초등학교 시기는 대인관계 범위가 부모나 가족으로부터 학교와 친구로 확대되는 시기로서, 이 시기는 대인관계 발달적 측면에서 평생을 통해 영향을 끼치는 결정적으로 중요한 시기이다. 이러한 중요한 시기에 있는 초등학생들의 대인관계를 증진시키는 프로그램이 많이 개발되고 실시되었지만, 기존의 대인관계 프로그램들은 대부분 대인관계 문제 해결 자체에 초점을 맞춘 단편적이고 증상 처방적이라는 문제점과 타당한 프로그램 개발절차가 체계적으로 제시되지 않은 문제점들이 있었다. 그래서 본고에서는 타당하고 효율적인 프로그램 개발 모형을 구안하여 이를 준거로 기존의 초등학생용 대인관계 프로그램들의 문제점들을 해결할 수 있는 초등학생용 대인관계 조화 프로그램을 개발하였는데(최성식, 2008), 이 프로그램을 안내하고자 한다.

비염 증상을 나타낸 소아에서 비즙 호산구와총 호산구수, 총 IgE 농도, 그리고집먼지진드기 특이 IgE 농도 사이의 연관성

목 적 : 비즙 호산구 검사는 알레르기비염의 진단에 유용하고 신뢰성이 있는 검사로 알려져 있다. 그러나 비즙 호산구 검출 여부에 따른 총 호산구수, 총 IgE 농도, 집먼지진드기 특이 IgE 농도의 차이에 대해서는 거의 알려져 있지 않다. 본 연구에서는 비즙 호산구가 검출된 환자와 검출되지 않은 환자들 간에 총 호산구수, 총 IgE 농도, 집먼지진드기 특이 IgE 농도의 차이를 알아보고자 하였다.방 법 : 비염증상을 나타낸 16세 미만의 소아 278명을 대상으로 혈중 총 호산구수, 혈청 총 IgE 농도, 집먼지진드기 특이 IgE 농도, 비즙 도말 검사상 호산구가 전혀 검출되지 않은 군과 trace군(1-5%), 양성군(5% 이상)으로 분류하여 각각에서 혈중 총 호산구수, 혈청 총 IgE 농도, 집먼지진드기 특이 IgE 농도의 평균을 비교하였다. 또한 혈중 총 호산구수, 혈청 총 IgE 농도, 집먼지진드기 특이 IgE 농도를 수치로 따라 몇 개의 군으로 구분하고 각각에서 비즙 호산구 양성률을 구하였다.결 과 : 비점막 호산구 양성률은 연령이 많을수록 높았다. 비점막 호산구가 양성인 환자들에서의 혈중 총 호산구수, 혈청 총 IgE 농도, 집먼지 특이 IgE 농도는 trace군과 음성군에 비해 유의하게 높았다. 결 론:알레르기비염 증상을 나타낸 소아 환자에서 혈중 총 호산구수, 혈청 총 IgE 농도, 그리고 집먼지진드기 특이 IgE 농도는 비즙 호산구 검출 정도와 유의한 연관성을 나타내었다. Purpose:Nasal cytology for eosinophils has been reported to be very useful for the diagnosis of allergic rhinitis. The purpose of this study is to describe the relationship of the appearance of nasal eosinophils with the levels of total eosinophil counts, total IgE, and house dust mite specific IgE in child patients with symptoms of rhinitis. Methods:Two hundred seventy eight children with symptoms of rhinitis less than 16 years of age were recruited and evaluated for the following variables:total eosinophil counts, total IgE concentrations, house dust mite specific IgE concentrations, and nasal cytology for eosinophils. Results:The rate of appearance of nasal eosinophils graded as positive rose as the children's age increased. The levels of total eosinophil counts, total IgE concentrations and house dust mite-specific IgE concentrations were significantly higher in children with nasal eosinophils graded as positive than those with less than 5 percent of nasal eosinophils. The rates of appearance of nasal eosinophils graded as positive below and above 250/µL of total eosinophil counts, 250 kUa/L of total IgE concentrations, and 2 kUa/L of house dust mite(D. pteronyssinus or D. farinae) specific IgE concentrations were 16 and 41 percent, 27 and 56 percent, and 13 and 68 percent, respectively Conclusion:The levels of total eosinophil counts, total IgE concentrations, and house dust mite specific IgE concentrations correlate significantly with the recovery of nasal eosinophils in children with symptoms of rhinitis.

