퍼지제어모형을 이용한 다목적 댐의 홍수조절모형( I ) - 단일댐의 운영모형 개발 -

본 연구에서는 치수방재 효과를 향상시키기 위한 단일댐운영 모형을 개발하였으며, 제어기법은 퍼지제어 기법을 사용하였다. 본 모형은 저수지 수위와 유입량을 기준으로 제어규칙을 설정하였으며 방류량을 결정하는 제어기준에 따라 Fuzzy I, II, III의 세가지 모형을 개발하였다. Fuzzy I 모형은 6개의 제어규칙에 의해 홍수조절만을 고려한 것이고, Fuzzy II 모형은 I 모형의 치수효과를 가지면서도 홍수후의 저수위를 상승시켜 이수적인 효과도 얻기 위한 모형이며, Fuzzy III 모형은 적응제어모형으로 제어규칙을 9개로 세분화하여 치수효과와 이수효과를 동시에 거둘 수 있도록 한 모형이다. The objective of this study is to develop single dam operation models for flood control using Fuzzy control technique, which can improve flood controllability. We set control rules by water level and inflow, and developed three models Fuzzy I, II, III according to rule to decide outflow. Fuzzy I model consists of six rules considering only flood control and Fuzzy II model considers the effect of water use by increasing water level at the end of flood control period as well as flood control during the same period. Finally, Fuzzy m is an adaptive model designed to perform multipurpose dam operation for both flood control and water use simultaneously based on a control rules.

상이한 제원특성을 가진 빗물펌프장에서의 퍼지제어모형 적용

계속되는 도시화로 불투수성 면적이 증가되고, 환경변화에 의해 강우량이 증대되어 도시 저지대의 침수 우려가 더욱 가중되고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 서울특별시에서는 많은 예산을 들여 내수를 외수 쪽으로 강제배수시키는 빗물펌프장을 계속해서 보강 및 신설하고 있다. 그러나 상대적으로 경제적이라 할 수 있는 기존 빗물펌프장 시설의 적정 제어기법에 대한 연구나 투자는 전무한 상태라 할 수 있다. 본 연구는 퍼지제어기법을 적용하여 기존의 시설을 충분히 활용할 수 있는 기법을 개방하여 서울특별시 관내의 서로 다른 제원특성을 가진 57개의 유수지와 빗물펌프장에 적용하였다. 연구결과 현재의 펌프가동기준인 수위기준에 의한 펌프제어에 비하여 본 연구에서 적용한 퍼지제어기법이 전체 대상지점에 대하여 내수위를 같은 조건하에서도 충분히 낮출 수 있는 것으로 나타나 치수방재면에서 우수한 것으로 밝혀졌다. Continuous increasing of impervious area due to urbanization and rainfall quantity due to environmental changes aggravate flooding risk in low land area. Therefore. Seoul municipal authorities go on securing an ample budget for reinforcement and establishment of inner water and inland drainage pumping facilities. But. there is no investment for developing optimal operation rules for appropriate application of existing facilities. In this study. fuzzy control techniques are developed. and applied to 57 stations of inner water and inland drainage pump for model assessment. In these results. fuzzy models have more efficiency in the inland flooding protection than the existing pump operation rule by water level in the same conditions.

본 연구에서는 퍼지제어 모형을 이용한 단일댐의 운영모형을 기포로 하여 한강수계 댐군의 연계운영 방안을 제시하였다. 단일댐 모형에 의한 댐 운영의 결과가 하류부 수위에 미치는 영향을 검토하여 모형의 홍수조절 효과를 확인하였으며 각 댐들의 제어규칙을 모의하여 하류부의 홍수조절 효과가 가장 큰 규칙을 찾음으로써 연계운영 규칙을 선정하였다. 1990, 1995년 대홍수 발생시 실제 운영실적과 연계운영의 결과를 비교한 결과 본 연구에서 개발한 모형이 각 댐의 안정성을 확보하면서 상류부 침수피해를 줄이며 하류부에서 낮은 수위을 확보할 수 있었다는 점에서 치수적인 효과가 뛰어난 운영방안이라고 판단된다. In this research, multi reservoir operation methods for reservoirs in Han River are proposed based on the single dam operation models using fuzzy control techniques. The result of fuzzy controled single dam operation has shown that it can improve flood controllability at the downstream of dams. Among the many control rules of fuzzy operation, a rule that shows the most effective flood control rate at the downstream has been selected as Ike operation rule. The simulated results for 1990 and 1995 flood events are compared with historical ones. As the results, it is founded that suggested models can reduce the inundation of upstream and keep the water elevation lower at downstream, which make the proposed models as the effective methods in multi reservoir operation.

