Remodeling market has expanded its territory by increasing of building deterioration, need for effective use of energy owing to strengthening in environmental policy, demand for domestic infrastructure adequate to information-communication industry leap and residential space in proportion to income increase and other needs for better amenities. (2) RESEARCH METHODliterature study, case study(3) RESEARCH RESULTSSo, systematic improvements of statue and related system are essential for the activation of Remodeling. Especially, the above improvements should be focused on progress of residential environment and spatial functional harmony between subject and neighboring districts.

        성장 발육에 따른 흰쥐 장기내 phytase의 분포성

        Phytase(myo-inositol hexakisphosphate phosphohydro-lase;EC 3.1.38)활성은 소화기관인 소장 점막에서나 나타났고, 그 외 다른 장기에서는 alkaline phosphatase활성만을 측정할 수 있었다. 그리고 anti-90kDa phytase항혈청을 이용한 면역조직학적 조사 결과 소장 이외의 장기에서는 본 효소의 단백질 밴드가 검출되지 않았다. 이와 같은 결과 phytase는 소장에만 특이적으로 존재하며, 소장 특이적 효소의 생리적 역할로서 Phytic acid(inositol=hexakisphos-phate)를 가수분해한다. 흰쥐의 성장 발육과 더불어 phytase의 활성은 증가한다. 출생 후부터 이유기 전까지는 70kDa phytase외에도 90kDa phy-tase가 출현한다. 이 90kDa phy-tase는 이유기에 합성되는 것으로 추정된다. The phytase(myo-inositol hexkisphosphate phosphohydrolase ; EC 3.1.3.8) activity was observed only in the homogenate of intestinal mucosa, though the activity of alkaline phisphatase was measurable in various organs. In addition, no protein bands were detected in any other organs on immunoblotting using the anti-90kDa phytase antiserum. Thses results suggest that phytase is specifically present in small intestinal mucosa, and that hydrolysis of phytic acid(inositol-hexakisphosphate) can be allotted for a physiological role of the intestine-specific enzyme. The activities of phytase was increased during development of rat. The 70kDa phytase appeared just after birth, but the 90kDa phytase was not observed until adult period, suggesting that the 90kDa phytase was synthesized in response to weanling.

        흰쥐 소장 점막 phytase의 특성 및 활성에 미치는 금속 이온의 영향

        Phytase(myo-inositol hexakisphosphate phosphohydro-lase;EC 3.1.3.8)는 흰주 소장 점막으로 부터 분리${\cdot}$정제 하였다. 이 정제된 효소를 Sephacryl S-200 gel filtration방법으로 측정한 분자량으니 160kDa이고, 순도 및 이 효소의 서브유니트를 SDS-polycrylamide gel전기영동법(SDS-PAGE)으로 조사한 결과 서브유니트 구조는 분자량이 10kDa와 90kDa으로 구성된 hetrodimer(이종이량체)임을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 $ MgCl_{2}$ 존재 하에서는 효소 활성이 증가하나 $ZnCl_{2}$, $MnCl_{2}$, 및 EDTA존재 하에서는 효소 활성이 저해되었다. 기질 트이성과 pH범위에서 기질인 phytic acid(inositol-hexakispho-sphate)에 대해 높은 친화력을 보였다. Phytic acid에 대한 Km값은 pH 7.4에서 0.31mM이다. 따라서 흰쥐의 소장 점막 phytase는 주로 inositol의 대사계에서 중요한 역할을 하는 것으로 생각된다. Phytase(myo-inositol hexkisphosphate phosphohydrolase ; EC 3.1.3.8) was purified from the mucoas of rat intestinal. The molecular weight of enzyme was determined to be 160kDa by sephacryl S-200 gel filtration. Analysis of the purified enzyme o SDS-polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis(SDS-PAGE) showen that it was composed of two different subunits and the molecular weight of its subunit was found to be 70kDa and 90kDa respectively, indicating that this enzyme is hetrodimer. The enzyme activities were activated in the presence of $ MgCl_{2}$, but inhibited by $ZnCl_{2}$, $MnCl_{2}$, and EDTA. The substrates tested, phytase showed the highest affinity for the enzyme at the physiological ph. The Km value for phytic acid(inositol-hexakisphosphate)was 0.31 mM at pH 7.4. rat intestinal mucosa phytase seems to play an important in the metabolism of inositol.

        저온 저장한 누에 비휴면란의 배발육기에 있어서 유리당류의 양적 변동

        It was carried out to find the carbohydrate metabolism for the glycogen utilization and the effects of low temperature(1$\circ$C, 5$\circ$C)on embryonic development of the silkworm, Bombyx mori L. The content of sorbitol and glycerol in the chillihg eggs stored at 5$\circ$C or 1$\circ$C on 24 hours after oviposition showed the highest level on the 50th day. After that, the corresponding value in the eggs stored at 5$\circ$C were decreased, and the value in the eggs stored at 1$\circ$C maintained the similar level. The trehalose level was rapidly increased on 50$\sim$60th day or thereabouts, and then, it was accumulated. When the eggs stored at low temperature were tranaferred and developed the embryo at 25$\circ$C, sorbitol and glycerol were respectively changed to glycogen. Futhemore, the content of trehalose and glucose showed specific of patterns with each embryonic stage at low temperature. With the aforementioned results, the intemediary metabolism of carbohydrate was discussed with regard to embryonic development of non-diapause eggs of silkworms.

