The mobile industry is the key foundation of digital convergence, and its constant growth is expected. Among mobile industries, new products leading the development of devices are the Emerging Device. This study is conducted to find out factors making differentiated by comparing the structural equation model(SEM) of the Tablet PC and the e-Book Reader. The main findings are as follows. First, the application of TAM to the Emerging Device shows that fitness of the model is generally high but the effect of Perceived Ease of Use has not been verified or found insignificant. Second, the acceptance model of the Tablet PC and the e-Book Reader has found that playfulness stimulates acceptance intentions. Third, the cost level of the Emerging Device acceptance model is not a factor stimulating consumers’ acceptance intentions. Fourth, product attributes of the Tablet PC and the e-Book Reader to differentiate themselves from the other device are Functionality and Playfulness respectively.

The expression of light in the poetry of Kenji Miyazawa was used in 49 poems in 85 poems in the first poetry book, and the number of uses or techniques is 126 times. And 58 in 110 poems in the second poetry book, and 51 in 126 poems in the third poetry book. The important point here is that his poetic Esprit is prominently expressed in light - His poems are natural objects that are diffused by light, such as mountains, hills, trees, grasses and flowers. It is thought to have captured the characteristic of each one and the feeling of that time of the self by capturing it in the net of light. In conclusion, the characteristic part of the light expression in Kenji is that it has water activity. Water activity dynamically replaces static scenes by changing things into living things, which gives them liveliness and dynamism. In addition, Kenji is transforming the sun into metal or mineral images while expressing natural objects in the form of simple Which is based on the viewpoint of Haeckel`s deep ecology that pursues the "Blessing". In his essay on farmer art, Kenji said, "If the whole world is not happy, there is no happiness for the individual. And that he should go in the direction of pursuing` the true happiness of all creatures`, and that the deep ecology of Haeckel functions in this thought of Kenji. And this evidence can be seen in the book "Spring and Sura," which states that "the country is a blue light that is supposed to be an organic exchange exhibition." Therefore important in his poem. One position is light, the spiritual and ideal light, the eternity of the universe, the light and phenomenon of the sun as an individual, the individual light of a moment when you feel the interaction of the small light can be said.

이중 다발 전방 십자 재건술 후 이식건-골간 접촉면의 평가와 임상적 관계

목적: 이중 다발 전방 십자 인대 재건술 후 이식건과 골간 접촉면의 평가를 할 수 있는 조영제 삽입 자기공명영상을 이용하여 이식건과 골간 접촉면의 평가 및 임상적 결과와의 관계를 알아보고자 하였다. 대상 및 방법: 2005년 12월부터 2007년 10월까지 이중 다발 전방 십자 인대 재건술을 시행한 환자 중 조영제를 삽입한 추시 자기공명영상 촬영을 실시한 15예를 대상으로 하였고 평균 추시 기간은 20개월이었다. 이식건과 골간 접촉면의 평가는 조영제의 유출 여부로 평가하였으며, 유출이 없는 군, 국소(focal) 유출이 있는 군, 반월형(crescent) 유출이 있는 군, 환상(circumferential) 유출이 있는 군으로 분류하였다. 기능적 평가는 Lysholm 점수, IKDC 점수, 슬개골 상부 10 cm 근위부에서 대퇴부 둘레 측정, Hop 검사를 시행하였고, 합병증을 평가하였다. 안정성 평가는 Lachman 검사, pivot shift 검사, KT-2000 관절계 검사, 30도 슬관절 굴곡 상태에서 Telos?를 이용하여 건측과 비교한 전방 전위 긴장 방사선 검사를 시행하였다. 결과: 자기공명영상에서 15예 중 10예에서 조영제의 유출 소견을 보이지 않았고, 5예에서 국소 유출 소견을 보였으며, 반월형 유출이나 환상 유출 소견을 보인 예는 없었다. 유출 소견을 보이지 않은 군과 국소 유출 소견을 보인 군의 임상적 결과를 비교하였다. 기능적 평가에서 Lysholm 점수, IKDC 점수, 슬개골 상부 10 cm 근위부에서 대퇴부 둘레 측정, Hop 검사 모두 조영제의 유출이 없는 군과 국소 유출 소견을 보인 군 간의 통계적으로 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 안정성 평가의 Lachman 검사, pivot shift 검사, KT-2000 관절계 검사, 30o슬관절 굴곡 상태에서 Telos?를 이용하여 건측과 비교한 전방 전위 긴장 방사선 검사에서도 두 군 간의 유의한 차이를 보이지 않았다. 결론: 이중 다발 전방 십자 인대 재건술 후 조영제를 이용한 추시 자기공명영상상 조영제 유출 소견을 보이지 않은 군과 국소 유출 소견을 보인 군 모두 이식건과 골간의 고정은 만족스러운 것으로 생각된다. Purpose: This study examined the relationship between an evaluation of the graft-bone interface using magnetic resonance (MR) arthrography and the clinical results after double bundle anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction. Materials and Methods: From December 2005 to October 2007, 15 cases that underwent double bundle ACL reconstruction and that were evaluated by MR arthrography were reviewed. The mean follow-up period was 20 months. The graft-bone interface was assessed by the leakage of contrast medium seen on MR arthrography. Four groups were classified according to the degree of contrast media leakage: no contrast media leakage, the focal type, the crescent type and the circumferential type. A functional evaluation was made using the Lysholm score, the international knee documentation committee (IKDC) score, the difference in the midthigh circumference and the Hop test. The stability was evaluated using a Lachmann test, a pivot shift test, a KT-2000 arthrometer and an anterior drawer stress radiograph using Telos(R) with the knee in 30o flexion. Results: Ten cases showed no leakage of contrast media, five cases showed focal leakage and there was no case of crescent and circumferential leakage. The clinical results of the no leakage and focal leakage groups were compared. The functional evaluation such as the Lysholm score, the IKDC score, the difference in the midthigh circumference and the Hop test showed no significant difference between the two groups. The stability evaluation, such as the Lachmann test, the pivot shift test, the KT-2000 arthrometer and anterior drawer stress radiograph, also showed no significant difference. Conclusion: On MR arthrography after double bundle ACL reconstruction, adequate osteointegration and satisfactory clinical results could be obtained in the no leakage and focal leakage groups.