수도권 중소도시의 외곽지역 주거만족도에 관한 연구

1. CONTENTS (1) RESEARCH OBJECTIVES The purpose of this study is to analyze the housing-satisfaction at the suburban area in the metropolitan small and medium city. (2) RESEARCH METHOD Data on the residents In Kimpo city were collected for analyzing the housing-satisfaction at the suburban area In the metropolitan small and medium city. The methods of analysis used were factor analysis, descriptive analysis, multiple regression analysis, analysis of variance(t-Test and one-way ANOVA). (3) RESEARCH FINDINGS The most important thing In this study was that the determinants for housing-satisfaction were same as the previous study and the overall level of housing-satisfaction was high, especially the one for each factor was the highest in terms of amenity sector. 2. RESULTS The results of this study are as follows: Firstly, the determinants for housing-satisfaction were same as the previous study in the factor analysis and they were named as 8 different factors. Secondly, the overall housing-satisfaction was relatively high(3.16) thanks to the improvements In amenity, management, environment and economical efficiency sector. The level of satisfaction for each factor showed respectively high thanks to the improvements In public transportation facilities, educational environment, landscape(garden) with amenity the highest and use of convenience facilities the lowest. Thirdly, the factor affecting the overall housing-satisfaction most was amenity sector, followed by economical efficiency and security sectors. Fourth, the differences in the level of statistically significant satisfaction for each factor unit among groups In terms of demographic variables and housing characteristics variables were 0-6 In case of demographic variables and 1-9 in housing characteristics variables respectively.

중소도시 거주자의 아파트에 대한 주거가치가 주거만족과 주거행동의도에 미치는 영향

본 연구의 목적은 전인수와 김은화(2009)에 의해 제안된 4x4매트릭스 욕구체계 기반 아파트의 소비자욕구 모델을 바탕으로 아파트의 주거가치를 분류하고, 이것의 일반화를 위해서 연구대상을 확대하고 그것의 경로구조를 검증하는 것에 있다. 주거가치가 주거만족, 거주의도, 추천의도 등의 과정으로 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 실증하기 위해서 김포시 아파트 거주자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 가치의 분류는 주거품질 가치와 단지품질 가치가 한 단위로 묶여서 일곱 가지의 가치로 분류되지 않고 여섯 가지의 가치로 분류되어서 부분적으로 일반화되었다. 둘째, 주거가치와 주거만족과의 관계는 주거단지품질 가치, 커뮤니티 가치, 처분상 가치가 각각 주거만족에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이것은 김포시 도시개발의 특성과 아파트의 자산개념을 반영한 것으로 분석된다. 그러나 생활편의성 가치, 상징적 가치, 구입상 가치는 각각 주거만족에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이것은 중소도시에 내재되어 있는 인프라 부족과 특성을 그대로 보여주는 것이라 하겠다. 셋째, 주거만족과 주거행동의도와의 관계는 주거만족이 거주의도, 추천의도에 각각 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 거주의도와 추천의도와의 관계는 거주의도가 추천의도에 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. 이것은 거주자들에게 내재되어 있는 일부 부정적인 요인들 때문에 타인들에게 추천을 할 수 없어서 나타난 것으로 분석된다. 이상의 결과를 통해 볼 때, 4x4매트릭스 욕구체계 기반 아파트의 주거가치 모델은 주거가치의 분류에서 여섯 가지로 분석되었지만 부분적으로 일반화는 가능하다고 할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to classify the apartment housing values under the consumer needs model of apartment based on Jeon, In-soo, Kim, Eun-wha(2009)`s 4x4 matrix needs system, and expand the research subjects in order to identify its generalization and illustrate them through path expansion. A survey was conducted targeting apartment residents in Kimpo city in order to illustrate how housing values affect as a process of housing satisfaction, residential intention, and recommended intention. The results of the survey are as follows. First, values were categorized into six values from seven and partially generalized by combining housing quality value with complex quality value. Second, the relations between housing value and housing satisfaction showed that housing complex quality value, community value, disposable value had a positive impact on housing satisfaction, respectively. On the other hand, convenience value, symbolic value and purchasing value did not have an influence on housing satisfaction. Third, the relations between housing satisfaction and housing behavior intention showed that housing satisfaction had a positive impact on housing intention and recommended intention, respectively. Fourth, the relations between residential intention and recommended intention showed that housing intention did not have any impact on recommended intention. Based on the above survey results, it is possible to generalize the housing value model of apartment based on 4x4 matrix needs system, though it was partially analyzed in terms of housing value categorization.

어촌환경개선을 위한 넛지이론을 활용한 디자인제안 연구 : 평택 권관항을 중심으로

This research suggests the approach of design ideas to improve the sea environment by examining the theory of nutzeeism from a design perspective and analyzing the use cases. One of the new ways of design was to understand the nut by proposing research results on how to utilize the nut design as a material for revitalizing the nut design in the future. Nutsi, which can approach people s behavioral psychology and show positive change in the trend of design s expanding role in society, expects to play a role as a means of solving environmental problems.
