Phototherapy has perpetual history. we can see an instance of it in Yellow Emperor's Canon of Medicine(黃帝內徑) and Laser therapy is a field of Phototherapy being used frequently in the latest time. We treated patients with hyperpigmentation by laser therapy and experimented it's efficacy and studied the means of clinical application in Korean medicine. We report the capabilities of application of laser therapy, based on the Korean medical theories by using resemblance between laser therapy with kyung-rak(經絡) control technique in the line that connects with the past.

Urticaria is a common dermatopathy, coming under "eun-jin(隱疹) in Korean Oriental medicine. We researched sixty-two patients of urticaria who had visited the Dept of Dermatology Oriental medical hospital Dongeui universty from January 2002 to April 2004 and had taken the Oriental herb medicine as Sungmagalguntanggamibang (SGT, 升摩葛根湯加味方) for verification of voluntariness of Korean Oriental medical treatment. In our time, urticaria is tending upwards, consequently the air pollution by industrialization, patronizing of convenience food by simplification of dietary life, stress and an abuse of medicine. Especially in case of chronic urticaria we're under going hardships in elimination of it's symptoms, because it's prognosis is inferior. We inspect the effects of SGT from various viewpoints and meet with following results. Results: 1. AS amount of taking the SGT increase, the effect in taking SGT period and the condition of present time become more satisfactory. 2. As continuous Time of urticaria decrease, the effect in taking SGT period become more satisfactory. 3. Etiology of urticaria is classified into the deficiency both of qi-blood(氣血兩虛), the moisture-heat of spleen-stomach(脾胃濕熱), the heat of blood(血熱), The wind-cold(風寒), The wind-heat(風熱), spleen-stomach accumulated heat(腸胃實熱) ect. The SGT is available in this order. 4. The effect in taking SGT period connects the quality of life of after treatment and the quality of life of after treatment is improved comparing with that of before treatment. The above results demonstrate that SGT effectively suppresses recurrent, pruitus and erythematous urticaria.

기숙형 사립고에서 학생선수로서의 삶

본 연구의 목적은 기숙형 사립고 운영 하의 운동부 학생선수들의 학교생활을 관찰함으로써 기숙형 사립고라는 상황적 조건이 형성하는 특이 사항 속에서 학생선수들이 학교생활에 적응하고, 운동과 학습에 대한 자신의 진로를 보다 현실적이고 구조적으로 잘 계획해 나가도록 돕는 데에 있다. 이를 위하여 연구 참여자는 J도 J군에 위치한 기숙형 사립고인 J고등학교에 1개월 동안 머물며, 5명의 연구대상자들을 선정하여 비참여 관찰 및 심층면담을 통해 자료수집을 하였고 질적자료 분석 중 3가지 코딩패러다임에 따라 결과를 분석하였다. 이러한 연구결과로 첫째, 기숙형 사립고의 학생선수들은 대부분 부모의 기숙형 사립고 진학 권유 및 지역사회 내 기숙형 사립고에 대한 긍정적 평판을 계기로, 기숙형 사립고로의 진학을 선택하였다. 둘째, 기숙형 사립고의 학생선수들은 기숙형 사립고만의 특징 적인 생활 패턴에 각자 나름의 방식으로 적응하고 있다. 특히 ‘7교시까지의 수업참여하기’ - ‘야간 자율학습 의무 참여하기’ - ‘일반재학생들과 기숙사 생활하기’로 이어지는 기숙형 사립고 운동부만의 생활특징으로 인해 충분히 주어지는 학습시간을 효과적으로 활용하고 있었다. 셋째, 기숙형 사립고의 학생선수들은 일반 재학생들을 ‘관심’이라는 주제 하에 선의의 경쟁자 상을 구축하여, 일반 재학생들에게로만 집중되던 관심의 일부를 운동부에게로 옮겨오는 것으로써 무관심 속의 소외감을 극복하고, 이로써 의미 있는 학교생활을 만들어 가고자 노력하고 있다. The purpose of this study is to observe the school life of student athletes in the sports department under boarding private high school. To help you plan more realistically and structurally. To this end, the study participants stayed at J High School, a boarding-type private high school located in J-do, J for one month, and selected five research subjects to collect data through non-participation observation and in-depth interviews, and three coding paradigms of qualitative data analysis. According to the results were analyzed. As a result of this study, first, most of the student athletes of boarding type private high school chose to go to boarding type private high school because of their parents" recommendation for boarding type private high school and positive reputation for boarding type private high school in the community Second, student athletes in boarding private high schools have adapted their own way of life to the distinctive life patterns of boarding private high schools. In particular, they were effectively utilizing the study time given by the life features of the boarding school"s private high school, which led to "participation in classes up to 7th class"-"participation in nighttime self-study obligations"-"living in dorms with regular students". Third, the boarding students" private high school students overcome the alienation in indifference by transferring the part of the attention that was concentrated only to the general students to the sports department by building the prize for competitive students under the theme of "interest". By doing so, I am trying to make a meaningful school life.

