      • 미만성 병발의 폐결핵 : 전산화단층촬영소견 CT findings

        Diffuse involvement of pulmonary tuberculosis may be difficult to differentiate it from other diffuse lung diseases. The purpose of this study was to evaluate CT findings of pulmonary tuberculosis and to define characteristics of active pulmonary tuberculosis. A review of chest radiographs and CTs in 21 patients with active pulmonary tuberculosis and in 2 patients with inactive pulmonary tuberculosis was made with regard to its pattern and distribution of consolidation, distribution within the secondary lobule, bronchovascular bundle, cavity, bronchiectasis, bullae, and emphysema. The characteristic CT features of bronchogenic spead of tuberculosis were random distribution, centrilobular nodules along the bronchovascular bundles as in tree-in-bud appearance. Miliary tuberculosis was characterized by even distribution of l-2㎜ sized numerous nodules in entire lung. CT features of active pulmonary tuberculosis appear to be centrilobular, ground glass opacities, consolidation in the secondary lobule or its combined densities. Well defined nodule, bronchiectasis, pleural thickening, fibrotic cicatrization,bullae, and emphysema could represent inactive tuberculosis. However these findings were combined with active lesions.

        곤약 가공을 위한 응고제 선정 및 식중독균에 대한 항균 활성 확인

        본 연구에서는 곤약 가공을 위한 응고제와 침지액을 선정하고, 침지액 농도에 따른 식중독균에 대한 항균 활성을 확인하였다. 응고제 종류에 따른 곤약의 응고시간별 물성 변화는 응고액의 종류에 관계없이 응고시간이 진행될수록 경도, 검성 및 씹힘성이 증가하였다. 응고제 종류에 따른 곤약의 무기질 함량은 응고제가 $Ca(OH)_2$일 경우, NaOH를 이용한 곤약보다 유의적으로 높은 Ca 함량을 나타내었으며, 응고제가 NaOH일 경우에는 $Ca(OH)_2$보다 유의적으로 높은 Na 함량을 나타내었다. Mg와 P의 경우에는 응고제의 종류에 따른 유의적 차이는 보이지 않았다. 관능검사에서 색, 향, 맛, 조직감 및 전반적인 기호도는 응고제의 종류에 따른 유의적 차이는 없었다. 곤약의 제조과정 중 식중독균인 Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Salmonella typhimurium을 접종하여 $Ca(OH)_2$ 농도에 따른 항균 활성을 본 결과, $1.0{\times}10^{-4}N$ 용액에 저장한 곤약이 가장 항균 활성이 적었으며, $1.0{\times}10^{-2}N$ 농도가 가장 항균 활성이 높았다. 즉, 응고액의 농도에 비례하여 균 성장이 억제됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 제조 공정 별 미생물 변화는 구약감자 분말을 입고하여 저장시켰을 때 미생물 수가 약간 증가하지만, 그 이후 공정부터는 미생물 수가 급격하게 감소되며, 성형 이후부터는 검출되지 않는 것으로 확인되었다. This study was conducted to select the coagulant for konjac processing and to identify the antibacterial activity on foodborn pathogens by concentration of $Ca(OH)_2$. In rheological properties such as hardness, gumminess and chewiness, konjac jelly were increased by progressing coagulation regardless of coagulant. In mineral contents, the Ca content of konjac jelly made with $Ca(OH)_2$ was significantly higher than that of NaOH. On the contrary, the Na content of konjac jelly made with NaOH coagulant was significantly higher than that of $Ca(OH)_2$. There were no significant differences in the Mg and P contents according to coagulant. In sensory evaluation, there were no significant differences in the color, flavor, taste, texture and overall quality according to coagulant. The antimicrobial activities of Staphylococcus aureus, E. coli, Salmonella typhimurium were inhibited in proportion to the concentration of $Ca(OH)_2$. According to the manufacturing process of konjac jelly, the change in microorganism was not found after molding.