      • 철도차량용 LIM의 공극변화에 따른 추력/수직력 특성 분석

        A light rail transit, using a linear induction motor, is generally composed with reaction plates along railroad track and the three phase primary on the vehicle. This linear induction motor is driven to keep clearance between the primary and the secondary of the ground for preventing any contact. Therefore efficiency and power factor is very low. In addition, the reaction plate installed on the ground throughout entire railway is impossible to keep uniform gap and it may cause system deterioration. In this paper, A rotary-type small-scale model of a linear induction motor for various characteristic analysis is designed. Thrust force, normal force and input current of the model by air-gap variation have been analyzed by using a Finite Element Method (FEM). The effects of air-gap variation on system performance have been considered by analysis results.

        A linear induction motor for urban railway transit is accompanied with the end-effect and large air-gap comparing with a rotary induction motor. These cause amount of difference between simulation results and experiments. In order to figure out the difference, experiments based on a real-scale test bed are indispensable, however building a test-line and a test vehicle is so difficult that authors are going to make a small-scale model and simulate it for comparison. In this paper, A rotary-type small-scale model of a linear induction motor is designed. Thrust and normal force of the model have been analyzed with the variation of frequency and speed by using a Finite Element Method(FEM).

LIM applied for the light rail transit makes use of electromagnetic force instead of adhesion driving method of the rotary induction motor.

        丹參을 뇌졸중 동물모델에 적용하기 위한 기초적인 네트워크 약리학 분석

        Objectives : The root of Salvia miltiorrhiza, known as ‘Dansam (DS, 丹參)’, is used for and treating cardiovascular diseases based on its efficacy of promoting blood circulation and breaking through a blood stasis. In this study, we would like to see if DS could be effectively used for stroke from the perspective of network pharmacology. Methods : The analysis was conducted using Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP) database to derive the main active compounds of DS and identify the mechanism of each compound acting on the human body. The networks between compounds, target protein and disease were expressed through Cytoscape. Protein-protein interaction (PPI) analysis was performed using STRING database. Results : Fifty two active compounds of DS were identified by screening the ingredients of DS through TCMSP. Based on the networks of these compounds with target protein and disease, it can be said that DS might be effective for preventing and treating stroke. PPI result showed that adrenergic receptor has many interactions among proteins, indicating its significance in stroke pathway. Conclusion : In this study, we derived target proteins and target diseases of DS that could be used in study of stroke. However, since it is uncertain if these targets can be controlled by DS extracts or not, we would like to confirm the results with further animal experiments.

        안중증근무력증의 안과적 임상 양상

        목적: 안중증근무력증 환자의 안과적 임상 양상을 알아보고자 하였다. 대상과 방법: 2011년 1월부터 2022년 8월까지 본원 안과 및 신경과에 내원하여 안중증근무력증으로 진단받은 환자 중 6개월 이상추적 관찰이 가능하였던 58명을 대상으로 안과적 임상 양상 및 경과를 후향적으로 분석하였다. 결과: 총 58명의 환자에서 발병 시 평균 연령은 55.52 ± 15.60세로 남성 29명, 여성 29명이었다. 항아세틸콜린수용체항체검사에서양성 31명으로 양성률은 53.45%였고, 반복신경자극검사는 양성 19명, 음성 38명으로 33.33%에서 이상을 보였다. 항체 양성군에서전신근무력증으로 더 많이 진행하였으며(p=0.011), 더 많은 흉부 이상 소견을 보였다(p<0.001). 복시와 안검하수가 동반된 복합군에서수평, 수직복시가 모두 있는 경우가 많았으며(p<0.001), 사시의 양상이 복시 증상 단일군에서는 내사시, 복합군에서는 외사시가 가장많아 차이가 있었다(p=0.029). 또한 증상 복합군에서 항체 농도가 높게 측정되었으며(p=0.034), 반복신경자극검사에서 이상 소견을보이는 경우가 많았고(p=0.022) 더 많은 흉부 이상 소견을 보였다(p=0.022). 결론: 안중증근무력증 환자에서 항아세틸콜린수용체항체 양성군에서 전신 중증근무력증으로 진행한 경우가 많았고, 복시와 안검하수가 동반된 복합군에서 항아세틸콜린수용체항체 농도가 높았으며, 수평사시와 수직사시가 함께 동반되는 경우가 많았다. Purpose: We investigated the ophthalmic manifestations observed in patients diagnosed with ocular myasthenia gravis. Methods: In total, 58 patients diagnosed with ocular myasthenia gravis visited the ophthalmology and neurology departments between January 2011 and August 2022. Patients were followed for > 6 months; their ophthalmic manifestations were analyzed retrospectively. Results: The study included 29 males and 29 females with a mean age of 55.52 ± 15.60 years. Among the patients, 31 tested positive for anti-acetylcholine receptor antibodies, resulting in a positive rate of 53.45%. Abnormalities in repeated nerve stimulation tests were observed in 33.33% of the patients. The antibody-positive group exhibited a higher frequency of progression to generalized myasthenia gravis (p = 0.011) and a higher incidence of chest abnormalities (p < 0.001) compared to the antibody- negative group. Horizontal and vertical diplopia were commonly observed in a complex group of patients with diplopia and blepharoptosis (p < 0.001); there was a difference in the pattern of strabismus between the diplopia single group with esotropia and the complex group with exotropia (p = 0.029). In addition, the combination group demonstrated a higher antibody titer (p = 0.034), a higher frequency of abnormalities in repeated nerve stimulation tests (p = 0.022), and a higher incidence of chest abnormalities (p = 0.022). Conclusions: The anti-acetylcholine receptor antibody-positive group had a higher incidence of progression to generalized myasthenia gravis; moreover, the complex group of patients with diplopia and ptosis exhibited elevated levels of anti-acetylcholine receptor antibodies and frequently accompanied both horizontal and vertical strabismus.
