The RFID technologies have been applied in various industries, the efficiency have been visible. Especially, the application of RFID technologies has been promoted in the logistic industry. In this paper, we study an empirical analysis for evaluating the RFID technologies application validation by comparative experimental on a bonded logistics system based EDI and RFID applied system. As a result, the RFID applied system is superior to the EDI based system in all evaluation indices which are visible traceability, usefulness, ease of use and user's satisfaction. If we apply the RFID technologies in bonded logistic process, the processing time will be shorten 42.6%, the processing efficiency will be improved 41.5% and the cost will be cut down 38.7%.
콩 싹의 Acetohydroxyacid Synthase 의 성질과 피이드백 저해에 관한 연구

Acetohydroxyacid synthase (AHAS) is the first common enzyme in the biosynthetic pathways to valine, leucine, and isoleucine. AHAS has been partially purified from dark grown pea shoots approximately 2000 fold using DEAF-cellulose affinity elution, Sephadex G-150, and leucine-agarose chromatography. The rate of product acetolactate formation from pyruvate shows a sigmoidal relationship with substrate at low pyruvate concentrations. The enzyme preparation has a K_m value for pyruvate of 4 mM, a pH optimum of 7.5 to 8.5, and a temperature optimum of 35℃ to 45℃. The enzyme is inhibited by valine, leucine, and isoleucine singly, and synergistically by the pair of the amino acids, indicating more than one binding site of the enzyme for branched amino acids. The level of the inhibition decreases with increasing substrate concentration, and kinetic analysis shows the inhibition to be mixed type in which the inhibitor affects on both V_(max) and K_m. The degree of inhibition is pH-dependent as it decreases drastically above pH 8.

Air cargos are transferred into small sizes and small quantity, but they are very expensive and needed a speedy delivery. So, the real-time trace and control of the air cargo is very important. If we apply the RFID technologies which can realize mobility, visibility and traceability of products to air cargo logistics process, the efficiency and effectiveness will be increased. Especially, as the amount of high technology air cargos such as semi-conductors, bio-products and sensitive products of temperature, et. al, is predicted rapidly raising, the real-time control of air cargo becomes very important. In this paper, we discussed the application of RFID technologies into the air bonded logistics process and an air bonded logistic management system applied RFID which was implemented by using UML modeling.
스프링 프레임워크 기반의 오픈소스 커머스 스위프트 브로드리프 분석

본 논문에서는 웹 개발에 있어 확장성 높은 스프링 프레임워크 기반의 오픈소스 커머스 스위프트인 브로드리프 커머스(broadleaf commerce)를 기반으로 한 전자 상거래 웹 사이트 구축의 국내 동향과 이 프레임워크를 통해 만들어진 웹 사이트를 벤치마킹 하고 브로드리프 커머스의 특징과 장점들을 분석하여 어떤 전자상거래 웹을 만들어야 할지 그 방향을 제시한다.

최근 중소기업에서도 정보화에 의한 생산성 강화의 목적으로 ERP, MES, EDI, Groupware 등과 같은 다수의 정보시스템의 도입, 운영되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 시스템들이 그때그때 업무의 필요에 의해 도입되어, 시스템 통합이 되어 있지 않고, 시스템 통합을 위한 시중에 판매되는 상용 미들웨어들은 중소기업이 활용하기에는 도입 비용 및 정보화 기술 수준이 큰 부담으로 작용한다. 본 연구에서는 전문지식이 없어도 중소기업에서 운영중인 기존의 정보 시스템들의 통합을 지원하는 데이터 통합 방식의 미들웨어를 구현하였다. 딕셔너리(Dictionary) 개념의 필드매핑을 통하여 실시간으로 각 솔루션 간 필요 정보를 교환하는 미들웨어를 구현하여, 기존 레가시 정보시스템들의 통합을 용이하도록 지원한다. Recently, many information systems such as ERP, MES, EDI, SCM, CRM, Groupware, etc., have been introduced and operated at the small and medium enterprises for productivity increasing. However those systems have been adopted without well-defined information strategy planning, it makes that those systems did not integrated. Most commercial solutions for integrating information systems provides complex functionalities and are so expensive, which will impose heavy burden at the small and medium enterprises. In this research, we developed a simplified middleware which exchange data between the heterogeneous information systems. The main concept of this middleware is an explicit data filed mapping according to Dictionary Requirement Sheet which defines data table, SQL, data type between sender and receiver system. This middleware can support to integrate information systems at the small and medium enterprises which do not have experts in information technology.
