게임 아이템 거래를 통한 자금세탁 기법 고찰 및 방지방법에 대한 연구

온라인 게임 아이템과 관련한 다양한 유형의 사이버 범죄가 발생되고 있고, 범죄로 획득 한 게임 아이템은 현금 거래를 통해 돈세탁 되고 있다. 아이템 거래 과정에서 불법 자금이 세탁되는 요인을 파악하여 효과적으로 규제한다면 범죄자들이 불법 자금을 사용하는 것을 방지할 뿐 아니라 피해 금원을 환수하고, 게임 아이템 거래를 기반으로 하는 사이버 범죄 감소에도 도움을 줄 수 있다. 본 논문은 게임 아이템 거래를 이용한 자금 세탁 과정을 고찰하고, 이를 방지할 수 있는 방법을 논하고자 한다. Cyber crime of various forms has increased by the activation of the online game, Illegal funds which criminals won has been used in game item purchase, through the trading of several stages, and then money laundering. If we find what cause illegal funds can be money laundering in the processing of game item real trade and control it, and then it can prevent criminals from using illegal funds, and it can help to return the damage money, to decrease the cyber crime based transactions game item. Therefore, in this paper, study the process and prevention strategy of money laundering by game item real money trade.
전이금속촉매-일산화탄소-물계에 의한 카르보닐화합물의 이중 히드로히드록시메틸화 반응

아디파알데히드, 구르타르알데히드 및 숙신알데히드와 같은 디알데히드는 물-에톡시에탄올 및 에탄올내에 촉매량의 육로듐 십육카르보닐 또는 오카르보닐철의 존재하, 70기압, 일산화탄소, 180$^{\circ}C$, 4시간동안 반응시켜 쉽게 환원되어 대응하는 1,6-헥산디올 및 1,5-펜탄디올 및 1,4-부탄디올이 좋은 수득율로 얻어졌다. 같은 조건하에서 2,5-헥산디온, 2,4-펜탄디온도 대응하는 디올이 보통 수득율로 얻어졌다. 디알데히드의 이중 히드로히드록시메틸화 반응에 대해서는 금속카르보닐 촉매가 다른 촉매보다 더욱 활성적이다. 특히 벤조퀴논은 정량적으로 히드로퀴논을 주었다. Dialdehydes such as adipaldehyde, glutaraldehyde, and succinaldehyde were readily reduced to give their corresponding 1,6-hexanediol, 1,5-pentanediol, and 1,4-butanediol in good yields in the presence of catalytic amount of hexarhodium hexadecacarbonyl or iron pentacarbonyl in water and methoxyethanol or ethanol at 180$^{\circ}C$ for 4 hr under carbon monoxide atmosphere. Under the same reaction conditions, diketones such as 2,5-hexanedione, 2,4-pentanedione, and 2,3-butanedione afforded their corresponding 2,5-hexanediol, 2,4-pentanediol and 2,3-butanediol in moderate yields. For double hydrohydroxymethylation of dialdehydes or diketones, rhodium or iron carbonyl complexes are more effective than others. Particularly, benzoquinone gave hydroquinone quantitatively.

Background/Aims: 13C-urea breath test (UBT) is accepted as an accurate test to detect Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection. The results of UBT could be correlated with the extent of H. pylori colonization density or the severity of the gastric mucosal inflammation. We examined whether UBT values correlated with some parameters for proximal gastric motor functions in functional dyspepsia (FD). Methods: Twelve patients with FD and H. pylori infection confirmed by UBT were included. Breath samples were taken before and 30 min after 75 mg 13C-urea ingestion and analyzed by isotope mass spectrometry. The results of UBT were expressed as the difference between value at 30 min and value at baseline (DOB30). Gastric emptying scintigraphy and gastric barostat study were performed to measure the proximal gastric motor functions. Results: No significant correlation was found between DOB30 and proximal half-emptying time (r=-0.34, p=0.28), DOB30 and proximal gastric distribution of meal at 1 min images (r=0.03, p=0.93). According to the gastric barostat study, basal tone (r=0.53, p=0.07), compliance (r=-0.05, p=0.86), and gastric accommodation (r=-0.08, p=0.79) were not associated with DOB30. Conclusion: DOB30 does not correlate with proximal gastric motor parameters in patients with FD. (Korean J Gastroenterol 2001;38:405-410)
Valorization of Fly Ash as a Harmless Flame Retardant via Carbonation Treatment

