        양봉농가의 기술적 효율성 분석

        The purpose of this study is to analyze the technical efficiency and its determinants for Korean Apiculture farming by using from door to door and e-mail inquiry data. The analysis was implemented through the Cobb-Douglas stochastic frontier production function (SFPF) model including the technical inefficiency effect model for cross-sectional data. To measure the SFPF model, honey production was used for a dependent variable, and for input variables labor cost, preventive cost, material cost, feeding cost, depreciation cost were used. Farmer's age, farmer's career, farming scale, full-time or half-time firm and movement or fixed firm variables were used to measure the inefficiency effect model. The average technical efficiency on apiculture farming in Korea is estimated to be 0.8112. It means that there were technical inefficiency of about 18.88% in Korea apiculture farming. In this study there are some suggestions which could increase the technical efficiency of Korean apiculture farming.

        Ways of reducing the perception gap between rural residents and urban-to-rural migrants: focus on the area of Hongseong-gun

        With the increasing number of migrants from urban to rural areas in Korea, Population inflow policies have helped increase the number of urban-to-rural migrants which has eased the labor shortage in rural areas.. But, there are new problems in rural areas caused by the “perception gap in regard to harmony, awareness, pride and opportunity to meet” between the urban-to-rural migrants and the original residents. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors affecting the harmony between the urban-to-rural migrants and residents. A survey was conducted among 70 people living in Hongseong-gun in Chungcheongnam- do with an aim to come up with proposals for policies that can help resolve these social problems in the mutual understanding of urban-to-rural migrants and original residents. An ordered logit model was used to analyze the effect of the perception gap between the urban-to-rural migrants and the rural residents. The result of the survey showed that most of the urban-to-rural migrants believed that the increase in urban-to-rural migrants did not bring harmony to rural areas because of the perception gap. Based on these results, we concluded that the following three policy alternatives would be needed: first, development of urban-to-rural migrant education programs for relatively young men; second, a policy supporting various forms of community gathering in a rural society; third, diversification of urban-to-rural migrant education programs such as communication program and conflict management program, etc.

        마늘 도매가격 시계열 예측 모형 비교

        Garlic is an important seasoning vegetable that can not be excluded from Korean diet. Predicting its supply and demand situations and price is very important in terms of producer`s income and consumer price stability. This study estimated the error correction model (ECM) and the Bayesian VAR model using time ser-ies price data of garlic. Also this study assessed the predictive power of the esti-mated model by performing the out-of-sample forecasts. All price data used in the analysis were identified as non-stationary time series data. There was a co-integration relationship between wholesale prices of whole bulbs of garlic and peeled garlic, so the error correction model and the Bayesian VAR model were estimated. Estimation results showed that predictive power of the models was pretty good and the error correction model had better predictive power than the Bayesian VAR model. The estimated garlic pricing models in this study are ex-pected to contribute not only to the current price prediction model based on quantity forecasting but also to the efficiency of the model operation process.

        Comparison of forecasting performance of time series models for the wholesale price of dried red peppers: focused on ARX and EGARCH

        Dried red peppers are a staple agricultural product used in Korean cuisine and as such, are an important aspect of agricultural producers’ income. Correctly forecasting both their supply and demand situations and price is very important in terms of the producers’ income and consumer price stability. The primary objective of this study was to compare the performance of time series forecasting models for dried red peppers in Korea. In this study, three models (an autoregressive model with exogenous variables [ARX], AR-exponential generalized autoregressive conditional heteroscedasticity [EGARCH], and ARX-EGARCH) are presented for forecasting the wholesale price of dried red peppers. As a result of the analysis, it was shown that the ARX model and ARX-EGARCH model, each of which adopt both the rolling window and the adding approach and use the agricultural cooperatives price as the exogenous variable, showed a better forecasting performance compared to the autoregressive model (AR)-EGARCH model. Based on the estimation methods and results, there was no significant difference in the accuracy of the estimation between the rolling window and adding approach. In the case of dried red peppers, there is limitation in building the price forecasting models with a market-structured approach. In this regard, estimating a forecasting model using only price data and identifying the forecast performance can be expected to complement the current pricing forecast model which relies on market shipments.

        후계농업경영인의 농업경영회계기록 활성화 방안

        In order to maximize agricultural managers’ profit subject to their limited resources and to attain a high level of income, they need rational decisionmaking through the diagnosis of the management status. The purpose of this study is to present future directions of government policies related to agricultural management accounting records based on the survey results for farm management accounts of advanced agricultural managers. The implications are derived through binary logit model in order to identify the characteristics of advanced agricultural managers which have influence on their accounting records. A linear regression model is also estimated to identify accounting records and relevant educational variables affecting total sales. The results show that the higher level of interest in agricultural management accounting of them are, the higher the possibility of keeping records and completing accounting record education programs is. Several suggestions could be presented based on the results as follows: First, promote the best practices of agricultural management accounting records. Second, activate agricultural management accounting records through customized training available on-site. Third, manage continuous agricultural management accounting records through feedback process after educational training.

