        일반건강측정표를 이용한 일부지역 주민의 스트레스 수준에 관한 연구

        This study investigated the stress of community residents in Kwang-Ju and Chonnam areas by using the General Health questionnaire(GHQ-60) as a instrument of stress measurement. The number of subjects were 445 residents who lived in three areas(large city, middle city, and rural area) and they were individually interviewed in March, 1994. The results of study showed that the degrees of stress measured by GHQ-60 were statistically significant in the residents' area, age, sex variables: (a) the residents in middle city among three areas had the highest level of stress; (b) the residents who were more than 60 in age had the highest level of stress: (c) the female residents had more stress than male residents, (d) particularly, the residents who were more than 60 years old in the middle city had the highest level of stress. Further, the results of factor analysis showed that there were three factors of social dysfunction, depression and anxiety and psychosomatic symptom. The social dysfunction factor was statistically significant in both age and resident area variables. The depression and anxiety factor was statistically significant in the residents' area, age, sex variables. The psychosomatic symptom factor was statistically significant in both age and sex variables. The study suggested that they should give a special attention to solve the old people's stress because stress was closely related to residents' age.

        생애사 연구를 통해서 본 진도 여성의 삶과 예술

        This study was done to grope the new direction of Korean modern arts healing in the future by understanding the meaning of the lives and arts experiences of the women in Jindo in procedure of looking for the psychological healing of Koran folk culture. The anguish, hurt and joy experienced by the individuals and the groups in a specific society are fully melted in the arts and culture together with universality and particularity of culture. In this point of view, Korean folk culture can be considered to contain the peculiar emotion of Korean nation and its own mental healing culture. I, this researcher, looked for the meaning of arts experiences such as the participant’s life, the social cultural backgrounds, psychological dynamics and dances and songs through the life history of Lee **(female, 68 at that time) living in Soporee, Jindo, Jeollanamdo. The way of research was done by visiting the research participant and interviewing with her in October, 2005(first) and in the spring, 2007(second). The material analysis was done by unifying interview in depth, participating observation, document research and so on, and analyzing them in the analytic and phenomenonlogical position and the life history of quality study. By following the participant’s life flow in sequence, the central subjects were derived in relation with the meaning of arts realization, and the contents are as following. “I do because I am happy.” “Weeding the field, Ariarirang, surisurirang” “I dance with my own taste.” “All are refreshed with playing.” Results of this study are as following. -These are the healing realization in person giving the strength to live again by overcoming the heartburning borne in mind whenever the participant passed over the hard crises of her life. -These are the realization in person having the participant feel purged from her psychological anxiety and conflict by expressing herself safely through the signifying arts medium. -The change from ‘I’ watched by others to ‘I’ watched by myself, and from the individual being to the flexible relationship centered by relation becomes a tunnel for a new self-finding. -These are the realization in person letting them broaden the relationships in the village community and the realization letting them have their own language of resistance and the language of deliverance, through the arts, when the farming woman, social weaker group opposes the suppression in male centered social structure, and disbands the farm community.

        심한 심부전증이 수반된 성인형 스틸병

        Adult onset Still`s disease (AOSD) is a multi-systemic inflammatory disorder characterized by several distinguished manifestations including high spiking fever, evanescent salmon-colored skin rash, arthralgia/arthritis, hepato-splenomegaly, lymphadenopathy, sore throat, serositis, and leukocytosis. The frequently noticed cardiopulmonary manifestation is pleuritis, pneumonitis, and pericarditis. Diffuse myocardial dysfunction is uncommon in AOSD, but it may be the cause of life-threatening heart failure. We have experienced a case of AOSD with acute heart failure in 20-year-old female complained of high fever and skin rash. On echocardiogram, the wall motion of left ventricle was globally decreased with a marked diminished ejection fraction (<25%). Two weeks after treatment with high dose steroid and intravenous immunoglobulin, her symptoms and cardiac function on echocardiogram was completely resolved. To our knowledge, this is the first case of AOSD with acute heart failure reported in Korea.

