‘평택일기’를 통해 본 일생의례와 속신

필자는 속신이 민간지식이라는 관점에서, 우리가 가지고 있는 다양한 속신들 가운데는 언어적 진술 형태 이외의 것, 역사적 맥락에서는 특정한 의례 전통과 사상적 맥락의 지식에 기반을 두고 있는 속신들이 있다고 본다. 이 글에서 분석 대상으로 삼은 자료는 경기도 평택시 청북면 고잔리에 거주하는 한 농민의 생활일기로, 1959년부터 2005년까지 거의 50년 가까운 세월 동안 급변하는 우리 현대사를 배경으로 개인적 일상생활을 기록한 것이다. 일기 속에 기록된 일생의례 자료를 대상으로 현대 우리 사회의 구체적인 삶의 맥락 속에서 일생의례와 관련한 속신이 어떤 모습으로 내재해 있으며, 해당 의례에서 어떻게 작용하는지를 살펴보려고 하였다. 일생의례와 관련하여 일기에 언급된 의례들을 보면, 특정 연령과 관련하여 백일, 돌, 그리고 환갑(육순, 진갑 포함), 칠순이 언급되며 그밖에 사회적 지위의 변화와 관련한 의례로서 혼례, 상례, 제례, 면례에 대한 기록이 나타난다. 일기 자료 속에서 나타나고 있는 속신들은 그 내용을 통해 언어적으로 명제화해 낼 수 있다. 하지만 속신의 형식은 언어적 전승으로만 존재하는 것이 아니라 관습적이며 주술?종교적 의례 행위로도 드러난다. 일생의례와 관련하여 드러나는 속신은 좋음과 바람직함, 혹은 위험에 대한 민간 지식적 차원의 기준을 주민들에게 제공해준다. 집단의 구성원들에 의해 일반적으로 받아들여진 상식적 의례지식으로서 속신은 사회적 구속력을 갖지만, 삶의 조건과 가치의 변화, 혹은 개인의 주체적 수용여부에 따라 변화를 겪을 수 있음도 알게 된다. From the perspective that folk beliefs are folk knowledge, there are folk beliefs in non-verbal forms and those based on specific rites of passage and contextual knowledge of thoughts in the history. This writing is an analysis of a farmer’s real-life diary in Gojan-Ri CheongBuk-Myeon, Pyeongtaek in Gyeonggi province, a record of his life from 1959 to 2005 covering 50 years of his personal life in the dramatic change of our modern history. In his life-long rites of passage, I tried to investigate how the folk beliefs related to the life-long rites have internalized and worked in the rites relatively. In the rites of the diary, there are occasions related to age such as a 100th day anniversary of a baby, the first birthday party, 60th birthday(HwanGap) and 70th birthday(ChilSun) along with the occasions related to changes in social status like a marriage, a funeral, and memorial ceremonies for ancestors. Those folk beliefs in the diary can be put into verbal propositions. However, folk beliefs are not only existing in verbal transmission but also in the customs and the magico-religious rites. Folk beliefs related to rites of passage provides people in the community with the standard, at the level of folk knowledge, how to decide the goods and the bads and to discern dangers. The folk beliefs shared and taken as common ceremonial knowledge by the members of the community not only have a power to control the community itself but also can be modified depending on the conditions of living and changes of values or whether each individual subjectively accepts the beliefs or not.

빅 데이터를 활용한 SNS 인맥 추천 시스템에 관한 연구

Nowadays, the number of people who are using the Social Networking Service (SNS) is well over 1.5 billion around the globe, and people are managing their personal relationships on the SNS. As such, the SNS has become an indispensable thing for general people in many ways. In this paper, a personal connections package suitable for a person's needs is recommended as prepared by extracting information from both the structured data and unstructured data available from the SNS through utilizing the Big Data technologies that are emerging as the most significant ones these days. This system is helpful in recommending a personal connections package conveniently with the information that is extracted not only from the data provided by the existing structured data but also from those provided by the unstructured data.

