본 연구에서는 객체 코너의 분산치에 기반한 코렐로그램 형태검출 기법을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 다음 단계로 진행된다. 먼저 영상 내 객체의 코너 점을 추출한 후 이들의 분산치를 구한다. 그리고 각각의 코너영역들의 분산치 중 최대/최소값을 추출한다. 그리고 이 최대/최소값을 이용하여 코렐로그램 매핑을 한 후 유사도를 측정하게 된다. 제안된 기법은 영상 내에서 형태 구조가 분명한 객체의 실험에서 성능이 우수하였으며 객체의 이동이나 회전에도 강인하였으며 코너 패치 히스토그램을 이용한 형태 검색에 비해 약 0.03%의 향상된 recall을 나타내었다. This paper have proposed an object retrieval using the corners area variability based on correlogram. The proposed algorithm is processed as follows. First, the corner points of the object in an image are extracted and then the feature vectors are obtained. It are rearranged according to the number dimension and consist of sequence vectors. And the similarity based on the maximum of sequence vectors is measured. The proposed technique is invariant to the rotation or the transfer of the objects and more efficient in case that the objects present simple structure. In simulation that use Wang's database, the method presents that the recall property is improved by 0.03% and more than the standard corner patch histogram.

Aging is the term used for the middle-aged women change physically, mentally, and socially in the aspect of the embryology. It appeared differently at the middle-aged women, organic and cell. It was witnessed individually according to the individual environment, nutrition, life style, exercise routines. The researches about the aging have been continued relating the physical fitness, and the modes of life. The purpose of this study is to provide a positive data to examine the relations among exercise, aging and quality of life middle-aged women. It analyzed the difference in quality of life by the subjects` demographic variables, aging hormone and quality of life between regularly exercise group and non-exercise group. It continuously required to expand the facilities for the aged and develop the safe and enjoyable programs which could improve potential quality of life with preventing rapid aging and lowering of fitness.
팽화 홍삼으로부터 20(S)-Ginsenoside Rg3와 Rg5의 분리 및 구조동정

팽화홍삼으로부터 용매추출, 용매분획 및 silica gel column chromatography를 반복하여 두 개의 화합물을 분리하였다. 이들 두 화합물의 결정특성, 녹는점, 비선광도, Infrared spectrum 분석 결과, TLC에서의 Rf값, HPLC에서의 retention time 및 NMR 데이터를 측정하여 고찰한 결과 두 개의 화합물은 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg3와 ginsenoside Rg5임을 확인할 수 있었다. 특히 1H- 및 13C-NMR 데이터를 HSQC 및 HMBC와 같은 2D-NMR 실험을 통하여 더욱 정확하게 동정하였다. Red ginseng tail roots (9.8g water/100g sample) were puffed at 7, 8, 9, and 10 kgf/cm2 using a rotational puffing gun. Puffed red ginseng was extracted with 70% ethanol, and the concentrated extract was successively partitioned with diethyl ether, n-butanol and H2O. Two unknown ginsenosides from puffed red ginseng were found at 63 and 65 min of retention time in HPLC chromatogram suggesting that chemical structure of some ginsenosides might be altered during the puffing process. Identification of two unknown compounds was carried out using TLC, HPLC and NMR. Two major compounds were isolated from TLC. According to TLC result, compound I was expected to be the mixture of ginsenosides Rk1 and Rg5, and compound II was expected to be a 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg3. Three compounds were isolated from n-butanol fraction through repeated silica gel and octadecyl silica gel column chromatographies. From the result of 1H- and 13C-NMR data, the chemical structures of unknown compounds were determined as ginsenoside Rg5 and 20(S)-ginsenoside Rg3. Unfortunately, ginsenoside Rk1 could not be separated from ginsenoside-Rg5 in the compound I. It was carefully reexamined using HPLC and confirmed that the last unknown compound was ginsenoside-Rk1.

Recently, as multimedia data increase, the efficiency retrieval method of the image information demand and the important matter of interest becomes to many field of applications. Accordingly, the Content-Based Image Retrieval(CBIR) system had been being actively researched. In the CBIR system, the retrieval performance is changed according to the feature extraction technique. Therefore, in this paper, we propose the correlogram image retrieval system using spatial mapping considering not only the feature information of the color, that is the visual feature, but also the spatial information. We confirmed that we looked at that the proposed system compared to the system using only the color feature information and Recall of 0.02, and Precision were enlarged with 0.02 and the retrieval performance was improved as a result of testing in the large-scale database image.

In this paper, we proposed content-based retrieval system for a video clip search. Content-based information retrieval system utilize database built by analyzing the content information that is keyframes extracted from the video. Used content information in this system is color, motion and shape information. In the case of color information, feature vectors extracted from the RGB and HSV color space were used in search ,and in retrieval using motion, data obtained from direction and distance of motion within video were used. And in the case of shape information, we used information extracted from the object such as area, eccentric rate, circular property and curvature. In this paper, content-based information retrieval system using three search modules was built and it applies to video production system so that the user can easily make user-centric video.

Vague and subjective human emotions have been examined in various areas of next-generation computing. The demand for user-oriented information management which understands human emotions and responds to it actively is rapidly increasing. Therefore, this study organized concepts of mainly emotional words, synonyms, and inflected words which can be used on scenario boards used to manufacture intelligent video and suggested techniques to retrieve the video clip data based on words and colors. This study extracted emotional words through a quantified emotional space and images of colors, based on which synonyms and inflected words were expanded. Then such words were extracted from scenario boards, through which video clip data was extracted. It was demonstrated that techniques of extracting expanded words and retrieving clip data can be used more flexibly on scenario boards through simulation. Therefore, this study suggests an intelligent multi-media content management system which can analyze and manage content. The emotional-based intelligent multi-media content management system extracts the first key frame of the images users input automatically and creates some meta-data for each clip contained in the first frame extracted. The first frame, containing the meta-data, holds extracted features of colors and movements through analysis of emotional or content information to create MPEG-7 data. Then the clips and data created are stored in a server. The emotional-based intelligent multi-media contents management system is a differentiated system which can analyze and manage the emotional content users demand, and provide intelligent-meaningful service through a database of the content.
