장애인스포츠를 통한 스포츠마케팅의 활성화 방안에 관한 연구

The value of the disabled sports may be recognized as the sector that sponsorship and sports marketing among the essential corporate activities in the sports industry can access to the disabled sports, and the purpose of this study is to activate sports marketing through the disabled sports in the value-oriented view that related persons related with the disabled sports and the general public can sympathy and participate in the time when corporation's activity for contributing the society is required. First, the disabled sports can be recently activated by applying public marketing in respect of corporation's contribution activity for the society, and marketing related with public interests fosters sale as well as improving corporation's brand image and improving recognition degree by emphasizing corporation's social role. Second, this is the time when cultivation of the manpower to specialize in the disabled sports marketing is seriously required. Expert who can gradually realize the speciality of the disabled sports marketing and newly implement corporate image must be cultivated. Third, the disabled sports has the sufficient possibility of transformation to a business through star marketing. Preparation of various methods to exploit the disabled star who is hided can become a hub of communication to connect corporation and society and become a new marketing strategy that can expect factor of sale increase due to improvement of corporate image. Fourth, human marketing methods using media can deliver positive image of a corporation as well as deliver the popularization and emotion of the disabled sports to the public. The sports marketing has the possibility that the corporation and the consumer are familiar due to support of the establishment of the disabled sports team, cultivation of players and sponsorship of the disabled sports event through the induction of corporation's contribution for the society. 본 연구는 대한장애인체육회가 설립된 이후 장애인스포츠가 비약적으로 발전하는 시기에 스포츠마케팅의 발전논의가 부족하다는 점에서 착안하였다. 스포츠산업의 핵심적인 기업활동 중 스폰서십과 스포츠마케팅이 장애인스포츠에 접근 가능한 분야로 장애인스포츠도 그 가치를 부여 받을 수 있으며, 기업의 사회공헌 활동이 요구되는 시기에 장애인스포츠 관련자 그리고 대중이 함께 공감하고 참여할 수 있는 가치 지향적 관점에서 장애인스포츠를 통한 스포츠마케팅을 활성화하는데 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 구체적인 방안으로는 기업의 사회공헌을 통한 활성화 방안, 장애인 스포츠마케팅의 전문인력 양성, 스타마케팅을 통한 비즈니스로의 가치전환, 미디어를 통한 휴먼마케팅은 장애인스포츠 전반적인 분야의 발전요인이 될 것이며, 사회통합의 긍정적인 방안으로 논의 될 것으로 예상한다. 또한, 향후 선수, 지도자, 체육 담당자 등 관련자 사이에 마케팅활성화 여건에 대한 논의와 연구가 이뤄져야 할 것이며 담당부처인 문화체육관광부 뿐만 아니라 기업의 마케팅 부서와 사회공헌을 유도하는 장애인스포츠 관련단체 사이의 긴밀한 협조를 통할 때만이 바람직한 방향으로 발전 할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.

Standardized Saw Palmetto Extract Directly and Indirectly Affects Testosterone Biosynthesis and Spermatogenesis

We investigated whether a standardized saw palmetto extract (SP, mixture of supercritical extract and ethanol extract at a ratio of 9.5 to 0.5) can relieve the symptoms of andropause, including metabolic syndrome, and decreases in muscle endurance and spermatogenesis, in old rats. Twenty-four-week-old male Sprague Dawley rats received oral supplementation of SP at 40, 80, and 160 mg/kg body weight (bw) for 4 weeks. We found that SP supplementation reduced body weight gain by decreasing visceral and epididymal fat weights and the levels of serum triglycerides, total cholesterol, and low-density lipoprotein/very low-density lipoprotein cholesterol. In addition, SP supplementation increased muscle endurance, sperm counts, and testosterone biosynthesis through hormonal regulation. In Leydig cells under hydrogen peroxide-induced oxidative stress, SP treatment directly induced testosterone biosynthesis by activating the mRNA expression of the genes encoding 17,20-desmolase and 3β-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase 4. In conclusion, our results suggest that supplementation of SP may be useful for alleviating the symptoms of andropause via direct and indirect regulation of testosterone biosynthesis.

