기업소유권을 경영권과 잔여청구권으로 정의할 때 民營化는 企業所有權을 민간에게 이전하는 과정이다. 중국은 경영권과 잔여청구권을 순차적이고 점진적으로 이전하는 민영화 과정을 밟고 있다. 이 연구는 국유기업 민영화 과정에서 사회안정을 목표로 하는 정치가와 경제적 효율성을 목표로 하는 경영자가 각자 목표를 추구할 때기업 경영권 배분문제와 관련하여 부패가 발생할 수 있다는 것을 경제모형을 통해서제시 하고 있다. 중국의 경우 개혁개방초기 경영권이 정치가에 있었기 때문에 국유기업은 비효율적으로 경영되었고 부패가 어느 정도 경제적 효율성을 제고하는 측면도 존재하지만 전체적으로 국유기업 부실화를 촉진하였다. 1990년 후반 민영화 진척으로 경영권이 경영자에게 이전되면서 사회안정을 달성하려는 정부에 의해서 부패행위가 발생하는 새로운 국면에 직면하고 있다. 이러한 문제해결을 위해 중국 국유기업은 비국유기업처럼 경제적 효율성에 전념하도록 사회안정기능을 분리해야 한다. 이것을 위해 기업의 소유권을 민간부문에게 명확하게 이전해야 한다. 그리고 정부는 완전한 시장제도 창출자의, 기업경영에 대한외부감시자의, 독립적인 사회안정 담당자 역할을 수행해야 한다.

Kang-Park의 Mobile IPv6 바인딩 갱신 보안 프로토콜 개선

The routing optimization mode, which Mobile IPv6 provides for the direct communication between a mobile node and its correspond node, introduces various security threats, thus causing several protocols to be proposed for the secure binding update procedure. In particular, the Kang-Park protocol, which Kang and Park presented in 2005, achieves the optimized cryptographic operations and the strong security, while based on its unique security proxy structure. In spite of such advantages, it has some drawbacks in terms of security and efficiency. This paper improves the Kang-Park protocol through the strong CoA validation and early binding update methods. Also, we show that the improved protocol is better than others. MIPv6의 경로 최적화 모드는 이동노드와 대응노드사이의 직접적인 통신을 위해 제안되었다. 그러나 경로 최적화 모드는 뛰어난 효율성에도 불구하고 다양한 보안위협을 초래하였고, 그 결과 바인딩 갱신 과정을 보호하기 위한 보안 프로토콜들이 개발되었다. 특히, 2005년도에 강현선과 박창섭이 제안한 Kang-Park 프로토콜은 홈에이전트 중심의 독창적인 보안 프록시 구조를 바탕으로 이동노드의 연산 부담을 최소화하는 동시에 보안성을 강화하였다. 이러한 장점에도 불구하고 Kang-Park 프로토콜은 보안성과 효율성측면에서 문제점을 드러내었다. 본 논문에서는 강력한 CoA 유효성 검증과 이른 바인딩 갱신 기법을 통해 Kang-Park 프로토콜의 문제점을 개선한다. 또한, 기존 프로토콜들과의 비교를 통해서 개선 프로토콜이 우수함을 보인다.

두 Signal의 거리, 위치, Contrast의 변화에 따른 Signal Detection의 Threshold Visual Angle

본 실험에서는 시각의 Signal Detection 의 Threshold Visual Angle에 대해서 연구하였다. 피실험자들은 화면에 제시된 두 개의 자극을 읽었어야 했으며, 이는 signal의 위치, signal과 배경간 대비와 signal의 종류, 색 변화 따라 다르게 제시되었다. 피실험자가 글자(숫자 혹은 알파벳)를 제대로 읽었는지를 시각 범위를 달리하여 기록하였으며, signal의 거리, 위치, signal-배경 명암 대비가 통계적으로 유의한 결과를 보였다. signal의 색과 숫자/문자 여부는 인식여부에 유의한 영향을 주지 않았다.

Since 1960, Korea has experienced rapid economic growth. A lot of economists indicated that the good quality of labor and export-oriented trade policy contributed to Korean economic growth. While researches have been done on the quality of labor, the education sector began to be regarded as important and analyized in the many field associated with economy. The aim of this article is at enlightening the systematic framework among education, labor market and trade pattern. To do it, model building is made, based upon Jones(1975)' three-factor model and the hypothesis of screen device which has a good implication on the function of education. In the early 1960's, Korea was endowed with scarce capital and land relative to population. Scarce capital led to the depreciation of education and manufactured sector. In contrast, scarce land led to the appreciation of education and manufactured sector. So these two trade-off power made trade pattern ambiguous. However as capital continues to be accumulated, trade-off power get to be turned into double power. Now in the Korean economy, laborer has full incentives to be educated and labor market is being changed in favor of them. In sequance the industrial structure and trade pattern is shifted to manufatured sector intensively using educated labor.

An Improved Protocol for the Secure Mobile IPv6 Binding Updates

모바일 IPv6 환경에서 검증되지 않은 바인딩 갱신은 MN과 CN에게 다양한 보안위협을 유발할 수 있다. 따라서 모바일 IPv6에서 바인딩 갱신 보호는 매우 중요하며 이를 위해 안전한 바인딩 갱신 프로토콜들이 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 모바일 IPv6 환경에서 안전한 바인딩 갱신을 위한 보안 프로토콜을 제안한다. 제안 프로토콜은 Deng과 Zhou, Bao가 제안한 프로토콜에 Aura의 2중 해쉬 기반의 CGA 기법을 적용함으로써 제 3의 신뢰할 수 있는 CA(Certificate Authority)의 필요성을 제거하였다 [2,9]. 이러한 2중 해쉬 기반의 CGA 기법을 통해 제안 프로토콜은 다른 CGA 기반의 프로토콜보다 강력한 보안성을 지원하며 동시에 기존 연구에서 제안한 프로토콜보다 적은 비용으로 HA(Home Agent)의 공개키 검증을 할 수 있다. 기존 프로토콜 및 CAH-DH, SUCV와의 비교는 제안 프로토콜이 보안성 및 성능과 관리면에서 우수함을 보인다. In MIPv6, unauthenticated binding updates expose the involved MN and CN to various security attacks. Thus, protecting the binding update process becomes of paramount importance in the MIPv6, and several secure binding update protocols have been proposed. In this paper, we pro-pose a novel protocol for the secure binding updates in MIPv6, which can resolve the drawbacks of the Deng-Zhou-Bao's protocol [2], by adopt-ing Aura's CGA scheme with two hashes [9]. Aura's scheme enables our protocol to achieve stronger security than other CGA-based protocols without a trusted CA, resulting in less cost of verifying the HA's public key than the Deng-Zhou-Bao's protocol. Through the comparison of our protocol with other protocols such as the Deng-Zhou-Bao's protocol, CAM-DH and SUCV, we show that our protocol can provide better performance and manageability in addition to stronger security than other approaches.
