        노후산업단지의 산업 다양성이 고용에 미치는 영향 연구

        Aging industrial complexes are industrial complexes that have existed for 20 years, and are demanded of a new role due to the recent changes in industrial structures. In addition, because their importance and share in industrial complexes is high, reorganization plans of developing these aging industrial complexes into new core hubs of industrial complexes have been continuously been carried out. Specifically, there is a need to determine if raising the resilience of these aging industrial complexes is important, as various factors affect employment of industrial complexes that are used for their intended purposes. There have been discussions of the employment of aging industrial complexes and the diversity of industrial structures, but there have been little research on the relation of employment of aging industrial complexes. This research will have significance as it will provide a fundamental reorganization and regeneration plan for aging industrial complexes, and will empirically verify the relation between the diversity of industrial structures of aging industrial complexes and employment. The results of this research are expected to be significantly utilized in determining a well-informed direction for future projects concerned with the regeneration of aging industrial complexes.

        주택정책이 주택가격 불안정에 미친 영향

        우리나라의 주택시장은 지속적인 성장을 거듭해왔다. 하지만 성장 뒤에는 다양한 요인들에 의해 주택가격의 예측할 수 없는 불안정성을 야기하였다. 기존 연구들은 정부 정책이 주택가격에 영향력을 발휘하지 못하고 있음을 지적하며, 거시경제의 요인에 의해 주택가격의 변동이 있음을 밝히고 있다. 본 연구에서는 정부의 정책적 개입이 주택시장에 미치는 영향력에 중점을 두고 출발했다. 따라서 기존 연구와는 차별성을 두어 주택가격 자체를 설명력 있는 변수로 구체화시키려 하였으며, 정부의 정책적 개입을 참여정부의 시기로만 한정시켜 살펴보고자 했다. 주택가격 불안정성에 미치는 영향요인을 분석한 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 주택매매가격과 주택전세가격의 불안정성에는 거시경제변수가 큰 영향력을 보여주었다. 둘째, 참여정부의 부동산 정책에 주택가격이 크게 반응하지 않았다. 즉 정부 정책의 효과성이 주택가격에는 큰 영향력을 발휘하지 못하였음을 알 수 있다. 하지만 본 연구에서 참여정부의 주택안정화대책의 영향력이 낮게 분석된 것으로 정책의 실패와 성공을 판가름하기에는 다소 무리가 있다. 중요한 것은 불안정한 주택시장에 대한 정부의 정책적 방향이다. 현실적인 정책이 주택시장의 기본원리에 충실히 따르고 이행될 때 주택가격의 안정화를 가져올 수 있을 것이다. This study examines the impact of housing policies and macroeconomic variables on housing price instability during the Roh, Mu-Hyun Administration in Korea. Although researchers have documented the roles of macroeconomic variables on housing price change, little research has been conducted for the relationship between the official announcement of governmental housing stabilization policies and housing price fluctuation. This research focuses on whether the Roh Administration`s housing price stability initiatives result in the expected outcome of stabilized housing market using a statistical method. My empirical analyses reveal that Roh Administration`s housing price stability policies have no impacts on the stabilization of housing market. In contrast, conventional macroeconomic variables, such as money supply, return corporate bond, building construction permit and receiving order, have statistically significant associations with instable housing price in Korea.

        코로나19와 서울시 골목상권의 매출액 영향요인에 관한 연구

        This study has conducted a time-series cluster analysis of the long-term changes in the sales of side-street trade areas in Seoul, and confirmed the differentiating factors that affect the sales of each cluster. The result of this study can be summarized as follows. First, this study has identified the changes in the sales of side-street trade areas in different neighborhoods, and figured out their respective sales levels. Second, based on their sales and using a time-series cluster analysis, this study has categorized these areas into three clusters of shared tendencies. Third, this study has conducted a panel analysis of each cluster. The factors that equally affect the sales of each cluster are the size of floating population, how long the business in question has been operating, the number of nearby shops in the service sector, the number of nearby banks, the average monthly income of the neighborhood, and whether there has been an outbreak of Covid-19. In particular, this study has confirmed that an outbreak of the Covid-19 has been negatively affecting the sales of the three clusters alike regardless of the differences in their sales levels. Based on the result of this study, it is predicted that abundant floating population, purchasing power, infrastructures, as well as service industries that suit the characteristics of each side-street trade area need to be secured in order to boost sales. When it comes to side-street trade areas with relatively low sales, measures need to be taken to increase their competitiveness, while connecting and activating influential businesses from each sector will enhance the sales of each side-street trade area, not just in the current time of the Covid-19 but also afterwards.

        대규모 토지개발사업의 전개과정 및 사업추진 특성 분석

        This study focuses on the process of large scale public development and urban development project types during two periods between 1999 and 2008 in urban development plan regions. Using statistical methods, this study examines the developer of urban development plan and the present status of development project progresses. Moreover, this study investigated to project periods in urban development act. The result of this study is as follows. The first, large scale public development led to variety changes of the developer and development project types. The second, urban development project types was largely expanded in large scale public developments. However, it did not be properly operated with developers of urban projects. The third, project periods of the urban development plan shows properties of urban development project types and the developer. And the last, large scale public development is promoted by the relation land ownership, development pressures and regional characteristics in business districts. From empirical studies, we found that there was no distinction between large scale public development and residential land development projects. Therefore, we will suppose to improve of project systems in existing urban development project types.

        한국어 SNS 텍스트에 사용된 지역어의 기능에 대하여

        This study aims to analyze and explain functions of regional dialects in mobile texts and discourse in Korean SNS texts. For this purpose, two research methodological frameworks are used: The first framework is to provide a quantitative analysis to the mobile texts collected from Facebook webpage. The second one is to find and analyze regional dialects occurring in the whole discourse on the Facebook timeline texts. The results show; firstly, 54.26% of regional dialects in mobile texts was variants of predicate endings. Secondly, regional dialects are used strategically in order to show close relations in dialogues. Thirdly, the number of emoticons and acronyms were decreased in mobile texts containing regional dialects. Fourth, regional dialects for suggestion, recommendation and question are mainly used by male users, whereas dialects to express emotions and admirations are used by female users. Finally, contrary to the spoken language, female users tend to use regional dialects more frequently than male users for the purpose of mirroring the style of conversation partners.

        구아검 첨가가 3D 프린팅을 위한 수리미 혼합물의 특성에 미치는 영향

        Guar gum is an edible starch extracted from Cyamopsis tetragonolobus and used as an auxiliary ingredient to enhance the viscosity and adhesiveness of food and improve its emulsification stability. Here, characteristics of fish surimi mixture with various added amounts (0, 0.23, 0.45, 0.67, and 0.89 wt%) of guar gum were analyzed. In unheated su-rimi with guar gum, the pH decreased as the content increased. In the color values analysis, only the b* (yellowness) increased depending on the amount of added guar gum. The firmness increased with increasing guar gum content, and no significant difference in adhesiveness was observed. In heated surimi, a* (redness) and b* decreased in a content-dependent manner, and L* (lightness) was higher than that of unheated surimi. Regarding physical properties, the highest values of hardness, gumminess, and chewiness were observed in the heated surimi with 0.67 wt% of guar gum. However, no significant change was observed in springiness and cohesiveness. Results of sensory evaluation indicated that with higher guar gum content, only the hardness increased slightly, and significant differences were ab-sent in the remaining parameters. Thus, surimi with 0.67 wt% of guar gum is considered to be optimal for 3D printing.