Prunus yedoensis Bark Inhibits Lipopolysaccharide-Induced Inflammatory Cytokine Synthesis by IjBa Degradation and MAPK Activation in Macrophages

The bark of Prunus yedoensis is used in antitussive medicines and in oral herbal formulations for inflammatory skin disorders. In the present study, we explored whether P. yedoensis bark extract (PYE) and its solvent partitioned fractions could modulate lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced tumor necrosis factor (TNF)-a and interleukin (IL)-6 in vivo and in vitro. In addition, we examined the effect of PYE extract and its fractions on LPS-induced NF-jB and mitogen-activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling in mouse peritoneal macrophages. Oral treatment of PYE decreased serum levels of TNF-a and IL-6 in LPS injected mice. PYE inhibited LPS-induced TNF-a and IL-6 in macrophages at the transcriptional level and also suppressed LPS-induced IjBa degradation and MAPK activation in vitro. Among the fractions, the chloroform fraction, which contains genistein, naringenin, sakuranetin, prunetin, and amygdalin, showed inhibitory effects at much lower concentrations than the water and ethyl acetate fractions. Taken together, our results indicate that PYE was able to inhibit LPS-induced expression of TNF-a and IL-6, the latter of which was more prominent. The effects of PYE on inflammatory cytokine synthesis may involve modulation of NF-jB and MAPK activation.

대전충청 지역 세균각막염 환자의 연령에 따른 임상 분석 : 다병원 연구

목적: 대전충청 지역의 세균각막염의 연령에 따른 임상양상 및 위험인자, 예후에 대해 알아보고 퀴놀론계 항생제 내성균의 양상 및 변화에 대해 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 2000년 1월부터 2018년 12월까지 대전충청 지역 5개 대학병원 안과에서, 배양검사를 통해 세균각막염으로 진단된 환자 433명(433안)을 대상으로 60세 기준으로 고연령군과 저연령군으로 나누어 감염원인, 예후인자, 치료법, 원인균, 퀴놀론계 항생제 감수성 등을 후향적으로 연구하였다. 결과: 남자가 273명(63%), 여자가 160명(37%)이었다. 저연령군에서 가장 흔한 위험인자는 콘택트렌즈 착용(27.5%)과 외상 및 이물(27%)이었고, 고연령군에서 가장 흔한 위험인자는 외상 및 이물(30.5%)이었다. 원인균으로는 연령에 상관없이 그람양성균 중 포도알균종이 가장 많았고, 그람음성균 중에서는 녹농균이 가장 많았다. 고연령군에서는 저연령군보다 각막염의 정도가 심하고, 수술적 치료를 요하는 경우가 많았으며, 시력예후도 더 나쁜 결과를 보였다(p<0.05). 2011년을 기준으로 퀴놀론계 항생제에 대한 내성은 두 군 간에 통계적으로 차이가 없었다(p>0.05). 결론: 대전충청 지역의 세균각막염은 고연령군에서 더 심하고, 예후도 나쁜 양상을 보이며, 이는 타 지역을 대상으로 한 연구와 비슷한 결과를 보인다. 모든 연령군에서 외상 및 이물에 대한 주의와 기존 안질환의 관리가 필요하고, 저연령군에서는 콘택트렌즈 착용에 대한 교육 및 위생관리가 필요할 것으로 사료된다. Purpose: The purpose of this study was to investigate the age-related clinical features, risk factors, and prognoses of bacterial keratitis in Daejeon and Chungcheong provinces and the patterns and trends of fluoroquinolone antibiotic susceptibility. Methods: Medical records of 433 patients (433 eyes) who visited one of the five university hospitals in Daejeon and Chungcheong provinces and were diagnosed as culture-positive bacterial keratitis between January 2000 to December 2018 were reviewed retrospectively. The patients were divided into younger and older groups based on an age of 60 years. Predisposing factors, prognostic factors, treatment method, causative organisms, and susceptibility to fluoroquinolone were analyzed. Results: Two hundred seventy three males (63.0%) and 160 females (37.0%) were included. The most common risk factors in the younger group were contact lens wear (27.5%) and trauma and foreign body (27.0%). The most common risk factors in the older group were trauma and foreign body (30.5%). Staphylococcus species was the most common causative Gram-positive bacteria, regardless of age, and Pseudomonas species was the most common among Gram-negative bacteria. The older group tended to have more severe keratitis required more surgical treatment and had a worse visual outcome than the younger group (p < 0.05). As of 2011, the resistance to fluoroquinolone did not differ significantly between the groups (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Bacterial keratitis in Daejeon and Chungcheong provinces indicated more severe clinical aspects and worse prognoses in older patients showing similar results from previous studies. Caution regarding trauma and foreign bodies and managing previous ocular disease is necessary for all age groups. Education regarding adequate contact lens care and hygiene is required for younger (<60 years) patients.

