        장기간 추적 관찰한 굴절조절내사시와 영아내사시 환자들의 임상 양상 비교

        Purpose: To compare the long-term clinical outcomes of patients with refractive accommodative esotropia (RAET) and infantile esotropia (IET). Methods: The medical records of patients with RAET and IET who were followed-up for more than 36 months were retrospectively analyzed. The RAET patients were prescribed spectacles to correct cycloplegic refraction and those with IET underwent bilateral, medial rectus recession. Visual acuity, refraction, the angle of esodeviation at far and near distances, and near-stereopsis were measured at each visit. The IET patients were divided into two groups by the time of surgery (before and after 24 months of age). Patients in both groups who underwent reoperations after diagnosis of partially accommodative esotropia (PAET) and recurrent IET during follow-up were analyzed. Results: Sixty-nine patients (40 with RAET and 29 with IET) were included. The follow-up period was 69.48 ± 28.41 months. At the final visit, the angles of esodeviation were 2.82 ± 5.46 prism diopters (PD) in the RAET group and 9.28 ± 8.37 PD in the IET group (p < 0.01). In IET patients who underwent surgery before and after 24 months of age, the angles of esodeviation were 4.62 ± 5.25 and 13.06 ± 8.63 PD and the median near-stereopsis values 60 and 140 arcsec at the final visit (p < 0.01, 0.03). Seven patients (17.5%) in the RAET group, and 2 (15.4%) and 10 (62.5%) IET patients who underwent surgery before and after 24 months of age, required reoperations (p < 0.01). Conclusions: RAET and IET patients who underwent surgery before 24 months of age exhibited better alignment and stereopsis at the final visit than those who underwent later surgery and the reoperation rate was lower.

        어깨 경사도에 따른 소매 유형별 블라우스의 착의선호도 - 세트인, 래글런, 기모노를 중심으로 -

        This study utilized the wearing test of subjects and a preference survey to determine wearing preference on types of blouses according to shoulder angle. The shoulder angles of the subjects were set as average shoulder, slopping shoulder, and square shoulder. The blouse sleeves were set as set-in, raglan, and kimono according to five domestic clothing construction books. A total of 15 blouses were made and tested by different bodices and sleeve types. The wearing test of subjects had the human subjects evaluate the appearance of the subject looking at the mirror while standing as well as evaluated the sensation test while not looking at the mirror. The preference survey was given to 100 females and was conducted using photos with combinations of three types of sleeves and shoulder angles in a survey under the same conditions. The average shoulder showed that set-in with the highest score in the wearing test was also preferred in the preference survey. The slopping shoulder evaluated the highest score in the wearing test by mirror; however, the preference survey showed that raglan was the most preferred choice. The squared shoulder showed that raglan with a high score in the wearing test by mirror was also preferred in the preference survey.

        Clinical Targeted Next-Generation Sequencing Panels for Detection of Somatic Variants in Gliomas

        Purpose Targeted next-generation sequencing (NGS) panels for solid tumors have been useful in clinical framework for accurate tumor diagnosis and identifying essential molecular aberrations. However, most cancer panels have been designed to address a wide spectrum of pan-cancer models, lacking integral prognostic markers that are highly specific to gliomas. Materials and Methods To address such challenges, we have developed a glioma-specific NGS panel, termed “GliomaSCAN,” that is capable of capturing single nucleotide variations and insertion/deletion, copy number variation, and selected promoter mutations and structural variations that cover a subset of intron regions in 232 essential glioma-associated genes. We confirmed clinical concordance rate using pairwise comparison of the identified variants from whole exome sequencing (WES), immunohistochemical analysis, and fluorescence in situ hybridization. Results Our panel demonstrated high sensitivity in detecting potential genomic variants that were present in the standard materials. To ensure the accuracy of our targeted sequencing panel, we compared our targeted panel to WES. The comparison results demonstrated a high correlation. Furthermore, we evaluated clinical utility of our panel in 46 glioma patients to assess the detection capacity of potential actionable mutations. Thirty-two patients harbored at least one recurrent somatic mutation in clinically actionable gene. Conclusion We have established a glioma-specific cancer panel. GliomaSCAN highly excelled in capturing somatic variations in terms of both sensitivity and specificity and provided potential clinical implication in facilitating genome-based clinical trials. Our results could provide conceptual advance towards improving the response of genomically guided molecularly targeted therapy in glioma patients.

        논문 : 공동주택단지 어린이놀이터의 범죄예방을 위한 환경설계 체크리스트에 관한 연구

        공동주택단지 내의 어린이놀이터 공간을 대상으로 범죄예방을 위한 환경설계를 제시해주고자 한다. 이를 위해 선행연구를 바탕으로 범죄예방을 위한 환경설계기법에 해당하는 요소들을 분석하여 유형별로 정리하였다. 이렇게 제시된 요소들을 바탕으로 어린이놀이터에 적용하여 범죄예방의 안정성을 평가할 수 있도록 객관화된 기준을 제시하도록 하였다. 제시된 평가지표를 통하여 국내 대상지를 선정하여 적용 평가하여 국내 실정에 맞는 범죄예방을 위한 환경설계 평가지표를 제시할 수 있도록 하였다. 대상지의 경우에는 CPTED의 적용 정도에 따라 다른 대상지를 선정하였는데 그 결과 설계 단계부터 CPTED를 적용 하는 것이 보다 효율적으로 범죄예방을 하기 위해 유용할 것이라 평가되었다. 연구의 결과로서 첫째, 현재 아파트단지내 어린이놀이터의 범죄예방을 위한 환경설계의 안전정도를 파악할 수 있다. 둘째, 체크리스트 평가 결과 부족한 내용을 구체적으로 파악하고 이에 대한 개선책을 마련할 근거를 제공할 수 있다. 셋째, 부족한 내용 중 아파트 단지의 여건에 따라 셉테드를 적용할 수 있는 우선순위를 결정할 수 있는 기초자료를 제공할 수 있으며, 점진적으로 개선할 수 있는 방향과 계획을 수립할 수 있다. The purpose of this study is to develope the checklist of environmental design for crime prevention of the children`s playground in the Apartment Housing Complex. The checklist items of Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design(CPTED) for Children`s playground were developed based on the previous research. Then checklist is suggested to evaluate the safety of Children`s playground. The three cases were selected by the level of application stage. As a result, it is very effective to adapt the checklist of CPTED to the design stage. The results are as follows : First, the safety standard of Children`s playground can be evaluated. Second, the method of complement can be suggested by the checklist. Third, the priority of complement items can be determined.

