네트워크 분석법을 이용한 『온병조변』 처방의 구조적 분석 연구

Objective : This study aims to diversify interpretation of formulas from "Onbyungjobyun" by analyzing various formulas from "Onbyungjobyun" as basic formulas. Method : This study found herbal communities of combination by analyzing herbal combinations based on network analysis of formulas from "Onbyungjobyun", and has analyzed each community of combination as basic formulas. Result : The results of network analysis showed a total of 3 herbal communities of combination; first was medicinal herbs from Eungyo-san(銀翹散), Jeungaek-tang(增液湯), Bokmaek-tang(復脈湯), Gyeji-tang(桂枝湯), Sogeonjung-tang (小建中湯) series; second was medicinal herbs from Angungwoohwang-hwan(安宮牛黃丸); third was medicinal herbs from Baekho-tang(白虎湯), Jaseol-dan(紫雪丹), Sayeok-tang(四逆湯) series. Conclusion : The formulas from "Onbyungjobyun" are consisted of herbal communities of combination; that treat warm-heat pathogen and supplies yin essence or yang qi; treat reverse transmission to the pericardium(逆傳心包); and treat heat in the qi phase in Onbyeong and cold-dampness in the middle energizer.
XACML 정책 작성시 요청에 따른 정책 평가 요인을 수집하기 위한 사례 연구

IoT 환경이 확대됨에 따라 접근 제어에 대한 이슈도 계속해서 떠오르고 있다. IoT 플랫폼의 표준 중 하나인 oneM2M에서는 XACML을 이용하여 접근 제어를 할 수 있도록 한다. 접근 제어 분야에서 충돌은 반드시 해결되어야 하는 이슈이며 이를 해결하기 위해 다양한 해결 방법들이 연구되고 있다. 하지만 현재로선 정책 충돌은 정책 작성자가 해결해야 하는 영역이며 이를 위해 정책 작성자는 정책 충돌을 해결하기 위해서 요청에 대해 정책 평가 결정에 영향을 주는 정책 및 조건에 대한 정보를 효과적으로 수집해야 할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 정책을 분석하여 정책 평가 방법들을 Truth Table로 표현하고 Truth Table을 이용하여 요청에 따른 정책 평가 요인 수집 방법에 대한 사례 연구를 통해 트리 기반의 정책 평가 요인 수집 방법을 제시한다. As the Internet of Things environment continues to expand, access control issues continue to emerge. OneM2M, one of the standards of the IOT platform, allows access control using XACML. In the arena of access control, conflicts must be solved. Because of this, various solutions are being investigated in order to solve these problems. Currently, however, the policy editor must solve policy conflicts by themselves. So, the policy editor needs to be able to effectively collect information about policies and conditions that affect their policy evaluation decisions in order to resolve policy conflicts. In this paper, we analyze policy and express policy evaluation methods in terms of Truth Table. In addition, we present a tree-based policy evaluation factor collection method through a case study on a policy evaluation factor collection method according to requests using Truth Table.
「동의보감(東醫寶鑑)」의 안문(眼門) 처방에서 활용된 본초 구성 연구

Objectives This study has conducted a network analysis of individual prescriptions from the Donguibogam opthalmic Chapter. In addition, medicinal herbs used for internal use were analyzed. By analyzing the correlation of these two this study aims to investigate the significance between individual herbs used in ophthalmic diseases through network analysis. Methods Medicinal herbs from Donguibogam Opthalmic Chapter were analyzed and herbal combinations were extracted from the medicinal herbs by using the network analysis tool NetMiner 4 program. Result Based on network analysis of medicinal herbs from Donguibogam Opthalmic Chapter, frequently used medicinal herbs and herbal combinations were analyzed and were consisted of 4 communities. Conclusion This study shows the most frequent medicinal herbs and herbal combinations from the Donguibogam Opthalmic Chapter. Based on the results significant medicinal herbs and combinations can be considered and moreover can be used to produce a new combination for opthalmic diseases. Further study is required since this study has excluded the component volume of herbs and the individual frequentcy of each combination.

Objectives : Ontology is a good tool to represent the knowledge and has developed for Traditional Korean Medicine(TKM) in Korea Institute of Oriental Medicine. There are a lot of TKM terms, which have a complex meaning, especially major indication terms of medicinal treatment and terms of symptom and disease. These complex meaning terms result in the low linkage between major indication terms of medicinal treatment and terms of symptom and disease in TKM ontology. We studied to enhance the percentage of the linkage among those data in TKM ontology. Methods : We disassembled major indication terms of medicinal treatment into minimum meaning units and then linked them to enhance the percentage of the linkage among medicinal material, formula and disease ontology based on Traditional Korean Medicine. To retain objectivity, several experts of Korean Medicine used a web-based tool that supports users in refining terms and disassembling them into the minimum meaning efficiently. Results : The outcome shows that the percentage of the linkage among medicinal material, formula and disease ontology increased. By linking disassembled major indication terms to symptoms and diseases, the amount of information for medicinal materials and formulas also increased quantitatively in comparison with given formula for diseases in disease ontology. Conclusions : By this study, disassembled data increases the percentage of linkage between diseases and medicinal treatments. And the applicability of TKM ontology is also increased.
국내 의료기관에서 시행된 손/손목 근골격계 질환의 한방치료 연구동향

Objectives The purpose of this study is to investigate the research trend of Korean traditional medicine for musculoskeletal disorders related to wrist and hand under Korean healthcare facilities. Methods We collected data from search engines for research including foreign and domestic online database using the keywords ligament tendon, wrist sprain, tendinitis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel, ganglion cyst, de Quervain’s and Raynaud. Results A total of 45 articles were about ligament tendon, wrist sprain, tendinitis, tenosynovitis, trigger finger, carpal tunnel syndrome, ganglion cyst, de Quervain’s tenosynovitis and Raynaud disease. Out of 45 articles, 20 articles were about carpal tunnel syndrome and the most commonly used measurement was visual analog scale. Conclusions This study shows the research trend of musculoskeletal disorders related with the wrist and hand. Through the collected data, the treatment methods and specific information of treatments were organized. This study can be used in clinical environments and will contribute for further study in musculoskeletal disorders related with the wrist and hand. (J Korean Med Rehabil 2022;32(1):21-36)
ICD-11과의 비교를 통한 한의학 처방데이터 내의 인체부위 용어 분석 연구

Objective : This study aims to analyze the current use of body part terminology in Korean medicine formula data by comparing with ICD-11 body part terminology as a criteria. Methods : Body part terminology was extracted from the main treatment data within the Korean Medicine formula ontology and was analyzed in comparison with the ICD-11 body part terminology. Results : Out of 113 body part terminologies in Korean medicine, 92 were corresponded with ICD in a one-to-one, one-to-multi, or multi-to-one relation. Also, most body part terminologies were corresponded to superordinate concepts of ICD while 21 terminologies were not able to be corresponded to ICD. Conclusion : A majority of body part terminology in formula data could be corresponded to ICD but mostly refered to superordinate concepts. Results showed various types of corresponding relation which requires further study for precise and detailed correspondence. Also, study showed some terminologies were not applicable for correspondence which were mostly a unique body part concept of Korean medicine which requires further study to present Korean Medicine knowledge accurately in the language of ICD.
