Recently, in accordance with the spread of a variety of multimedia devices, various and large image information has been produced. This paper proposed a method using rearranged DCT coefficients of the image block for fast and efficient retrieval from large image databases. It has the algorithm that rearranges the DCT coefficients of the image block by sequential energy and then uses them to the normalized histogram feature vectors. Simulation results showed that the proposed method is superior to the existing corner patch histogram method within the performance evaluation for retrieving the object with clear shape structures. In comparison search of Wang DB’s flower and dinosaur category, the proposed retrieval techniques showed that the accuracy improved respectively 0.02, 0.23 and the recall improved respectively 0.08, 0.19.

VTS which is designed to prevent marine accidents in operation has been used for efficient traffic control. However, as it is not easy to install AIS as a factor system of VTS in small and medium class vessels with respect to cost and operation, alternatives to solve this should be sought. In order to regularly renew GPS data, we implemented automatic communication reconnection algorithm that is tough in marine environment, so did ship-to-ship(communications system). It is used distance field and point node to test ship-to-ship collision and risk area. The superiority of the mobile AIS implemented was demonstrated through the results of the maritime test. It is expected to attach AIS in small and midium class vessels with easy-to-install and low cost, by implementing mobile AIS.

Time consumed in cooking and spice distribution are common stress for modern people. In this paper, we proposed a recipe creator application that automatically mixes spice and generate a control signal to solve this problem. The proposed creator application implemented a service environment by communicating with the web view of the Android-based native app and the web server. In addition, according to the characteristics of the library of the endpoint supporting the Bluetooth communication in the existing activity unit, it is necessary to make a Bluetooth connection with each activity that exists by each recipe menu. This is accomplished to improve the view structures by applying fragments to replace activities, and is accomplished by implementing the data bridge that supports data communication between native apps and the web. Experimental results showed that the Bluetooth communication environment in the creator application is lasted to all activities through only once connection.

The natural ecosystem deterioration is serious due to the customary graveyard culture. As memorial rituals are also recognized as family difficulties, it is becoming a factor of family conflict. Therefore, we proposed new home ritual cultures and memorial garden technology to preserve the ecosystem and to solve the family difficulties through the innovative change in the way of ritual thinking. The proposed memorial garden is a social leading business for changing memorial culture consciousness and developing memorial garden technology, which designs and uses home ritual contents in the VRᐧAR template with the family. The cyber ecosystem in cyber memorial garden is changed in conjunction with real weather and time. Also, the virtual foods and sacred bowls are utilized by memorial ritual contents and provides mobile service that can be used anytime and anywhere. Therefore, the smart memorial garden based on AR·VR will give natural environmental, economical, educational, and emotional advantages. This system will be especially used as an alternative to the descendants, who do not have the memorial garden or are displaced.
