항공서비스 관계효익이 장기지향성에 미치는 영향 연구

본 연구는 관계마케팅 측면에서 고객에게 제공되는 관계효익의 개념을 중심으로 항공서비스에서의 관계효익 구성요소인 사회적 효익, 심리적 효익, 경제적 효익, 특별대우 효익이 장기지향성에 미치는 영향을 실증분석하였으며 이를 통해 항공사의 마케팅 전략 수립 및 시사점을 제시하는 것이 연구의 주된 목적이다. 분석 결과, 심리적 효익, 특별대우 효익만 장기지향성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. The study has focused on relationship benefits provided for customers in terms of relationship marketing and empirically analyzed the influence of components of relationship benefits in air service. Those components are, for example, social, psychological, economic and special treatment benefits on long-term orientation of relationship. Also, ultimately, this study aims to suggest marketing strategies and relevant implications for airlines. In conclusion, psychological and special treatment benefits were found to have influence on long-term orientation of relationship.

사용자 프라이버시 보호를 위한 BBS+서명 기법 기반 시뮬레이션 환경구축

디지털 전환 시대를 맞아 일상생활 대부분이 온라인으로 이동하면서 온라인상에서 자신을 나타내는 신뢰할 수 있는 신분증의 필요성이 커지게 되었다. 신원 확인 방법은 중앙 집중식 모델에서 현재는 자기주권신원 모델로 변화하는 과정에 있으며 사용되는 핵심 기술은 탈중앙 식별자 DID(Decentralized Identifier)이다. DID는 기존 신원 체계와 달리 개인의 데이터 소유권을 개인에게 돌려줘 데이터 주권을 지킬 수 있게 해줌으로써 개인의 정보 공유 범위를 결정하는 SSI(Self Sovereign Identity)를 실현하는 기술이다. DID를 이용하면 데이터의 무결성, 투명성을 보장하는 자격 증명(Verifiable Credential, Verifiable Presentation) 발급이 가능하며 이를 검증하는 데이터는 모두 블록체인에 올라가 있는 것이 특징이다. 본 논문에서는 실제 서비스와 유사한 시뮬레이션 환경을 구축하여 자격 증명의 사용자 프라이버시를 보호하는 방법인 BBS+서명 기법에 대해 알아보고자 한다.

기술수용모델을 활용한 항공사 모바일 어플리케이션 재사용의도에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to suggest effective strategies to continues the use of an airline mobile app for booking and searching information. In order to fulfill the purpose of the study, TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) was applied to the research model and economic value and emotional value were too set as independent variables. And customer satisfaction was expected to influence on reuse intention of the airline mobile app. The results showed that user``s perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, economic value and emotional value all have effects on user``s satisfaction. User``s satisfaction also affects user``s reuse intention to the airline mobile app. Several implications were discussed based on the research result.

항공예약플랫폼 특성이 지각된 가치와 지속사용의도에 미치는 영향 연구

The purpose of this study is to verify the characteristics of flight booking platform(CFBP) on perceived value(PV) and intention of continuous use(ICU) in order for offering several managerial suggestions in the post-COVID era. This study conducted an empirical survey on a sample of 274 respondents who had experienced any flight booking platform at least once within the last three years. The factor analysis showed that CFBP were classified into safety, easiness, and responsiveness while PV and ICU were classified as a single dimension respectively. According to the result of the regression analysis, all the three factors of CFBP turned out to have positive influences on PV and ICU. It was also found that PV had a significant effect on ICU at the same time. In addition to those, moderating effect of Trust between the relationship of PV and ICU was examined. This paper provides managerial suggestions on how to enhance ICU towards CFBP effectively at the last part of the paper.

The purpose of this study was to suggest effective strategies to enhance customer`s sat-isfaction and behavioral intention by mitigating perceived risks of Low Cost Carriers(LCCs). In order to fulfill the purpose of the study those risks in economic loss, function, social psychology and safety were postulated as key dimensions consisting of perceived risks towards LCCs which expect to impact on customer satisfaction and behavioral intention. The results showed that the four risks all negatively affect customer satisfaction and economy-ic loss risk, functional risk and safety risk negatively influence behavioral intention. Yet social psychology risk turned out to have no influence over behavioral intention. Several suggestions which can enhance customer satisfaction and behavioral intention by mitigating those risks were discussed based on the research result.