랫드에 미치는 Permethrin의 발생독성에 관한 연구

Permethrin, a synthetic pyrethroid insecticide, has been widely used to protect domestic animals and the public health, as well as in agriculture against a variety of pests, which provides potential for environmental exposure. Permethrin is classified as possible human carcinogen and endocrine disrupting chemical by many international authorities. However, its developmental effects have been rarely studied. This study investigated the effects of permethrin during embryo-genesis. Developmental toxicity of permethrin was evaluated using short-term in vitro battery system. Gestation day 9.5 rat embryos (organogenesis) were cultured with permethrin (0.1,0.4 and 0.8 mg/ml) for 48 hours using whole embryo culture system. All the treatments exhibited significant decreases in the total morphological score. Permethrin induced significant growth retardation and the developmental abnormality at doses of 0.4 and 0.8 mg/ml. Moreover, the DNA and protein contents of embryos decreased in dose-dependent manner. These observations suggest that permethrin contributes to toxicity on embryonic developments in rats.

This study is targeted at the domestic Express Hotel Employees share knowledge factors influencing knowledge sharing, internal marketing, job satisfaction and systematic analysis of the impact on effective ways to present and share knowledge better than trying to present the internal marketing factors and implications depending on the purpose of Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Gyeongju Express Hotel employees were surveyed, with AMOS using the SPSS statistical analysis was demonstrated, and the results are as follows. First, the relationship between internal marketing and knowledge sharing, internal communications, internal marketing factors of knowledge sharing and training shown significant influence but compensation does not affect the sharing of knowledge, respectively. Second, the relationship between internal marketing and job satisfaction is a factor of internal marketing training and reward significant effect on job satisfaction have shown natjiman, internal communications on the job satisfaction showed no significant effect. Third, the impact of knowledge sharing on job satisfaction, the path coefficient was 0.838 showed sufficient explanatory power, and knowledge sharing on job satisfaction positively influence.

소형 풍력발전 적용 풍력자원조사를 위한 데이터로거 개발

To install a wind power generator, the survey on the wind environment resources must be conducted in advance, The survey on the wind environment resources is to collect and analyze data regarding the wind speed and direction on a data logger. The data logger consists of a sensor, signal processing circuit and storage device. According to the analysis of the stored data, the amount of power generation by the types of generators can be predicted and the most optimal generator including safely grade can be selected, and in case of installing a generator in the future, it can be utilized as basic data regarding supporting base and foundation construction method of survey points. Data logger was developed for a small wind power generator that is suitable for the international standard(IEC 61400) by using DSP-F28335 micro controller in this paper. It was developed to measure the wind speed of 1 [㎧]~17 [㎧], the wind direction of 0 [°]~359 [°], and temperature of-30 [℃]~50 [℃], and the comparative experiment with ether companies' data loggers was conducted, and an error was measured to be less than ±0.1 [㎧] for wind speed and less than +1 [°] for wind direction.