XION PRO를 사용한 물체 인식 및 추적 시스템

In this paper, We propose the surroundings detection system that can be applied to a exploration robot, life-saving robot. Using the ASUS’s XTION PRO Live, the system is configured in three steps to recognize the walls and obstacles, perceive objects and to track the selected object. First of all, the surface is recognized by a quadric equation obtained by experiments. BLOB(Binary large object) Labeling should be applied to depth image to perceive objects and obtain three-dimensional coordinates of the objects. Next step is to select one of the labeled objects as a target. For tracking of the target, CamShift provided by OpenCV was applied on RGB image since CamShift is based on Hue values.

가정신앙에서 남ㆍ여성의 의례적 위치

Worship based on the basic unit of family, especially worship concerned with all the family member’s interests, cannot be regarded as religious expression of the worship carriers only. Considering how family life is carried on, the purpose of worship cannot be achieved without active participation from each family member. Worship for family belief in Korean traditional society is generally considered as women-centered worship, in contrast with men-centered worship in Confucianism. This shows the dualism of worships in a family. However, the aspects of worship for family belief studied in fieldwork show diversity that make it hard to consider worship for family belief to be related to women only. Due to its simple process and less formality compared with worships for ancestors, in the worship called “gosa(고사)”, the preparation process of worship food (steaming the rice cake), and the table-setting becomes more important. These works are traditionally considered as the woman’s duty, which makes the worship itself a duty for women. However, it is men’s duty to decide on the worship date, to make the object of family god by interweaving straws, to put strings on the area for the worship, and to spread “hwangto”(yellow soil, but actually red soil). To move the mold of rice cake to a worship table is the work belonging to the man of the house. Each of these activities shows men’s participation in the worship. In fact, men’s participation depends on the procedure and style of the worship. Furthermore, regardless of gender, what brings conflict between a person’s inner religious belief and his outer expression is the social view affected by Western culture and that considers family belief superstitious. From this context, the low participation from men becomes explicit because they are more exposed to modern/western environments. However, as personal acceptance of religious and cultural tradition also plays an important role, men’s participation varies depending on the conditions each family has. The approach to family worship must start from the understanding of a family in a traditional society as a basic community unit, where each member is not an independent individual but a part of the whole family. Therefore, men can’t be free from being engaged in these worships believed to secure peace for the family. For richer description of the whole context of worships, future field works need to depict in more detail each family member’s role or stance in the process of family worship.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to examine factors affecting the performance of the forensic nursing role among emergency department (ED) nurses. Methods: Data collection was conducted on 125 nurses of EDs in 9 medical centers in U metropolitan city from June 20 to July 20, 2016. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS Win 21.0 program. Results: There were statistically significant differences in the performance of the forensic nursing role according to the types of emergency medical institutions, perception of the forensic nursing and forensic nurse. Performance of the forensic nursing role had positive relationships with the awareness of the forensic nursing role and forensic nursing competency. Factors affecting the performance of forensic nursing role were forensic nursing role awareness, the types of emergency medical institutions and forensic nursing competency. These factors explained 40.8% of the total variance. Conclusion: The results suggest that awareness of the forensic nursing role, forensic nursing competency and the types of emergency medical institutions have influences on the performance of forensic nursing role. Therefore, it is necessary to design interventions suitable for the types of emergency medical institutions for ED nurses to enhance the awareness of forensic nursing role and to reinforce forensic nursing competency.

Eccrine spiradenoma is a benign tumor that is differentiated into the direction of an eccrine gland. It is usually presents as a solitary, slowly-growing, intradermal or deeply subcutaneous nodule on the head and trunk. We report on a case of 32-year-old woman with a solitary, solid mass on the left leg that she`d had for 6 months. The mass was a 2.5×2×0.5 cm sized, round shaped, well demarcated solitary skin-colored nodule. The mass in our case was a relatively large and painful eccrine spiradenoma, and the mass showed cystic formation. The cyst was surrounded by cords of tumor cells. Hyaline materials were seen focally. There were two types of cells. Large pale nuclei existed adjacent to the cyst. Small dark nuclei existed at the periphery. To clarify the histogenesis of this tumor, immunohistochemical staining using various antibodies was also performed. We herein report on an unusual case of a large cystic eccrine spiradenoma.