        The quality of residents' lives has been improved through the outdoor spaces, neighborhood facilities and public facilities which are located in the apartment housing complex. The importance of public spaces in the apartment housing complex has been increased; however, bad environmental design of public spaces has increased crime rates and caused residents' hesitancy to use public spaces. Therefore, environmental design focused on safety is required to reduce crimes and diminish residents' fear. The purpose of this study is to develop environmental design guidelines for crime prevention of outdoor neighborhood facilities in the apartment housing complex. The results are as follows: First, keywords were selected based on the theory and study related to crime prevention. Second, analysis of standard guidelines applicable to the public spaces were suggested. Third, guidelines were developed for crime prevention. The guidelines of environmental design enable people to feel safe in their neighborhood thus improving the quality of residents' lives.

        BIM기반 몰입형 가상현실 기법 적용을 위한 IFC뷰어 콘텐츠 개발 기초연구

        최근 건설산업은 프로젝트 수행이 복잡화, 대형화되고 있는 실정으로 각 단계별 참여주체 간 협업의 어려움과 국내 건설산업에서 각 분야의 정보교류 및 의사소통이 원활하지 못하는 실정에 따라 여러 문제점이발생되고 있다. 이에 따라 정부에서는 BIM기술 활용을 적극 도입하기 시작하였으나, 기존 2차원적 이미지의 시각화에서3차원적 이미지의 시각화가 진행이 되었음에도 불구하고 단순한 형태의 이미지 활용에 그치고 있는 실정이다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 BIM을 활용한 효율적인 시각화 방식의 도입이 시급하다. 본 연구에서는 건설산업 분야의 전 과정에서 지원하는 설계 도구로의 단순 시각화에서 벗어나 몰입형 가상현실기법을 적용한 사용자간의 의사소통 및 정보공유의 효율화를 위한 콘텐츠 개발을 목적으로 한다. 이에 따라 본 연구는 이론고찰 및 선행사례를 통한 기초연구로 향후에는 즉각적인 시각화를 통해 선행되는 검토 및 보완을 통한 생산성 향상 과 설계프로세스 진행의 오류를 최소화하기 위한 새로운 방식의 시뮬레이션시스템을 제안하기 위한 기초연구로서 향후에는 시뮬레이션 시스템 제안을 위한 연구가 이우러 질 것이다. 이를 위해 기존 정보교류 프로세스의 진행에서 나타나는 다양한 형태의 정보누락, 정보손실 등에 대한 문제점을 해결하고 보완하기 위한 도구로써 신속하고 정확한 정보변환 콘텐츠로 IFC 표준모델포맷 개발을 위한선행연구로서 진행되었다. Since recent projects in the construction industry are getting more complicated and larger, there have been many problems exposed such as the difficulty of collaborations between participants in the process of each step. Moreover, information exchange and communication activities between each area in the domestic construction industry do not go smoothly. As a result, the government has started to introduce actively utilizing BIM technology, however, the existing two-dimensional image of a three-dimensional visualization of the image visualization and 3D models is in progress, even though this is a simple two-dimensional image, which is a mere Go to the utilization of these BIM utilized to solve the problem of efficiently introducing the visualization method is urgently required. Also appear on the progress of existing information exchange process various types of information missing, the problems of information loss, etc. as a complementary tool for quick and accurate information transformation leading content format standard model IFC study. This study supports the entire process of the construction industry as a design tool away from the simple visualization technique for immersive virtual reality communication and information sharing between the users of the theory for the development of content for efficient study and basic research through leading practices in the future, leading to an immediate review of the visualization and complement the design process through increased productivity and progress in order to minimize the error simulation systems, we propose a new method for the study will be based.

      • 청계천 구성요소에 대한 주·야간 빛환경 분석

        본 연구는 청계천의 구성요소에 대해 경관연출효과를 분석하기 위해 주요구성요소 4곳을 상대로 경관현황을 조사하였다. 도시에서의 빛연출은 도시의 아이덴티티를 형성하고 또한 청계천 같이 6km에 다다른 하천은 관광자원으로써도 활용된다. 따라서 청계천 빛환경을 분석하기 위해 경관에 있어서 조명학적으로 중요한 물리량 평가요소로 휘도, 색도, 색온도를 선정하였다. 디지털 광학 계측기인 Radiant Imaging Prometric 1400에 의해 측정된 휘도, 색도, 색온도 등의 물리량 측정결과 주야간 모두 주변과 조화를 이루고 있는 것으로 나타났으며, 휘도대비가 16:1을 넘지 않아 시각적으로도 적절한 것으로 판단됐다. 따라서 청계천 주요수성요소의 경관연출은 주·야간 모든 이용자들에게 안락한 경관을 제공할 것으로 사려 된다.