이 연구는 조경식물에서 채집한 날개응애류를 분류한 결과로, 13종이 동정되었다. 그러나 식물에 대한 그들의 유해성은 확인하지 못했다. 그들은 엉덩이 혹응애(신청) Tubermaeus singularis Sellnick, 긴 네모지게응애(신칭) Zygoribatula elongata hammer, 야마시타자라응애 Scapheremaeus yamashital Aoki, 구멍팔자기게응애 Oribatula sakamori Aoki, 가지털왕응애 Camidia segnid(Hermans), 몽둥이 팔자지게응애 Scheloribates latipes (Koch), 어리좁쌀응애 Oppiella nova (Oudemans), 꼬불지게좁쌀응애 Lauroppoa neerlandica (Oudemans), Hemileius sp., Truncopes sp., Dometorina sp., Tecto-cepheus sp.등이다. 이중에 Tuberemaeus singularis 와 Zygoribatula elongata는 한국에서 처음 기록하는종이다.제주도 서귀포의 황금삼나무에서 채집된 Tuberemaeus singularis 의 한재료 체내(뱃속)에서 3마리의 유충이 관찰되어 이 좋은 난태생인 것으로 보인다. This study is canled for tanonomical investigation of Olibatid mites on landscape plan& As the results, thirteen species of Oribatid mites on the plants are described for the first time from Korea. but the harmfulness caused by the mites is not yet proved The mites are Tuberemoeus singularis Sellnick, Zygoribatulo elongoto Hammer. Scahperemaeus yamashitoi Aoki, Oribatula sakamori Aoki, Camis~a segnis (Hemann), Scheloribates Jatipes (Koch), Oppiella nova (Oudemans), Lauroppia neerlondica (Oudemans), Hemileius sp.. Oripodo sp., Twncopes sp.. and Tectocehpeus sp. etc. Among them, Tuberemaeus singularis and Zygoribotulo elongatn are recorded from Korea for the first time And three lalvae are found out at intestine of one specimen of Tuberemoeus singularrs Sellnick which is collected on Cryptomerio japonica D, in Chep (Seoguipo). Therefore, thls mite seems to be ovoviviparous.

본 연구는 벼의 줄기, 잎과 벼포기에서 채집한 날개응애류를 분류한 결과로 12종이 동정되었다. 그 등애들은 가시배흠응애, 넓은지게응애, 털나비응애 등의 기지종 3종과 밭소매응애(Protoribates agricola), 머리띠팔자기게응애(Scheloribates decarinatus), 벼팔자지게응애(Schelorlbates oryzae). 이리잔날개응애(Sacculozetes filosus), 참사다리응애(Punctoribates manzanoensis), 덧판지게응애(Paralamellobates ceylanica) 등 6종의 한국미기록종 및 Pelonbates sp., Scheloribates sp, Gaiumma sp. 등이다. The present work was dealt with the twelve species of orbatid mites from leaves, stems and stubbles of rice( Oryza sativa L). Among them six species, that is, Protoribates agricola, Scheloribates decarinatus, Scheloribates oryzae, Sacculozets filosus, Punctoribates manzanoensis, and Paralamellobates ceylanica are new ones in Korea. The other species are Epilohmannia palida pacifica, Podorbates cuspidatus, Tricogaulumna nipponica, Peloribate sp., Scheloribates sp., Galumna sp.