Owing to the environmental and economic problems arising from fly ash (FA), there have been various ongoing efforts over the past decades to find a use for it. Among the various applications of FA, its use as a filler in polymer composites has gained much attention. However, most studies have applied FA as a semi-reinforcing filler, which only marginally improves mechanical properties arising from the poor surface wettability of FA with polymer matrices. To solve this problem and to explore new applications, FA was carbonated by bubbling CO2 in water. The carbonated FA was adopted as a fire-proofing filler in silicone rubber and polypropylene. The surface properties and compositional changes of FA by carbonation were thoroughly examined. Mechanical and thermal properties of carbonated FA-filled polymer composites were evaluated and the interaction between the filler and matrix was calculated using DFT calculation.
Nanosecond Laser Flash Photolysis Study of 5-Styryl-1,3-dimethyluracil

The photoisomerization of 5-styryl-1,3-dimethyluracil is studied with nanosecond laser flash photolysis technique at room temperature. The laser flash photolysis of E-isomer produces the transient absorption spectrum regarded as the triplet-triplet absorption, but the transient absorption of Z-isomer does not show the typical decay curve, probably due to the facile photocyclization reaction during the laser flash photolysis. Using the energy transfer method on nanosecond laser spectroscopy, the energy of the lowest triplet state for E isomer is estimated to lie between 41.8 and 47 kcal/mol. The triplet lifetime for E-isomer obtained from the decay curve of the transient absorption is ca. 93ns. The $S_1 → T_1$ intersystem crossing of E-isomer on direct excitation is relatively inefficient at room temperature supporting the singlet mechanism for direct photoisomerization.
비닐트리에톡시실란 함량에 따른 습식실리카로 충전된 실리콘 고무의 기계적 및 물리적 물성

실리카의 표면 개질제인 vinyltriethoxysilane(VTEOS)의 함량에 따른 실리카로 보강된 실리콘 고무의 기계적 물성 변화 및 내열성, 내유성, 압축 영구줄음률, 반발탄성 및 가교밀도 변화를 연구하였다. 결과로 VTEOS의 함량이 2.0 phr까지 증가함에 따라 경도는 상승하였으나 인장강도, 파단신율, 인열강도가 감소하였다. 내열시험에서는 VTEOS의 함량이 증가될수록 경도변화, 인장강도 변화율, 파단신율 변화율이 크게 감소하였다. VTEOS 2.0 phr에서 가장 우수한 내열특성을 나타내었다. 또한 VTEOS의 함량이 증가될수록 실리콘 고무의 내유성이 증진되었으며, VTEOS 미첨가 시보다 경도 하락폭이 크게 낮았으며, 파단신율 변화율은 약 2배 이상 감소하였다. 반발탄성도 VTEOS의 함량이 증가될수록 우수하였으며, 압축 영구줄음률 역시 VTEOS가 증가될수록 감소였다. 가교시험 결과 VTEOS가 증가될수록 최대 토크값와 가교밀도가 크게 향상되었다. The effect of the amount of vinyltriethoxysilane (VTEOS) in precipitated silica filled silicone rubbers was extensively investigated in terms of the change of mechanical properties, heat resistance, oil resistance, compression set, resilience, and curing characteristics. As the content of VTEOS increased from 0 to 2.0 phr, the hardness of the silicone rubber increased, however, tensile strength, elongation at break, and tear strength decreased. From heat resistance test, the change of mechanical properties was pronounced for silicone rubber treated with more VTOES. The best heat resistance was achieved at 2.0 phr VTOES. In addition, oil resistance was proportionally improved with VTEOS content. From oil resistance test, it was found that the decrease in hardness and maximum elongation was reduced for VTEOS-added systems. Finally, resilience, compression set, degree of cure and crosslink density were significantly enhanced with the amount of VTEOS.
