were tested for creative convergence competency, creative leadership test, and self-directed learning ability test. Consequentially, we were able to confirm the correlation and influence between creative convergence competency, creative leadership, and self-directed learning ability. Therefore, it will be effective to develop and operate a curriculum that can link three variables in order to improve creative convergence competency, creative leadership and self-directed learning ability as core competencies required in future society.

대학생의 창의적 특성, 창의적 성취의도 및 창의융합역량 간의 관계에서 창의적 가정환경의 매개효과

본 연구의 목적은 창의적 특성(창의적 성격, 창의적 리더십)이 가정환경을 매개하여 미래사회에서 요구되는 역량인 대학생의 창의적 성취의도와 창의융합역량에 미치는 영향 관계를 밝히는 데 있다. 창의적 특성(창의적 성격, 창의적 리더십)은 잠재변인으로, 창의적 가정환경은 매개변인으로, 그리고 창의적 성취의도와 창의융합역량을 종속변인으로 하여 분석하였다. 연구대상은 서울과 수도권 대학에 재학 중인 750명의 대학생이었으며, 5가지 변인을 측정하기 위하여 신뢰도와 타당도가 입증된 체크리스트를 사용하였다. 데이터 수집 기간은 2019년 4월 20일부터 2019년 5월 20일까지였고, 750명의 데이터 중 불성실한 5부를 제외하고 최종 745명의 데이터를 분석하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 22.0을 이용하여 통계 처리하였고, 기술통계량, 왜도와 첨도, 신뢰도를 산출하였으며, 상관관계, 탐색적 요인분석, 확인적 요인분석 및 부트스트래핑(bootstrapping)을 통한 매개효과를 검증하였다. 본 연구의 결과, 창의적 특성(창의적 성격, 창의적 리더십), 창의적 가정환경, 창의적 성취의도, 창의융합역량 간에는 정적 상관이 나타나, 잠재변인, 매개변인과 종속변인 간에 상관관계가 있음이 확인되었다. 또한 잠재변인이 종속변인에 미치는 직접효과와 매개효과도 확인되었다. The purpose of this study was to identify the mediating effect of creative home environment in the influence of creative traits (creative personality, creative leadership) of university students on creative achievement intention and creative confluence competency. For this purpose, 750 university students attending in Seoul and Gyeonggi area were participated. To measure each variable, 5 kinds of checklist(creative personality, creative leadership, creative home environment, creative achievement intention, creativity confluence competency) were used. The data were collected from April 20, 2019 to May 20, 2019, and the final 745 data were analyzed except the inappropriate data. The collected data were statistically processed using SPSS 22.0 and AMOS 22.0, and the analysis calculated descriptive statistics, skewness, kurtosis, and reliability, and verified the mediating effect through correlation, exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis and bootstrapping. As a result of this study, there was a positive correlation between creative traits(creative personality, creative leadership), creative home environment, creative achievement, and creative confluence competence, and it was confirmed that there was a correlation between potential variables, mediating variables and dependent variables. Also, the direct effect and mediating effect of latent variables on dependent variables were confirmed.

A wide range of industries are applying 3D printing technology in their fields, since the 3D printing technology is the most important research topic in the world. Most automotive industry has already recognized 3D printing technology as a promising manicuring method, so that they utilize 3D printers in their design development, research and production processes. Selective laser sintering (SLS) process which is widely used in auto part development process, however, hinder automakers from utilizing the technology directly to enhance their development process. In other words, SLS process causes curved shapes due to thermal deformation -thermal expansion and thermal contraction, in the powder sintering and cooling process, accompanies multi-phase changes of the raw materials. In this research, we aim to investigate and analyze the deformation pattern of SLS 3D printed samples by size, shape, location in SLS platform (using 3D Systems’ sPro60 SD).

