시각장애인을 위한 음성 보고서 생성기의 이미지 삽입 기능 구현

The COVID-19 pandemic has caused the social environment to change, resulting in a surge in the frequency of non-face-to-face platform use. However, the changing social environment has led to challenges in online access for the differently abled. In particular, the visually impaired face difficulties in accessing software, and this emphasizes the importance of visual materials in learning. A voice report generation system for the visually impaired has been developed to address the aforementioned issue; however, the system does not support the insertion of visual data into reports. Therefore, this study aims to upgrade the existing voice report generation system for the visually impaired by implementing an image insertion function. When the user searches for a desired image by voice, a caption is generated for the image, allowing the user to listen to the generated caption by voice, select the desired image, and insert the image into the report. The experimental results confirmed that the visually impaired can insert the desired image into the report without much overhead. 코로나19의 영향으로 비대면 플랫폼 사용 빈도가 폭증하는 방향으로 사회적 환경이 변화하고 있지만, 이러한 변화는 오히려 장애인에게는 온라인 접근의 취약성을 야기한다. 특히 시각장애인은 학습 측면에서 시각 자료의 중요성이 강조되는 소프트웨어 접근에 어려움을 겪고 있다. 이에 시각장애인을 위한 음성 보고서 생성 시스템이 개발되었지만, 보고서에 시각 자료를 삽입하는 기능은 지원되고 있지 않다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이미지 삽입 기능을 구현하여 기존 시각장애인용 음성 보고서 작성 시스템을 고도화시키는 것을 목표로 하였다. 사용자가 원하는 이미지를 음성으로 검색하면 해당 이미지에 대한 캡션을 생성하고, 사용자는 생성된 캡션을 음성으로 듣고 원하는 이미지를 선택하여 보고서에 삽입할 수 있게 하였다. 실험 결과, 시각장애인들도 큰 오버헤드 없이 원하는 이미지를 보고서에 삽입할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

This paper introduces a computational method for analysis of the 6-DOF motions of a ship in waves using an overset grid technique which consists of inner and outer domains for representing body motions and numerical wave tank, respectively. High order interpolation scheme is employed to increase numerical accuracy over the interface where physical values, such as velocities and pressure, interact between the inner and outer domains. The numerical schemes and algorithm are addressed in the present paper. An application to motion of KCS container carrier in head waves is presented, and the comparison of responses on heave and pitch motions shows good agreement with those of model tests.

A unsteady RaNS code is applied to simulate MOERI container ship model, KCS, in regular head sea conditions. Various combinations of Froude's number, wave length and wave height are simulated. With respect to the integral quantities, a comparison between simulation and experimental results shows that the computed amplitude of heave and pitch motions are in well agreement each other. However, the first-order harmonic amplitudes of heave are significantly under predicted by the present simulations.

The syndrome of inappropriate secretion of antidiuretic hormone(SIADH) has been reported in a great variety of diseases and disorders of central nervous system(CNS). However, there has been only 7 cases of SLE reports in association with SIADH and correlation of SIADH and SLE has not been clearly demonstrated. Previous cases showed improvement of SIADH as lupus activity resolved during treatment. We report a case of SLE in association with SIADH which showed improvement during treatment with prednisolone and cyclophosphamide.
