최근 우리 사회의 범죄가 양적으로 증가하고 있고, 질적으로도 흉폭화 되어 가 고 있다. 또 다른 여러 가지 사고가 끊임없이 생기고 있어 사회적 불안감이 높아지 고 있는 상황에서 우리 국민들은 보다 질 높은 치안서비스를 원하고 있으며, 안전 에 대한 욕구도 급격하게 증가하고 있다. 하지만, 현저하게 제한된 경찰 인력과 자 원만으로는 늘어만 가는 치안수요와 국민들의 다양한 욕구 충족에 적절히 대응하 기 어려운 상황에서 민간경비 영역이 그 해결방안으로 제시되고 있다. 우리나라에서 민간경비 산업의 시작은 1950년대 경비 업무를 시작으로 급속한 성장을 해왔으며, 2013년 12월말 현재 4,076개 업체에서 151,740명의 경비원이 종사하고 있다. 양적,질적인 면에서도 인력 위주의 단순한 경비에서 최첨단장비 및 기술을 활용한 융복 합적인 형태로 발전하고 있다. 하지만, 이와 같은 급격한 양적 성장의 이면에서는 양적인 성장과 질적인 성장에 있어서 여러 가지 문제들이 나타나고 있다. 특히, 민간경비산업에 대한 제도적 정책과 경비원 인력 양성에 대 한 체계적이고 순환적인인 교육의 미흡 및 전문 직종으로서의 정착이 되지 않는 문제로 부터 이어지는 여러 가지 이유를 안고 있는 것으로 보여진다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 민간경비업의 전문성 및 질적 향상을 위하여 일반경비원 신임교육훈련 제도적 문제점 및 개선점을 찾고 현재 시행되고 있는 일반경비원신 임교육 훈련의 수혜자인 신임교육 교육생들 대상으로 실증적 분석을 통해 개선방 안을 제시하고자 한다. Recently, crimes in our society have been increasing in quantity and becoming more and more widespread in terms of quality. In the situation where various accidents are constantly occurring, and the social uneasiness is rising, the Korean people want better quality security service and the desire for safety is increasing rapidly. However, it is difficult to cope with the increasing demands of police and the diverse needs of the people with the limited police force and resources, and the private security area is suggested as a solution. The private security industry in Korea started to grow rapidly in the 1950s, and as of the end of December 2013, 4,076 companies had 151,740 security guards. In terms of both quantitative and qualitative aspects, it is developing into a comprehensive form that utilizes cutting-edge equipment and technology in the simple expense of manpower. However, on the back of this rapid quantitative growth, there are various problems in quantitative growth and qualitative growth. In particular, it seems that there are various reasons for the lack of systematic and cyclical education on the institutional policy for the private security industry and the training of security personnel, and problems that can not be settled as professional occupations. In order to improve the professionalism and the quality of the private security business, this study finds the problems and improvement points of the new security training programs and suggests improvement plans through the empirical analysis of the new security training students who are beneficiaries of the new security training programs. Polyallylamine hydrochloride로 처리한 수피를 이용한 수용액상의 인 제거

본 연구는 목재로서 활용가치가 적은 수피(bark)를 활용하여 수질오염물질을 제거할 수 있는 여과 시스템에 대한 기초연구로서 소나무의 일종인 loblolly pine(Pinus taeda L.) 수피의 인(PO_(4)-P) 흡착특성을 연구하였다. 실험에 사용된 수피는 입상형태로서 polyallylamine hydrochloride로 전처리하여 회분식 등온 흡착실험을 수행하였다. 회분식 등온흡착실험은 수용액 pH 3~pH 8범위에서, 인의 농도별(10, 20, 30, 40 mg/L)로 수행하였다. PH 5에서 가장 높은 인 제거 효율을 나타냈으며, 수용액의 pH는 실험 후 pH 3으로 감소하였다. 이러한 감소는 수피에 의한 phosphate의 흡착이 Lewis acid-base 반응으로서 이 과정에서 H^(+)의 방출로 인하여 나타난 현상인 것으로 여겨지며, 주된 반응 메카니즘은 더 연구할 필요성이 있다. 인 흡착은 초기에 빠른 속도로 진행되었으며 대략 200분 이후에 평형에 도달하였고, 시간이 지날수록 흡착양이 증가하는 경향을 보였다. 인의 흡착특성결과는 Langmuir 등온흡착식과 Freundlich 등온흡착식으로 설명될 수 있으며, 등온흡착식 적용결과, 흡착제에 대한 최대 흡착능은 7.14mg/g이며 다른 흡착제와 비교하여 더 높았다. 실험결과와 모델에 의한 흡착능을 비교 하고자 pseudo second-order model을 적용하여 흡착 동역학 상수를 구하였다. 또한 EDXA분석으로 회분식 흡착실험 후 수피와 인이 결합되어있는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