IPA분석을 활용한 골프중계방송 해설자의 공신력 연구

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance of and satisfaction with credibility of golf broadcast commentators and propose constructive suggestions related to factors of commentator credibility. For the study, 268 copies of data were analyzed by using SPSS 18.0 based on frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and paired t-test, and importance-performance analysis (IPA) was conducted to analyze the importance and satisfaction. The result was as follows: first, in commentator credibility, expertise was most important, followed by dynamic, reliability, and popular appeal, while, in satisfaction, expertise, reliability, dynamic, and popular appeal were most important in the order. Second, analysis of difference in importance and satisfaction according to four types of credibility of golf commentators and specific factors of different types, significant difference was found in all factors of credibility except ’generosity’, ‘solid perspective’, and ‘audacity.’ Lastly, in the IPA matrix, in the quadrant Ⅰ, ‘expert knowledge’, ‘rich experience’, ‘data and preparation’, ‘fair judgment’, ‘qualification’, ‘intellectual ability’, ‘sophistication’, ‘friendliness’, ‘honesty’, and ‘wit’ were located, in the quadrant Ⅱ, ‘use of easy terms’ and ‘warmth’, and, in the quadrant Ⅲ, ‘solid perspective’, ‘audacity’, ‘generosity’, ‘consideration’, ‘cheerfulness’, ‘fame’, ‘appearance’, ‘sense of humor’, ‘improvisation’, ‘authority’, and ‘seriousness.’ No factor was included in the quadrant Ⅳ.

소아에서 Respiratory Syncytial Virus 감염에 동반된 신경계 합병증에 대한 고찰

목 적 : Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV)는 영아 및 어린 소아에서 모세기관지염과 폐렴을 일으키는 원인이며, 어린 소아의 가장 중요한 호흡기 병원체이다. 주로 호흡기계 합병증이 대부분이지만 뇌병증, 주로 경련과 관련될 수 있다. 저자들은 RSV 감염과 관련된 신경계 합병증의 빈도와 임상 양상을 고찰하였다. 방 법: 2002년 11월부터 2007년 6월까지 한양대학교병원에 입원한 환아들의 호흡기 분비물로 면역형광법을 시행하여 RSV에 양성반응을 보인 환아 732명을 대상으로 이 환아들의 의무기록을 조사하여 신경계 합병증의 종류, 발생 연령, 성별, 임상증상, 경련의 특징, 검사소견 등을 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결 과: RSV 감염으로 입원한 환아 732명의 환아 중 52명(7.1%)에서 신경계 합병증이 발생하였다. 그 중 14명(1.9%)에서 경련을 보였고, 38명(5.2%)에서 의식 상태 변화가 나타났으며, 주로 기면 상태(drowsy, lethargy)를 보였다. 신경계 합병증이 발생한 환아의 연령은 1개월에서 5세 사이(평균 16.4개월)이었고, 남아가 30명, 여아가 22명이었다. 경련이 있었던 환아 14명 중에서 2명은 이전에 경련성 질환이 있었고, 3명은 열성 경련 병력이 있었으며, 9명은 경련이 처음 발생하였다. 이들의 연령은 1개월에서 4세 사이(평균 18.4개월)였고, 남아가 8명, 여아가 6명 이었으며, 경련의 양상은 14명 모두 전신 강직 간대 발작 형태였고, 경련 지속 시간은 30초에서 15분 사이(평균 4.4분)였다. 8명에서 시행한 뇌파검사, 6명에서 시행한 요추 천자, 8명에서 시행한 뇌 컴퓨터 단층 촬영 모두 정상이었다. 52명 모두 재발 혹은 신경학적 장애는 발견되지 않았다. 결 론: 본 연구에서 RSV 감염과 동반된 경련의 발생 빈도는 1.9%로 조사되었다. 이러한 빈도는 매년 RSV에 감염되는 환아들의 규모를 감안하면 중요한 수치라고 생각되며, RSV 감염시에도 단순 열성 경련이나 급성 위장관염에 동반된 경련처럼 장기적인 항간질 치료를 필요로 하지 않는 양성 경련의 발생 가능성이 있는 것으로 사료된다. Purpose : Respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) mainly brings about respiratory complication, but it can also be related to neurologic complication. We have studied clinical aspect and incidence of neurologic complication associated with RSV infection. Methods : We reviewed the medical records of 732 children with RSV infection who were admitted to the department of pediatrics, Hanyang University hospital from November 2002 to June 2007 and studied on existence of neurologic complication, age, sex, clinical symptom, characteristics of seizure, and laboratory findings. Results : Neurologic complications were occurred in 52 patients(7.1%) among 732 patients. Among them, 14 patients(1.9%) had seizure and 38 patients(5.2%) had alteration of mental status such as drowsy, lethargy. Age distribution of patients with neurologic complication was from 1 month to 5 years(mean 16.4 months). There were 30 boys and 22 girls. Among 14 patients who had seizure, 2 patients had convulsion disorder, 3 patients had febrile convulsion, and 9 patients had no seizure before. Their age distribution was from 1 months to 4 years(mean 18.4 months) and there were 8 boys and 6 girls. All of 14 patients showed generalized tonic clonic seizure and durations were from 30sec to 15 min(mean 4.4 min). All of the investigations were normal. None of 52 patients had recurrence and neurologic sequelae. Conclusion : It is important to know that RSV can cause CNS complications because we know how many patients infected by RSV. RSV-related seizure can be considered as benign seizure which does not need any long-term antiepileptic medication.