      • 현대한옥 실내디자인에서의 한지활용에 관한 연구

        This study is research of HanJi(Korean paper) to be interior finishing material on modern HanOk. The one of the most effective way of inherit and advance traditional HanOk is copying and adapting the shape. The key interior materials that impact factor are Woods and papers on interior design of HanOk. Precedent studies found HanJi(Korean paper) is the best preferred and potential interior finishing material. The Hanji is natural material which made of plants through green process. The excellent properties and potential of HanJi are proved by studies, tests and cases used in applied modern interiors. The analyzing was based on Function, natural and emotion variables that are attributes of HanJi and categorized based on market research. This study also proposed different application of Hanji through defined interior spaces.

        곤약의 최적 응고 및 항미생물 활성을 위한 조건 확립

        This study was conducted to establish optimum conditions for coagulation of konjac jelly as well as antimicrobial activity by concentration of Ca(OH)2. Hardness, gumminess, and chewiness of konjac jelly increased according to concentration of konjac powder, the key material of konjac jelly. The highest sensory evaluation score was acquired with konjac jelly made with 3% konjac powder. A Ca(OH)2 concentration of 0.4-0.6% as a coagulation agent was optimum for coagulation of konjac jelly. Further, sensory score was highest at a Ca(OH)2 concentration of 0.6%. All populations of bacteria, yeast, and mold in konjac jelly were restrained by Ca(OH)2 in a concentration- dependent manner. Furthermore, all tested microorganisms were strictly restrained at 1.0×10−2 N of Ca(OH)2.

        쌍태아 어머니의 모유수유 지식, 태도 및 장애요인이 모유수유 실천에 미치는 영향

        Purpose: This study was conducted to identify effects of breastfeeding knowledge, attitude, and barriers on breast-feeding practice on twin mothers and to provide basic data for successful breastfeeding for twins. Methods: Participants were 151 mothers with two to twelve months-old twins. Data were collected from online support groups by an online survey. Results: Mean score for breastfeeding knowledge was 18.34±4.63, for breastfeeding attitude was 3.61±0.51, and for barriers to breastfeeding was 13.35±1.08. The breastfeeding practice rate was 27.8% when twins were two months old. The breastfeeding knowledge was significantly different depending on mother`s occupa-tion, number of children, utilization of postpartum caretaker, and age of the children. There were significant differ-ences in the breastfeeding attitude depending on gestational week of twins, planned length of the breastfeeding, and decision period for the breastfeeding. The practice of the breastfeeding was significantly different depending on the number of children. Factors influencing the breastfeeding practice were the breastfeeding attitude (p<.05), age of mother (p<.01), and the number of children (p<.01). Conclusion: An educational program and expert-led sup-portive system that is designed for twins are necessary, and they need to be included in prenatal care in order to have positive attitude for the breastfeeding as well as to breastfeed successfully.

        This paper shows the relationship between the 21 different ownership structure of the 200 firms listed on KOSPI200 and attempts to find which ownership structure that may have the biggest influence to the firm value measured in Tobin" s Q. There are many previous works that show the positive relation between the "Foreign ownership" and firm value. Interestingly, however, we find that the "Foreign ownership" does not have much of an impact to the firm value, but we find that the number of different ownership classification does have a positive relationship to the firm value.

        실비우스열 지방종: 1예 보고

        Intracranial lipoma usually occurs at or near the midline, predominantly in the callosal cistern and very rarely in the sylvian fissure. We report a case of lipoma of the sylvian fissure without association with other congenital anomaly or vascular abnormality. 두개강내 지방종은 대부분이 정중선이나 정중선에 인접하여 발생하여 주로 뇌량 뇌조에서 발생한다. 실비우스열(sylvian fissure)에서 발생한 지방종은 매우 드물며, 이에 저자들은 다른 선천성 기형이나 혈관 기형을 동반하지 않은, 실비우스열에서 발생한 지방종 1예를 보고하는 바이다.