        씻김굿의 분석심리학적 접근

        본 연구는 진도에서 행하고 있는 씻김굿의 진행 절차와 구조를 알아보고 분석심리학적 측면에서 논하고자 하였다. 씻김굿은 죽은 사람의 영혼을 종교적이며 상징적인 방법으로 씻겨줌으로써 저승으로 천도할 수 있도록 하는 무속적 제의이다. 씻김굿은 그 목적에 따라 차이가 있지만 공통적으로 13거리로 되어있다. 전반부 6거리는 가택신, 조상신, 잡귀에 대한 청신과 오신의 기능을 수행한다. 중반부의 6거리는 망자의 맺힌 원과 한을 풀어주고 이승의 인연을 씻겨주고 편안하게 저승으로 천도하게 하는 과정이며, 씻김굿에서 핵심에 해당된다. 마지막 거리는 초대된 모든 귀신을 보내는 송신의 기능을 수행한다. 씻김굿을 통해 망자의 천도를 통해 생자에게 편안함을 주는 과정은 심리치료의 과정과 유사하다. 씻김굿의 여러 현상속에 인류 공통의 집단무의식의 내용인 원형이 있을 뿐 아니라 인간의 무의식을 순화시켜 나가는 원형의 상징적 해결 양상이 있다. 저승이란 우리가 알고 있는 현실밖에 있는 세계이다. 분석 심리학적 입장에서 보면 저승은 의식 너머의 정신 세계, 즉 무의식적 세계이며 귀령이란 이 무의식의 세계에 존재하고 있는 각종 심적 요소들이라고 할 수있다. 이러한 심적 요소는 강한 감정을 가진 응어리들이며 무당은 바로 무의식이란 이러한 응어리들을 의식에 불러옴으로써 잊혀지고 단절된 의식 너머의 세계를 의식과 합치고자 한다. 씻김굿에서 고풀이는 이승의 원과 한을 푸는 것이며 원과 한을 풀어줌으로써 원귀가 되는 것을 막아주고 저승에 편히 천도할 수 있도록 해준다. 죽음의 과정에서 씻김은 정화력을 가질 뿐 아니라 거듭남이라는 인격전환의 기제로 나타난다. 씻김굿은 삶과 죽음을 대응적 상관관계로 보았고, 원시종교적 사고에서 나타나는 원형을 나타내는 것이라고 할 수 있다. This study is willing to search the structure and the process of Sittgim-Gut which is performed in Jin-Do, especially in analitical psychological perspectives. Sittgim-Gut is a kind of shamanism ritual which makes the spirit lead to the world easily. Generally this Gut is performed for the people who died with the grudge or rancor(Han) and they can't go to the other world so is wandering about this world. This purpose of this Gut is to solve the Han and clear theri relation and comfort their spirit. Throught this process their relatives who live here, in this world also get the comfort and this process of psychotherapy. The archetype of collective unconsciousness is found in several aspects of the Sittigim-Gut. In analytical psychological view, the other world is out of this world, that the unconscious world and the wandering spirits is pychological complex which is composed by the ill strong feeling in unconsciousness. In this Gut a shaman calls this ill feeling in the conscousness and units the conscousness and the unconscousness.

      • 통일한국과 심리적 화합

        독일의 통일은 앞으로 다가올 통일한국에 대해 시사하는 바가 크다. 독일은 정치ㆍ경제적으로 통일을 이루었으나 심리ㆍ정서적인 통일을 이루지 못하고 있다. 통일을 논의하는 과정에서 심리ㆍ정서적인 통일에 대해 충분히 준비하여야 한다. 심리ㆍ정서적인 면에서 통일의 저해요인을 남한사회에서의 적색공포와 북한사회에서의 집단적개심으로 보고 분석하였다. 통일한국이 이루어졌을 때 예상되는 심리학적 문제로 사회적 갈등과 적응의 문제를 다루었다. 사회적 갈등은 이데올로기, 집단, 가치관의 갈등으로 나누었고 적응은 심리적 적응과 문화적 적응으로 나누었다. 또한 심리적 이질화를 분석하고 심리적 동질성 회복에 대안을 마련하여 통일한국에서의 심리적 화합에 대한 제언을 하였다. The unification of Eastern Germany and Western Germany is very suggestive to Korea to be unified. Germany has meaningfully unified in political and economic aspects, but has not unified in psychological and emotional aspects. The consideration about unification of psychological and emotional aspects must be fully included to the process discussing the unification in Korea. In psychological and emotional aspects, this study analyzed two main obstacles, that is, red complex in South Korea and collective hostility in North Korea. This study also discussed about social conflicts and problems of adaptation to be derived form psychological problems in Korea to be unified. Social conflicts were classified into three kinds: ideologies, groups, values, and problems of adaptation were classified into two kinds: psychological adaptation and cultural adaptation. Finally, this study analyzed psychological heterogeneity and made suggestions for psychological reconciliation based on an alternative idea for recovering psychological homogeneity in Korea to be unified.

      • 지각분류과제의 수행에서 나타난 양성/음성 정신분열증환자의 주의장애

        A set of the single figure classification tasks was used to identify the characteristic attentional deficits of schizophrenics. The measure of main concern was the relative time lapses of control and experimental groups taken to sort cards in four different task : control, attentive integration, attentive selection and attentive combination tasks. As the control group, normal subjects were served and as the experimental groups, two groups of schizophrenic patients (positive symptom schizophrenics and negative symptom schizophrenics) were used. Negative symptom schizophrenics classified much slower in all tasks than normal groups. But positive symptom schizophrenics classified much slower in the attentive selection task than normal groups. These result suggest that negative symptom schizophrenics are deficient in the attention. There were no difference between attentive integration task and control task for each groups. And schizophrenics classified slower, but insignificantly, than normal group in the attentive selection task. It discussed that the results might result from either floor effect or atonomic processing. Negative symptom schizophrenics classified slower than normal groups in the attentive combination tasks, but positive symptom schizophrenics did not differ from normal groups. These result suggest that negative symptom schizophrenics are deficient in processing limits.
