1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study purposes to present the policy of taxation systems and the problem and improvement of the policy through real estate policies changed in accordance to rea estate markets to restrain only real estate speculation. (2) RESEARCH METHOD As a method of study, this study investigated existing literatures and theses on real estate taxation systems and approaches, centering on the aspect of policy related to real estate taxation systems. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS This study classifies main contents of real estate policy of our country developed from the past to the present with ages and describes main taxation policies. 2.RESULTS The Reas estate taxation system is the means of a comprehensive real estate countermeasurse, so it has to be operated, checked and controled together with other policies and countermeasures. In addition, this study suggests that our country has to make a plan of and operate taxation policies, centering on social and economic aspects.

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES This study aims to find influential variables in terms of correlation of work ethic and general features with necessity of work ethic. (2) RESEARCH METHOD The analytical methods used in this study were frequency, mean, Factor Analysis, t-test, ANOVA, post-hoc estimation(Duncan test), multiple regression. To verify the reliability of each measure, Cronbach’s alpha coefficient was used. (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS Upon the result of the study, work ethic elements were found as service, organization, employment and public ethics. Among those, the most enthusiastically pursed one by agents was service ethic while the least one was public ethic. 2. RESULTS The more they pursue for public ethic, the more strongly they feel a need of work ethic. Those who possess real estate license feel the necessity of work ethic most strongly, followed by representative and employees who both have certificates and those with long career.

In South Korea, chronic kidney disease(CKD) impacts around 4.6 million adults, leading to a high reliance on hemodialysis. For effective dialysis, vascular access is crucial, with decisions about vascular surgeries often made during dialysis sessions. Anticipating these needs could improve dialysis quality and patient comfort. This study investigates the use of Artificial Intelligence(AI) to predict the timing of surgeries for dialysis vessels, an area not extensively researched. We've developed an AI algorithm using predictive maintenance methods, transitioning from machine learning to a more advanced deep learning approach with Long Short-Term Memory(LSTM) models. The algorithm processes variables such as venous pressure, blood flow, and patient age, demonstrating high effectiveness with metrics exceeding 0.91. By shortening the data collection intervals, a more refined model can be obtained. Implementing this AI in clinical practice could notably enhance patient experience and the quality of medical services in dialysis, marking a significant advancement in the treatment of CKD.

To develop an effective system for analyzing the mechanical property of cells, a silicon specimen that carries skeletal muscle cells is fabricated by MEMS process. Fabrication of micro-scale specimen includes backside photoresist patterning, reactive ion etching (RIE), and potassium hydroxide (KOH) etching. As-fabricated specimens provide opportunities for cell growth in a freestanding form. Afterward, by culturing skeletal muscle cells on the specimen, the biocompatibility of the specimen is verified. Ongoing measurements of the mechanical property of skeletal muscle cells using the developed testing system will also be presented.