19세기 原州지역의 환곡문제와 농민항쟁

From 1876 opening of the port to the foreign trade to the 1894 peasant war was period of magnifying contradiction and adding invasion of the outside influence to the latter period of Choson dynasty.(朝鮮後期) Therefore during the period of developing product circulation economy helped magnifying and strengthening the landed class also excessive heaviness of feudalistic tax plundering was helping the peasant class to fall. This paper is proving with the fact the 1885's peasant protest that the Chon-hwan(錢還) problem which was all over the country and developing the 1862 Won-ju peasant protest to the 1894 peasant war with looking into the peasant protest subject movement. This paper have divided above in order to explain. In chapter 2 the paper is about the peasant protest attitude of discord movements and looking at it with the management of Government, which was growing the public officials and growing opponent power. And about opening and closing cereals loaning program(還穀) which was one of direct cause of peasant protest. The chapter 3 is about the starting of the peasant protest to right before it's becomeing of 1894 peasant war. With all the facts from the above proves that after the opening the port to the foreign influence have caused the fall of the stoping novels and growing the middle class. Also Won-ju peasant protest was the first uprising in Kang-won do(江原道) to try to stop or control the problem of country, which is Chon-hwan(錢還). During the peasant protest it's group and ritual shows that it is becoming in to the peasant war.

멸종위기 야생생물2급 칠보치마 종자의 기내발아와 유묘생장에 미치는 배지의 영향

칠보치마(Metanarthecium Iuteoviride Maxim)는 환경부에서 멸종위기 야생생물Ⅱ급으로 지정되어 있으며 개체수증대 및 자생지 보존을 위한 관리방안 마련이 시급한 종이다. 따라서 본 연구는 칠보치마 발아 조건 및 적정 배지조건구명으로 조직배양을 통한 대량증식 방법을 개발하는데 목적이 있다. 종자의 기내발아 조건을 구명하기위해 NaOCl0.25%, 0.5% 용액에서 Vortex를 이용하여 10, 15, 20 min동안 소독 후 MS배지에 치상하였고, 저온처리 기간에 따른 발아율 변화를 조사하기 위해 MS배지에 치상한 종자를 7일 간격으로 7주까지 4℃에 처리 후 발아율을 조사하였다. 배지의 종류에 따른 유묘의 생육변화를 관찰하기 위해 MS기본배지와 MES를 첨가한 MS, AS, B5, BDS, LMWP, SH, White 배지별로 사용하였고, 활성탄 처리 유무에 따른 생육변화를 관찰하기 위해 LMWP 기본배지에 활성탄 1.0g/L를 첨가하여 비교하였다. 발근유도는 IBA 0.5 mg/L, 1.0mg/L, 2.0 mg/L를 농도별 단용처리 하여 배지를 조성하였다. 기본배지는 sucrose 30 g/L 와 gelrite 2.3 g/L를 첨가하여 pH는 5.8으로 조정하였고, 25±1℃, 81 μmol/㎡S의 광조건 하에서 16시간 일장처리하여 130일이 경과 된 후에 생육상태를 조사하였다. NaOCl 처리결과 0.25% NaOCl을 15분 동안 종자소독을 한 후 30.0±10.0%로 발아율이 가장높았다. 저온처리에 따른 종자 발아율은 6주간 저온처리를한 경우 100.0%로 가장 높았으며, 저온처리 3주 이상 실시할 경우 종자의 70.0%가 발아하였다. 칠보치마의 종자 발아에는 3주이상의 저온 처리가 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 배지종류에 따른 유묘의 Shoots 길이는 LMWP, MS, BDS배지에서 각각 30.4, 29.6, 24.9 ㎜였고, 뿌리의 길이는 WS,LMWP배지에 60.6, 51.8 ㎜로 가장 양호 한 것으로 나타났으며 LMWP 배지에서 가장 높은 Shoots의 길이, 발근수, 발근길이, 엽장, 엽폭을 보였다. 활성탄 처리에 따른 식물체의 유묘생장은 활성탄을 첨가한 처리구보다 처리하지 않은 기본배지에서 뿌리길이가 가장 길었다(67.7 ㎜). 최적의 발근 조건을 확인하고자 IBA의 농도를 달리하여 실험한 결과, 0.5 mg/L의 IBA가 첨가된 LMWP배지에서 가장 높은 발근길이를 보였다. 따라서 칠보치마의 종자로부터 기내도입은 0.25% NaOCl에서 15분 소독처리 한 후 3주 이상 4℃ 저온처리를 하고, 유묘 신장 생장 및 발근은 LMWP배지에 생장조절제인 IBA 0.5 mg/L를 첨가시키는 것이 가장 효과적인것으로 판단된다. 본 연구결과는 멸종위기 야생생물Ⅱ급인칠보치마의 대량증식 및 복원사업의 기초자료로 활용할 것이다.