현재 우리는 경쟁적으로 삶을 영위하면서 사회 전반적 기능이 고속화·첨단화로 양적 발전이 이루어지고 있는 가운데 대부분의 사람들은 자신만이 사회적으로 도태 된다는 불안감과 차별이 심화되어 있다고 판단하고 도덕적 해이 현상들이 수반되면 서 이러한 요인들이 범죄로 이어져 사회 전체적으로 범죄발생이 증가하고 있고, 이 와 함께 사태의 심각성을 요하는 잔인한 범죄도 함께 증가하게 됨에 따라 국민들은 보다 질 높은 치안서비스를 강력하게 원하고 있으며, 사회적 환경에 대한 불안감 해소와 가족과 개인적 안전에 대한 욕구도 증가하고 있다. 그러나 제한된 공공안전 기능의 경찰 인력과 자원만으로는 증가하는 치안수요와 다양화된 욕구 충족에 시기 적절하게 대처하기 어려운 현재 상황에서 민간경비 영역의 확대는 해결방안의 대안 으로 제시되고 있다. 1950년부터 우리나라에서 민간경비 산업의 시작되어 폭발적으로 성장을 해왔으 며, 양적·질적인 면에서도 단순한 인력수급 경비에서 최첨단 기계와 인공지능 장비 기술을 활용한 복합적인 경비방식 형태로 발전하고 있고, 이러한 복합적이 경비 방 호시스템의 선진적인 모델로 운영하고 있는 곳이 공항과 항만의 보안검색 시스템이다. 우리나라의 공항은 다양한 공공기관·사법기관과 특수 임무를 부여 받은 민간 경 비업체가 협업하여 공동으로 테러와 안전관리 업무를 분업화하여 체계적으로 담당 하고 있다. 대부분 국내선·국제선을 함께 운영하는 공항에서는 민간경비 업체가 보 안검색 업무와 시설방호 경비 업무를 담당하고 있다. 하지만, 첨단화되어 있는 시스 템의 발전과 같은 물적 성장과 달리 시스템의 운영과 관리를 선진화 할 수 있는 인 적인 성장에 있어서 문제들이 나타나고 있다. 특히, 민간경비에 대한 제도적 정책과 경비원 인력 양성에 대한 체계적인 교육 시스템이 전문적으로 정착이 되지 않아 문 제되고 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 민간경비업의 전문성 및 질적 향상을 위하여 신임교육 프로그램의 문제점 및 개선점을 찾기 위해 현재 시행되고 있는 특수경비 원 신임 교육 훈련 당사자인 교육생들 대상으로 실증적 분석을 통해 개선방안을 제시하고자 한다. At present, we are living in a society where the overall function of the society is accelerated and advanced and quantitative development is carried out while running a competitive life. In this situation, the anxiety of being socially slaughtered is increasing, leading to crime. With the increase of such crimes, the people strongly desire higher quality policing services, and the desire for the family environment and personal safety is also increasing. However, it is difficult to cope with increasing diversified needs by limited police manpower and resources, and the expansion of the private security area is suggested as an alternative solution. Since 1950, private security industry has been started in Korea and explosive growth has been made. In terms of both quantitative and qualitative aspects, it has been developed into a complex security system that utilizes state-of-the-art machinery and artificial intelligence equipment technology in the supply and demand of personnel. Airport and port security search systems are operated as advanced models of complex security systems. In Korea, various public and judicial institutions and private security companies that have been given special duties jointly work in charge of terrorism and safety management. In the airports where domestic and international flights are mostly operated, private security companies are in charge of security search service and facility protection guard services. However, unlike physical growth, such as the development of advanced systems, there are problems in human growth that can advance the operation and management of the system. In particular, there is a problem because the systematic education system for educating security personnel and the institutional policy on private security is not specialized. The purpose of this study is to present the improvement plan through the empirical analysis of the students who are the new education training participants of the special security guards that are currently being implemented to find out the problems and improvements of the new education programs in order to improve the professionalism and quality of the private security industry.