        딥러닝을 이용해 유의어의 변별 요소를 찾아보기 -여러 모델의 비교를 중심으로-

        이 글은 딥러닝의 여러 모델들을 이용해 유의어의 변별 요소를 찾아보고 여러 모델들에서 공통적으로 찾은 변별 요소는 무엇인지, 그것이 유의어 연구에 시사하는 바가 무엇인지 살펴보는 데 목적이 있다. 그동안 한국어 어휘 의미 연구의 흐름을 살펴보면, 연구의 대상이 된 단어를 사용하여 문법적으로 적절한 문장과 그렇지 않은 문장을 만들어 그들의 의미를 파악하는 것에서부터 말뭉치를 활용하여 대상 단어가 어떤 단어들과 공기하는지를 살피는 것, 그리고 최근에는 딥러닝 방법론을 적용하여 많은 양의 데이터에서 대상 단어의 사용 환경을 파악하는 데까지 이어져 왔다. 그런데 이러한 연구의 흐름에서 이전과는 다른 방법론을 도입할 때, 왜 다른 방법 론을 도입해야 하는지 그리고 새로운 방법론이 시사하는 바와 그것의 의의는 무엇인 지를 살핀 논의는 적다. 따라서 이 글은 유의 관계를 맺고 있는 ‘금방’과 ‘방금’을 대상으로, 그것들의 의미 변별 요소를 선행 연구에서는 무엇으로 파악했는지 살펴보고 선행 연구에서의 결과와 딥러닝 방법론을 적용한 결과가 어떻게 같고 다른지를 살펴보고자 한다. 그리고 결과를 비교함으로써 딥러닝 방법론이 유의어 변별 연구에 있어 어떠한 이점이 있는 지 살필 것이다. This paper aims to find the distinctive factors of synonyms using various models of deep learning, what are the distinctive factors found in various models in common, and what it means to the research on synonyms. In the meantime, when we look at the flow of Korean lexical meaning research, from using the target word to create grammatically appropriate and non-grammatical sentences to distinguish their meaning, to using the corpus to find out what words the target word collocates with. In recent years, it has continued to identify the usage environment of target words from a large amount of data by applying a deep learning methodology. However, when introducing a methodology different from the previous one in this research flow, there are few discussions about why a new methodology should be introduced, and what the new methodology suggests and what its significance is. This paper examines what the semantic distinctive factors were identified in previous studies for '금방' and '방금', which have a synonyms relationship, and how the results of previous studies and the results of applying the deep learning methodology are the same and different. And by comparing the results, we will show the advantages of the deep learning method in the study of synonym distinction.

        백합 농가의 종구 소비실태 분석

        Lily, which is the one of three major cut flowers in Korea, is very important agricultural product but lily industry is recently sinking. One of main problems causing the weak competitiveness of lily industry is high cost of lily bulb which is usually imported. Most lily bulbs consumed in Korea are imported from Netherlands. Thus, Korean government keeps trying to increase the market share of Korean lily bulb but it is not easy. The purpose of this paper is to analyse the lily bulb consumption in Korea and to suggest the strategies to promote the Korean lily bulb consumption. The results of study in this paper present a few findings useful as follows: First, as a conjoint analysis result, it arranged in order of reusing (37.2%, high, normal, low), size of bulb (30.9%, large, medium, small), bulb quality (16.7%, tissue culture, scale propagation), and production area (15.1%, domestic ․imported). Second, it is important to increase the reliability of Korean lily bulb and to promote the Korean lily bulb farmer, in order to improve the supply environment for Korean lily bulb. Third, the larger Lily market for the larger lily bulb market is necessary. Especially, strategies to expand the market size of cut flower and non-flower should be developed.

        Heart Rate Variability in Postoperative Patients with Nonfunctioning Pituitary Adenoma

        Background: Decreased heart rate variability (HRV) has been reported to be associated with cardiac autonomic dysfunction. Hypopituitarism in nonfunctioning pituitary adenoma (NFPA) is often linked to increased cardiovascular mortality. We therefore hypothesized that postoperative NFPA patients with hormone deficiency have an elevated risk of HRV alterations indicating cardiac autonomic dysfunction. Methods: A total of 22 patients with NFPA were enrolled in the study. Between 3 and 6 months after surgery, a combined pituitary function test (CPFT) was performed, and HRV was measured. The period of sleep before the CPFT was deemed the most stable period, and the hypoglycemic period that occurred during the CPFT was defined as the most unstable period. Changes in HRV parameters in stable and unstable periods were observed and compared depending on the status of hormone deficiencies. Results: In patients with adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) deficiency with other pituitary hormone deficiencies, the low frequency to high frequency ratio, which represents overall autonomic function and is increased in the disease state, was higher (P=0.005). Additionally, the standard deviation of the normal-to-normal interval, which decreases in the autonomic dysfunction state, was lower (P=0.030) during the hypoglycemic period. In panhypopituitarism, the low frequency to high frequency ratio during the hypoglycemic period was increased (P=0.007). Conclusion: HRV analysis during CPFT enables estimation of cardiac autonomic dysfunction in patients with NFPA who develop ACTH deficiency with other pituitary hormone deficiencies or panhypopituitarism after surgery. These patients may require a preemptive assessment of cardiovascular risk.