영아의 하나의 경험(an experience) 들여다보기

본 연구는 영아를 ‘비완결성’과 ‘완결성’을 동시에 가진 존재로 보고, Dewey의 ‘하나의 경험’이라는 렌즈로 영아의 일상경험을 들여다봄으로써 그간의 ‘영아는 미완성적인 존재’라는 인식에서 벗어나 영아의 ‘완결성’에 주목하고자 하였다. Dewey는 우리 주변의 환경과 끊임없는 상호작용 속에서 이루어지는 일상 경험이 충만과 완성을 가지며 두드러지게 부각될 때 ‘하나의 경험’에 이르게 된다고 한다. 이 연구에서 영아인 햇님이와 달님이의 ‘하나의 경험’은 각각 두 가지씩 드러나는데, 햇님이의 경우는 ‘혼자 일어서기’와 ‘걷기’가, 달님이의 경우는 ‘달팽이 오리기’와 ‘친구 별이와의 소꿉놀이’가 그것이었다. 이들의 하나의 경험은 ‘완성에서 오는 강렬한 기쁨’, ‘목적이 있는 반복과 몰입’, ‘갈등에 의한 재구성’, ‘완성이 만들어 내는 새로운 목표’라는 공통적인 양태를 가지고 있었다. 이러한 양태는 경험의 우연성(혹은 상황의존성)과 시간성이라는 특징을 가지고 있으며, 이는 영아가 그들의 경험 속에서 스스로 판단하고 반성적 사고를 하며 그들의 삶을 적극적으로 구성해나가는 주체자임을 확인시켜준다. 이렇게 주체자로서 영아를 드러내는 본 연구의 연구과정은 교육에 있어 귀기울임과 그것의 가시화 과정인 교육적 기록작업이 중요함을 함의한다. This study begins with understanding infants and toddlers as not only becoming also being . It aims at revealing completeness and themselves of infants and toddlers by looking at their daily life through the lens of An experience introduced by Dewey. Dewey states that An experience is one of our daily experience which is remarkable as we feel fulfillment and consummatory in it. For the aim of this study, daily life of one infant and one toddler was observed and analyzed. Their An experience has four common aspects which are intense pleasure of consummatory , aimful repetition and immersion , reconstitution as the consequence of conflict , a new goal from consummatory . These aspects have two features contingency and temporality , which show that infants and toddlers are competent agents who can construct their life experience by themselves with active decision-making and reflective thinking. The procedure of this study in order to illuminate infants and toddlers as active agents implies that listening to children and pedagogical documentation are important in education.

Induction of spontaneous eruption of displaced permanent teeth through space maintenance decompression of cystic lesion in pediatric patients

Cystic lesions in pediatric jaws can cause eruption disorders by displacing the erupting permanent teeth, and in the case of secondary infection, can cause swelling and pain. The treatment modalities for such cysts include cyst enucleation, marsupialization, and decompression. As compared to enucleation, decompression has the advantage of preventing damage to surrounding tissues and inducing spontaneous eruption of permanent teeth. We report a case where decompression was performed using a stent designed for decompression and as a space maintainer in three patients with eruption disorder due to cystic lesion of the jaw. The eruption of the displaced permanent teeth was successfully induced by maintaining the eruption space and removing the cyst.

서울특별시교육청의 평생교육 차별화 및 재구조화 방안 연구

이 연구의 목적은 서울특별시교육청의 평생교육 차별화와 재구조화를 위한 방안을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 서울특별시교육청의 평생교육 현황을 고찰하였으며, 평생교육 분야 전문가 17인 대상의 심층 인터뷰와 학부모 320명 대상의 평생교육 프로그램 운영 및 교육요구도를 조사를 수행하였다. 서울특별시교육청의 평생교육 차별화와 재구조화를 위한 방안으로 ‘FUN 서울평생교육’ 모형을 제시하였다. ‘FUN 서울평생교육’의 차별화 및 재구조화 방안의 핵심은 서울특별시교육청 내 각 부서에서 운영 중인 다양한 평생교육 프로그램을 주제와 교육목적에 따라 재분류하여 ‘4대 특화학교(책 읽는 학교, 넘나들이 학교, 부모샘 학교, 어디서나 학교)’로 재구조화하고, 이를 통해 서울특별시교육청 평생교육을 단일화된 하나의 시스템으로 상호 지원하고 운영, 관리할 수 있도록 연계하는 것이다. 본 연구에서 제시한 ‘FUN 서울평생교육’ 모형은 서울특별시교육청만의 평생교육 시스템을 구축하는데 일조할 것이다. The purpose of this study was to suggest a plan for the differentiation and restructuring of lifelong education in the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. To this end, this study reviewed the status of lifelong education by the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education, conducted in-depth interviews with 17 experts in the field of lifelong education, and conducted surveys on the operation and educational needs of lifelong education programs for 320 parents. This study presented the ‘FUN Seoul Lifelong Education model as a way to differentiate and restructure lifelong education of Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education. The key to the differentiation and restructuring of ‘FUN Seoul Lifelong Education’ is to reclassify various lifelong education programs operated by each department in the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education according to the theme and educational purpose and restructure them into four specialized schools (school for reading books, school over the fence, parents teacher schools, schools everywhere) and link them so that they can mutually support, operate and manage lifelong education in the Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education as a single system. The ‘FUN Seoul Lifelong Education model presented in this study will help Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education establish its own lifelong education system.

파종방법에 따른 수크령, 갈대, 억새의 발아 및 초기생장 특성

To investigate the possibility of developing the seeding measure for river bank slope revegetation, germination experiment and early growth observation were conducted using 3 native species growing naturally around river banks such as Pennisetum alopecuroides, Phragmites communis, and Miscanthus sinensis. The applied seeding methods were 3 such as scattering seeds, tillage after scattering seeds, and covering up seed with soil after scattering seeds. According to seeding methods, germination experiment and early growth observation were carried out on nursery bed soil in greenhouse. As results of this study, all the 3 native plant species` germination ratio and growth in length on nursery bed soil were highest on the seeding method of covering up seed with soil. Also it was verified by Duncan`s multiple range test that the germination ratio and growth in length on the seeding method of covering up seed with soil is distinguished from those on other two seeding methods. According to this results, the best possible seeding measure to be developed should be mechanical seed spraying with soil.