코로나19 시대의 항공여행 위험지각이 태도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향 연구

코로나19라는 전대미문의 팬데믹 확산에 따른 전 세계 관광산업의 타격이 매우 심각한 상황으로 이러한 현실적 상황을 반영하여 코로나19에 따라 국내외 연구자들에 의해 활발하게 논의되고 있다. 그러나 2020년 기준 국내 항공 산업은 국제선 여객 실적이 97% 이상 감소되는 등 항공 산업 생태계가 위협받고 있는 실정임에도 불구하고 아직까지 항공여행과 관련된 논의는 제대로 이루어지지 않고 있다. 따라서 포스트 코로나 시대를 대비하기 위하여 항공여행에 대해 여행객들이 지각하는 위험요인들을 분석하고 이를 완화 혹은 제거함으로써 항공여행에 대한 고객의 신뢰를 회복하여 이들의 구매행동의도를 개선시킬 수 있는 방안 모색이 필요한 시점이라 하겠다. 이에 본 연구는 항공여행에 대해 고객들이 지각하는 주요 위험요인이 무엇인지 선행연구 검토를 통해 도출하고 위험지각요인들이 항공여행에 대한 태도와 행동의도에 미치는 영향관계를 파악하는 데 있다. 이를 통하여 코로나 시대와 포스트 코로나 시대의 항공여행에 대한 긍정적인 행동의도를 높일 수 있는 시의적절한 마케팅적 시사점을 제공하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 연구 결과 코로나 시대의 항공여행에 대한 위험지각요인은 보건안전, 사회심리, 성과, 경제손실의 4개 요인으로 도출되었으며 이 중 사회심리, 성과, 경제손실은 태도에 부정적인 영향을 미치고 보건안전, 사회심리 위험요인은 항공여행객들의 행동의도에 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 따라서 항공여행의 감염병 확산에 대한 안전성에 대한 객관적 데이터를 제시하고 항공여행의 안전성을 효과적으로 알릴 수 있는 단계별 계획 수립을 통해 항공여행객들의 신뢰회복이 필요하다. 또한 철저한 기내방역 준수와 함께 적정한 항공권 가격 수준 유지 및 기내서비스 지속 제공을 위한 방안 모색이 필요하다. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the tourism industry is unprecedented. In response, a lot of research has been being conducted on the effects of the pandemic. However, discussions about the aviation industry affected by the pandemic are still rare. As the pandemic will eventually fade and travel on flight will rise, we need to find solutions to mitigate and even eliminate what risks flyers perceive towards traveling by air at this point. This study aims to verify the effect of risk perception of flyers on their attitude and behavior intention. A total of 334 surveys were collected from those who had travel experience on flight via google online survey. risk perception was classified into four; health-safety, social psychology, performance, economical loss risk. Attitude and behavior intention were respectively constituted as a single dimension. The result of analysis shows that health-safety and social psychology risks have influence on behavior intention while social psychology, performance, and economical loss risks play as negative antecedents of attitude. Attitude has a positive effect on behavior intention. The results suggest that step-by-step countermeasures using statistics verifying flying safety should be conducted to regain consumer confidence, trying to maintain the service quality onboard and provide reasonable price for customers.

경골 고평부 골절 시 슬관절 구조물의 동반손상

Purpose: We wanted to analyze the incidence of soft tissue injury associated with fractures of the tibial plateau. Materials and Methods: From November 2005 to December 2008, 36 patients with tibial plateau fractures were examined by radiologic studies. The fractures classified according to Schatzker`s classification by using the plain radiographs and computed tomography, and then magnetic resonance imaging was done for assessing the accompanied injuries of the knee structure. Results: For the 36 cases, accompanying lesions were observed in 30 cases (83.3%). Lateral meniscus damage was the most frequently associated damage, and this was observed in 17 cases (47.2%). Medial meniscus damage was found in 13 cases (36.1%). Anterior crucial ligament damage was found in 11 cases (30.6%). Posterior crucial ligament damage was found in 3 cases (8.3%). Medial collateral ligament damage was found in 16 cases (44.4%) and lateral collateral ligament was found in 8 cases (33.3%). Conclusion: Because soft tissue injury frequently accompanies tibial plateau fracture, MRI evaluation and proper management are necessary regardless of the severity of the fractures.3

Replantation for Amputation of the Finger by a Dog Bite

We present the case of a 49-year-old man with a dog bite on his right index finger at the mid-phalanx level. The finger was severely contaminated by the dog bite but, the amputation margin was clean. We replantated the stump. His finger was recovered very successfully 12 months later. It is recommended that in these types of cases, replantation of the severed finger should proceed even if the amputated finger was contaminated by the dog bite, unless there are other factors that prevent replantation.