XML기반 코스웨어 구조화

현재 대부분의 코스웨어는 HTML 및 멀티미디어 요소로 작성되어 있다. 그러나 이들 자료들은 다른 용도로 재사용하기는 어렵다. 이러한 학습자료들은 Web에서 정보의 공유, 검색, 재사용 등이 유연하게 이루어져야 한다. 이에 본 논문은 계층적인 구조를 갖는 XML을 이용하여 효율적인 코스웨어를 구현할 수 있도록 DTD를 정의하여 검증(valid)된 XML문서를 만들고자 한다. 코스웨어 제작을 위해서는 교과의 내용 및 교육과정을 구조화하고 다양하게 만들어진 자료를 공유 및 재사용할 수 있는 표준이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 이를 위해 Courseware DTD를 정의하고 표준 XML문서 형식의 코스웨어 제작 방안을 제시한다.

공동주택 커뮤니티에 대한 연구의 경향과 주거문화의 사회적 요인들과의 관계 - 2012~2018년 게재된 논문들을 중심으로 -

Due to rapid industrialization, urbanization, and individualism in our country, the sense of community has been greatly weakened. The interest about relationship with neighbors and community space to solve this problem led to the expansion of community-related research. The purpose of this study was how much community-related researches have developed and expanded by comparing the trends of 54 papers published between 2012 and 2018 with the result of preceding study which analyzed 97 papers published between 1973 and July 2011. The research trends of each period showed a clear difference. In previous studies of 2012, the frequency of publication increased dramatically since 2000, most of the studies were about physical factors, the type of rental apartments accounted for 8 percent. In studies since 2012, there was a steady frequency of publication for each year, physical, social, and psychological factors are addressed evenly, the type of rental apartments accounted for 30 percent. However, research on small-scale apartments is still small and needs to be expanded.

소수성 실리카의 제조 및 가스차단성 필름으로의 응용에 관한 연구

실리카 표면의 소수화를 위하여 다양한 조건 하에서 hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS)와 반응시켰다. 얻어진 반응물들은 형태학적으로는 실리카와 큰 차이가 없었으나, 열중량분석 및 원소분석을 통하여 실리카의 표면이 유기물로 개질된것을 확인할 수 있었다. 톨루엔에서의 분산성 및 페녹시 수지와 복합화한 필름의 표면 조도를 측정하여 평가한 결과, 데칼린을 용매로 사용하여 200 ℃에서 과량의 HMDS를 사용하여 6 h 반응시킨 물질이 최적으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 개질 실리카를 포함하는 복합체 필름의 산소 투과도 평가 결과, 개질 실리카는 필름의 산소 차단성을 향상시키는 것을 확인하였다. In order to achieve a hydrophobic surface of silica, we reacted silica nanoparticles with hexamethyldisilazane (HMDS) under various reaction conditions. Modification of the surface of silica with organic materials was confirmed by the thermogravity and elemental analysis. The modified silica displayed nearly the same morphology as to the pristine silica. The reaction of 20 g of HMDS with 1 g of silica in decalin at 200 ℃ for 6 hours was found to be the optimum reaction condition in terms of the dispersity in toluene and the surface roughness of composite films. Oxygen permeation studies of the composite film demonstrated that the modified silica enhanced a gas barrier performance.
